" i believe you. " Rhaenyra placed her hand on Alicent's hand, her fingers resting on Alicent's palm.

She knows Alicent wants to dig her fingers as she wants to dig her grave, deep, bloody, and mournful for something that wouldn't be missed.

"you can not believe every word that leaves my mouth. " Alicent mumbles as she looks at purple eyes, her brown one's seem so insignificant as she looked at them. Purple lightning, she had called it when she was a child. Eyes so electrifying she knew she would end up being struck.

"I've known you for as long as you've known me. I know how to spot a lie when you say one. " Rhaenyra points out, staring deeply into Alicent's eyes. Doe eyes, cute, even from her eyes alone you can see Alicent is every bit of a deer, with long antlers that can kill you if you get to close.

"and what would you say? If i did lie? " Alicent challenged.

"i would say : i believe you. " Rhaenyra answered honestly as she kissed the back of the queens right hand.

They're so fucking cute. They do the lip glances, "hitched breathing" and a few other romantic couple tropes just like Byler.

And fact that they have the "I thought I lost you" moment is insane to me. Not sure if thats already a trope too or if it's starting to become one, but either way it's crazy to see it in another Netflix show.

Writing fic is interesting because you have a live test audience as you develop the story. There’s an element of Bon Voyage that’s too subtle rn according to what I’ve seen people tag or comment my work with bc they haven’t mentioned it. So now I know I gotta modify the story to uplift that part and kick it into overdrive. It’s fun to feel connected with the readers and make decisions based on that.
