hi friends <3 had a weird and wild day but it's almost over so yeehaw, lol

have a snippet from hoa eddie ♥️ i had a small issue with it a few days ago and had to rework some things but now everything's flowing fantastic and i'll have chapter four finished by wednesday!

What do you want?”  Eddie rips his gaze away from Buck’s and stares out at the bar. The corner table gives them a good vantage—he can see the bar, the pool tables, the dart boards, and the dance floor. The music’s been good, a medley of pre-911 country and the classic rock his abuelo listened to, and he’s enjoyed himself more than he thought he would.  It’s been nice. It’s been fun, the same way it always is when he’s with Buck but better somehow because they’re in love and it’s unspoken but it’s known. It should be like this forever.   He turns back to Buck. “Buck, I—” The song, a Buddy Holly tune, switches to Shania Twain and he smiles. Shannon loved this song. “Dance with me.”  Buck gives him a funny look. “Dance with you?”  “Yeah.” Eddie takes one last drink of beer, stands, and reaches to pull Buck up along with him, as well. “Let’s see if I can keep up.”
