The woman was leaning against the body of a vintage Hillman Imp, the custom color a deep forest green along the sides and a cream white coating the upper third. Ghost stared at her as the rest of the men filed out of the bar one after the other—Johnny and Gaz being especially loud. He blinks slowly, hands inside his blackened pockets.
Across the way, your ears perk slowly at the sound of rapturous shouts, but you only continue to look down the sidewalk at the long illuminations of street lamps and the glints of broken bottles on the ground. Over your chest, your hands shift in their hold on your biceps, your thin jacket crinkling. Light dances in your irises.
“Oi, is that who I think it is?!” Familiar Scottish drawl brings a smirk to your face, and you turn slowly to huff, snapping out of your silent thoughts.
“Who else would it be, ya bloody git,” your voice carries, but it lacks the sheer volume of your brother’s; the great boom that reminds you of the bombs he’d used to make out of your mother’s hair spray bottles.
Never a dull day in your childhood home, really.
“‘Bout gave me a heart attack, not answerin’ my calls like that!” Johnny laughs loudly, obviously drunk, and stumbles over merrily. You’re taken into a chest-breaking hug in mere moments, leaving you squirming with a deep grunt. “Should have your head, MacTavish.” You manage to squeak out, “Put me the fuck down, you horror. And what in the hell have you done to your hair?!”
“Oh, my dear sister.” Your brother lets you go as the three other men slink over, amused with the scene but some momentarily confused by the sudden introduction. Gaz laughs, and the Captain huffs a chuckle before fixing the position of his beanie on his head.
Ghost, as always, chooses to watch like a looming shadow above the rest.
Johnny puts a hand to his chest, the other remaining on your shoulder, “You wound me. Such cruelty stuck in your black soul; I say now, mother was always right—”
You smack the side of his head and Johnny grunts.
“Ow!” He yells, glaring at you. “What the fuck?!”
“Open your mouth again and I’ll wring you out, you arse. You know I will.” Grumbling, the Scot rubs the side of his head as you raise a brow at him. The stare-off lasts for a decent bit, and before the rest of the group knows what’s going on, the two of you are embracing each other once more; laughing loudly.
Ghost’s eyebrows pull in slowly.
“Ah, it’s good to be back!” Johnny chuckles, holding you close as you pat his back.
“Of course, I’d find my kid brother at a damn pub on his first day home.” Taking a step away from the hulk of a boy, you brush down your shirt and jacket with a scoff. Looking up, you come to face the remaining men with an exasperated look. “He’s full of shite half the time, y’know, now. Can’t imagine what he puts you all through.”
“Bloody hell, Soap, you were holding out on us,” Gaz chuckles loudly, sticking out a hand for you to shake while he glances at the mohawked Scot who looks giddy despite being insulted by who’s very obviously his older sister. “Never knew you had siblings, Mate.” You take the man’s hand as he smiles brightly at you.
“Kyle.” He says, and you beam back, “But Gaz’ll do just fine.”
“A pleasure,” your voice carries to John who you raise a brow at teasingly. “Well, look who the Reaper’s yet to drag down…Good to see you again, Captain.”
Price shakes his head, a smirk peeling his lips as Gaz steps back.
“Still on that land of yours, then, Love?” The brunette asks gruffly, leaning back on his heels for a moment while you sag your side into Johnny’s arm. Your brother scoffs and loops his limb over the bridge of your shoulders as you nod.
“You know it. Proper quiet when the neighbors aren’t up to a ruckus racin’ down the streets. Christ, those kids are devils—worse than Johnny and I when we were young.”
“Now that’s hard to believe, eh?” The man beside you laughs through his slurred words and you roll your eyes.
Chuckling in return, you blink, spying on the intent black figure behind everyone else. Piercing brown eyes dig past flesh like a scalpel while you tilt your head to the side, interest alighting behind your skull. He doesn’t move or even greet you, just looks over you and then turns his attention to the street like a roaming bear would; hell, he certainly could be a bear with how big he was. Bigger than Johnny, even.
This stranger wears a large brown leather jacket, the hood of his underclothes pulled up to cover most of the pale skin that would otherwise be visible. The long swish of light lashes captures you as you study the way he blinks slowly across the road. On his chin and on the top of his forehead, the fabric of a skeletal-painted balaclava shrouds him. Cargo pants and large black combat boots sit on his feet.
He stands like a statue.
“Who’s this then?” You call easily, and those eyes travel back to you even as the head doesn’t. It’s strange the way you seem to brush aside the blatant intimidation he exudes simply by standing.
“Ah,” John grunts, chuckling, before stepping to the side. “Simon, introduce yourself.”
A low voice lowly wafts after a moment to silence, Manchester accent spearing you in the ears with its rough make-up, “Ghost.”
You blink over at the Captain, but he just shakes his head and you move on. Johnny chuckles and whispers to you, “Don’t mind ‘em, Lt’s a bit rough around the edges.”
Plastering on a polite smile, your chin moves in a nod, “Pleasure to meet you, Ghost. Good to know the other two who look after Johnny out there.” The man beside you feels his face burn, free hand going to itch at his neck.
Ghost grunts and shrugs off the veiled praise, large muscles stiff.
“You’re actin’ like I’m not the one savin’ their skins half the time,” Gaz interjects on the Scot’s point.
“Is that what you call it?” You share an amused glance at John.
Though, your eyes always sway back to Ghost, or Simon, depending on who you ask. He listens to the chatter, obviously, but he seems much more content to only stay with his hands inside of his pockets and study the street for...what exactly? The beast wasn’t shy, no, just…silent. If you didn’t know better you’d call him aggressively casual with the way his shoulders sit.
Stance relaxed but the underlying threat was palpable on the wind. Like a wolf rubbing his cheeks on the ancient trees of his territory. ‘Don’t do anything stupid,’ - it seems his very DNA states that.
Brown eyes suddenly lock with your own as if snapping into place and before you can release a squeak of alarm, you swiftly dart your gaze away back to the arguing Sergeants; face burning.
Christ, how long had you been staring at him?
“Alright, you two, ease off it!” Trying to distract yourself, you wave a hand. “You’re both too drunk to be gettin’ into street fights at this hour. Johnny, into the car ya fool.”
Your brother slashes you with a grin.
“Fuckin’ finally, a decent bed!” It was tradition to give Johnny the spare room when he was back home—proper meals.
“You’re callin’ mother, y’know.” You unlock your car and motion to the passenger seat with a frown. “I dinnae care if you’re trapped for hours—give the woman a rest of all her worrying.”
“You heard the woman, Sergeant,” John forces the gravel out of his throat, rubbing at his beard. Something hits your chest as your brother opens his door as you stand in the cold. You glance at each man in turn; eyebrows pulling in with thought.
“Ah, what the hell,” your voice huffs out. Ghost watches you closely, blinking as he lifts a hand to itch at his neck from under his hood. The leather jacket crumples with tiny shifts of worn-out material.
“Don’t suppose you boys need any good beds to rest your heads on for the night?” Wiggling your keys, you pat the top of your Hillman as you slide to the driver's side. Johnny slinks inside his own and chuckles as he closes the barrier with a careful thunk.
“Hospitality finally leakin’ in?”
“Next time I hit ya,” you send him a bland look, “I’ll aim for the neck.” Fake flinching towards him, the man squeaks and snaps quickly back into the car door as you snicker lively.
“Beast!” Johnny exclaims. You roll your eyes and shimmy down the window behind him, calling out as the rest share glances.
“Get in if you’re comin’ over! If not all the food I made yesterday’ll go to waste!” That seemed to get Gaz into the back, with only Price and Simon left behind.
Brown meets blue and John’s beard pulls back with a smirk. He clears his throat, “Well, I’m not one to spit in her face.” The Captain walks over and grunts as he bends down.
Ghost sighs under his breath and follows, impartial as to where this night is going. He wouldn’t sleep tonight, no doubt. The hard and unforgiving beds on base were the only things he could rest on now save the ground. And food? He could go without food for days.
Though, being Johnny’s sister bought you some favor, trust wasn’t something that Simon gave around freely. But the car you drove was nice, and the company of his Task Force was easy to basque in until they shipped out again.
Simon sits down on the refurbished seat and softly closes the door behind him. Dead-eyed, he stares at Johnny’s headrest as you glance at him from the rearview mirror—seeing his shoulder dig into the glass of the window.
You shove down a joke and hum. “Good, then, it’ll free my fridge at the very least.”
“Thank you, Ma’am,” Gaz offers as you start up the engine, “it’s awfully nice of you to do this for us.”
“Ah,” Simon hears you dismiss as he turns to stare out of the window; so often feeling his gaze drawn back to you as a leaf attached to a tree might act. “Don’t worry your head about it. I like the company.”
“Aye, just how she is,” Johnny says earnestly. “Was always the one to let me over with my pals when the football games were over—’cept we were usually covered in mud.”
“I’m still finding grass in my rugs, Johnny Boy,” you mumble, focusing on the road as a slight squeaking emanates from the front of the car. Simon picks up on it easily, not preoccupied with speaking. He glances at you but mentions nothing beyond a shuffling of his thighs.
Outside the land slides past in shades of verdant green and gray as the town falls away.
He was confused, rightly. You’d seen his standoffish nature but had chosen to extend hospitality as the old Greeks did just off a growl of his name. But maybe it was just because he was your brother’s coworker.
Simon grunts to himself and rubs at his wrist. Throughout the ride, the two of you would glance at each other and try to forget that you had; when the long driveway of a large secluded home expands out above the car, Gaz whistles lowly.
“Bloody hell, Ma’am,” he states and John chuckles. You easily smile and roll your eyes.
“Trust me, it was more work than it was worth.” Ghost’s attention is slightly peaked.
“You worked on it?” His tone implies he doesn’t care, but his eyes gore into the mirror to lock with your own. Blinking in surprise, even the others seem to be taken aback by the man's lack of venom in his speech.
Ghost wasn’t afraid to speak his mind when he needed to, but he didn’t do mindless chatter. Your eyes cycle between the driveway and the masked Brit before you clear your throat. Johnny glances at you with a raised brow, slight confusion in his brows.
“Mostly—left the nasty bits to people more knowledgeable than I am, but I did most of the grunt work, eh?” Simon hums as the car pulls to a stop inside the garage, eyes not leaving the back of your head.
Your neck bristles at the sensation of unrelenting contact, but the burning that joins it is telltale. Licking your lips you twist the keys out and quickly shuffle out of the door to dispel the electricity in the air.
“Alright,” you say, “out. All of ya…Johnny, you’ll be helping me with the bedding.”
A groan is cut by an unimpressed glare. “...Yes, Ma’am.”
You huff and smirk.
“Trainin’ him well I see,” teasing John as they all file out of the car, he shakes his head at the two of you as Simon scoffs. Gaz openly laughs as Soap’s offended look grows.
You all enter the house as you direct them to the kitchen after they’ve taken off their boots and hung their jackets. “It’s all in the fridge, heat what you want, and don’t bother fightin’ Johnny if he takes too much. Tell me and I’ll make him sleep in the back near the chickens.” Your voice tells them as you pat your brother on the shoulder.
Johnny grumbles and kisses the top of your head. “You’re horrible to me,” He jokes but his eyes shimmer with affection. As you leave to get a head start on the rooms, you smile and call out to him.
“That’s my job!”
Backing out into the hallway, you leave with a deep well of happiness in you. You don’t even realize that the party had only contained three men instead of four until you’re in the linen closet and a shadow suddenly blacks out the light from the bulbs. Jumping slightly, your head swivels as you carry very many sheets and pillowcases in your grip.
“Oh,” you mumble through cotton, smile growing as the flip in your stomach does, “Ghost! Done eating already?”
The man is still and silent as he glances from your face to the sheets. Without a word, he halves the load and steals them as your jaw loosens in shock.
“Johnny’s outside callin’ your mum.” Ghost turns and walks out, but waits for you in the hallway to be directed.
You push down the tightness to your throat and see the man’s feet shift on the hardwood. He looks funny, such a big man carrying bed sheets. His actions make your heart speed up. Brown eyes blink at you like a cat.
“Well,” you chuckle, “always was one to get out of housework.” Trying a smidge more, you shift past him and turn off the light. “His barracks room dirty?”
“Pigsty.” Simon blandly states, walking slightly behind you. Your pace slows so you can stay beside him. He side-eyes you but says nothing.
Leaning in slightly, you quip as Ghost tenses, “Can’t say I’m surprised. The man’s used to me bailin’ him out.” Chuckling, you go into the first bedroom and put everything on the bed.
Simon grabs the pillows and starts to dress them quickly and efficiently.
“But thank you,” you say, and the Brit pauses to look up at you, something swirling in his murky gaze. Earnestly, you tilt your head with a smile. “Ya can go back and eat more if you want. No need to help—you’re a guest.”
“Not hungry,” is all he answers, and gets back to work. You watch for a moment, perplexed, but not at all about to deny the assistance. A genuine grin twitches your lips.
“Johnny writes about you, y’know,” your fingers pull at the fabric and you chuckle as Ghost’s incredulous look turns to you—face hidden but confusion is obviously seen. “Says he looks up to you quite a bit; something about Mexico.”
Your face dips slightly, and Simon’s body stills. Along the pillow, his grip carefully tightens. He can’t find it in himself to walk out of the door and stand outside even if he knows he should.
“I really can’t imagine what it’s like,” you mutter, shaking your head. Gazing at him, you study his wound muscles and secret flesh like a tapestry—wondering if he hides himself because of the safe anonymity or a sense of numb fear.
He wouldn’t admit to either, you know. But something about Simon had captured your attention and now you had a face, or just a body really, to put to the written name like a puzzle piece.
You take a long breath, “But you’ll never know how grateful I am.”
By the way his chest stops moving and his body goes frozen, you think you hit something inside of him; the minute widening of his eyelids like pedals opening in the light. Simon peers at your expression, his eyes sliding from one point to another.
Like he can’t really pinpoint what you want.
Ironic really, because you didn’t want anything.
“Don’t thank me,” is what he settles on, moving back to the pillow as if your words hadn’t stabbed him. “Johnny knows what he’s doing.”
Your small snort enters the air above the sliding sheets. There’s no argument there.” A sigh echoes as you finish up, putting your hands on your hips. Across the bed, you two stare as Simon tosses down the pillows. The remainder of the sheets sit on the end of the bed.
The man’s eyes narrow on you, and he clenches his jaw under his balaclava.
“The only thing that I do know is that every time my brother comes back he smiles less than he did before.” You side-eye him seriously as you move. “I can only guess what all of it does to the others who don’t have anyone else to go back to.”
Simon’s breath halts in his chest before he finds the means to take down a slow inhale. Brown eyes glare intently, jaw tight, but it’s not the fire that gets to you…it’s the lack thereof.
Ghost doesn’t like this feeling, and your candidness was something he hadn’t expected.
“So,” you drawl, “I’m thanking you for giving him someone to joke around with—a distraction,” a teasing smirk, “no matter how blunt.”
“I just told you—”
“Well, I don’t bloody care, do I?” Huffing, you smirk and tip your head back before snatching the rest of the sheets. “C’mon, we have three more rooms.”
Simon watches you leave and tries to fight the rampage in his chest; the merciless slam of his heart to his ribcage. What had you done to him? A hand comes up and rubs into the bridge of his nose, fingers heavy and tight.
What in the hell was going on?
Growling under his breath, Ghost stalks out of the room only to see your back disappear into the next. In the hallway, he takes a long inhale and closes his eyes to steady himself.
“Fuckin’ hell,” the man grunts. The tension in his shoulders was plainly visible.
For the remainder of the room, Ghost would send you tight glances as he worked but didn’t utter another peep. You had taken his voice, or what little left of it there was.
In many ways, you were like your loudmouth brother—your snark and your stubbornness. But you were different too.
He feels his eyes trail down your form slowly from time to time. Capable; hardy. Simon blinked away and grunted under his breath aggressively.
When everyone was done with their food and Johnny had come back in from his call to his mother, with a soft smile on his face, you knew it was time for bed.
“Alright,” you strut into the kitchen with Ghost on your heels—his large arms crossed over his chest as he caught Soap's intense stare. The Lieutenant's brow raises, but Johnny only frowns in conspiracy before he looks over to you and itches at his chin. “Beds are made. You can all thank Simon for that, seein’ as Johnny used our mother as an excuse yet again.”
“And she was very pleased to hear from me!” Your brother points to you.
“She’s our mother,” you deadpan, “It’s her job to be, ya arse-face.”
The boys all follow you down the halls as you point to the rooms. Gaz shakes your hand again and gives you a tiny hug in thanks while John pats your shoulder and calls a soft, “Goodnight, Sweetheart.”
Both close their doors and you hear the large sighs through the wood. You have to wonder when they’d had a good bed to sleep on and a good meal. Last was your brother and Ghost, the latter of which kisses your head and hugs you tightly.
“It’s good to see you, truly. Been missing you, little Hen. Thanks for lettin’ me over all the time when I’m home.” You melt and grip his shirt.
“You’ll always have a place here, you know that. One call away…Now go to sleep. You smell like a pub.” He lightly chuckles against you. With a bond this tight, the two of you never had to say that you loved each other—it was just known.
Johnny squeezes you one last time before pulling away and slinking into his room, giving an unrecognizable glance to Ghost on his way in before the barrier slips into place with a quiet thunk of wood. The two of you look at and stare for a moment.
“Lucky you,” your voice is quiet but easy to hear, “you get the room with a view of the field.”
“Color me surprised,” he mutters, not looking enthusiastic. Against the tone, the look makes your mouth jerk in a laugh, and you cover your lips after a moment.
Simon’s eyes unconsciously soften.
You wave a hand, chest light, “Let’s go then, you brute.”
“Brute?” Simon grumbles, “Gettin’ familiar?”
“Please,” you shake your head and walk to the last door in this section of the house. “You all became familiar the second we met.”
The man rolls his eyes but has his smirk hidden as you open the door for him. He tilts his head in thanks and strolls inside.
You hum, crossing your arms ahead of you and leaning on the doorframe as he looks around, “Don’t think too much over it… The baseline is, you’ll always have a bed here if you need it.”
Ghost slips out, “What are you? Bloody boarding house?” The swelling in his chest made his words harsher than intended, but you just smile cheekily at him as eyes lock.
“Hell’s bells, if you want ta’ get me a business card just go ahead and print ‘em off already. I’ve no problem with it.” He stares and you laugh, shrugging. “Makes me feel good.”
Splaying your hands, you back out.
“I know you probably won’t sleep,” Simon pauses, feeling caught but not showing it. “Libraries down the hall—if you smoke, use the back door. Kitchen is free game.”
“Why?” He asks and you blink, confused.
“Well, why not?” Simon glares.
“You shouldn’t trust people like that.” A loud laugh echoes and makes the man annoyed with you.
“Simon,” you say, and he finds himself hanging on every word that falls from your lips in the moonlight. “Not everyone is out to get you. If you’re friends of Johnny’s, then you’re friends of mine. That boy can sniff a cheat faster than a hound can find a hare.” Perhaps it was the way his shoulders went back at that, or how his brows loosened, but you finish off with a soft explanation. “You’re safe under this roof.”
You wondered, not for that last time that night, if he’d ever been told that. From how his balaclava moved with a sharp jerk of his jaw, you assumed never. It made your lungs hurt.
With a few more seconds of quiet gazing you nod and move back.
“Goodnight, Simon.” You leave him staring at the door as you close it—eyes boring into the grain so harshly they might catch fire.
Ghost doesn’t know how long he stays like that, but his ears twitch at the echo of running water and soundless footsteps. He should leave, he tells himself; this is dangerous, a voice hisses. It’s not safe here, how could it be? There were no guards—no weapons. If someone were to sneak in there wouldn’t be an alarm.
A secluded home. Nothing around.
Then why had your words seeped into him?
“You’re safe under this roof.” Simon closes his eyes harshly.
In the morning once everyone’s gone back to the base, you admit you don’t know if you’ll see Simon again; you probably won’t. But you find that you can live with that. The memory of his loosening tension is all you need to feel special in your own right. Those brown eyes that, if but for a moment, had bled so effortlessly feelings of something other than blood and death.
As you sigh a dreamy chuckle to yourself, you get ready for the day before heading to your Hillman. The silent drive to work joins with the strange mix of weight and levitation to your chest. But halfway into town, it hits you.
Silent.
There is an obvious lack of squeaking from under the hood of your car as you slide along the countryside.
The smile doesn’t leave your face for weeks.

He makes you cry during an Argument.
Arguments with these boys? What could possibly go wrong..
ೃ࿔*:・
Headcannons and short stories under the cut!
ೃ࿔*:・
TW!! talk of Hoodie stalking, but not major! I think that’s it!!
Tumblr media
Jeffrey Hodex:
- you’d think an argument with your boyfriend who loves you oh so dearly would hopefully end in him apologizing. Wanting to make sure he didn’t say anything to you to hurt you.. but you sometimes forget he’s not the normal person.
-Jeff has anger issues and it’s not a surprise to anyone when it’s brought up. So typically with any argument he has, his anger tends to get the better of him.
-which means if the argument is small it’s bound to be blown out of proportion, if it’s a pretty bad argument it’s about to be even worse.
-he doesn’t like to listen. To him he’s always right. He’s never wrong even if deep down he knows he actually fucked up he doesn’t want to admit it because he doesn’t want to look “weak” or too “soft”
-he typically doesn’t feel bad if you end up getting hurt emotionally, you’ll get a good ol scoff and roll of the eyes while he tells you “it’s not that big of a fucking deal, you don’t need to be so emotional.” Along the lines of that.
-but… you might just tug a few heart strings when he realized he’s made you cry. It’s when he sees that he’s scared you that he breaks a little. He’s got a habit of punching walls, breaking shit around the house when you both argue, screaming in your face.. and if it all leads to you finally breaking down and shaking that’s where he finally draws his line.
-he didn’t mean to scare you.. not like that at least. The last thing he wants is for you to be scared of him. He loves you.. even if he shows it in odd ways. He’s an asshole yes but he’s your asshole.
⋆.ೃ࿔*:・
“Would you just fucking Listen!” Jeff screamed out. His hands were immediately gripping onto his pants, trying his damned hardest to not punch the closest thing to him. But he can’t help himself the moment you cross your arms and give him that fucking look. “Jeffrey. Cut it out, I’ve listened to you for the past 40 fucking minutes.. you need to listen to me-“ you’re cut off quickly hearing his hand collide with the wall and a loud grunt leaving his lips. He’s slightly heaving, breathing heavily and hair a bit messy in front of his face. You jumped a bit, backing up quickly when he immediately whipped around to trudge towards you, black combat boots making him taller then he already was. His large hand was quick to grab your jaw and squish your cheeks together just slightly. “No you fucking listen to me. Stop being a fucking bitch. Why do you have to pick at everything I fucking do, huh?! Huh?!” If he was a scrawny guy you’d say you’d be able to at least get free but no.. no he was a big guy, tall. Muscular, broad shoulders.. built chest. His biceps twitched slightly as his grip grew harder. There was no way you were escaping this. Not with him. Your small hands pushed at his arm and your eyes watered, a tear falling onto his fingers. Oh.. Jeff’s grip softened as he slowly let go. His form lowering himself so he was at your level. “Oh baby.. oh..” his hands hesitated before cupping your cheeks and his lips are kissing at the corners of your lips, trailing towards your ear. “I didn’t mean it..” his voice is deep, gruff and low in your ear as you immediately wrap your arms around his waist. “I’m sorry..” really it’s the only time you’ll get a sorry out of him, a genuine one at that.
Tumblr media
Tobias Rogers
- he’s one of the ones who’s a bit more understanding. He can’t exactly understand physical pain or frustration but he can completely understand emotional pain and anger.. and how fucking awful it can be to handle. So when he’s stood, tall and lanky in front of you, hands swinging in the air and his voice raising he can suddenly feel the room shift to a hurt.. deep cut feeling.
- he tries not to yell he tries to hear you out when you both have an argument, but having BPD can be an issue when it comes to that.. you say one thing in a slight tone and he’s set off. Oh? So this is his fault suddenly? Why did you have to say it like that? You could have said it this way. Why do you have to be such a fucking asshole?
-when in reality that’s not how you meant it at all.. and yes Toby does feel bad for it afterwards he shouldn’t have lashed out that way, he should have sat and listened and maybe asked why you said it that way.. but sometimes things get the better of us.
-he’s not always the one to apologize afterwards but he does when he knows he really fucked up. He can’t lose you not to something so fucking stupid. “I-I’m sorry.. you didn’t deserve to hear that.. to e-endure any of that..” with a sniffle you look up at him teary eyed. Oh that really hurts. “It’s okay Toby” he’s immediately at your side, hands brushing your hair back and placing gentle kisses to your jaw. It kills him when you cry.
⋆.ೃ࿔*:・
“I don’t know Toby I’m just tired..” this is what set him off. The way you said it. You were tired? of this? Of him? Of this relationship? “Are you fucking serious?” He speaks with his teeth clenched together, his head resting in his hands before he’s looking up at your slowly. His body slightly twitches from time to time, though when he was angry it usually became an issue for him, twitching far too often, clearing his throat more aggressively. His tics would normally become more violent in some ways. “Are we just d-done then? That’s it just b-because you’re tired yo-you can’t fucking walk away-“ his arm flys up in the air as he stands, his hands coming to rub at his face and the patch of hair on his chin. His tired droopy eyes dart towards you. You didn’t necessarily start crying because he scared you it was more of the the stress of the situation. “Toby please that’s not what I meant.” He still hasn’t noticed as his tall figure is rambling on, tics making his occasional grip and smack to his leg but he of course can’t feel it. When he finally looks at you he realizes you’ve been crying and it stops. The room becomes quiet and he twitches a few more times before softly kneeling on the floor where you sat. “I shouldn’t have assumed like that.. I’m sorry..” he’s softly laying you down on the floor as his lips trail your neck, his hands placing your arms around his neck. “I’m so sorry.” He mumbles against your neck.

- to be honest he’s probably not the one who started it. He’s usually pretty calm, and quiet…. Except for when he wants to act like a child and become ignorant and downright inappropriate.
-he can be perverted.. gross and this is usually where the arguments start, not that you don’t like him nor the way he acts it’s more when he says things he shouldn’t be saying. So you typically end up yelling at him and he will normally sit embarrassed and feeling a bit guilty.. he didn’t think you’d get so upset.
- on occasion if the argument isn’t about that and about something else he still is usually the one to just take it but there are rare moments where he snaps back. And when he does. Oh boy.
-constant pacing back and forth, hands in his hair, sharp glares at you and laughing in disbelief. He’ll sometimes say things he doesn’t mean. He’s usually not one to yell but when he does you aren’t really expecting it. So it scares you.. and the tears finally break.
- ben only stares for a moment. “Shit.” Yeah he fucked up big time. He immediately feels guilty and he immediately rushes towards you to pull you into a tight embrace. He didn’t mean to take it that far.. he really didn’t, knowing it was him who made you cry makes him want to break down himself.
ೃ࿔*:・
“You can hate me yknow, I won’t blame you, or be angry..” Ben mumbled against your hair, your sniffling shattering his dead heart even further. You look up at the blonde, your fingers lacing their way into his hair as you force a bit of a smile “I just.. I hate when we argue like that..” your voice breaks causing Ben to swallow. Oh no. There’s that lump in his throat. His hands rub at your back before feeling his way towards your lower half, squeezing gently. “I know babe. Don’t listen to me when I get like that yeah?” You give a gentle smile as he softly lifts you up, bringing you closer as he grabs his controller, getting ready to play his game and have you relax against him. Occasionally he’ll presses kisses to your forehead. He doesn’t like to talk about the arguments, maybe because he doesn’t know how to handle his emotions and yours at the same time or maybe he’s just scared it’ll lead to another argument, but he apologized like he always does and makes sure your comfy against him while he games. As long as you’re content with it, he’s content.

-Masky/ Tim Wright
- a bit like Jeff I just think he’s a bit more mellow, he won’t ever apologize unless he knows he’s actually in the wrong. Which ends up being majority of the time. You know he has his episodes, where he blacks out and doesn’t remember a lot of the things he ends up doing.
- he will sometimes black out during an argument. It’s not often but when he does it’s like arguing with a brick wall. Like Jeff he won’t listen. He refuses to listen to anything you say because In the moment he’s the one who’s right. But he’ll never go as far to say mean things like Jeff does. No Tim tends to stop himself before he does.
-he storms off frequently. I think he more or so hates the emotions that comes with this. He hates the yelling, the way you look at him with disbelief and anger.. Its more so he doesn’t feel like fucking shit up for being an asshole to someone who genuinely cares about him. So he leaves you to your emotions to figure out, and if they aren’t figured out by the time he gets back he tries his best to help. Even if he does seem annoyed.
- typically your arguments are more him being snarky, sarcastic and being too logical, he can raise his voice from time to time but he’s only ever yelled at you once, and he still beats him self up for it to this day. Seeing you cry at how angry he got, how you still reached out for him in your meltdown caused by him.. and you still reached for him.
ೃ࿔*:・
“They’re pills y/n, prescription pills. I’ll be fine you know I need to take them. Why do I need to keep telling you thi-“ you cut him off quickly your voice already laced with concern as it shook. “Because you take more then you should be taking Tim. I don’t like it I don’t want you to hurt yourself..” he understood where you came from yes but what you needed to do was stop it. Just stop worrying about him. “Please for the love of god, I’m fine! I’m fucking fine! I’ll be fine! Please just stop it. I hate how much you worry and stress yourself over me. They’re fucking pills, I take them when needed. So just stop!” Now he didn’t scream super loud, but it was loud enough for you to feel the lumpy tingly feeling in your throat bubble, your hands softly twisting together “s-sorry..” you squeaked out. Tears brimmed your eyes as your bottom lip quivered. He watched you carefully for a moment, grimacing a bit as he watched your face twist with sadness.. and you slowly making your way towards him. Tim opens his arms and quietly pulls you in, one hand rubbing at the back of your head and the other gripping your back. “I’m an asshole. I know you’re just worried.” He mumbled quietly, lips pressed to your forehead as you hide your face in his chest. “You’re okay..” he continues to mumble, awkwardly trying to find a way to comfort you further.

-he’s quiet. Very quiet. I think he’s the most gentle when it comes to arguments with his S/O. He’s scared to hurt you, always in any circumstances. He’s more observant, he knows when the argument gets too much for you just by a single movement.
-though he does have his moments where he does get angry back, he can normally control his temper. Usually the argument starts by something he’s done so he can handle it, he can deal with it. He tells you “I promise I’ll change, just give me some time” and you believe him because he does change but then he falls back into his habits, leaving for weeks on end, taking too many pills, his stalker tendencies.
-the argument this time is unclear, you probably don’t even remember by the Time Brian starts yelling back at you. His hair is messy from running his hands through it one too many times, he’s clenching his fists and trying to breathe as he shakily keeps his voice down.
-even in moments like this he still thinks of you. Not wanting to hurt you nor scare you.. he just lets you have your outburst and then you both move on. But tonight was different.
-he tends to ignore you when he gets worked up in an argument. If he’s not yelling back then majority of the time he’s just silent. His back towards you. But only when he’s angry right back at you. He’ll give you that silent treatment for hours.
-but this time. He made you cry. And he’s stopped dead in his tracks, eyes softening, getting down on his knees and resting his head against your stomach, his hands holding onto your waist. Sigh… he just had to fuck shit up again didn’t he.
ೃ࿔*:・
“Brian you can’t just leave me for weeks on end.. you can’t just.. disappear then show up like nothings happened. Where do you go..? Is there someone else” at this point he’s just been listening to you, letting you vent out but when you suddenly accuse him of cheating on you.. he snaps. You really think HE would cheat on you?! It’s not like he didn’t spend months watching you, becoming so infatuated with you to the point that it would make anybody so fucking sick to their stomach. But he couldn’t tell you that he couldn’t tell you he’s loved you far longer. So he stands, looks at you with anger in his eyes, a hint of sadness flashing on his face “don’t fucking accuse me of cheating on you.” He points a shaky finger in your face “don’t you ever. You don’t understand the shit I’d do for you, the shit I DO for you.” He’s close now, watching as you look up at him shakily. “This S-still doesn’t explain where you go Brian.. you-“ he’s grabbing your wrist and pulling you close “no listen to me. I want to tell you I want to tell you so badly but I can’t. I can’t. I just can’t.” His eyes are averting he’s becoming shaky himself, he’s panicking. Trust him. Is what he wants to tell you, that It’ll all be okay, he’ll be okay in a couple of days, he’ll change just give him time.. but he can’t lie to you.. not now. It would only make shit worse for you in this moment. When he finally looks back at you he sees you staring up at him, not a word spoken but tears streaming down your face, and your wrists still held tight in his large hands. “I..” he softly brings your hand down, lowering himself to the ground as he watches you still stare straight ahead. He scared you. Brian goes silent and lets himself sit on his knees, his hands running up under your shirt to hold onto your waist and burying his head into your stomach. “I’m sorry” he whispered gently, shivering when he feels your hands curl into his hair and finally look down at him. You know he feels guilty. He’s only trying to protect you.

“Fuck, Joel,” you mutter when you finally relax around him, your tight walls flutter at the feeling of his cock moving halfway out of you. When he pushes back in you see stars.  “That’s right honey —fuck— so good for me,” he pants, bottoming out again and setting a slow pace that punches each breath out of you. “Teasin’ me all day—couldn’t fuckin’ wait any longer.”
“Sweetie? Have you seen the sunblock?”
“Yeah dad, in the back bathroom!” you yell back from your room.
It’s honestly unbelievable.
Packing.
You’re packing.
For a weekend getaway at some beach house property one of Joel’s client’s offered him for the weekend.
Joel’s client.
Joel Miller.
Who got down on his knees for you at your graduation barbecue. Who fingered you in the front seat of his pick-up truck when your dad was looking for you.
Who refused to talk to you after that. Not like you were trying anyways. This had to stop. Especially since you and Liam have been talking more and he’s…nice. Boring—sure. But he’s what’s good for you.
He even got you a job at some hardware store on the other side of town.
Liam was keeping you company—no—keeping you busy. But not enough to stop the incessant thoughts of your middle aged neighbor who is—even worse—probably your dad’s only close friend.
You tried to keep your distance. For your sake and Joel’s. You don’t want to know what’s going on in his mind anymore. All you know is he continually runs laps around yours.
You can’t shake how he looked at the barbecue. How the sea of people parted for him like he was Moses, greeting him with strong handshakes and acrylic nails wrapping around his bicep. But even worse, you can’t stop thinking about how through all those people—he found your eyes first.
You tried to convince yourself that maybe Joel was thinking the same thing you were. That this—whatever it is—was actually fucking ridiculous and had to stop.
Because it did have to stop. But it never felt ridiculous to you, as much as you will yourself to believe.
You tried to convince yourself that much when your hand was down your pants in the middle of the night. Something sounding a lot like Joel’s name on the tip of your tongue as you made yourself come.
You aren’t sure if your dad has seen much of him either—saying something about how he was booked through the fourth of July weekend with a huge project he was working on with his brother.
That’s why you were shocked when your dad came up to your room with a grin explaining he counted you in on the weekend getaway with Joel, Sarah, and the two of you.
You were excited to see more of Sarah — she had really grown up in the time you were away. But with Sarah comes Joel, and you aren’t sure if the butterflies in your stomach were from anxiety or anticipation at that thought.
A half a day after your dad told you to get packing, you’re in the backseat of Joel’s truck, Sarah at your side, while she talks everyone's ear off about something. You aren’t really paying attention because Joel can’t stop stealing glances at you in the rear view mirror—and let's be honest. You can’t stop either.
“—so then she said to me that it was my fault. I mean can you believe that?” Sarah slaps your arm gently while finishing her story.
She looks around the car for approval and the dads just shrug their shoulders. You give her a sympathetic look.
“Sorry Sarah, sounds crazy,” you say, grabbing her hand. You—honest to god—tried to pay attention but there were so many names thrown out you couldn’t keep up. It didn’t help that the man in the driver's seat kept you up at night—almost every night—since the barbecue.
“I know! But then Jackson was like okay with it so whatever,” she gives you a knowing look, finishing her story—don’t say anything else because my dad’s here.
“Boys,” your dad murmurs to Joel under his breath, but you catch it.
You also catch Joel shaking his head in response, letting out a huff and a—
“Tell me ‘bout it.”
You meet his eye through the rear view mirror and drop his gaze quickly. His knuckles go white on the steering wheel.
You think you’re almost off the hook and maybe can get some rest but Sarah lets out the first of many—
“Are we almost there yet?”
Four more of those and you arrive at a secluded beach house on the coast. Joel pulls up to the back of the house, you can see the deck which leads down to the beach. Sarah and your dad hop out of the truck hastily—excited to see the house, and enter through the back door. It leaves you and Joel in the car together. Alone, for a few uncomfortable seconds until he finally speaks.
“You alright?”
It throws you for a loop. Joel Miller asking if you’re okay? You must be dying. You look at him through the mirror, an eyebrow raising.
“‘M fine,” you reply back, monotone.
“Do you wanna talk?”
Another surprise.
“There’s nothing to talk about. You made that clear,” you huff, putting an emphasis on you so maybe he can start to feel an ounce of what you do.
He gets out of the car but you don’t move from your position. Your dad and Sarah have disappeared into the house, undoubtedly claiming the best bedrooms and rifling through the owner’s things.
He opens your door, his hand hanging off the top of it while his other braces himself on the car near your head. He dips his head closer to you, taking up the entirety of the door frame.
“You gonna be a brat this whole trip?” His drawl, rich and velvety, almost tricks you into leaning up to kiss him, but you snap out of it from his words. The name shouldn’t make you clench your thighs together like it does. You opt for anger over letting him see what he does to you.
“I’m the brat?” You bite back. He’s not going to do this again. If it’s your last dying wish, Joel Miller will learn a lesson this trip. For leaving you high and dry. For being a fucking asshole, just like you told him at the barbecue a couple days ago.
“You think parading that lil boy ‘round here s’okay?”
“Again with Liam? It’s not any of your business.”
You look at him. Really look at him—and there’s a certain emotion behind his eyes you can’t place. Like he’s biting his tongue, and you know he is.
“What, Joel? God,” you say, exasperated.
“Nothin’—I—” he pauses like he’s trying to collect his thoughts before speaking. Then he says something that surprises you—like maybe he really does care about you and what happened in his truck.
“He make you laugh?”
You stare at him, shocked, and you can’t help but soften your gaze. You feel like bursting into a puddle of tears—but what’s even worse—you feel like running into his arms.
“He doesn’t make me cry.”
He looks down at that. Like he’s defeated.
“I told you I care,” he throws his words back in your face. From when he had his tongue buried inside you.
You roll your eyes.
“What? You think I want it like this?” He continues when you don’t respond.
“I have no fucking idea what you want.”
“I want to not be sneaking around behind my friend’s back. Your dad’s back.”
“Didnt stop you before.”
He pushes off the car at that, putting his hands on his hips while scoffing to himself. You think you catch him mumbling something and before you can bite your tongue you urge him to speak up.
“Insane,” he grunts.
“Sorry?”
“I said you drive me fuckin’ insane.”
You pause at that. Partially because his tone suggests it’s not the typical insane but like he can’t stay away from you. Like you drive him up the walls. Like he can’t stop thinking about you. Maybe even the kind of insane he makes you feel. Maybe it's the same thing he does to you. And you didn’t know you did…anything to Joel.
“That’s my job,” you reply sarcastically instead of saying something stupid—or something you regret.
You break his gaze—looking down to unlatch your seatbelt. When your hand goes to click the button, you stay fiddling with it; the latch fails to come out of the buckle.
“‘S jammed. Need to get a repair,” he reaches over you to unlatch it himself.
But you don’t get your hand out of the way quick enough and your fingers meet over the button.
He pauses, you both do. The contact makes your head spin.
You think he’s going to pull away. An apology is already braced on your tongue but instead of moving or retracting, he tentatively rubs your hand with his thumb instead, lacing his fingers through yours like it’s second nature.
He’s in your space, and he smells like Joel, and you don’t think the two of you have ever shared a more intimate moment. Not even when his mouth was between your legs.
You look up at him, hesitant, because you aren’t sure what’s going to be looking back. But he stares at you, his eyes soft. Joel looks down to your lips and back up to your eyes. His brow twitches a bit. You let out soft pants—the peaks of your breasts threaten to ghost against his chest.
He looks at your lips again and inches closer, starting to duck his head.
“‘M sorry,” he grumbles in a low, dangerous drawl that shoots right up your spine.
You don’t think it’s a phrase he says often. You’ve never heard it. It sounds foreign on his lips, especially when they’re inching closer to yours.
“For what?” You squeak out, a breath cutting through your words.
“Everythin’.”
Your eyes urge him to continue.
“Thought I could stay away f’m you.”
He gets closer.
“Thought it was the right thing.”
You shake your head.
“But I don’t think I can stay away.”
“Don’t stay away. Don’t go,” you plead with him and shake your head. All of your plans to make him pay have honestly gone out the window. But when he says things like that and he really—honest to god—means them? You know you’re fucked.
“'M here.”
You close your eyes at his words and will your tears back when they close. All you can smell is Joel and all you can feel is his hand coming up to loosely wrap around your throat, the curve of his palm hugging your collar bone.
“Look at me.” In a blink, you do.
He’s closer, if possible.
And he kisses you. It’s the first time he’s ever kissed you. It’s not tentative, or aggressive.
This kiss feels like the real apology. Not him on his knees for you and then ignoring you after. He kisses like he’s willing you to forgive him. You know he’s not good with words—that’s why this kiss feels like the heartbreak that had settled in your chest is scattering. It feels like your old fantasies and butterflies breaching the surface are making you moan into his mouth.
He kisses you like a man starved, but also like he’s scared of messing up again.
It feels fucking good—he feels fucking good.
His hand on your throat lengthens your neck to deepen the kiss. Your hands find his bicep and squeeze the life out of him.
His other hand pulls at the hem of your shirt and almost ghosts the skin of your stomach but the sound of a door slamming snaps you both out of it. Joel turns to see Sarah pushing out of the patio door with her back turned towards you, carrying towels and a cooler. He quickly unbuckles your seatbelt with dexterous fingers, helping you out of the car.
You act like you were helping him unload the flatbed when Sarah turns around—a big smile cast on her face.
“Get your bikini on! Let’s go!” She looks at you and nods towards the ocean over her stack of beach supplies.
“Alright, alright, I’m going.”
You hustle into the house with a duffle slung over your shoulder. You can see your dad in the kitchen rifling through the pantry—the cooler for drinks and food abandoned on the floor near the fridge.
You find a bathroom and change into your swimsuit quickly. You don’t miss the wet spot on your panties. From a kiss nonetheless. You’re beginning to think you’re way more fucked than either you or Joel like to believe.
You rush out onto the patio. Sarah is probably shoulder deep in the water and it’s way too fucking hot to be sitting under the sun without taking a dip. You haven’t been to a nice beach like this in a really long time. You don’t remember the last time you went on vacation.
This is nice.
Joel is being way too…nice.
You pass him on the way to the beach where you see Sarah jumping through the water. He looks at you, subtly. Out of the corner of his eye. You try to avoid his gaze and hide your blush but you can feel his burning eyes shift to the back of your head as you give him a small smile in passing.
“Dad! C’mon let's go!” Sarah yells from the water. You look to see Joel staring back at you—you drop his eye when your dad busts through the door.
“‘N a minute!” Joel grumbles as he throws his duffle over his shoulder, carting in a crate of barbecue things for the weekend.
Your flip flops splat on the deck as you break into a small jog down to where Sarah is. She smiles at you as you run into the water. The two of you playing in the salty spring like teenagers—well she is—you aren’t.
You can see your dad and Joel settle on beach chairs some yards away from the shoreline. They sport a couple beers and talk amongst themselves while watching you and Sarah play in the water.
You catch Joel’s eye a couple times. He even comes down and throws around a football with your dad. He splashes and teases you all day.
When the sun finally extends down to the horizon and the water turns orange from its light, Sarah tells you she’s beat and basically hobbles back over to the dads on the beach chairs. She slumps down onto the one next to Joel, you move towards them as well, trying not to blush because you know Joel is looking at you before you meet his eyes.
“Tired?” Joel asks, not to you or Sarah in particular, but it falls on you—Sarah already asleep on the beach chair.
“Exhausted.” You plop down on the chair beside your dad, taking a towel and drying your hair off before moving to the rest of your body.
“Want dinner? I’ll make my burgers,” your dad inquires, beginning to stand and take the beers with him.
“Sounds good dad.” You stand and wrap the towel around your body. “Need a shower.”
You try to wake Sarah up gently, she grumbles and stalks off to the house, you, trailing behind her. She kicks her flip flops off at the entrance and moves to the couch in the living room. She’s back asleep before you get the chance to enter the door.
Your dad moves to the kitchen, you don’t know where Joel went. Maybe you left him back on the beach. You move to take a cold shower, the small tug in your stomach grew to be quite big when you caught him staring at your exposed skin on the beach.
When you get upstairs, you enter your designated bedroom. You smile when you realize it has a bathroom attached to it. You strip off your bathing suit, putting it in the sink of your bathroom.
You wrap a towel around your body and go to twist the knob of your shower. When you tug it towards hot it comes off the shower wall with a chink and you curse to yourself, the water coming out in a leak rather than a stream.
You huff. This is not what you need right now.
“Dad!” You call from the doorway of your bedroom—not wanting to venture further in just a towel.
You turn away from the door—moving into the bathroom, trying to chance figuring out how to fix it instead, when a pair of footsteps fall by your bedroom door.
“You okay?” A voice calls from your bedroom, but it’s not your dads.
You jump at the sound of a honey rich southern drawl echoing your name as Joel pushes through the bathroom door to find you in your towel, holding the shower handle.
“Jesus—” he looks away with a cough, you can tell he’s shocked to see you in just a towel. But when he sees you holding the handle he does a double take.
“What the hell did y’do?” He flips between giving you privacy and moving toward you with an outstretched hand, taking the shower handle into his own.
“I just tried to turn it on and it snapped off,” you try to reason with him, a flush coming to your cheeks when he comes into the bathroom.
“Move,” he grumbles, sneaking by you. In the brief moment you come chest to chest, you look up at him and he lets out a groan. His hand snakes by your waist. He looks down at you—a dangerous look in his eyes.
Joel breaks first, moving towards the shower.
“I’m gonna—yeah—just…uh thanks,” you gesture to your towel and shut the door to the bathroom behind you. Leaving Joel in there alone.
You throw on an oversized t-shirt and underwear before he comes out, sans shower handle.
“Thanks,” you mumble, suddenly self conscious you didn’t have time to put on pants. You aren’t sure why. Joel’s seen…a lot already.
“‘Course,” he says, but doesn’t leave like you anticipated.
“You havin’ fun?” He asks. There’s something in his tone that suggests he doesn’t actually care.
“Yeah,” you reply, breathless, “Thanks for inviting us.”
“sorry—I—” he points to the bathroom, “thought you were in trouble or somethin’.”
“‘S’okay.”
He looks at you, and down to your bare legs, your underwear just peeking out from beneath your shirt’s hem.
The way Joel looks at you—like you’re the only one who matters—stokes the fire growing in your stomach. The look in his eyes tells you he’s still wrestling with his moral compass. Like he needs to stay away for his own good, but like he said in the car—he just can’t.
Joel nods, and steps back like he’s turning to leave. You don’t want him to. You need him. When you take a tentative step toward him, he suddenly breaks into stride in your direction. The dam of fleeting touches and wandering eyes for half a day breaks. He grabs your face in his hands, kissing you hard. His tongue slips to run over your bottom lip and you whine into his mouth.
Your hands come up to rest on his chest. His, wrapping around your waist while he dips his head to start kissing your neck.
“Joel–” you start, but the feeling of his lips on the sensitive parts of your collarbone punches your breath.
He only hums at that sentiment.
“Where are we going?” you manage to get out, when he’s tugging you into the bathroom by your wrist, shutting the door behind him.
“Need to fuck you,” he groans into your ear as he spins you around, so your hips press into the bathroom counter. You can look into the mirror and see your reflection. You look entirely too fucked out from a couple kisses and he looks stone cold.
“J-Joel—ah—jesus,” you moan when his hand dips to your front and catches your clit through cotton.
“Say please,” he groans into the skin of your neck. You turn your head to catch his lips in a chaste kiss. It's all tongue and teeth, but you don’t mind either way. He’s close, he’s here and he’s kissing you.
You break away from the kiss just enough to whine out a small, “Please–fuck–”
You don’t really know what you’re asking for, but you know if that’s what he wants—you’d give him anything in this particular moment.
“Nicer.”
You whine, the pad of his finger catches your clit just right.
“Please, Joel,” you cut out through bated breath.
He huffs, you can hear the sound of clinking and shuffling behind you—the tell tale sign of his belt coming undone.
“Alright, baby, c’mon,” he pushes you down, folds you in half, your breasts pressed against marble. It's cold, and his hot hands on your waist, snaking down to slot his fingers in your underwear makes you dizzy.
“You’re a tease,” he groans when he eases your underwear to the side, the head of his cock catches your clit.
“Joel—p—fuck—” His cock catches at your entrance. You both pause for a second, reveling in the feeling. One of his hands grips your waist so hard you’re sure you’ll have bruises by dinnertime. The other pushes your face down—fingers tangling in your hair.
“Look in the mirror,” he growls, lifting your head up by your hair, just enough so you can watch his face as his tip slips past your entrance.
He stretches you out just from that, you muffle down a scream in your throat.
Joel’s mouth goes slack but he doesn’t react much with his face. He just looks down at your bodies connecting and pants while he slowly slides home.
“‘S big Joel. Feel so good—oh my god—” he breaks you open and splits you in two. His breath cuts somewhere behind your head—your eyes squeezing shut at the feeling.
He buries himself to the hilt, you curse and mutter inconsistencies into the bathroom. His iron grip on your body goes tighter if possible.
“Eyes open,” he growls behind you. “You can take it baby, c’mon.”
You will open your eyes, focusing on him in the mirror. He has a sheen of sweat already casing his forehead, his shirt is half unbuttoned with his sleeves rolled up to his elbows.
“Relax, angel,” he pants. “You’re squeezing me — could barely get it in,”
He settles there, you try to relax but the stretch makes you squirm underneath him. He lets you adjust to his length, cursing every time you clench around him. It’s filthy. Obscene. He’s pushing your head up — lifting you by your hair, so you can see him spear into you with no remorse. He’s filthy, and so are you.
“More please,” you whine, meeting his eye in the mirror. The air is thick in the bathroom now, the potpourri on the sill of the window doesn’t really mask much of anything.
He complies—surprisingly. Moving faster and harder, each push of his hips knocks you into the counter. The grip on your waist gets impossibly tight. The hand pulling at your hair finally lets you rest back down on the counter, pushing hair out of your face when you look back at him. It rests on the back of your neck.
“Feel so good baby,” he groans.
“Joel—I’m—I can’t, I’m gonna—”
“C’mon angel, come for me,” he says, you take another peak at him through the mirror. He looks wrecked. But you look even worse.
You get impossibly tight around him while he mutters things you can’t hear over the ringing in your ears. You think you hear him toss out a small that’s right when you finally spill over the edge.
He fucks you through it, his pace doesn’t let up, the coldness of the counter brings you back to reality. Where his breaths are becoming groans and pants and he strokes your cheek with his thumb.
“‘Nother,” is all he says when your tight walls finally relax, molding to him and only him.
“I–I can’t—” you say, slumped against the counter. You sound cock drunk. It’s halfway true though. No one else has ever made you come twice in one night. You were starting to think it might be a myth.
“Know you can, pretty girl,” he goes slow at that, angling down so the tip of his cock catches something inside you that lights the fire again. “There we go. ‘S okay, can feel it already.”
He pushes you towards another orgasm, it washes over your entire body and you slump against the counter. Maybe it’s some sort of weird trance he has you in. Or maybe you were right and this — whatever it is — is getting bad. Fast. You’re threatening to fall. But he’s there, and he picks you up and holds you down.
“Jesus. Fuck, baby,” he curses into your skin when your release coats his cock and lets him sink deeper, thrust faster, push harder.
“Joel—fuck. Fuck.” Maybe the overstimulation should be getting to you, but you stay there like that, as he speeds up and his thrusts become more frantic. He chases after his own orgasm.
“Turn over,” he says, hastily. His hands move at your body before you can process his words. He flips you around and slots himself in between your legs—sliding back in deep, grinding into you while folding over so his head is in the crook of your neck.
“Please,” you whimper. You both know what you’re asking for. But he pulls out, ripping your shirt up and spilling all over your stomach and breasts. It coats you, the liquid hot and he dips his head to watch it coat your body. He lets out a strangled string of curses, bracing himself on the counter as he comes.
He kisses you. Really kisses you. You grab his face and moan into it. Like you’re willing him to stay there, in between your legs forever.
But he breaks first, moving to grab a towel out of the cabinet above the toilet. He cleans you up gently, wetting the towel with warm water before it touches your skin. The sentiment could make you cry.
When he’s done cleaning you up, he kisses your forehead. Joel wraps his arms around you as you sling yours over his shoulders. He holds you there, his hand coming to cup the back of your head, stroking your hair and breathing hot kisses into your crown. You smile, lazily.
He pulls back just enough to look at you. You know you still look wrecked and are in desperate need of a shower—he looks perfect by contrast, completely untouched and definitely unbothered.
“Dangerous,” he mutters when you look at him through your lashes.
You kiss him instead of responding.
You know Joel's right—this is dangerous.
But it feels way too good to stop.

Tumblr media
The invisible waves from the sun steam off the pavement. She readjusts her claw clip in her hair to keep the hair off of her neck. She looks up from her textbook occasionally to watch people walk past her. The sudden sound of a ball hitting the ground and yelling coming from behind her attacks all of her senses. She is about to turn around to ask if they could shout any louder, but a sharp pain to the back of her head stops her. “Sorry, that was my fault,” a voice calls out. Y/N turns to see the voice belongs to Drew Starkey. She gives a roll of her eyes, “Well, next time, keep your balls to yourself.” He approaches closer to her and she is surprised to be overcome by the fresh and clean scent of the man, considering the sweaty dripping off of him. He lets out a deep chuckle and smirk forms on his face as he bends down to pick up the basketball.
“Darling, I am more than capable of controlling my balls,” he teases, finding the scowl on her face adorable. Y/N shakes her head, “That doesn’t even make any sense.” “I think you know what I mean, Darling.” Drew brings the bottom of his shirt to wipe off the sweat on his forehead, which Y/N is a hundred percent sure he does to show off his defined abs underneath. She has enough of his cocky attitude and picks up her bag to leave. He doesn’t want her to leave, so he hesitantly reaches out to stop her. The pressure of his fingers on her bicep causes her to glare at him, yanking her arm away. Her defiance to his charm is rare to him and he likes that she doesn’t just bite down her remarks for the sake of him liking her. He watches as she walks away and the scent of her lavender perfume fades away. Drew wishes she would stay to tell him her name.
——
Drew wouldn’t say that he stalked her, but he did ask around about her. Y/N Y/L/N is a psychology major in her junior year. She doesn’t have much of a social presence on campus, yet it is known that she hangs out with Addy Morrison, who Drew has spoken to at a few parties. He is close to a friend of Addy and he told him that Addy frequents Page Turner, a bookstore just outside of the campus. The reason for her habitual visits, Y/N works at the store.
He wipes his palms on his pants before opening the door to the shop. A little girl and her mother are on the other side and he lets them walk out then enters. His gaze darts to the counter with the cash register; disappointment flashes through his face when he sees that she isn’t at the counter. He has been in the store a couple of times before and while he does enjoy the dusty smell of books, he hasn’t been able to find what he has been coming to the store for. The unoccupied register does give him hope that she might be working today because no other employee seems to be working at the store. He browses the books until he hears the creak of a hinge opening from the back of the store. He waits for a second to check over his shoulder at the door, but the smell of lavender filling the room tells him who it is. He hides his smirk and waits for the patter of her footsteps to stop.
“Does this place sell phone chargers?” he asks, walking toward her. He waves his dead phone, which is really just turned off, in the air before placing it on the counter. She gives him a raised eyebrow and an annoyed look. “This is a bookstore, not Apple,” she mocks. He laughs at her remark, “Does your boss know that you are always so rude to the customers, Darling?” “You know you should try reading more. You might be one of the 36 million Americans, who can’t read over a third-grade level,” she quips, ignoring his previous comment. He grins at her, “Interesting. Could you get me a statistic book on that?” Surprise flashes on her face. “Really?” she inquires, turning towards the computer. He amusedly shakes his head, “Nah.” She gives him a crossed look, “You know people don’t like sarcastic people.” “They also don’t like know-it-alls either, Darling,” he fires back, turning towards the door and exiting.
Y/N glances down at the counter to find his phone still there. She does not want to give it back to him but fights against her better judgment. She runs out after him, calling his name. He stops in the middle of the street and turns toward her. She goes to give him his phone when the blaring of a horn fills the air. The car slows down, but not fast enough. Drew is knocked off his feet and his head slams against the ground. Y/N lets out a small scream, running to check on him.
“Are you fucking crazy? Watch where you are going. That was a crosswalk, Jackass,” she screams at the driver, who came out of the car to check on the person he hit. When Drew comes to, all he sees is the ray of sunshine standing above him. Her hands are waving around in the air as she screams at someone in front of her. He doesn’t know who she is, but he feels an overwhelming feeling of affection for her. She must be his girlfriend with the way she is defending him. Once she gets the driver’s information for the insurance, she helps Drew up from the ground. “Darling, what happened?” He questions, letting her guide him to her car. She sends a quick text to the owner explaining what happened and that she locked up, “You got hit by a car. I’m going to get you to the hospital.” She settles into the car and helps him buckle his seat belt. “Oh, that’s good. Hospital good. You are such a good girlfriend,” he babbles. She ignores his statement about being his girlfriend, hoping she just misheard him.
——
“The doctor said he has a concussion, so wake him up every so often to make sure he’s fine. If he pukes, take him to the hospital just in case,” she informs Austin, one of Drew’s frat brothers. He nods his head and helps guide Drew to their couch, “Got it. So you’re Y/N?” She gives him a puzzled look. She’s never talked to him and she sure as hell never told Drew her name. “Uh, yeah,” she awkwardly responds. “Austin, you should know her. She’s my girlfriend,” Drew scolds, looking at her with loving eyes. Austin gives her a confused look. “He also has amnesia. He thinks I’m his girlfriend,” she whispers the last part. “I don’t exactly have the heart to tell him otherwise, so I’ll just wait until he remembers.” Austin’s mouth opens in understanding.
She hands Austin a post-it note with her number, “Give him my number when he is feeling a little better. I have the driver’s info so he can file an insurance claim. I’ll also ask the owners of the store around where he got hit for surveillance footage.” Austin takes the number into his hand. “Got it. Thanks for taking care of him,” Austin thanks, leading her out of the door.
——
Got the insurance claim :). He texts her, sitting back on the couch. He sees the bubbles pop up and a smile spreads across his face. That’s good. He hasn’t gotten to see her since the accident. Every time he tries to take her on a date, she says she is either busy with work or school. God, his girlfriend is so hardworking. It’s cute. He remembers he is supposed to go back home this weekend and decides that this is a good time for her to meet his family. Darling, I’m gonna go to my mom’s place this weekend. Wanna come?
Y/N stares at the phone with a grimace. She wants to tell him no and she also knows she has to tell him in person that she isn’t his girlfriend, which she could do after dinner. Okay, I’ll go.
——
The car ride is quiet with Drew trying to make conversation with her. She keeps shutting him down. She parks the car on the street and he gets out of the car, going around to open her door before she can do anything else. “Thanks,” she mutters, feeling guilty, she takes the arm he offers for her to grab. The door opens before they can get to it and out comes a beautiful blonde. “Drew, are you feeling better? How’s your head?” she worries, checking over his head before going to give him a hug. He shakes his head with a smile, “I’m fine, Mack. My girlfriend was there to take care of me.” Mackayla, who Y/N knows is his sister because he gave her a breakdown of his family, does a double take upon seeing her. “So you weren’t joking about that. You actually have a girlfriend,” she states, holding her hand out for Y/N to take. Drew gives Mack a funny look, “Of course, I wasn’t joking. What are you on about?” Y/N squeezes his arm in reassurance, “Drew, it’s fine. Let’s just go in.”
Inside, they find Drew’s other sister, his brother and mom in the kitchen. “Hey guys, I want you to meet Y/N, my girlfriend,” Drew introduces, using his hand on her lower back to nudge her toward the kitchen island. She awkwardly waves to his family. “Wow, he wasn’t joking,” Brooke says. Drew and Y/N watch as she hands Logan some money. Drew’s face turns to shock, “You guys bet on my girlfriend being real or not?” “I thought it was easy money. Drew, you’ve never talked about her before,” Brooke defends. Y/N notices Drew’s pouty face and feels bad for him, “Yeah, it’s because the relationship is relatively new. Your brother is a great guy though.” Jodi rounds the counter to give Y/N a hug. “Don’t listen to my children. He talks about you all the time since he got his concussion. Maybe, it knocked him to be more confident in your relationship,” she promises, taking a step back to admire her son’s girlfriend.
——
“So you’re studying psychology, Y/N,” Jodi states with interest. Y/N looks up from playing with her food, “Yes, ever since I was younger trying to figure out the reasoning for our behaviour fascinated me. My parents like to joke that I was the little therapist of my preschool class, always trying to solve everyone's problems.” “That’s pretty funny,” Logan notes. Drew gives her a massive grin and throws his arm over the back of her chair, “See, my girl is so smart.” His pride feels so genuine and he gives her a kiss on her cheek.
“Y/N,” Brooke calls out to capture her attention. “We are going to the beach house during Drew’s reading week. Do you want to come? We would all love to get to know you better.” She should’ve said no. There was no reason why she should say yes because she was supposed to tell Drew the truth. But then she remembers saying she would let Drew figure it out on his own time so she doesn’t break his heart. Plus,  who doesn’t want a free trip to the beach house? He turns towards her with wide puppy dog eyes and she knows her only answer could be: “Yes.”
——
Y/N is meant to meet Drew at his house so they can drive up to his mom’s house together and then with his family to the beach property. “Drew is out getting some things for the trip. He said you can wait in his room,” Chase tells her, leading her to Drew’s room. She thanks him and enters the room. The amount of books in his room truly shocks Y/N. His shelves are filled with classics and profound books that even she doesn’t have the patience to read. She spots his schedule printed on a paper above his desk. This is another source of shock as she notices both classes for the stage and screen program as well as the English program. If Drew is in the stage and screen program, then why does he have so many English classes?
“Have fun snooping?” Drew pulls her out of her exploration. She turns towards him with embarrassment on her face, “Uh, yeah. Why do you have so many English classes?”
“Right, most people don’t know that I’m doing a double major. Stage and Screen, and English. I like to read.”
“And yet you went into a bookstore looking for a charger. What’s your favourite book?”
“Well, I had to charge my phone if I was going to take pictures that try to capture your beauty. And East of Eden is my favourite book. I like how it explores the mystery of identity. How it shows the inability to explain love. And how it demonstrates that the absence of love can lead to murderous outcomes.”
“Wow, spoken like a true English major.”
They both laugh at her joke and smile at each other. Y/N, stereotypically, never thought that there was more to Drew than his fratboy, actor persona and she is happily being proven wrong right now. He changes the subject, placing something in his suitcase before closing it up, “Are you ready to go?” “Yep, my suitcase is downstairs already,” she nods. “Great! Let’s go.” They pack their bags into his car and start the drive to his mom’s house.
——
The drive to the beach is filled with laughter and car games. Y/N really does enjoy being in his family’s company. After the car ride, everyone wants to just relax for a little bit, so they retreat to their own rooms. She is sharing a room with Drew. After unpacking their stuff, he settles at his desk with his laptop. She can see he is reading something but doesn’t know what. Instead, she concerns herself with trying to finish up her work so she can have the rest of the week free.
“What are your thoughts on cognitive dissonance?” he turns towards her with an inquisitive look. She looks up at him in surprise that he is asking her a psychological question, “I think that I have major cognitive dissonance when it comes to eating healthy.”
“Well, you know one way you could ease some of your discomfort from it is either by changing your attitude, so maybe just stop thinking that you need to eat healthy. Or you can change your behaviour by eating healthy. Or you can think of a new cognition about not eating healthy by saying that your busy schedule sometimes doesn’t allow you to eat healthy.”
“All that is very true. Are you planning on adding another major to the list? Why do you sound like my introduction to psych textbook from first year?”
“No, no thoughts on a new major. I just thought it would be nice to have something to talk to each other about and you like psychology.”
“That’s sweet. We can talk about books too, you know.”
“We could, but I have a feeling the books I like to read aren’t the kinds you like. The book I ordered still has come in yet, so we’ll have to wait to be able to talk about those.”
“What book did you order?”
“The Library of Lost Things. I saw it on your dashboard the day you drove me to the hospital.”
“You ordered a book just because I’m reading it.”
“Of course. I want to know what you like, Darling.”
Butterflies erupt through her stomach at his charming gesture. “Do you mind if I play some music? It helps me think,” she asks. He nods as he hands her his Bluetooth speaker. Her music plays as she works and Drew can’t help but dance to the song. He stands up from his chair. His hips move from side to side and his finger gun hands move in a circular motion like a train. She giggles at his dancing. He holds out his hand for to get up from his bed and dance with her. She moves her hips to the beat of the music, twirling in his hands. Feeling a little silly, she does the shopping cart move, which he mimics. The upbeat music stops and a Lewis Capaldi song starts to play. Drew quickly places his hands around her waist, bringing her in for a slow dance.
Her head rests on his chest and they sway to the beat of the music. This peaceful moment is one she never thought she’d have with him.
——
“Come on, just try. I promise to be beside you the whole time,” Drew begs, holding onto her bicep. She turns her head away from him, “Are you crazy? I am not getting on that surfboard.” “Nothing will happen to you. I’ll protect you,” he breaths out close to her ear, causing some heat to build in the pit of her stomach. She looks out to the ocean where others are surfing and they look like they are having fun. She guesses she can give it a try. “Fine, but you can’t leave my side,” she threatens, walking towards the water with the expectation that he will follow. “Deal.” He picks up his surfboard and jogs after her.
When they get deep enough into the water, he helps onto the board. “Okay, for now, you’ll just do some paddling to get used to the feeling. Then hopefully, as the week goes by, you can work your way up to actually standing up on the board,” he advises, helping her lie down on the board. She gets the hang of it; however, a sudden wave catches them both off guard. Y/N gets thrown off of the board and into the water. She isn’t expecting this action, which causes her to panic. She can’t tell up from down and she doesn’t have enough air in her lungs for her to feel comfortable. A pair of arms wrap around her waist, which helps her to the surface. Her panic starts to die down with the relief of air entering her lungs.
Her gasps worry Drew and he rubs her back reassuringly. “It’s okay. I got you, Darling. I got you,” he whispers, kissing her temple. She nuzzles her head into his neck and feels the comfort of his embrace.
——
Their day ends for them in a domestic way. They both lie on his bed, reading their perspective books. The silence isn’t filled with dread or awkwardness; instead, comfort haunts the room. She feels his eyes looking at her book over her shoulder and gives him her attention. “Can I help you?” she inquires with raised eyebrows. His head moves from side to side, “Not really, just interested in what you are reading. Maybe, I could read it to you?” She sighs, handing over the book she is reading. He scoots over closer to her and wraps his arm around her. She leans into his touch. Her eyes start to droop as he reads to her; she can’t stop herself from falling asleep.
——
The sound of the birds chirping wakes one of the sleeping pair up from his slumber. He didn’t realize they had fallen asleep cuddled next to each other. She is still asleep, so he checks his phone to see Austin tried to call him. As quietly as possible, he tries to move out from under her. Y/N is still in deep sleep, so he takes the call out on the balcony. “Yo, what’s up?” he greets into the phone. Austin’s voice fills the air, “How is the planning going?”
“It’s going pretty well. I feel like she is slowly falling for me.”
“I still can’t believe you haven’t told her that you remember the truth. It’s pretty messed up.”
“I know, but I couldn’t tell her. She would never give me a chance if she knew the truth.”
“You’ve been lying to me?” A voice from behind him stops their conversation in its tracks. Drew turns towards a now awake Y/N and hangs up on Austin. He takes a few steps towards her, “Y/N, let me explain. Please.” She doesn’t let him as she runs out of the door.
——
He finds her sitting on the beach, looking out to the ocean. “Why did you lie to me?” she asks, not looking over her shoulder. He comes to sit beside her. “I mean, technically, you lied to me too,” her glare causes him to change courses. “This might sound a little creepy, but I had a crush on you and I knew you wouldn’t give me a chance at all. I really did think you were my girlfriend after the accident, but after a few days, I started to remember and Austin told me the truth.”
“Okay. Keep going.”
“He told me and I thought that if you didn’t want to break my heart with the truth, then I might as well see if I could make it work in my favour. You got to admit, you were starting to like me.”
“That is not true at all.”
He looks her in her eyes and leans forward. Their lips are practically touching; no one moves. “If that’s not true, then why aren’t you moving?” he whispers. She is at a loss for words so he brings his lips to hers and then pulls apart. “Please, just give me a chance.” The hope in his eyes tells her that his feelings are authentic. She also lied to him by not telling him the truth right away, so what does she have to lose? “Okay.”

Tumblr media
✧༺♥༻∞ ∞༺♥༻✧
you grew up with aonung as you were neighbors when you were little. he was one year older than you and never let you forget it. he was always protective of you, treating like his sister.
but as time went on and you guys growing into young adults. you both changed. both of you barely hung out anymore. he never found the time to make for you, as he was preparing to become the next chief at her his father.
and for you? you had all the time on your hands. your parents weren’t anyone special to the clan like his were. your father was a hunter and your mother was a herd picker for Ronal. mother wanted you to take over her place when she would get too old and frail. you would always complain to her that you didn’t want to be the next her but over time, you started to love being out in the sea and forest picking herds, studying them, getting two rocks and smashing them into paste to heal peoples bruises and wounds.
whenever you would talk to aonung it mostly was when he came in the medic hit from a fight. his mother would scold him every time, “why don’t you ever listen?,” she yelled at him “you’re such a disappointment…” she said as she walked out of the hut calling for her daughter to follow. his face was emotionless looking down, lips pushed together. as soon as you would get close to him and try to touch him, he would look up with glossy eyes and walk out. you looked over your shoulder watching him walk into the forest.
✧༺♥༻∞ ∞༺♥༻✧
present day
today as you were walking to the hut, you heard ronal and her husband both yelling. as you were approaching the door you saw aonung and his friend, roxto, they just stood there nodding along and muttering sorrys. Tonowari dismissed them and walked out the hut, nodding towards you as he and his wife walked past you.
roxto looked at aonung, “hey man, i have to go…my parents are gonna be pissed,” he said as he placed a hand on aonungs shoulder walking out, muttering a quick bye to you.
you walked in clearly your throat to let him know you were in there. he looked up at you. he was about to walked past you but you grabbed his arm. “aonung,” you said looking at him “you’re hurt, let me help you…please,” you begged him. he turned his head to look into your eyes, you were looking up at him face covered in worry. he felt bad, you being worried about him made him feel like shit.
he turned his body to face you head-on. he pulled his hand up to rub your bicep, “okay,” he said softy while quickly to rub your arm “just don’t make that face okay? you look like you’re going to cry,” he said staring into your eyes. you muttered a thank you and told to sit while you got the herds you needed.
he watched your body moved from corner to corner of the room. he smiled to himself watching you talk to yourself checking things off a list in your head. you turned around, you saw him smiling at you so you smiled back. walking over to him you grabbed some rocks to crush up the herds.
“what happened now aonung?,” you asked as you placed some leaves between two rocking grinding them.
he sighed looking down “i got into a fight with the sully boys…again,” he confessed. you stopped grinding the leaves looking up at him with your eyebrows together. shaking your head as you grab some paste and rub it on his bruises and small cuts. “ow ow ow, don’t run it in so hard, you’re usuallly nicer,” he said as he faked frown causing you to giggle and let a small smile.
you looked into his eyes “it wouldn’t hurt at all if you didn’t do it in the first place,” you stated as you went to grab some other herds and grind them.
he chuckled at you, causing you to give him a confused look. “y/nnnn” he dragged your name out in a playful matter. “i think you keep forgetting i’m older than you,” he chuckled. it was quiet for a few minutes as you keep putting paste on him. he just watch as you softly run the paste on his skin. smiling as you look up every once in at his face, and every time you would look away and blush.
“y/n?,” he asked waiting for you to respond, you hummed to waiting for his question, “i’m sorry,” he said to you. you looked at you leaning your head to the side pushing your eyebrows together. “for the fighting, not talking to you, and keeping myself away from you,” he started softly.
you softly smiled to yourself. you grabbed his hand, rubbing his palm “aonung” you said looking into his eyes, “i was hurt when you stopped hanging out with me alone, talking to me, and coming to my hut every night to sneak out and play on the beach.” he looked down ashamed, you grabbed the side of his face forcing him to look up, “but i forgive you, i know how stress you are not being a disappointment, but you’re so much more than that, i see you for who you are aonung,” now cupping both sides of his face, rubbing his cheeks.
he smiled at you, removing your hands from his face, taking them into his own, interlocking them with his. looking down at your hands realizing how small they are, “thank you y/n,” he said looking up at you “really thank you for believing in me for no matter what,” he took one of his hands, placing his hand on your chin, “i see you y/n …i am now going to kiss you now,” he stated. you giggled at him not believing him for a second till you saw him lean in, you closed your eyes letting him kiss you. he moved his lips against yours, you wrapped your arms around his neck getting closer. after a few more second you pushed yourself back, putting ur forehead on chest giggling to yourself, putting your hand up to lips still not believing he kissed kissed you.
“stop gigglinggg,” he teased you, pushing you back a little so he could see your face. he rubbed your cheek, taking in the moment you both are having, alone finally.
✧༺♥༻∞ ∞༺♥༻✧
during the whole interaction, his father was outside watching. he smiled to himself knowing his son was in safe hands from now on. he also walked to his wife to gossip what just happened.
one more a/n; i have three in works rn but i also have a life so please give me some time so sorry!!

Summary: You're Gavi's best childhood friend and you go tot he club with him and some of his friends. He made it clear that you are just his friend, but when he sees the attention you start receiving from everyone..his mind changes ;)
Pairing: Pablo Gavi x Reader
Warnings: smutty ;))
Tumblr media
"Ready, pecas?" Pablo was always using that nickname, since we were little niños, because he was always so intrigued by the freckles decorating the bridge of my nose to my cheeks. Anyways, he came to pick me up with his car and we were going out to a newly opened bar in town with a group of his friends.
"Mhm! Vale!" I got in and he certainly checked out my quite short black shorts and a crop top that showed my flat stomach. I always wondered weather he found me attractive but I gave up when I heard him say to his friends when they asked if I was his girl "Imposible! She is like mi hermanita tíos!" which always ruined my mood when I thought about it!
When we arrived, the loud group in front of the door greeted us and all of Pablo's friends (including the taken ones) complimented on my look tonight. I thought Pablo was too busy joking around with Pedri to notice, but little did I know, he heard every word that made him very much angry!
"Damn Gavi! Your amiga is quite a bombon!" Araujo whispered to him and Pablo looked towards you chatting with some girls at the bar shaking his head although secretly thinking the same thing.
Your ass looked so delicious in that tight shorts..and not to mention the braless crop top that was driving him absolutely crazy!
"Bombon? Tu eres loco tío! Ella es tan joven" Pablo said always acting 'tough' cause he was two years older that you..big deal! That didn't mean he could order you about which he always tried to do!
As hours passed, and you had more drinks with your girlfriends, music started to take over your body and you were dancing like there was no tomorrow.
"Es caliente!!" Rafa smirked whispering into Pablo's ear knowing that would annoy him especially when you were dancing with your ass glued to another guy who hand his arms around your waist.
"Joder!" Pablo groaned putting his drink down and walking towards you angrily. He grabbed your wrist pulling you away from the guy and he crowd all the way outside where was freezing btw.
"Ow! Que haces gilipollas!?" you were angry but still so cute when you tried to yell at him especially being so short and adorable regardless of your mood.
"You're drinking anything people give you! And you are grinding your ass against some fucking stranger!? What are you doing pecas!?" he was angry as well as he let go off your arm but still not letting you go back inside.
"Que es un problema!? You're not mi novio Gavi! I can drink what I want and I can dance with whoever I want!" you spat and now he was even angrier clenching his jaw repeatedly. He wishes he was your novio and could teach you a lesson right now..
"But I brought you here which means I am responsible to make sure you're safe pecas!" he said and to that you smirked feeling quite confident tonight (probably from the alcohol) as you moved closer to him rubbing up and down his strong biceps.
"Are you sure that's the problem here Pablito?" you said teasingly and he was fighting back an urge to throw you in the backset of his Maserati and show you just what his problem was at the moment. But then he reminded himself that you were his best friend, that he doesn't want to lose you and therefore couldn't mess up your life.
"Vamos, I'm taking you home.." he said but you were definitely not about to do that especially when you were having such a blast tonight. You pulled away from his grasp and he groaned in annoyance.
"If you don't want to honestly tell me what the problem is then I won't do what you say! Capullo!" you winked walked back inside while he groaned running his hand through his hair before getting inside himself re-joining his friends while you continued to dance on your own this time.
"Why don't you just admit you want her tío? Es obvio!" Pedri bugged him but when Pablo saw that you were kissing someone and walking outside with him the heat in his veins intensified from anger.
"Es demasiado tarde.." Pablo sighed walking out this time determined to take you home even if he was to carry you into the car himself. He was done with this party and he was especially done watching you with other people!
As he looked around for you, he found the same guy from the inside sitting on the hood of his car while you stood in between his legs kissing his lips.
"Gilipollas! Tienes tu culo en mi coche!" he said and the guy looked at him with big eyes of course recognizing him from the Camp Nou pitch while ungluing his hands from your waist.
"Pablo Gavi..I'm so sorry tío" he said walking away from you which made you angry as you looked at Pablo who watched as he left before finally looking back down at you.
"Stop scaring away everyone who comes near me!" you said and he walked closer until your thighs his his car and you sat on the hood looking up into his dark eyes once more. He was no longer your sweet and protective friend Pablo..no..he was angry..and lustful in this moment.
"Que haces?" you say when he slowly touched your thighs opening them up and standing in between them while tucking a strand of your hair behind your ear.
"You said you wanted to know what my problem is..honestly?" he said moving even closer as his hands rested on my thighs and his nose was touching mine.
"S..si" your voice was shaking and your cheeks were bright red while looking into his dark eyes longingly.
"I don't mind you wearing something that makes your ass be the sole focus of the night..but I do mind that I can't grab it and make todos los gilipollas see that it's mine.." he started and you felt goosebumps appear on your skin while his cold fingers traced your thigh and his nose moved against yours.
"I don't mind your dirty dance but as long as it's against me.." he whispered into your ear licking it after wards and you couldn't help the moan that left your lips in response.
"And I don't mind that you want to make-out on top of my car..but I want you to do it only with me!" he whispered into your other ear licking it again before his large hand grabbed your neck and pulled you close kissing your lips feverishly which made you moan into his mouth as you kissed passionately.
"Pecas.." he whispered against your lips after pulling away and you smiled opening your eyes and snaking your arms around his neck while playing with the end of his hair.
"Take me home amor.." you smiled snaking your legs around his waist with a shy smile and he smirked kissing your lips again knowing that he finally got what he craved for such a long time...;))

part two-ish? of this.
SIMON "GHOST" RILEY X FEM!READER
cw idk cursing? NON-DESCRIPTIVE READER.
a/n like, two people asked for more, so ..... voilà.
masterlist | taglist
Tumblr media
once you start dating simon, you gradually ease up on the mean nicknames and glaring. your stares aren't as mean as they were when he spilt that beer all over you, or when he took you to what was the possible worst date of your life just to piss you off (don't worry, he made up later).
he doesn't fully escape your wrath, though. he forgot to pick you up from the grocery store in the middle of january, when you had specifically asked him to keep an eye on his phone and wait for your call. he ended up falling asleep while half-watching a documentary and petting your cat.
you had to walk home, which wasn't that bad, considering you thankfully weren't carrying many bags, but you were still super angry with him. although, most of the anger dissipated when you saw him (barely fitting) dosed off on your tiny couch (how would you ever stay mad, he looked adorable), you did hit him in the head violently to wake him up. then purposely gave him the cold shoulder when he tried helping you organise the groceries, accidentally knocking the milk carton's sharp edges on his exposed bicep.
despite the rare occasions when he frustrates you, you're softer with him now. still have the same fire in your eyes and bitchy tone in your voice, but it's hardly ever directed at him.
soap is usually the target of your never-ending wrath. when he teases his lieutenant about how pussy-whipped he is, he gets a snarky comment back which makes kyle cough to hide his chuckles.
"oi, lass, sometimes i think ye donae like me a'all!"
"that's right, i don't!" you'll reply with such a serious tone, johnny has to pause, mouth hanging open.
you'll blankly stare at him for a few seconds and his gaze will flicker from your face to simon's, who's also staring at him unemotionallly, while his fingers play with the end of your dress. he doesn't speak for a few seconds, trying to figure out if you're really serious or not. kyle does his best not to burst out laughing, hiding his smile by drinking, and price just shakes his head and turns his attention to the tv.
the corner of your lip cracks a smile, and soap visibly relaxes. "ye canae do tha' t'me, bonnie. ye hurt me feelings!" he clutches his chest dramatically.
"then you better stop poking fun at my boyfriend, sergeant. or i'll beat you up."
soap raises his hands in surrender, and you feel said boyfriend, burying his nose in your hair and kissing the top of your head.
"my lovely savior."
what simon really liked about you, from your very first meeting, was your ability to yell at anyone (if they wronged you in a way) with no fear. just absolute rage.
there have been times men tried hitting on you, and with simon gone from your side for whatever reason, you have to put a stop to their advances alone.
some are understanding when you say you already have a boyfriend, others leave when you glare at them and call them dickheads for disrespecting a woman's choice, but then there are the annoying dumbfucks who just can't, for the life of them, take the hint.
"did your date ditch you?" you roll your eyes at his smug smirk. "i would never leave such a sexy lady alone, by the way."
you've had enough of the guy, for he hasn't stopped bothering you ever since simon stepped out of line to answer a work-related call. he's behind you, leaning in front to talk in your ear. you haven't even bothered turning around.
the place is crowded and you can't see simon from where you're standing. the lady, three people in front of you, is taking ages to order her movie snacks, and you really are starting to regret dragging him to the movies. you could've pirated it or something.
your leg is nervously tapping on the floor, a tight grip over simon's wallet, and pursed lips hiding gritted teeth. you're sure you look like happiness personified.
"you can sit with me and my friends, if you'd like. i'm sure they wouldn't mind a hot piece of arse such as yourself—" smack.
your slap is uncharacteristically loud and resonates in the room. heads turn, and the guy is frozen in his place, hand touching his burning cheek.
"would you shut the fuck up and take a fucking hint already?!" you try to control your voice, but the words come out as a shout. "for the last time, i have a fucking boyfriend. leave. me. alone."
before he can say anything, a familiar scent enters your nostrils. simon's hand wraps loosely around your shoulder. "what's goin' on 'ere?"
"this fucking pig won't leave me alone!" you take a step closer to the guy threateningly, but simon is quick to pull you back.
"i was just trying to make conversation, you bitch!" smack.
it all happens so fast, simon is barely able to grab you before you claw the guy's eyes out. his friends pull him outside as he throws curses at you, but you just give him the middle finger and allow simon to drag you up to the popcorn section.
"i leave you alone for one minute, lovie..." simon whispers to you.
you shrug. "he brought it upon himself. i was nice by not answering, but he called me a hot piece of arse! and i just had it up to here with him! unbelievable!"
"well, you are hot, and you have a nice arse." simon receives an elbow to the ribs.
"fuck off."
"c'mon, pretty girl, before you terrorise the rest of the cinema."
he finds your scrunched eybrows, flushed cheeks, and fiery gaze extremely hot. your height (compared to him) makes you storming out when angry, almost comical. adorable.

um....this got out of hand....idk.....

"Y/N!" Minho screams your name, and you can hear him drag his feet.
You push yourself off of the bed, pausing the YouTube video you're watching. "Yeah?!" You scream back, opening the door to your room.
"Come get your boyfriend!" He says to you, rounding the corner.
"Changbin isn't my boyfriend," you tell him again. You cross your arms over your chest while leaning against the doorframe.
He smiles at you, pushing your shoulder playfully. "How do you know I was talking about Changbin, hm??" He teases you before walking into your room.
"Because the seven of you constantly call him my boyfriend," you remind him, turning your body to see Minho flop himself on your bed.
"The two of you are smitten with each other. You might as well call him your boyfriend," he shrugs his shoulders, leaning on his hands.
"Anyway, why do I need to go get him?" You ask Minho, tucking some hair behind your ear.
Your friend sits up fully, resting his arms against his thighs. "He's drunk and won't stop yelling," he mentions to you. "Chan and I can only do so much to shut him up. It's your turn."
A laugh leaves your lips as you shake your head. "This is what happens when you give him alcohol. You guys don't drink that much," you playfully scold the older member.
Minho shrugs his shoulders again, the two of you walking out of your room. "I didn't come up with the idea."
You walk down the stairs, seeing the rest of the members sitting out on the little patio. Changbin hangs himself over Chan as you walk out the glass door.
"Binnie," you call out his name, gaining the rapper's attention. You giggle and wave at him, watching his eyes light up.
"Hi, Y/N! Oh my god," he giggles and pushes himself off of Chan. He rushes over to you, almost falling over a couple of times.
His hands rest on your waist as you place yours on his biceps. "Hi, Binnie," you chuckle, keeping him steady. "You doin' alright?"
He nods his head, smiling ear to ear. "I'm doing fabulous, cutie," Changbin slurs his words, his body rocking back and forth.
"You want to go inside with me? We can watch your favorite show," you attempt to bribe him, gently rubbing his arm.
"Yeah! Can we cuddle?" He asks you while you lead him back into the resort.
You giggle and nod your head. "Of course, Binnie," you mention while glancing back at the other members. "G'Night, guys."
"Goodnight, Y/N!" The members wish you a good night as you loop your arm with his.
Changbin leans his head on your shoulder as the two of you make your way back to your room. "Don't fall asleep on me, handsome," you whisper to him, gently scratching his head.
"I can't wait to cuddle you," he whispers loud enough for you to hear.
Your heart flutters in your chest as you open the door to your room. You help him inside, sitting him down on the edge of the bed. You stroke his cheek for a few seconds before moving to grab him water.
"I'll be right back, okay?" You mention, and Changbin nods his head.
You quickly grab some ibuprofen from your bag, in case he needs it in the morning. You place the pills onto the end stand when you feel Changbin's eyes on you.
"What's up?" You ask him, wondering if he needs anything.
He smiles at you and reaches for one of your hands. "I'm seeing you twice," he giggles, leaning back against the pillows. "Oh! Now I can give all my love to you even more."
A giggle leaves your lips, and you shake your head. "Drink some water, Binnie," you tell him, twisting the cap off for him.
He pouts lightly before complying. You watch him carefully, making sure he doesn't spill it on himself. "You know… you're so adorable. I want to pick you up and never let you down."
"You must really like me, hm?" You ask him, grabbing the water bottle from him. You set it down next to the ibuprofen before climbing into bed next to him.
"I like you so much," he confesses, tilting his head to look at you.
You smile fondly at him, moving some of his hair out of his face. "You're cute, Binnie. I like you too," you tell him, pressing a kiss on his forehead.
Changbin nuzzles his head into your neck, releasing a hum. His buff arms wrap around your waist, pressing your body against his. "If I remember, I'll take you out to breakfast," he whispers into your neck.
"Okay, Binnie-baby. I'll hold you to it," you laugh, combing your fingers through his hair again.

It Ends Here

Simon Ghost Riley x Fem Reader
Warnings:Mentions of smut. (I’m only here to make toxic fanboys uncomfortable) mature themes & Language. Minors please go away.
Library 📚
————————
“It ends here” he huffs after he comes down from the high.
I smirk and trace the tattoos on his forearm while resting my head on his shoulder.
“You always say that, yet you’re the one that jumps into my bed whenever you need a release. Seems as though you have a hard time following your own word.” I snicker
“I mean it this time, no more after tonight. It’s getting to Soap.” He growled
“That muppet couldn’t find his way out of a wet paper bag.” I huff and get up to retrieve my clothes.
“I thought you liked him?” He teased
“I did until he started being a dick.” I reply
“Get used to it. That’s soap in a nutshell.”
—————
“Where’s Ghost?” You ask as the team stands overlooking the explosion.
“Hopefully in the explosion” soap hissed
“Aww is little soap mad?” Roach teases
“Want me to knock your ass out?” He replied
You just laugh and shake your head. You could see Price was like an exhausted father with his many troubling children. Now he lost one somewhere and the rest were about to go at it like there was no tomorrow.
“Bring your kid to work days suck” the familiar deep voice sighs as they approach from behind.
“And where the fuck were you!?” Soap yells as Simon joins your side.
“Off smelling the roses.” He shrugs before following Price
“You are the biggest disappointment I’ve ever seen” Soap continues his bickering as he followed behind Simon.
“Y/n would have to disagree.” Gaz smirks
“Wait what?” Soap stops abruptly causing me to smack right into him.
“Oh yeah. Last night, I heard them going at it like rabbits.” He laughs
As we head to our evacuation point, Soap continues to ask questions, but Simon and I just ignore him while Gaz is the one that answers them.
“Can’t believe you’d sleep with that muppet” Soap mutters as he glared at Simon who just flips him off.
“Jealous?” I tease
“Pfft you wish lass. I just don’t want any little ghosts running around. Bad enough I have to deal with him, we don’t need any more.”
I just laugh as we return home from this mission.
————
It was 9:37pm when a firm knock came on my door. Pulling it open to see Riley standing there, I smirk as he rolls his eyes before pushing in the door and then carrying me to my bed.
“It ends here” I mock in a horrible English accent.
“Shut up.” He replies before removing any article of clothing.
————
Happily eating my lunch, Gaz comes to join me at the table along with Soap.
“Oh god Riley! Right there!” Gaz mocks what I guess I sounded like last night causing Soap to curse before leaving followed by loud laughter from both Gaz and I.
“He must be good if he can keep you going that long. I was wondering if you guys were ever going to stop.” He laughs
“I’m so sorry Gaz” I blush
“Don’t worry about it. It’s worth seeing Soap all pissy”
————
As I was about to head to bed, Soap yells from down the hall.
“I swear if I hear you two tonight, I’m gonna cut his dick off!”
“At least buy me dinner before you touch me you prick.” Riley huffs as he enters the room before me.
“You’re in a very calm mood for just being threatened.” I tease.
“I’d love to see that muppet take me. I’d break his neck before he could blink.” He replied
“So let me guess. It ends here?” I smirk as my hand reaches out for his bicep. They were very well built from years of training and the way his body had been sculpted from over the years makes your mouth water.
“It ends here” he says before pulling me closer.
“So I’ll expect you tomorrow in my bed as well.” I tease
“And the day after that and then the day after that.” He hums before lifting his mask up to kiss me.
“Can’t wait.” I moan as his lips latch onto my neck as I hear him undoing his belt before picking me up and carrying me to my bed.

I'm gonna make you mine... adult!Trunks x fem!reader (NSFW)
This story was a request from the lovely @sacredwarrior88 I do hope you're gonna like it <3
Summary: Y/N gave up on love a long ago, Trunks on the other hand fell in love with her the second they met. Oh and did I mention Trunks is Y/N's boss at the Capsule Corp? Warnings: swearing, heavy smut, going rough
“5 more minutes” you whined, trying to reach your phone on the nightstand and turn off that irritating ringtone you picked for the alarm. Rolling left and right in the bed, performing a smaller tantrum, finally you swung your legs to the side of the bed. Taking a huge breath and mentally preparing yourself for the day to begin.
“Am I too old to get a sugar daddy?” you wondered, while brushing your teeth with eyes closed. After you got ready in the bathroom you had to face the fact you had no idea what to wear. “Does the company have a dress code at all?” you frowned, browsing between your clothes in the wardrobe. A black tight skirt with buttons on the left side and a white also buttoned up blouse you picked.
“Fuck, I’m gonna be late.” you cursed, trying to slide into your classic black heels, before grabbing your stuff and rushing to your car.
Traffic. Yeah, you totally forgot about the traffic. “I cannot believe I’m gonna be late on my first day. Maybe it’s a sign, right? I should just go home. I can find another job somewhere else.” you bubbled, totally zoned out. A loud honk and an ever louder yell snapped you back to reality. “Move, bitch! It’s not gonna be any greener!” You rolled your eyes, while stepping on the gas and holding your forearm out of the window, flipping the bird.
“What did they say? Which floor?” you panicked, feeling totally lost in the building of the Capsule Corp. You held your papers close to your face, totally blocking the view from you. As you kept walking you bumped into someone. It felt like you'd walked into a brick wall. “What the…?” you lowered the documents, noticing a quite handsome man standing in front of you. His lavender hair and mesmerizing blue eyes made you blink twice.
“I’m so sorry, I should have…” -you bubbled, embarrassed.
“First day?” he pulled the sweetest smile ever.
“Yeah and I’m so lost.” you chuckled awkwardly.
“I’m Trunks” he held out his hand for a shake “Give me your paper and let me guide you to your workplace.”
“I’m Y/N” you accepted the offer, wondering how someone can be this beautiful.
Hushing the unholy thoughts out of your head as you followed him. You were completely shocked, his suit showed his perfectly builded body, his round ass and that back…that muscled back you would love to dig your nails in. Even if you gave up on love a long ago it didn’t mean you were blind and didn’t have needs. And Trunks looked just like your next mistake.
“Here we are.” he opened the office door for you. Everyone in the room jumped up from their chair, bowing slightly, murmuring “Good morning, boss”.
“Boss?” your eyes widened, turning your face to Trunks.
“What? Oh yeah…” he chuckled, scratching the back of his neck “I’m the CEO here.”
“Holy shit!” you slammed your palm against your mouth “I’m so sorry sir, I didn’t know. I had no idea…”
“Shh…” he hushed you, laughing “It was fun. Hope to see you soon.” he winked at you before leaving.
You tried your best, focusing on your task, trying to adjust to the environment, to the nice people around you, but deep down you were daydreaming about your boss. Thinking about things, which you shouldn’t have. But who could blame you? Trunks was way too attractive. On the other hand Trunks was sitting in his big ass boss chair in his office at the top floor of the company. Tapping his foot to the rhythm of a random song he was listening to. Finding himself smiling, while thinking about you.
“She’s so freaking beautiful.” he sighed, laying back in the chair, resting his hands behind his head, biceps flexing. “Is it professional, if I ask her out? I mean, why not. It’s not against any policy of the company. Not to mention I’m the fucking boss here, I can do what I want.” he fought with his thoughts.
The next few days you bumped into Trunks every single morning, at first you thought it was just a coincidence, but after the 3rd “accident” it felt weird. Like he would have been waiting for you, talking about totally meaningless things, like how the weather was, how you felt at the company, were you satisfied with the equipment and things like that. Thursday was the day, when he asked you to have a cup of coffee with him, before starting your day.
“The cafeteria is the other way.” you cleared your throat.
“What? No! We’re not gonna drink that dish water, it’s gross. I have, on the other hand, a super cool coffee machine in my office. You get to choose from hundreds of types of coffee. You’re gonna love it!” he blabbered with sparkling eyes. He didn’t even notice how excited he got about the fact of you having a coffee with him.
His office was huge, nothing like any other office on the lower floors. Huge windows caged the whole room, brightness danced across. All the furniture matched, giving you some serious, but still gentle vibes. Some relics on different shelves and his sword on the wall above a big, leather couch. Your eyes glued to the sword, while holding your cup of extra super special boosted coffee. Actually you had no idea what you chose, you just picked the first one on the list and hoped it was going to be tasty.
“It’s so beautiful.” you pointed at the sword on the wall.
“So are you…” Trunks tried to whisper.
“What?” you frowned, turning to face him, because you couldn’t hear him clearly. You might have heard him calling you beautiful, but it would have been surreal, right?
“I…I said it indeed is. And also pretty useful.” he grabbed the grip, swinging the sword, showing off his skills. Your eyes widened at the sight, he looked so damn hot, you had to fight the urge of jumping on him. “You really don’t know who I am, do you?” Trunks giggled, witnessing your shocked look.
“Uhm, I’m sorry, sir. I just moved into this town a few weeks ago.”
“Just call me Trunks, please.” he smiled, placing the sword back at its holder. “I don’t even remember when was the last time I met someone who didn’t know me. It feels great, truly great.” he took a deep breath. “I’m usually not like this, but Y/N…” he stepped closer, reaching for your hand “May I ask you out for a date?”
“Sorry, what?” you almost choked on your coffee.
“I have no idea what happened to me, but since I first saw you I cannot get you out of my mind. I just…I need to get to know you, I need to make you mine.”
“Thank you for the coffee, sir.” you cleared your throat, placing the now empty cup on the coffee table. “It’s time for me to start the day.” you span on your heels and were about to leave, when he gently grabbed your wrist.
“I’m sorry, I didn’t want to be disrespectful, really. But you are so beautiful, it drives me crazy.”
“Don’t say sorry. But I don’t date.”
“You don’t date your boss?” he raised one of his eyebrows.
“No, I don’t date at all. Love is dead to me, I gave up on it long ago. It’s the best way to keep your heart safe.” you sighed with so much in your voice. Trunks kept silent, letting you leave this time.
2 weeks have passed and you didn’t see or hear from Trunks. You felt relieved, at first you truly believed he was going to fire you. But since nothing like that happened so far, it proved to you that Trunks was not a big headed, rich business man.
Clocking out and driving home felt somehow different this day. You felt uneasy, but had no idea why. The second you parked your car you spotted the huge bouquet in front of your door. A tiny card hidden between the flowers was waiting for you. “Even if I tried, I cannot get you out of my head. Please have dinner with me!” The blush crawled upon your face rapidly, you slightly shook your head as you walked in the house with a huge smile on your face. A few hours have passed, when someone knocked on the front door.
“Just a second!” you yelled, getting up from the couch in your typical evening outfit. The second you opened the door your breath stuck in your throat.
“What are you doing here?” was the only thing you could have pressed out from your mouth “How do you know my address at all?”
“I’m sorry that I…” Trunks looked nervous. “Your address is in the company’s system, so I just checked it.” he scratched the back of his neck. “Please, let me take you out for dinner. Please!” he begged. “If you won’t have fun I’m going to leave you alone, I swear. Just give me a chance, okay?”
Trunks was wearing light blue jeans with a buttoned up white shirt and a dark gray suit jacket. His whole outfit followed his body and showed his toned figure. Water ran through your mouth, when you rested your eyes on his sight. You bit your lower lip, before grabbing the collar of his shirt and pulling him inside the house. Shutting the door behind him, pressing him against the front door.
“Y/N…what are you doing?” he looked confused.
“This is what you want, don’t you?” you leaned in, lips almost touching. His Adam’s apple bobbed, because you were right. He fantasized about you since the day he laid his eyes on you. The second Trunks nodded slightly, you released his shirt, smirking. Guiding him into your bedroom, closing the door behind him. His huge palms grabbed you, pulling you in and pressing his hungry lips against yours. You smiled into the kiss as you felt how eager his tongue was to find yours. His hands wandered up and down on your body, squeezing your ass hard.
“Let me make something clear…” you said, while freeing him from his shirt, leaving him half naked.
“Anything, darling.” he kissed into your neck.
“It’s gonna be just sex, nothing else. I’m not gonna date you. I’m gonna use you for my own good. Do you understand that?”
“Y/N…” he tried to argue, but you pushed him slightly back, licking his abs. “Fuck” he growled, grabbing your shoulders and pushing you down on the bed. The arrogant smirk on your face turned him on even more.
Trunks towered himself above you in an instant. Seeing his flexed muscles drove you wild. You grabbed the back of his neck and pulled him into a passionate kiss, as it deepened it got slopier second by second. His hand started to explore your body, running his palm up and down until it found its way under your shirt. Eagerly trying to free you from the cloth, pulling it above your head and tossing it aside, leaving you half naked.
“God, you’re so damn hot” he clenched his jaw, before his huge palm cupped your breast, squeezing it hard.
“Hm, I like that” you moaned.
“Do you?” his husky voice sent shivers down your spine “And what about this? Hm? You like that too?” he asked, as his fingers slid down on your body into your pants, softly rubbing your cloth covered pussy.
“I love it” you breathed heavily. “Trunks…” you moaned his name as he slid one of his fingers between your folds.
“Look at you.” he teased “Already so wet for me.”
“Shut up, you were fucking hard the moment I pressed you against the front door”
“True” he laughed, while freeing you from all of your clothes and starting to rub your clit with his thumb.
“Fucking hell.” you grabbed the sheet next to you.
He leaned in, kissing you again with so much passion it made your body jello, licking your neck, biting it hard. You knew he marked you, but the way he started to pump his two fingers in and out of your wet pussy kept you busy. His name rolled down from your lips, turning into lustful moans as you felt your climax was about to burst out.
“I’m gonna…I’m so close” you whined.
“Come for me, princess” he growled, keeping up the pace.
As he kept fingering you faster and faster you couldn’t hold it back anymore and rode your climax under him. After you finished, you pulled him into the deepest kiss ever, grabbing his shoulders and flipping him under you. You freed Trunks from his pants in an instant, admiring his huge, hard cock.
“Hm…” you smirked, spitting on it, then palming it immediately.
“Fuck, Y/N…” he threw his head back in the pillow. “You are so bad” he breathed heavily, as you kept palming him up and down.
“But you love it, don’t you?” you clicked your tongue, slowly positioning him to your entrance. The second you lowered yourself down on his hard shaft you both let out an animalistic growl. It felt good, way too good. He filled you perfectly and the way your walls clenched around him drove him wild. He grabbed your ass hard, slapping your cheek and started pounding you without mercy.
“Fuck, yes” you moaned.
“You like it?” he hissed, grabbing your neck with one of his hands, choking you slightly.
“I love it, Trunks.” you placed your hands above his, gripping it tight “I like it rough” you smirked. This drove him insane, he grabbed your waist and in a second you were under him once again.
“Get on your stomach” he commanded and you obeyed without any hesitation.
“Lord…you are so big” you gasped as he entered you in an instant.
“You can take me, yeah? I’m sure you can take all of me.” he pushed himself in entirely. “Fuck, baby, you are so tight.” he bubbled under his nose.
Pounding you roughly, gripping into the flesh of your hips, leaving behind marks pushed you closer to your climax.
“Trunks, I’m about to…” your words died mid sentence into a loud moan as you felt your orgasm rushing through your body.
“Come, baby, come on my cock.” he gritted his teeth, fucking you as fast as he could. The sound of the skin to skin contact and your lustful whines pushed him to his edge as well. “Y/N” his voice almost cracked from the unbearable pleasure “Baby I’m gonna cum…”
“I’m on birth control” you looked at him above your shoulder “Fill me up good”
He didn’t need more, the second your words left your mouth you felt him twitching, pulsing inside of you. He thrusted once or twice more, before pulling out and dropping himself down next to you.
“That was good” you giggled, pecking a quick kiss on his lips. “Let’s get a shower” trying to get up from the bed.
“Don’t you wanna stay a bit? Hugging or something?” he smiled, grabbing your wrist.
“For what?” you frowned “I’m literally dripping from your cum” you rolled your eyes.
“Fair enough” he laughed out loud.
In the shower you had sex, twice more. After you finished and finally came out, you put on some PJ, crawled into your bed and was about to fall asleep. “Please lock the door behind you as you leave” you murmured. Trunks' eyes widened. He didn’t know what he actually expected, but he didn’t think for a second that you would kick him out. As he slowly got dressed and grabbed his stuff you fell asleep. He stepped next to your bed, watching for a few seconds as you peacefully slept. “I’m gonna make you mine” he whispered, placing a soft kiss on your forehead.

Wanda Maximoff
"What do you mean she left?" Wanda asks Yelena who stepped past her sister and Steve to get closer to the brunette.
"She left because of you," the younger Russian repeats with venom laced in her tone. Bucky gets up from his spot on the couch and steps in front of Yelena to stop her from coming any closer to Wanda.
"Yelena, don't," Bucky warns to which the blonde scoffs at. "Don't what? Tell her the truth? Because that played out well so far, didn't it?"
"You know it isn't just about her. You're looking for someone to blame and maybe she's partially at fault but it doesn't mean you get to dump all your resentment towards her," Bucky tells her. If it was anybody else who dare speak to her in such a way, they probably would have gotten a slap right across the face. But it was Bucky, who was the only person besides Natasha and Y/n who she allowed to speak to her in such a way.
Yelena rolls her eyes before crossing her arms over her chest, looking up at the man who's standing in her way to rip the Sokovian a new one and if he thinks he can stop her then he's a fool.
"My resentment towards a certain Sokovian in this room isn't just about today. It's about everything she's done, directly or indirectly to Y/n in the last year. If Kate, who's the most oblivious out of all of us, can pick out the number of times Y/n got hurt by the Sokovian then Wanda should at least know that her actions towards her so-called best friend were impacting her in a negative way. And ultimately, if Y/n was to listen to anyone telling her to stay it would have been Wanda she'd listen to but Wanda did the opposite, didn't she? She pushed and prodded Y/n so much that Y/n felt as if this was the best decision for all parties. So no. I will not spare Wanda Maximoff my damn resentment because she deserves it." Yelena lays out as if the brunette wasn't in the same room as her.
Yelena sidesteps Bucky and walks up to Wanda getting up to her face, to which the brunette didn't stand back from.
"You're a fool," Wanda swallows at Yelena's bitter quiet but strong words. "And I don't know what she ever saw in you," Yelena tried to walk past her with an aggressive bump of their shoulders but Wanda grabs Yelena's bicep tightly before she can walk further.
The room goes eary quiet and no one knows what to say. Yelena glances at Wanda's grip and Natasha takes a cautious step toward the two while the rest watch in anticipation of what's to come next.
Wanda's mind is reeling. Y/n left. She's gone and she didn't even get a proper goodbye. Just like that, she disappeared into thin air.
"A walk? Anyone?" Kate suddenly throws out in the air after fidgeting uncomfortably through the silence.
"Get your hand off of me," Yelena dangerously warns Wanda but the brunette only stares at the side of her face. After a long few seconds of nothing, Natasha takes another step closer after noticing Yelena fisting her hands.
"You're wrong," Wanda spits out evenly in a low tone but clear enough for everyone to pick up on while she lets go of Yelena's arm.
"Oh yeah? About what?" Yelena turns around to come face to face with the brunette once again.
"She wouldn't have listened to me," Wanda shrugs nonchalantly but it was clear in her face that she was only trying to hide her anger.
"You're more stupider than I thought," Yelena throws out shaking her head in disbelief.
"And why is that, Yelena? You're here all up on my face, but you truly don't know shit," Wanda spits out, accenting her remark with a slight head tilt.
"If I were you, I'd shut up," Yelena growls at the brunette as she closes the gap between them, chest touching, nose flaring, and eyes sending daggers to the other. "Years, Wanda. Years she had to sit back in pain watching you. Years of her sacrificing everything for you. Years of making sure you were always happy. Years of putting you before her. And how did you pay her back? How did you show her your appreciation? By forgetting your traditions? Traditions that y'all have done for years. Traditions that Y/n made sure she was to never miss, cancelling everything and everyone just to make sure she made it to you."
Yelena takes another harsh step forward resulting in her chest pushing Wanda back a few steps but this display of aggression didn't falter Wanda's stance. "You forgot her at the roof. You forgot your brunch dates. You forgot Y/n's second birthday," now that last one knocked Wanda's breath out of her chest.
"She got you that stupid fucking dark hold book. She saved up her paycheques to make sure she got you that damn book but she sacrificed all that and gave Vision the credit because why? Because she wanted to see that stupid ass smile on your face. And after all that, you still continue to forget about her. You're a selfish asshole who doesn't care about anything and anyone around her but herself. She fucking worshipped where you fucking walked and you choose to continue to be oblivious, making out with your stupid little boyfriend in front of her whenever you can. She wanted to get away from you! It's because of you why she fucking left!" Yelena yells bringing her hands up to push the sokovian's shoulders back and at this point everyone was on their feet, ready to stop a fight from happening.
To everyone's surprise, Wanda catches both Yelena's wrists before she got pushed back and she ends up pushing the younger Russian back instead. "You think you know shit?!" Wanda yells and as if the tables were turned, it was now the brunette who charges forward the Russian.
"Okay miss knows it all, did you fucking know that I did confess my feelings to her this morning?!" Wanda throws out and the revelation earns a gasp from anyone. "Did you know that she claims that she fucking loves me back but when I asked her to stay and she still chose to fucking leave?!"
Yelena shakes her head in denial with a frown on her face, "Y/n wouldn't have said no to you."
"Well, then I guess you don't know Y/n as well as you thought you do, huh?" Wanda chuckles dryly, "all this time you thought she'd sacrifice it for me? All this time you thought she'd pick me, yet here she is, gone after I confessed to her that I'm fucking in love with her. I offered to go with her Yelena and she fucking told me no. She told me she didn't want me."
Wanda steps up to Yelena's face, "get it through your head that Y/n didn't choose me. Get it through your head that Y/n still chose to leave."
Yelena being Yelena, always wanting to get the last word in, doesn't back down. With an all-calm voice, Yelena says, "in that case, good for her. She's finally putting herself before you after years of putting you before her. It's time you do the same."
...
Wanda comes stumbling through her door at half past 2 am, "fuck you, fuck you, I hate you. I never want to see you ever again Y/n," the brunette yells to her phone.
"That's enough," Natasha says making herself known to the brunette who jumps at her voice. "Who let you in here?" Wanda asks confused as she slams her front door with her back, leaning on it for support right after. Natasha wonders for a second how this Sokovian hasn't gotten any noise complaints from her neighbours, as this scene has happened almost every day since Y/n left three weeks ago.
"I have a spare key to your apartment remember?" Natasha lightly reminds her, knowing that Wanda probably won't even remember this by the morning as she complains about a killer hangover.
Natasha walks over to the nearly blacked-out drunk brunette before quickly taking her phone and hanging up on Y/n. "Hey! I wasn't done yelling at her," Wanda yells as she tries reaching for her phone only to stumble forward and if it weren't for Natasha catching her, she would have planted face first to the ground resulting in an ugly bruise on her face.
"Yeah well, I said you're done. Bed," Natasha orders while she helps the brunette to her room. "You know that key was only for emergencies," Wanda mumbles and stumbles to her room despite Natasha's support.
"And you being out past 1 am a Wednesday getting close to blacked-out drunk is an emergency. This can't go on for any longer Wanda, this is unhealthy." Natasha reprimands her.
"Blame your sister for kissing me, leaving me, and breaking my heart," Wanda says before she falls on her bed and not even a second later knocks out. Natasha grumbles before she starts helping Wanda into comfier clothing.
...
"Where is Wanda?" Sam asks the group whilst starting the hand out of barbequed hotdogs to the group for their monthly friends' reunion.
"Late as per usual," Yelena mumbles as she squirts hot sauce all over her hotdog.
"Have you talked to her?" Bucky asks. "No."
"Yelena it's been months since y'all went at it with each other. You should just sit and talk because this is getting ridiculous," Bucky scolds her.
"Well then she can come to me and talk if she wants to talk," Yelena says as she rolls her eyes while Natasha shakes her head at her younger sister.
"You know she won't do that. Plus, what you did was uncalled for," Steve comments fitting the description of being the peacekeeper of the group.
"She asked for it," Yelena shrugs which earns a glare from the peacekeeper himself and before Steve can answer, Sam's front door opens revealing Wanda.
"Holy shit, what did you do?" Tony asks loudly which gets everyone's attention. Wanda shrugs "what's the rite of passage?" Wanda asks Sam who's hosting this month's reunion. "Jello-shot," he smiles cheekily before Wanda takes one of the cups and quickly downs it making a face once she tastes the straight Jello tequila.
"You dyed your hair red? Why?" Tony asks. "What you don't like it?" Wanda tilts her head with the question but Tony chooses stupid this time around and answers her rhetorical question. "No, I don't."
"Don't anger the beast," Sam says through a cough before walking away which makes Wanda rolls her eyes in annoyance.
That's Wanda for you who's been acting out since Y/n left a few months ago. The former brunette is now easily annoyed, easily angered, short fuse, and simply does not give a fuck about anything and anybody else.
"How's your dream job?" Steve asks instead, sensing the clear annoyance of the newly red-headed Sokovian. "Well it's my dream job, so I'm loving it a lot," Wanda says half sarcastically but sighs when she notices Steve's genuine curiosity. "It's going great, my manager is amazing, my colleagues are great, the company is great, and I'm truly having fun."
"That's what I like to hear," Pietro comments suddenly coming out of nowhere and ruffling up her nicely done hair which then earns him a big ole slap on the arm.
"So are you late from your pussy appointment?" Yelena says from the balcony door. "You know Yelena, maybe you need to schedule some sex appointment for yourself. I know people and you seem like you need to get laid," Wanda shoots out.
That's another thing Wanda started doing after Y/n left, one-night stands. It's almost rare for Wanda to get through a whole week without at least having two one-night stands. And no matter how many times she got scolded by her friends, she continues to do it to the point that no one says anything anymore.
"Yelena," Bucky says as a warning when he sees the blonde about to make another remark. Instead the Russian rolls her eyes at Bucky before stepping out the balcony to tend to the barbeque that was still cooking.
Natasha shakes her head at the two, something she's been doing a lot lately. "You two need to sort your shit out with each other. It's getting old," she comments as she passes the Sokovian on her way to the kitchen.
"Enough of that, shots anyone?" Tony yells through the apartment.
"Can I do a chaser?" Kate asks and Clint pats her back with a chuckle, "oh Kate."
"Is that a yes?" Kate stutters out.
...
A few weeks passed since the last friends' reunion and Wanda is currently doing a deep clean of her apartment when she comes across an envelope underneath her bed. She furrows her eyebrows wondering what could be inside the envelope, she turns it over to come face to face with her name nicely written on the front of the envelope.
She freezes immediately knowing whose penmanship that was from. Her frown grows trying to remember when she could have possibly received a letter from Y/n and as she was about to open the envelope, a knock comes booming on her front door. She jumps at the sound and drops the envelope to the ground.
She picks up the envelope contemplating if she should throw it out or actually open it but before she can even make a decision another set of knocks comes through her front door.
"I'm coming!" she yells out before quickly placing the envelope on her bedside table. She makes her way to the door and looks through the peephole only to come face to face with one of the people she did not expect to be standing in front of her door.
Wanda opens the door with a puzzled look on her face, "Yelena?"
"Hi."
...
Y/n Y/l/n
Y/n sighs heavily once she steps through her front door, she drops her purse and keys on the table by the door before locking it behind her. Her first week at her job was a whirlwind of many emotions and she's starting to think that maybe she should start investing in a therapist.
Y/n was absolutely thrilled to be starting her dream job but it was hard for her to celebrate that win with how everything went down back home. A part of her feels guilty for leaving her friends, scratch that, her family and she's honestly been feeling some intense waves of homesickness but that's something she'd never tell her friends since she feels she doesn't have the right to feel those.
Then let's not mention how everything with Wanda had gone down. That was not how she planned to tell the Sokovian of her feelings and she feels like a dick for not further explaining herself. But then again, the letter that she had left for the Sokovian should explain everything going through her head, that's if Wanda reads it.
On top of that, Sam had face-timed her the day after she landed to tell her what had gone down at the party after she left. He told her how Wanda and Yelena went at it and how everyone was sure someone was walking away with some sort of injury, but gladly no one did.
Y/n wanted to call Yelena or Natasha right after that but she felt that maybe, letting them call her when they were ready is a better option. She's sure that the sisters are probably upset with her for not telling them about the revelation that had happened between her and Wanda that day. So ultimately, she decided that she'll let them cool off and wait till they call her instead.
A week later, Y/n finally gets a facetime call from Yelena. Y/n reaches over to mute her TV while answering the facetime call, "hello sestra," Y/n answers with a smile.
"I'm mad at you," Yelena says and Y/n's smirk grows a little, "I know that you are."
"Well I was, I'm over it now," Yelena deflates with a pout. "Although now that I'm not mad, I'm hurt that you didn't tell me."
Y/n sighs a little and takes a sip of her red wine, "I'm sorry Yelena. There was so much going on in my head that day, you knew that. Plus, whatever happened between Wanda and I was not my intention at all. I went there and before I can even try to confess about my leave, she blurted out about her feelings and then I followed after," she explains scratching her eyebrows.
"She started kissing me but I had to cut it off to tell her about the job. And it was just all shitty. And everyone was sad, and I was sad, and I knew that if I let myself process and feel everything, there would be a great chance of me not following through with my decision. So it was poker face until I was up in the air where I didn't have the chance to turn around."
Y/n bites her lips looking at Yelena softly, "I'm sorry that I didn't have it in me to tell you or Natasha. To be honest with you, I'm just coming around to accepting and understanding what actually went down that day."
"Hey, it's okay. I completely understand that. I don't blame you really, but a heads up would have been nice," Yelena mutters the last part but Y/n still heard it and started laughing. "Heads up before you ripped her apart at the party?"
Yelena groans, "she was asking for it! And she just pushed all the right buttons so it all came out. It's fine, I still got the last words." Y/n chuckles at that, "of course you did. Where's Nat?"
"She's at work. She'll be home in half an hour, don't worry, she's not mad at you anymore."
"Oh thank god for that."
...
"You know what, I'm glad you aren't here. I'm glad you left. I never want to fucking see you again, you're parents were right about you, you know?! I can't believe I spent so many years trying to tell you otherwise when they were right all along!" Wanda yells through the phone and Y/n stares at the phone on the coffee table, that's been left on speaker.
This was the third week into Y/n moving away and these types of calls happened almost every night. Y/n knows that she could easily ignore it and not pick it up, but it's Wanda, how can she not? So she sits through a 30-minute to an hour-long phone call every night where Wanda just yells at her. Y/n can tell how drunk Wanda really is during every phone call, she's 99.9% sure that Wanda has never called her sober these last few weeks. It makes Y/n question if the brunette even remembers these phone calls.
Y/n can hear Wanda stumbling through a door, "fuck you, fuck you, I hate you. I never want to see you ever again Y/n," the brunette yells to her phone yet again.
"That's enough," she hears Natasha say and she can only guess how surprised the brunette was. "Who let you in here?" Wanda asks seemingly confused as Y/n hears the door slam shut. At least Y/n can now relax a bit knowing Wanda made it home safely.
"I have a spare key to your apartment remember?" Natasha lightly reminds her. Y/n hears some shuffling on the other side of the phone before the line cuts off. Y/n turns on her back, staring up at the ceiling and letting out a loud sigh.
Y/n almost booked a flight ticket after the third drunken call Wanda made to her, she was ready to come back and make this all better knowing that she could. But she thought about the real deep reasoning as to why she even took this job in the first place.
It was never about the title or the company and it was never about anything anyone ever guessed. Y/n took the job to prove her parents wrong. Y/n moved across the country to prove to herself that what was engraved in her mind was never true and it would never be her reality. Wanda had helped Y/n all these years to start believing that she was not what her parents told her she was. But now hearing Wanda say that she believed her parents were right all along was a massive knife struck through her heart.
This proves to her that she was never enough for Wanda and she definitely would never be if she had decided to stay in New York. Y/n took the opportunity to turn her life around and prove to everyone, her parents, herself, and especially Wanda, that she can do it. She can reach more than the limitations her parents had put around her, she's enough, and she's worth it.
...
"Boo!" Y/n yells and clutches her chest while she shuts her eyes tightly. She can hear muffled laughing in front of her from a pair of familiar-sounding voices. Y/n tries to get her breathing in a normal pattern once again but the stressful week she just had at work did not help.
All she wanted to do was to come home, have a glass, or two, or maybe a full bottle of wine while she binges on Friends. But from the sound of it, that won't be happening tonight.
She opens her eyes and sends daggers at the two people who almost caused her to have a heart attack. Y/n closes her front door behind her and locks it before throwing her keys toward the two who were on the ground dying of laughter, "you idiots!"
"You should have seen your face," Yelena laughs out loud while Pietro nods in agreement. "Damn it, why didn't we record that," add Yelena who was laying on the floor wiping her tears.
"Actually, I'm smarter than you so I did record it and it will be sent to the group chat ASAP," Pietro smirks over at Yelena and Y/n only groans in response. "Don't you dare send that, I swear to god," Y/n threatens while she puts her purse down and takes her shoes and coat off.
"What? You're going to yell like you just did?" Pietro mocks and it sends Yelena into another fit of laughter. "Ha ha ha, you're so funny really. I'm dying," Y/n deadpans.
"What are you two doing here anyway? And how the hell did you even get in my apartment?" Y/n asks while making her way to the kitchen to check what she can make for dinner.
"We have our ways. Plus, we're here because it's been 6 months since we last saw you and from the looks of it, you weren't going to initiate inviting us over so we took matters into our own hands," Yelena explains smugly making Y/n roll her eyes while trying to refrain from smiling at her friend's thoughtfulness.
"A heads up would have been nice," Y/n says in faux annoyance. "Well then it wouldn't be a surprise and we wouldn't have caught that amazing video," Pietro throws back.
...
"Dang, that was so good. Since when did you get good at cooking?" Pietro says before he slouches back on his chair, chewing his last bite. Y/n chuckles as she wipes her mouth with a napkin, "how rude. I've always been good at cooking. But I guess I really started branching out with my cooking here. There's really nothing else I can do so," Y/n finishes with a shrug right before she picks up her glass of wine.
"Which by the way, you never talk about. So how is it really? Do you like it here? Do you see yourself staying here?" Yelena asks, now turning her full attention on her sister-like best friend.
Y/n swallows her wine as well as the nerves that those questions brought her. This was something she's been heavily thinking about for the last months. Was this a place she want to be growing old in? She made a couple of friends from work but this place never made her feel at home the way New York did. Y/n felt as if she was truly only here for work and nothing else. She comes home, makes dinner, relaxes, showers, then bed, and this has been her routine since day one.
Y/n's half-year check-in with her bosses is coming up and so this has been something that she's been asking herself. But as much as she wants to be as truthful as she can be with her friends and family, she knows that she has to pick and choose her words carefully because it's detrimental that she makes this decision on her own.
"I mean, it doesn't feel like back home. I'll tell you that," she chuckles dryly. Her cryptic response makes Yelena narrow her eyes at her, "care to elaborate?" the blonde Russian tries.
"New York is home, it always was and it will always be, you know?" Y/n shrugs swallowing her emotions down, "I don't know anyone here, my friends and my family are back home. It still needs some time getting used to."
"So why not go back home?" Y/n sends Yelena a pointed look before getting up and gathering their plates together. "No, I'm serious. If you feel like you have a horrible life here, then why not just go back home? You have 6 months of experience in this position under your belt, I'm sure it'll be easy for you to get the same position with another amazing company that could possibly be in New York." Pietro was the one who sends Yelena a look this time around.
"First, I never said my life was horrible here. Second, it's not that easy," Y/n replies as she busies herself with filling up the dishwasher.
"How can it not be that-" Yelena tries but Y/n cuts her off sharply, "Yelena. Are you here to pester me about this or are you here to spend some true time with me?"
Yelena sighs almost guiltily, "the latter."
"So drop it."
...
"Oh my god, Yelena," Y/n groans as she drops her body on the couch while the blonde whines for a second before knocking out. Pietro laughs behind them while he shakes his head, "Miss Yel over here thinking she can outdrink us both. Ridiculous."
"I told you not to challenge her, idiot," Y/n says as she starts taking Yelena's shoes off and Pietro passes her some sweats for Y/n to change the Russian into. Pietro shrugs before turning around to give the two some privacy, "that's what she gets for challenging me first."
Y/n can't help but chuckle lightly, remembering how Yelena went all up on their faces saying she can outdrink them both combined, "you're so mean."
"This might be a wake-up call for Miss Yel," Pietro jabs again before going into the bathroom to change and get ready for bed himself.
It was the end of the first week of their vacation and Y/n felt bad that she had been way too busy during the week with work that she couldn't take them out anywhere. Therefore, Y/n decided that a night out in the city this Saturday would be nice and it'll be her way to finally show the two around her current city.
Natasha had called them in the middle of the week right before she purchased her plane ticket to come to Seattle for the remainder of Yelena's and Pietro's stay. The redhead told them that she was too jealous of the thought of the two being with Y/n so she impulsively asked for a week off of work to come and visit, then she'll come to fly back to NYC with Thing 1 and Thing 2.
The redheaded Russian will be landing tomorrow, Sunday, and Y/n only hopes that Yelena does not have a nasty hangover in the morning since they all have to wake up at 6 am to pick up Natasha from the airport. Although, they can always leave Yelena to sleep while they pick up Natasha.
Y/n is truly considering leaving the two at home while she goes and picks up her other Russian sister, maybe a time alone with them two would be nice, Yelena surely needs more time to rest. And that was the plan of action she decided on right before she floated to dreamland.
The next morning, Y/n slips out of her apartment at 5:45 am without waking anybody else up. She stops to grab some coffee before she starts her drive to pick her sister up, she didn't have to wait for long before Natasha came rushing out of the airport into her arms.
"Oh my god, I missed you so much," Natasha mumbles into Y/n's hair as she hugs her sister tightly. The moment was so touching that they both couldn't help but get teary, "I missed you so much more," Y/n mumbles back to her.
Natasha then slaps the back of Y/n's shoulder lightly with an accompanying teary chuckle, "then you should call more or better yet come fly out to see me asshole."
Y/n pulls away with her own watery chuckle as she wipes her face, "trust me if I could find time to fly out to you-you know I would in a heartbeat."
Natasha narrows her eyes at her before sighing in contentment, "I know you would. Fuck, come here." Natasha pulls her into another tight hug and after a few minutes they eventually drove off.
"So where are Thing 1 and Thing 2?" Natasha asks while she sips on Y/n's coffee making the latter roll her eyes playfully. "Well, I've been busy all week that I haven't been able to show them around so I thought a night out in the city last night would have been nice. It was an amazing night until Yelena ran her mouth and started stating how she can outdrink Pietro and I combined."
Natasha laughs in disbelief, "let me guess, Pietro told her she can't and they challenged each other."
"Uh huh and about two hours later, Yelena was blacked out drunk that I had to carry her back to the apartment," Y/n states as she shakes her head.
"And Pietro was basically acting sober?" Y/n nods at Natasha's guess. "What an idiot," Y/n couldn't help but laugh.
The two catch up with what's been going on in their personal lives as they drive to Y/n's apartment and Y/n was thankful that she ultimately decided to pick Natasha up on her own. This is what she needed, just normal friends catch up. No teasing, no innuendo, and she knows those types of comments will eventually come throughout the week but she's happy that it isn't how this reunion had started.
The redhead knows enough not to push on particular topics and she knows when the right moments are when to do so. Y/n is equally close with everyone in their friend group, but she does confine in Natasha in more detail including her actual emotional state regarding certain subjects. Natasha was someone Y/n knows she never has to hide from, someone she knows she can truly be 100 percent honest with and not feel like she ever has to walk on eggshells with.

Wanda Maximoff
"Pietro, you ready yet?" Wanda asks annoyingly as she knocks at her bathroom where her brother has been getting ready for the last hour. "What does a man have to do in the washroom to get ready for this long?"
Pietro suddenly opens the door with a smug face, "beauty takes time sestra, but it's okay I know you wouldn't know."
Wanda's jaw drops and watches as Pietro walks away from her, "excuse you little shit. Honestly, you've been hanging out with Yelena way too much. She's rubbing off on you."
Pietro chuckles, "I mean we did just get back from vacation so."
The twins start walking out of Wanda's apartment to the elevator, "oh yeah, where did y'all go again?"
"Visited Y/n," Pietro says nonchalantly as he walks into the elevator. The silver-haired man watches as his twin freezes for a moment and only snaps out of it when the doors started to close. Wanda squeezes in right before it closes, "you what?"
"Yelena and I went and visited Y/n for two weeks and Nat joined us for the second week and then the three of us flew back together." Pietro subtly watches his sister's reaction.
"Cool cool," Wanda mutters and Pietro raises an eyebrow, "cool?"
"Yeah, cool." Wanda says with a bite in her tone. "Okay," Pietro shrugs and exits out first once the doors were open again.
Wanda follows her brother while she tries to get a hold of her emotions. She's jealous at the fact that her other friends and her brother got to visit Y/n, meaning that they've been in constant contact with her while Wanda herself hasn't heard anything in months; and she wasn't about to be the one to reach out first.
Although, simultaneously she was still mad at Y/n for breaking her heart and a part of her just don't want to hear about her again. But underneath it all, she knows she just misses her ex-best friend truly.
Wanda never uttered a word again after that until the twins were walking to their parent's grave. It was the twins' parents' death anniversary and every year they come here to celebrate in the first half of the day. It felt weird this year because Y/n usually goes with them to visit their parents since the Maximoff's treated her like they were their own.
"Who? What? Where did those come from?" Wanda asks confused after she spots the nicely decorated potted flowers all around the graves. The twins walk a bit closer and Wanda's confusion only grows tenfold, who put those here? She never ordered flowers for their parents. Pietro lays the bouquet of flowers they brought themselves alongside one of the beautiful potted ones.
"Y/n sent them over," Pietro says softly as he sits on the grass and Wanda's confusion only grows from there, furrowing her eyebrows so deeply that it might just give her a headache. "She what?"
"Come on sestra, just because she isn't in the city doesn't mean she had forgotten about them. You know how much she cares for them and vice versa," Pietro tells the redhead.
"I know, I just, I didn't-" Wanda stutters scratching her eyebrows. The redhead can not for the life of her form a proper sentence due to all of the emotions and feelings rushing around her brain.
"You didn't think she would because in your eyes she's a villain. Yeah, maybe that's something you need to reflect on," Pietro mutters with an eye-roll. He knows the true story. He knows what Y/n had said and how wrong Wanda misheard her. He also knows about the phone calls that Wanda had made drunkenly and all the contents that were said in them. He was going to yell at Wanda for what she said but he realized that she never remembered them the day after.
Pietro can easily tell Wanda about all these and hopefully straighten her up a bit, make her feel better, and not waste so much time hating someone for saying and doing something they never did. But the silver-haired man knows that wasn't his place to say, Y/n also doesn't know that Wanda doesn't remember the phone calls and she also doesn't know that Wanda had completely misheard and misunderstood what she said.
But again, that was their problem and something that they need to figure out together therefore Pietro had always kept his mouth shut although sometimes his sister pushes the wrong buttons like right now.
"Excuse me?" Wanda asks shocked. Pietro sighs shaking his head, this probably was not the time for this, "nothing. This is something we can talk about another time."
"No, tell me what you meant."
Pietro whips his head towards Wanda and the redhead almost stumbles backwards at the fire in his eyes, something that was very rare. "Wanda. We're here for our parents. I'm not going to sit here and converse about this in front of them. So no. We will not be talking about this right now."
Wanda gulps and stares at his brother for a few seconds before sitting down on the grass beside him.
"Remember the first time mama made us watch The Dick Van Dyke show?" Pietro asks her after a few minutes of silence having no trace of fire in his tone.
...
A year after Y/n left New York
Wanda was enjoying her cozy Saturday night in, having The Dick Van Dyke show playing as background noise while reading a book when she heard her phone ping a new message. She quickly glances at her phone to see a message from Yelena on their friends' group chat.
Wanda softly places her book down on her lap to reach over for her phone on the coffee table and her glass of wine. She takes a sip of her glistening white wine while she waits for her phone to unlock to show the message.
The white wine that she was in the middle of swallowing almost choked her when the message came into her view. Wanda reads:
Yel: Guess who we stumbled upon at the airport?
The redhead moves her eyes under the message and sees a clear picture of Y/n with her suitcase.
Y/n's back.

matt and almira had been calling, texting, and laughing on and on about random stuff. matt had been joking about taking her out on a date, almira definitely did not complain oooonneeeeeee bit.
but anyways today, those jokes became reality and now she was messaging with matt on which flowers she loved the most and what type of date it would be.
it all started with this message.

——— IRL ———
matt and almira had been genuinely stressing over the first impressions of eachother, first of all almira still cannnnnnnooooott believe the guy she literally has a fanpage for, is taking her out on a date. oh and second matt cant believe hes going out with such a good looking girl?
almira dosent really own much makeup, first of all she cant really use it because of her skin but she has nazeera to help her out for today.
she dosent have a full face on, but lets same some clean girl makeup i guess? but nazeera keeps reassuring her she looks great.
“alright babe its 6:25, you look so good!!” nazeera says as she fixes her hair and gives her her purse.
“what would i do without you?” almira says while hugginv her best friend, then gets a text from matt with a “im here”.
she looks at her best friend, squeals and then rushes out of her apartment, quickly going down to the main entress and walking down the road to see the famous minivan, with matt looking at the door waiting for almira with a bouqet of pink and white roses.
“you’re crazy.” she says shaking her head and giggling while walking up to him, to no surprise, she was as tall enough for her head to read his shoulder, so she had to look up at him.
“YOU GO LOVEBIRDS!” nazeeras yell can be heard from the ground as almira looks up at the balcony of her apartment and glares at her to make her shut up.
she turns her head back to matt, realising he was blushing, and to make him feel even worse she did this.
“matt theyre beautiful thank you!” she says while putting her hand on his bicep as a matter of thank you as she takes the flowers.
he opens the door for her to get in the car and she obliged, and he jogs around the front of the car to get to his seat.
he gets in puts in the key and and looks at almira to see if she has her seatbelt on, because she has mentioned before she never wears it.
matt shakes his head and puts the seatbelt on for her, purposefully being close to her face just to mess with her. but he definitely forgot how bold she is.
“what.. you wanna kiss me or something.?” almira says in a low soft voice, making matt feel something, somewhere.
“youre crazy” he says while chuckling and starts reversing out of the parking space he was in.
after what felt like about 15 minutes of driving matt finally arrived to the little beach and she immediately becomes shocked when she realises what he had planned.
“matt you did not. ” she says shocked as she puts her hand over her mouth.
“oh i did” he says while giggling which almira joins in, making matts flutter, like usual.
he parks as he takes out the keys and off his sealbelt. then he hears the passenger door open. “what do you think you’re doing, sweetheart?” matt says softly while smirking a bit as he sees her reaction to the petname.
“opening my door…?” she says while matching his smirk, and grabbing her purse. he goes over the console and closes her door, gets out of his seat and opens the door for her.
he grabs her hand and helps her out of the car as they walk down to the picnic setup.
almost an hour went by, and all that could be heard from them was giggles, laughs, and many many college stories.
“mira can you pass me that paper towel?” matt says to her as he gestures to the paper towel next to her thigh.
“here you go” she says while giving him it.
“thank you princess” he says while grabbing the paper towel and giggling as he sees her reaction once again.
her eyes widen as her jaw drops while smiling a bit and giggling with him again.
9:48PM
they were currently walking around the beach, shoes in their hands as they passed a teddy bear stand. almira gasps as she sees a bunny as a plushie.
“what?” matt says while chuckling a bit as he squeezes her hand he is holding.
she blushes as she feels the compression on her palm and points to the bunnie with bows on her ears.
she giggles and matt follows behind, “you want it?” he says while still smiling as she rapidly nods and pull out her wallet from her purse, matt immediately snatching it from her and paying for the bunny.
“hey!! give it back matt. im serious.” she says as she jumps up to reach his hand that he is raising.
eventually matt did pay for the bunny. as they walk back to the car to put it in because almira didint want it to get dirty.
he grabs her hand once again, not letting go, advising that she put her purse down because she would loose it on what he was planning on now.
as they take off their jackets and her her purse, matt drags her to the ocean as she giggles realising whats gonna happen, that damn giggle that makes matt fold every single time.
“matt no! i dont wanna get wet!” she says somewhat screaming and laughing.
“i already got that job done sweetheart” matt mumbles. but almira did hear it, unfortunately for matt.
she giggles in shock as they jump into the ocean at the same time. matt still didint even think about letting go of her hand.
as they got up, she glides her hands down her hair from her forhead, and matt just admiring her, mentally asking himself how the fuck he got into this position.
she opens her eyes and takes a deep breath and looks at him, seeing him with wet hair and his shirt stuck onto his chest, my fucking lord.
for what feels like 5 minutes they just looked at eachother, faces inches from one another their noses almost touching.
“youre perfume smells nice…” he whispers to her as he squeezes the waist his hand were resting on and her right hand going to the nape of his neck.
they both look at eachothers lips as their noses are now actually touching. matt is about to lean in, but a wave goes right through them, making them get out of their stupid little trance.
“u-um… we should get back it looks like its late…” almira says as she sees almost everyone leaving the carnival next to the beach.
“yeah…yeah definitely.” matt says as he grabs her hand and they walk to the car.
“i have a blanket if you’re cold?” matt says as he grabs it from the trunk and offers it to her as her lip is quivering from coldness.
“what about you tho..?” she whispers taking the blanket and wrapping it around herself and bringing her hands to her chest in a hug like motion.
“ill be fine, lets get you in the car” as he guides her to the passenger seat by the small of her back, opening her door and settling her in.
as he finally gets in the car, he looks almira that seems like she is about to sleep, considering her head on the window and her eyes half closed, i mean it was midnight.
as matt arrived at almiras apartment, he gently called out her name and shook her a bit to wake her up.
she wakes up and rubs her eyes. “were here sweetheart” matt says softly as he wipes some hair from her face, which was still damp.
“thank you matt” she says to him with a genuine smile.
“no thank you for making my day” he says but cringes after realising what he said was stupid but both laugh it off as matt helps her to her door.
as they walk up to the welcome mat, almira turns for one last word “thank you matt.” she says once again, gives him a kiss on the cheek and goes inside.
he is left with a glossy lip mark on his cheek and he immediately smiled, and also heard almiras famous little laughs and giggles with nazeera as she shut her door.

Black Pearl Pt. 2
Tumblr media
Pairing: Namjoon × reader ft. Ot7
Rating: Adult, Explicit
Genre:NonIdolAu,BodyguardAu,Angst,Smut,Fluff
Word Count: 1.9k
Summary: You're with your friends drinking when suddenly your entire life is flipped around. You find yourself trapped in a house with 7 men you don't know and their Alpha gets on your nerves a little too much. What do you do when you realize that you like their leader and you're not supposed to? Can you resist giving in and sticking to your belief of no relationships or do you give in to the temptation?
Warnings ⚠️: Cursing
Author's Note: I decided to write this series inspired by Namjoon in a black turtleneck ( yes I'm weak and I know y'all are too). It's my first time writing a series so please do let me know your thoughts and engage with the post.
————————————————————————
Chapter Two
“Namjoon.”
It almost feels like an instant reaction, the way it rolls off of your tongue so easily. Almost like it’s a name you’ve known for a while. Your thoughts are interrupted when you hear your phone ringing. You pull it out of your purse that you managed to grab before you had to leave the club. Before you get the chance to answer, Namjoon grabs it out of your hand harshly.
“What the fuck?” You yell.
“Give me my phone back,” you demand, your hands crossed against your chest. Namjoon quickly pulls the car over and slides the SIM card out of your phone before throwing it out of the window. Your eyes shoot open at his action. You're about to yell at him again when you hear a gunshot in the distance.
"Sit back," Namjoon orders in a voice that leaves no place for argument, as he presses on the accelerator and speeds away from the location. He reaches his arm to the back seat with ease and retracts his walkie-talkie.
"How the fuck are they trailing us?” He asks and you can hear another voice answer through the mic.
"They must have pinged her phone location hyung."
"I just destroyed the SIM card,” he groans out in frustration.
You turn around and see a black car right behind you. Your heartbeat picks up its pace immediately and your eyes widen. "Namjoon, they're right behind us,” you cry out, your eyes fixated on the car trailing right behind you.
"I'm on it. Don’t worry," he says and before you know it, you're in a chase with the car behind you. Namjoon quickly maneuvers his own vehicle into a small lane nearby and follows along an internal route. You manage to lose the car and catch your breath as you're back on the road.
"We lost them, right?" You ask nervously and Namjoon turns his head to look at you.
"Why the fuck didn't you tell me you had your phone?” He says, instead of answering your question. “Do you even know how dangerous of a situation you're in right now? They probably would be still right behind us had I not found out about your phone,” he yells as you purse your lips together with a sniffle escaping your lips.
There’s an unspoken tension in the air surrounding you. If it was anyone else, you’d have yelled back but there’s something about him. An aura of dominance exudes from him that makes you nervous. You observe how his jaw clenches in anger, his hands gripping the steering wheel tighter, his knuckles turning white. You notice his biceps flexing underneath his black turtleneck as he runs his hands through his jet-black hair.
Goddamn.
You gulp before you shake your thoughts off. The man yelled at you and you’re here drooling. Jeez, get a grip, Y/n.
"I'm here in your car and I don't even know you. I don't know where my friends and family are. I haven't eaten a morsel in the last four hours. I'm drunk and vulnerable and there are a bunch of men with guns after me. You think I'm having any fun here?" You scream back, almost in the same harsh tone, he’s been using since earlier.
For a second you see his gaze soften but you quickly look away and stare out the window, looking at the night sky instead. You aren’t one to take shit from others, especially from one of your dad’s minions and you want to make sure he knows that.
Being tired and hungry, you end up falling asleep.
~the next day~
You wake up to the feeling of sunlight hitting you. Your eyes slowly open, adjusting to the brightness of the room, your head pounding from all the vodka shots. Last night’s events flood through your head and you grunt out in frustration. As you look down, you realize you’re wearing what seems to be a man’s t-shirt.
“Who changed my clothes now?” You whine as you get out of bed and make your way out. As you open the door, more sunlight hits you and you squint your eyes.
“The fuck? Is this Edward Cullen’s house or what?” You question as you follow the staircase and make your way downstairs. Your eyes immediately land on a man leaning against the kitchen counter, his eyes glued to your legs as you walk in further.
“Morning,” he says, his voice sweet and soft. Your eyes land on the way his abs peek through his shirt when he stretches his hands up in the air. You roll your eyes and open the fridge to grab some water.
“Had a rough night I presume,” he speaks again, his tone a little raspier but no less soft. You have a few sips of water and put the bottle back in. The moment you close the fridge, the stranger stands right next to you. You almost yell out loud but his hands are quick to cover your mouth, his eyes staring directly into yours. You notice his lips curve up into a playful smile as he runs his tongue along his bottom lip.
You quickly push him off of you as you hear footsteps. Your eyes dart to the hallway, where Namjoon walks in wearing a pair of blue sweatpants. Only sweatpants. Your jaw drops at the sight of his hard muscular chest and curved abs on display, choking on your own spit. The biceps that you had been eying since you sat in the car with him were now visible to you pretty clearly. As the heat rushes to your cheeks, you notice the way his sweatpants hang low on his hips.
Namjoon looks up at you and the angelic stranger standing at your side, his brows furrowed in confusion. “Morning hyung,” he greets, his voice sounding chirpier than earlier. Namjoon just nods in response before walking away from the situation.
The man turns to you and sticks out his hands. “I’m Jimin. Nice to meet you.”
“I’m Y/n, but I guess you already know that.”
Your eyes dart back to where Namjoon was standing just a few seconds ago and thoughts run through your head. “Hey, meeting in two” You hear a deep voice speak. Your head shoots up as your eyes land on the man in front of you, running his fingers through his long dark curls. You notice the way his eyes scan your body before landing on Jimin standing next to you. His brows knit in confusion as he signals Jimin to move with his eyes.
“Wait” you yell out as Jimin walks over to the dark-haired man. You quickly walk towards them.
“What meeting?” you question, your eyes squinting in confusion. The two men look at each other before the dark-haired man speaks up, “Namjoon hyung called for all 7 of us to assemble to discuss further plans”
“Can I come with?” you ask.
“Well, he told all 7 of us to gather so..” the man’s voice trails off. You roll your eyes at his response.
“Aren’t you all here for MY safety?” you say and Jimin shrugs before responding, “Fair enough. Come along.” As the three of you walk towards one of the rooms in the safe house, you look around admiring the simplicity of the house.
Jimin pushes open the door of a room and you see Namjoon talking to someone over the phone. The other guys seem to be engaged in conversation as you slowly sit down not wanting to draw attention to yourself.
“Why is she here?” Namjoon speaks, his voice coming off deeper than usual. You roll your eyes at his question before responding, “Because I wanted to” crossing your arms, staring down at him. You notice the way his jaw clenches at your snappy response.
“It's only fair we start by introducing ourselves right?” one of the men sitting next to you says. You notice the softer features on his face, his smile bright.
“Jung Hoseok at your service,” he says doing a little bow making you giggle at his actions.
“The name’s Seokjin,” The older one says and the others start chuckling at his introduction. Your eyes dart to namjoon and you notice how at ease he seems with the other guys. His eyes meet yours and a soft smile appears on his face. He fucking smiled. You feel your heart almost skip a beat at the sight of his dimples. You quickly look away and try to focus on the ongoing conversation instead.
“Lol boomer,” the seemingly younger man says giggling as Seokjin glares at him. You notice the way he plays with the ring near the right corner of his lip. “I’m Jungkook. Unlike Jin hyung, if you wanna hang out with the cool people hit me up.” you chuckle at his statement and you hear Hoseok whisper to you.
“You’re about to witness Jin hyung’s iconic rap yelling”
Sure enough, Jin does start yelling, dragging out his words as the younger man throws his head back, everyone laughing. You don’t recognize the smile on your face. It feels so natural to laugh around these people you’ve never even met before. Your mind takes you back to the dinner table at your house, back in Seoul where all you ever experienced was anger, sadness, and silence.
“I’m Taehyung. Nice to meet you” the deep voice of the dark-haired man brings you back to reality. You notice the smile playing on his lips, in complete contrast to his deep, manly voice.
“That’s Yoongi hyung” Hoseok says pointing to one of the men with long black hair, sleeping peacefully.
“Someone willing to volunteer as tribute?” Jimin asks as your brows furrow in confusion.
“I vote for Jimin,” Jungkook says and the others nod in approval. “Why me?” Jimin rolls his eyes before tugging at Yoongi’s hand and yelling into his ears ‘wake up’.
“Fucking hell. Can’t sleep peacefully for one second in this goddamn household full of lunatics.” Yoongi complains as his eyes barely open, still adjusting to the bright lighting of the room.
“Stop complaining cat man,” Jimin says laughing at Yoongi’s half-awake state.
“Now that we’re done with introductions can we get into the important stuff” Namjoon speaks, his dominant leader mode taking control, the softer side completely dissolving into the atmosphere.
He opens up his phone and slides it over to you. You see a tanned man with a scruffy-looking beard. “Do you recognize him?” Namjoon asks and you shake your head.
“As per our intel, he is the one who fired the shots at the club.” You look down again taking a closer look at the man. “I’ve never seen him,” you say shaking your head and Namjoon sighs in response.
“As much as we are here in a safe house, we must be on alert at all times. Never underestimate the enemy” he says and everyone nods in response.
“We also have only three bedrooms and before you all fight to death over being roomies, Jin hyung and I came up with a list of the least chaotic combinations. Jin hyung and Jimin will be in one room. Hobi and Tae can sleep in the living room. Yoongi and Kook will be in one room.”
“Wait where are you and I sleeping?” you ask and the realization hits you that you’re fucked.
You're gonna be sharing a room with Namjoon.

─────•~❉᯽❉~•─────
“EP, come on! We’re gonna do the haunted house!” one of Elvis’ friends yells at you.
Your heart thuds with a moment of panic. Not the haunted house…
You and Elvis are hanging out with some of his friends at the Halloween festival in town. While you technically came in a group, Elvis had picked you up by himself and drove you to the festival in his flashy purple convertible. You’d met up with the rest of the group when you’d arrived but then quickly split off so the two of you could have some time alone together. Neither of you are calling it a date, but you both know very well that’s what this is. You’ve been sweet on each other since you met but neither of you have the guts to ruin the friendship you’ve built.
“Aright we’re comin,” Elvis yells back with a shake of his head.
He smoothly snatches your hand up, intertwining his fingers with yours. And before you have a chance to protest, he’s dragging you along to the haunted house. You slightly pull back on his arm but don’t have the nerve to stop him. As soon as your eyes land on the haunted house before you, you feel all the panic start to rise in your chest. You are not a haunted house person. You try, you really do, but it’s all just too freaky.
You finally find the strength to pull back against Elvis, and your fingers slip out of his hand. He skids to a stop and then turns with a concerned expression. You are staring up at the strips of white cloth doused in fake blood that are hanging down from the roof of the haunted house.
“Somethin wrong, baby?” he asks, coming closer to you.
You look up at him, trying to figure out how to tell him that you’re afraid without actually admitting it.
“No, nothing at all,” you respond, feigning a smile and glancing back up at the creepy gargolic figures on the top of the building. But something in your face must have given you away.
“You ain’t afraid, are ya?” he asks, a knowing smile creeping onto his face. You roll your eyes and shake your head, but refuse to answer him. He takes one more step and snatches up your hands, which you’ve been nervously ringing out. His hands are warm and soothing immediately, and you take a deep breath.
“You ain’t got nothin to worry bout,” he says, brushing a strand of hair behind your ear. “You know I’ll protect you from anything in there that tries to hurt ya. I’d die for ya, darlin. But I don’t want you to be uncomfortable. So, if you don’t wanna go in, we’ll just find somethin else to do.”
You look up into his wide blue eyes, shining with the flashing lights of the festival. His eyes are trained on yours, searching deeply into your soul and refusing to move from your attention. You feel a smile creep onto your face and nod, squeezing his fingers.
“Okay, let’s do it. But you’d better stay with me. I don’t like these things,” you reply.
“I’ll protect ya, I promise,” he says, using his pointer finger to draw an X over his heart. “I’ll hold you. It’ll help ya feel stronger.”
“Alright,” you say, clutching onto his hand. “I’m literally holding you to that.”
He pulls you slowly up to the building and squeezes your hand as you enter. It’s pitch black inside the house, and there are creepy, infernal noises coming from everywhere. You wrap your other hand around Elvis’ bicep and pull yourself taut against his side. He pushes his shoulder ever so slightly in front of your face to help shield you from whatever horrors you might encounter as you walk along the dark path. You are so close to him that his smell is the only thing you can process. You momentarily close your eyes and breathe him in, feeling a sense of strange calmness.
The air is freezing cold and feels wet as it blows ghostily over every part of exposed skin you have. You shuffle along hiding behind Elvis’ tall frame. You pass a part of the haunted house with blood and guts all around, disgustingly accurate and realistic. Someone in a bloodied pig mask jumps out at Elvis, and you feel him tense up and jump a little. But when he laughs, you feel his muscles relax which relaxes you, in turn.
You pass into the next section, with some sort of serial killer theme. This time, several people are stationed on each side, with bloodied faces and chained wrists. They violently shake at the chains, screaming and crying for help. They lean out and grasp toward the visitors. One of their hands almost brushes your shoulder. They're way too close for your comfort. A figure along the path revs a chainsaw and laughs demonically. You grip Elvis tighter and feel his hand sliding over the top of yours. The chainsaw killer jumps out suddenly toward the group of teenage girls in front of you and their screams echo throughout the drafty hallways.
You breathe a sigh of relief, knowing he won’t jump out to scare you since his cover is blown. You avert eye contact but smile as if you’re enjoying yourself, hoping not to provoke him. You’re doing better than you had expected. Elvis had been right, holding onto him did make you feel stronger, safer. You pass into the third and final section of the haunted house; the portion which is supposed to be scarier than anything on earth. Even in the darkness of the room, you can see the outline of Elvis’ features as he turns to check on you.
“You doin okay, darlin?” he shouts over the loud noises of screams, pain, and suffering that ring throughout the building.
“Yeah, I’m okay.”
“I think this is the clowns,” he shouts. “Which I’m not overly fond of, either.”
You smile.
“But I think-”
He is cut off by a bloodcurdling scream from a clown that jumps out of the pitch-black darkness as if it had just spawned suddenly. It’s on your side of the path but before you can even react, you watch as Elvis’ fist goes flying through the red shadows and crashes square into the face of the actor. The actor stumbles back, trips over a box, and falls onto the ground with a groan.
“Hey, asshole!” the clown yells.
You stare at the actor on the ground and then look up at Elvis with your mouth hanging open. Elvis grabs your hand frantically, and you both sprint toward the exit, running out of the house and back into the lights of the festival outside. Once you get into the fresh air, you hold a hand to your heart, panting. After a few minutes of catching your breaths, you glance sideways at Elvis. He makes eye contact with you.
A moment of silence passes before you burst out laughing. You shut your eyes tightly, grabbing onto your stomach as it starts to ache. You hear Elvis’ laughter join yours. And before you know it, you’re sitting on the ground with your face buried in your hands. Elvis is bent at the waist, his hand resting on your back. You can feel it vibrating with his laughter. A few minutes pass until your bodies can’t take it anymore. Elvis drops onto the ground next to you, bringing his knees up to support his elbows. You wipe some tears from your eyes as he rubs his fingers on his chin.
“That was much better than I was expecting,” you say with a final giggle. “I appreciate the effort, don’t get me wrong, but you didn’t have to slug the guy.”
You start laughing again, and he chuckles with a shrug.
“Well, I didn’t mean to! It was a reaction. It just sorta happened. Hey, I said I’d protect ya, and I did.”
“Yes, you definitely did,” you agree. “Thank you. I never would have tried it if it wasn’t for you.”
“Nah, you’d have been fine,” he replies, turning to look at you. “You’re strong and brave. Sometimes you just need a lil extra help when you’re tryin new things.”
You nod and silence falls. After a few seconds, you shrug and speak up.
“It was kinda hot though, I won’t lie,” you say, playing with a blade of grass by your ankle.
“What?”
“When you punched that guy. For me,” you add the last part on impulsively, liking the way it sounds in your head. "I mean you really punched him."
“Yeah well,” he replies, pushing the sleeve of his black lace shirt over his bicep and flexing it. “If these guns are built for one thing it’s protectin pretty ladies like yourself.”
He winks, and you chuckle.
“Is it…” you stop, unsure whether you want to finish your thought, “for protecting just any pretty lady or…”
“Why you askin?”
You shrug, playing coy. He leans over, brushing some hair from your shoulder and bringing his face close to yours. You turn your head and tilt it sideways, lining up your lips. He smirks ever so slightly, and you gently lean forward to press a kiss to his soft, luscious lips. He accepts you hungrily, placing a hot hand on the inside of your thigh. As you’re about to go in for a second kiss, a cold wind blows. The combination of the chilly sensation in opposition to his touch makes you physically shiver, disconnecting your lips. You release a frustrated breath. Elvis swivels his body around so that his legs are stretched around your body. His arms snake around you like a straightjacket, holding your arms into your chest. He crosses them over each other to rub the goosebumps away from your arms and rests his head on the top of yours. You sigh contentedly.
“You just want me all to yourself, don’t ya?” he asks with a toothy grin. You share the expression and nod.
“Yes please.”

[Part One]
Hongjoong walks into the meeting, brow furrowed and agitated as he's been suffering from an itch that he just can't scratch. Every joint in his body has been annoying him and making it hard for him to sit still. He knew that something was wrong but a meeting like this? He could never have comprehended how severe it was.
"Relax," Mikyoung places a hand on her brother's bicep, hoping to calm him down as he looks at some witches who have turned up. "Everyone is here for the same reason we are."
His upper lip curls as he looks away and back to his sister, "and what reason is that? We've had how many meeting about this and nobody seems to know what the fuck is going on." He growls as he storms off and Mikyoung sighs, watching him before looking up at the sky.
It's clear that something is wrong with the moon, even if you aren't connected to it, you can see that it is not the same. It's not as bright, it doesn't... look or feel right. The woman shivers and pulls her jacket around her while someone comes and stands beside her, placing a blanket over her shoulders. "Thank you," she says with a small smile as she looks up at the Alpha beside her.
"Don't stay out here for too long, Mikyoung," Chan says, his own pack heading inside as well as a couple of other wolves she didn't quite recognise the scent of. "It's been cold lately."
The corner of her lips pull up in a sad smile as she hums and bows her head slightly before the smashing of glass has both of them turning their attention to two wolves fighting, stumbling out of the pack house and onto the grass.
Young wolves from different packs, yelling and throwing punches while others began to gather. The younger wolves were feeling the effects faster than others, still learning, struggling, to remain in control and this has been causing their tempers to be quite short.
"Oh-" Mikyoung's eyes widen when she notices it's one of the wolves from her pack. She looks over at the door to find Hongjoong slowly making his way over, not quite racing in to break it up but then again, he always had the mentality that all issues need to be worked out. "Joong!" She calls, rushing over before a large hand wraps around her wrist to pull her back. "No, please, I need to stop them. Jungwon isn't usually like that."
Chan shakes his head but before either of them manage to do anything, Chris walks through, growling and demanding for them to stop. Some of the wolves gathered recoiled at the command in his voice, the power of an Alpha making itself known - Mikyoung being one of them.
"Don't disrespect me by fighting in my pack house," Chris scolds the pups for a moment before he relaxes and asks everyone to make their way inside, "we finally have some news."
Tumblr media
The witch who comes to stand in front of the gathered wolves is one some of them are familiar with. Her best friend, Chris, stands close by, his eyes never leaving her and body alert as if he's waiting for the woman to falter.
"The Moon Goddess," Luna speaks, her voice not as strong as it usually would be but still loud enough for everyone to pick up what she's saying. "The Moon Goddess is missing."
Chaos erupts throughout the packs, everyone trying to talk over each other and Mikyoung covers her ears when Hongjoong stands up and yells for everyone to shut up. "Fucking hell, you'd think we were all fucking deaf." He grumbles, sitting back down and looking over at his sister for a moment before looking back at the witch. "The fuck do you mean she's missing? Doesn't she exist as the moon?"
Luna visibly recoils from the harshness of his tone and when the wolf notices this, also noticing how Chris reaches for her, protecting her. He growls, lips curled and ready to defend his friend but a stare from Chan has him staying in place while Hongjoong raises his hands in defence. "I- well, yes, she is but every so many years, she can take on a physical form and wander the Earth and so the spirit of the Moon leaves with her." She nervously looks over at the Alpha, the son of the Moon Goddess and watches how the realisation begins to dawn on him.
His mother, the one he never met, is on Earth and is missing.
Luna carries on to explain what her and the other witches have found, building the timeline and the room remains silent, stunned.
Chris knew something was wrong, he could feel it but he never thought that it was because his mother had gone missing. Months... she's been missing for months and he never knew, he never figured it out. His face falls into his hands, his heart clenching tightly as he tries to calm his breathing. Chris listens to the witch point out the inevitable, the effects that are surely to come that are worse than what are already happening.
"With the Moon Goddess being away for so long, the spirit of the Moon would be slowly draining. The moon, we are losing it." The fear that fills the room is suffocating and a soft cry can be heard from Mikyoung and other wolves spread throughout. "Some of you might already feel... off and I'm sorry but... it's going to get worse. Witches like me are losing our powers, our plants aren't as healthy, everything feels wrong... if what we are dealing with right now is bad..."
"Can you find her?" Chris' voice speaks from the loud whispers through the crowd, "do you think that you and the other witches can figure out where she is? If she's on Earth, she can be found and returned home."
Chewing her bottom lip, Luna looks at the witches standing behind her, all of them nodding. "Yes." She says, knowing that she'll use every last ounce of strength she has for this, "but, Alpha Chris, there's something we need to be prepared for."
Standing up, the Alpha shakes his head, knowing the words she's going to say and refusing to let her say them. "No. If she was, I'd know. We all would know."
Everyone watches as he walks out the room, Mikyoung reaching for Hongjoong's hand and finding him already reaching for her, squeezing her hand in a moment of comfort. Chan stands up, heading over to his brothers and Jongin, talking amongst themselves while Luna leans on Chris for a moment before heading to the other witches with him by her side.
While Chris, he heads into the woods, unsure on where he's going but he knows he needs to clear his head.
They need to find her... they have to. There's no other way this can end.

"So," Shadow sighed, rubbing his forehead. "To summarize: you've been weakened."
Knuckles frowned, looking up at Shadow from where he sat.
"Not exactly," he said. "A lot of my abilities stem from my connection to the Master Emerald. My best guess is that crossing dimensions weakened that connection."
Shadow stared at him, deadpan and unimpressed. Knuckles broke eye contact and looked back at his hands on his knees.
"Which," he muttered. "Does mean I'm in less than top form here."
Shadow, arms folded, tapped a finger against his bicep.
"Gemerl," he said, glancing sidelong at the robot. "How much does Knuckles being incapacitated affect us in combat?"
"Hey-!"
"Overall combat effectiveness falls by approximately twenty-seven point six percent." Gemerl recited before Knuckles could do more than bristle indignantly.
"I'm not incapacitated!"
"You're good as if you fight in this state," Shadow said, pulling out his chaos emerald. "Take this; it should at least emulate a bit of the Master Emerald's energy."
"I'm not gonna-how's that any kind of solution?!" Knuckles yelled, shooting up onto his feet in agitation.
"It's perfect! You're more in tune with chaos energy than anyone else here!" Shadow countered, shoving the gem out at him.
"And how many new scenarios does that create where we're screwed because you can't use chaos control?!" Knuckles said, throwing his hands up in exasperation.
"You'd rather go into battle crippled when we're facing a threat we know nothing about?!"
"I DO NOT SEE THE PROBLEM."
Knuckles turned his glare onto Omega.
"TWO OUT OF THREE IS SUFFICIENT. SHADOW AND I CAN MAKE UP THE DEFICIT WHILE CAPTAIN IS SOFT AND SQUISHY."
"I'm not" Knuckles started, giving up halfway through with a groan.
"You misunderstand me," Gemerl said to Omega. "My calculations were based on a comparison of all five of us as a unit against four without Knuckles."
The soft whir coming from Omega's chassis briefly got louder.
"INCORRECT."
Omega started in on an argument that he was the main contributor to the crew's overall combat prowess; Knuckles traded a look with Metal, who beeped something in binary and shrugged. He shook his head, shoving the proffered emerald back toward Shadow.
"Blaze is a friend," he said. "And she came to us for help. I'm not sitting this out."
"She crossed dimensions seeking help, yes; and yet, she doesn't know who any of us are."
"We went over this," Knuckles said, picking up his hat. "Her soul's the same; even if she doesn't recognize us, she's still Blaze."
"Gerald programmed me with Maria's soul," Shadow deadpanned. "That doesn't mean I'm suddenly my sister."
"You saying you don't wanna help?"
"I'm saying," Shadow said, eyes narrowed. "That there's no reason for you to take unnecessary risks."
Metal beeped again. Shadow threw the blue bot a look and a concurring nod; not for the first time, Knuckles suspected that Shadow had learned binary so that he and Metal could say rude things about him without getting yelled at.
"Look," he said, shaking his head. "I pulled you all aside to tell you because it seemed better than having it surprise everyone in the middle of a fight."
"Great," Shadow said, rolling his eyes and turning to start down the hall. "If only you could apply that foresight elsewhere."
"I still know how to fight," Knuckles said, falling into pace with Shadow; the echoes of metal on granite behind them a sign that the others were following. "If I get into trouble, I'll figure it out."
"That sounds a lot like something he would have said." Shadow commented after a beat of silence.
Knuckles smirked.
"Is that a compliment or an insult?"
Shadow huffed.
"I haven't decided yet."
