So I guess I am making another post about the pairing from hell. I feel like I just need to type this shit out to get over it so here it goes.

Fitzsimmons are obviously a fan favourite ship in the fandom and sure, that's valid. I genuinely don't feel it anymore with these two, but in a way I think they deserve each other because no way in hell do I want anyone else to have to deal with these self centred assholes.

My problem is that being self inserts for the writers of the show meant for most part that both Fitz and Simmons were treated as more important than not just the actual protagonists of the show, but even the story itself.

I am guessing the writers are just as obsessed with themselves as Fitzsimmons are because they just had to separate the two in every fucking season. Sometimes even twice in the same season like give me a goddamn break you freaks!

The narrative just always had to surround them. If it wasn't through separation, though it usually was, it was by bringing the doctor back so he could traumatize someone and Jemma could feel slightly conflicted about it all.

An example of this is season 6, only 13 episodes long, with the most underdeveloped villains of the whole series and still, it has an entire episode dedicated to Fitzsimmons. And ok, let's say it's there to address the psychic split. But they couldn't even commit to that, because not once do the events of the devil complex get mentioned or shown (as in flashbacks). Considering, it's the event that revealed Fitz's mental break, I believe that was necessary. But instead, you get to watch Fitz's inner nazi and Jemma's Ringu monster have an intense makeout session. Because of course, you do.

And while the episode might be well acted, it doesn't tell you anything new because we already know that Fitz and Jemma love each other enough to cross galaxies to find each other. This was precious screentime wasted on two extremely well-established characters instead of giving us even somewhat compelling villains.

I honestly consider the writers to be extremely unprofessional for letting their personal opinions about these characters be detrimental to the quality of the show. Unprofessional, clueless, and just bad at their jobs.

Wishing for anti-endos to loose all their friends and spaces and to be ostracized does not help pro-endos. It makes anti-endos even more set in their beliefs. It makes people who are on the fence go "yikes, I guess the anti-endos are right". I'm firmly pro-endo and your recent post makes me want to take some distance. This isn't how we gain allies.

I know, these people suck. I know, it hurts to constantly be excluded and hated for the way our brains work or the reason why they work that way. I know, many anti-endos are too far gone and aren't people that you or I can reason with unless they decide to unpack their shitty beliefs.

But posts threatening them is not the way to go. They already see us as the enemy. We don't need to add fuel to the fire. Let's make sure people who are on the fence or who don't know much about non-traumagenic systems see us acting in ways that make them want to listen to our side instead of the fakeclaimers. Let's make sure anti-endos who are starting to rethink their beliefs feel like it's safe for them to do so and to start listening to pro-endos.

I'm sure this post is gonna get lots of interaction. But if it makes people less likely to read your studies, to listen to your arguments, to hear out the systems messaging you about their experiences? That's all for nothing.

I... actually think adding fuel to a fire can be useful sometimes. As long as you can keep it a controlled burn.

I'm counting on most anti-endos on Tumblr who would be scrolling through the syscourse tag already having me blocked. They won't see my post.

I'm counting on neutrals probably not following my blog or the syscourse tag either one. And most of those that do follow syscourse have already made their minds up about me.

I made that post for a very specific audience. One that doesn't actually need anyone to fuel its fire because they've built an entire community on seeking out systems to mock and attack. They already cherry pick the worst posts they can find to keep their friend group indoctrinated. So adding one more to the pile shouldn't matter to that specific group.

I don't think anything I say is actually going to make them hate the endogenic community more than they already do because they're surrounded constantly by people who will always reinforce that very generalized hate.

But I do think I can direct that hate they already have. Focus it as much as possible on one specific person. Me.

And the more they see me as a threat, (whether or not I am,) the more hateful they respond to me, the more their community will crack.

Users will be more likely to break their rules, making moderation in their subreddit more difficult for the unpaid mod team who will hopefully start rethinking how much of their life they want to dedicate to a hatesub moderating an angry userbase with nothing to show for it.

And while a slim hope, I'm waiting for them to be pushed far enough for Reddit to ban the whole subreddit.

So yeah. I don’t mind tossing as much fuel on the fire as possible if there's a chance their ableist hatesub burns.

Besides... I'm not actually saying anything untrue.

Plurality IS going to become more accepted. They ARE losing the scientific argument. And anti-endos and cringizens WILL lose friends and community support as plural acceptance spreads unless they're willing to change. A safe space for endogenic systems can never be one that houses anti-endos.

This is not a threat. This is a promise. It's a natural result of progress. And I'll do my part to accelerate this. But it's going to happen with or without my involvement.

I'm just making sure that when it does and they go looking for someone to blame because things have gone bad in their lives and their bigotry caught up with them, they'll direct their anger toward me instead of anyone else.

(Although maybe they can direct it inwards too since, you know, it was their fault for being bigots. But I think that would be too much to ask for.)

What is the main lesson of your story (e.g. kindness, diversity, anti-war), and why did you choose it?

I don't know what the main lesson is. I didn't write it with a lesson in mind :')

What did you use as inspiration for your worldbuilding (like real-life cultures, animals, famous media, websites, etc.)?

I used 30+ years of reading fantasy and playing fantasy games as inspiration lol. Like, really. I pickpocketed ideas from all over the place.

My little dragons? Inspired by the fire lizards in Anne McCaffrey's Pern books. Magic system is a combo of actual magic and mind/healing magic. Mind magic inspired by Anne McCaffrey's Talent Series and Mercedes Lackey's Heralds of Valdemar. Brandon Sanderson's laws of magic + rpg magic and skill leveling played a huge role while establishing my magic system. There's more, I'm sure, but I'll leave it there.

As for my races, (fae, seraph, human, ifrit, jinn, undine, aicaya), I pulled the elemental ones from various mythologies, even if I don't follow the mythology in world. My fae are largely inspired by Sarah Maas, but I incorporated a bit of shapeshifting references along with a tad of traditional fairy mythology. Not much though. The humans are based off a european background, the fae a loosely hispanic background, and the seraph a very loose arabic/indian background.

What is your MC trying to achieve, and what are you, the writer, trying to achieve with them? Do you want to inspire others, teach forgiveness, help readers grow as a person?

My MC, Alaia, just wants to be accepted. Freedom from prejudice and unreasonable expectations would be nice too. Basically, she's an outcast and her (/my) goal is for her to find her place and her chosen family.

I am not here to teach a lesson or inspire or help someone grow. If those things happen along the way, I love that. But I just want to tell a story. Her story.

How many chapters is your story going to have?

I am in the middle of a major editing/revision pass. So far I've added 3 new chapters and consolidated one. The original draft has 49 chapters, though.

Is it fanfiction or original content? Where do you plan to post it?

Shattered Dreams is original content that I hope to self-publish, if I can work up the nerve. (and finish editing XD)

When and why did you start writing?

I started writing in 2020, because if my friend could do it, so could I. It was a lot harder than I thought, and more satisfying than I thought, and just. I'm so glad I started writing at long last. It's very literally changed my life.

Do you have any words of engagement for fellow writers of Writeblr? What other writers of Tumblr do you follow?

Oh gosh, I have no idea. Everyone is so different... on that note--No advice is one size fits all. Cherry pick that shit. Or ignore it all and you do you!

Regarding E’s post about Taylor Swift...

No offense, but who are you to say that? Like, let people have their fun. Who are they hurting by adding Taylor Swift to their soukoku playlists and posting about her songs/lyrics in relation to them? If it annoys you—don’t interact with it. Scroll past, press not interested/dismiss depending on the platform you’re on, filter tags/key words, block people (Blocking was made to allow people to curate their timelines and not see content they don’t want, it doesn’t mean the blocker has some sort of agenda against the person they blocked, like many people love to pretend). All these alternatives are a million times better than being mean about it. As a placeholder for blocking, you can also filter out someone’s username on Tumblr and it’ll hide all their posts from your dash the same way filtering a tag would. There are so many ways to avoid this without posting about it and spreading negativity.

If you disagree with someone in regard to a song fitting a ship (or anything fandom related, really), that’s completely okay. That’s your opinion, and you are entitled to it. What you’re not entitled to is shaming the person for it and telling them what they are and aren’t allowed to do.

Some Taylor songs genuinely fit them very well, in my opinion. Yes, also in my opinion, not all the songs people claim do actually fit them. But in their opinion the songs do, and who am I to tell them they’re wrong? My opinion isn’t in any way superior to theirs. And I’m not about to tell people what to think, or how they can interpret relationships, or what songs they’re allowed/not allowed to have in their relationship playlists. It’s not my place to. It’s not anybody’s place to.

It’s the same way the problem with the Chuuya hate page isn’t that they hate Chuuya, but instead that they’re unnecessarily loud and mean about it. Of course, I’m not trying to say that you’re “the same” or anything, because what the Chuuya hate page is doing is a thousand times worse than this, but this is the beginning of what evolves to be posts like theirs.

Not to mention that this whole mindset of “Stop making everything about X”/“Stop throwing X at everything” is rooted in ableism. What if an autistic person has Taylor as their special interest and they can’t help make everything about her? Heck, what if they have soukoku and Taylor Swift as special interests simultaneously and combining the two brings them unrestrained joy? Why should that bother you?

As an autistic person, I’m really tired of people telling me to stop making everything about my special interests. It’s genuinely out of my control, and I don’t understand why my happiness annoys them so much.

Please don’t take this as hate. The whole reason I sent this is because I like this blog, and I like to believe you’re mature enough to understand what I’m saying and where I’m coming from. Thank you for taking the time to read this <3

Hey I'm sorry that my post was read as being mean, I didn't mean for it to come across as anti-Taylor Swift. I do have my own issues with her but her music is good and I don't have a problem with people thinking a few of her songs fit whoever.

And also I'm not talking about actually explaining why you think a song fits them, that's cool as fuck. Analysis is great I love character analysis, especially if you talk about songs that represent the character and why.

Now respectfully, I think you are reading into a post too much but you did send me a well formatted ask so i'll by paragraph.

Who am I to say that? It's a take, I can have those and I wasn't shaming anyone. I said Taylor Swift makes good music but it doesn't fit everything. Which is true.

Please do not compare me to the Chuuya Hate Page as what she does is entirely different and my saying not everything works with Taylor Swift is so far away from being a bigoted shithead.

I'm not going to say much on the ablism but do know that I am also autistic. I understand where you are coming from but you also have to understand that sometimes special interests can clash. I said what I did because most of the "this Taylor Swift song fits them so well!!" is full of mischaracterization and it pisses me off because bsd is my special interest.

So, I'm not telling anyone specifically to stop doing what makes them happy, I made a very short post where I didn't even say anyone was doing anything bad. I said Taylor Swift doesn't need to be for everything.

3. What fandoms do you write for? Mostly vld. I have a Good Omens fic and always want to write more and a few fandom that I'm tempted to write for, but I'm still very much in vld.

4. What are your top five fics by kudos? - Breaking point (vld, sheith) ; A little mouse told me (vld, sheith); Flowers and Blood (vld, sheith); A cure to loneliness (Good Omens, ineffable husbands)

5. Do you respond to comments? Yes! I do! Sometimes I can take a little long but I really enjoy talking with my readers!

6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending? Just a call... (vld, gen) I think! It's an open ending, but it ends up on a frustrating note (which was the point).

7. What’s the fic you wrote with the happiest ending? Oh man, they almost always have a happy or at least hopeful ending. Let's go with A little mouse told me (vld, sheith).

Oh, hey, fun anecdote! Someone commented on Stay with me (vld, sheith) to tell me it was the 200,000th work in the "happy ending" tag! They had just witnessed the tag going up to that number with my fic!

8. Do you get hate on fics? Not so far, thankfully. (Happened once on fanart though, but it was just one dumb comment by an anti).

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind? I haven't so far, I'm not really interested in writing it (never say never, though!).

10. Do you write crossovers? What’s the craziest one you’ve written? Well, I did 2 fairly recently for a crackship event! It was loads of fun. The craziest might be A Mysterious French Chef, which started as a Hunk&Remy idea, but ended up involving Hunk, Allura and the space mice for vld, and Linguini, Colette, and Remy for Ratatouille, and everyone interacting pretty significantly. I really loved mashing the 2 universes, and for something that started as a "crack" idea, it ended up working surprisingly well!!

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen? Not that I know of. I've had some original (anonymous) poems that I cowrote with a friend plagiarized down to using our actual pseudonym, but that wasn't in fandom or even online!

12. Have you ever had a fic translated? I don't think so.

13. Have you ever co-written a fic before? Yes! Five times Shiro broke the rules, and one time Keith did with VirdisDrachen (vld, Shiro&Keith). It's based on a roleplay. Other than that, while it's mostly an artist+writer big bang collaboration, I think Square_Orange and I did discuss the plot a fair amount for Let It Snow! (vld, sheith).

I also have 2 fics that are remixes of other people's work, done for the sheith remix event : When you lived! (the “Enormous, within your small hands” remix) inspired by a fic by @annaofaza, and High Score! (the “I want us forever” remix) inspired by a fic by Tragedy_Machine.

14. What’s your all time favorite ship? To no-one's surprise: sheith.

15. What’s a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will? I am fairly good at finishing my wips, even if I do have some stuff that has been waiting for a while. I still have my notes about Keith grieving Shiro between s2 and s3 and how the team tried to support him and each other but how things became tense, that I wrote just after s3 aired! I still hope to get to it one day!

There's also the collab with VirdisDrachen tbh because we dropped the rp after a while and I wouldn't finish this alone. So I'm afraid this one will stay as is.

16. What are your writing strengths? I think I'm good with dialogues and characterization? Themes like friendship, found family are my jam, too. Of course it's subjective.

17. What are your writing weaknesses? I am learning, but action and fight scenes are *hard*. (But I also love them? haha). On the exact opposite side, stories with very low stakes are sometimes hard to write, when it's just 100% fluff and no conflict, unless it's like, a short scene... It's easier with some emotional or romantic build up (ex mutual pining > getting together) but otherwise I really have to *think* to plot the fic. I'm so used to stories centered around conflict (in the literary sense, including inner conflict, not necessarily an actual fight).

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic? I agree with @starlightvld that if it's a language that I'm not personally fluent in, I'd look for a native speaker who might want to help or avoid it. Except maybe for conlangs, like Sindarin or Klingon. Although if I ever write in a fandom with something like that, I would f*cking love to get insight from one of these people who actually studied them and are fluent. In a more general way, I'd be cautious that it actually brings something to the story, that it makes sense to use the language that way, and to do it in a way that doesn't confuse readers too much (unless I am purposefully writing for those who know the language, I guess). I will say that I do love different languages to be aknowledged, like for vld fics that actually dig into the paladins having different languages, and the Galra and Altean also, and so on (ex fics where they have universal translators and then there are issues when they break or they can't rely on them for whatever reason).

19. First fandom you wrote for? Voltron! My first fic was a Hunk-centric gen fic, While some count sheep, and I'm still really fond of it!

20. Favourite fic you’ve written? Oh, that's hard, I like them all for different reasons. I do enjoy Carry me away for the sheith saving each other vibes. A little mouse told me (sheith written from the space mice pov) was such a fun exploration! Honestly, the most kudosed ones in question 4 are all fics I am proud of. To chose a lesser known one, I also love A special day , a vld gen Hunk-centric fic!

First off, I'll start with a quick rundown of myself / this blog before getting into the heavier details:

— You can call me Carver or Neshama (נשמה), my pronouns are she/him. My gender / sexuality is just whatever (or queer), and I am an adult. — I practice egalitarian Conservadox Judaism. — I am Hungarian (however I live in the USA), and I am white. — I am autistic and have ADHD. — I am a double major and double minor undergrad student. — I do use the label of "Demonolator", but in truth I am just a Jew who works with shedim. This is not really a personal blog, it's more informational and educational. Its focus is Judaism, however I will mention other areas of my academic interest, mostly linguistics. I will also speak on pressing topics (BLM, indigenous rights, queer liberation, etc.) which are all important parts of my Judaism, especially the idea of Tikkun Olam. I base my understanding of religion within tradition and history, but I understand these things to be constantly evolving and adaptable. Edit because of some replies I got: I deleted a paragraph about Eloise's reaction to the Marina and Colin thing because I had misremembered and was wrong. Also added an anti-eloise tag because even though I'm not anti-Eloise, the post isn't pro-eloise

I have thoughts about Eloise Bridgerton and I'm dumping them in this post. Before I start dumping I do want to say that in no way am I some Penelope stan who thinks she is perfect in every way and my issues with Eloise are critiques of her character that I’m sure will be fixed once there is more focus on her storyline.

I have 2 problems with Eloise: 1) the fact that she seems to be unable to accept or understand her privilege; and 2) that she can't seem to understand other people's pov's.

Eloise can't seem to comprehend or understand her own privilege. Now I know that we haven't reached her season yet meaning her character development has yet to come but it's so infuriating and irritating to watch Eloise because she is so privileged but can't seem to acknowledge or be grateful for it. I also fully acknowledge that because it's the Regency era, we can't expect intersectional feminism but I'm still annoyed lol. We see her go to these rallies and get Theo entangled in her shit without seeming to be able to understand that whilst what she is doing won't really affect her (just fulfil her curiosity), Theo (who needs a job because he isn't rich) may lose his job. She can't seem to understand that whilst she can get away with not being married, someone like Penelope can't. The Bridgerton's are super rich and that means Eloise could live an unmarried life if she wants to but for Kate or Penelope, financial security in London means marriage. She may think she is above all of the marriage market stuff but for many of the other women in it, it is their way of ensuring they (and their parents and future children) live a safe, comfortable life without the fear of being homeless or without money. I also have a very strong feeling that if these political rallies and events led to the financial and social downfall of her family, she would not be as "radical" as she is. Whilst (like I said), intersectional feminism can't be expected from the Regency period, I feel like these are privileges that can be acknowledged.

She also seems so stuck in her own worldview. I remember all the stuff she said to Daphne in season 1, acting as if Daphne shouldn't be wanting to get married, without understanding why Daphne would want or need to marry and marry well. When she is (rightfully) mad at Penelope for writing about her and Theo in LW, she also doesn't seem to realise that the scandal hadn't really affected her family much at all and also that it's not like someone else hadn't seen her see Theo. Even if Penelope never wrote about it in LW, it still would have gotten out, like the Queen knew for fucks sake. She always gives me the vibe of "if you don't understand or agree with my worldview, then you are what is wrong with society" without bothering to try and understand other people's views, just shoving them off as "wrong". She also doesn't seem to understand that Bridgerton's status is almost unbreakable, relatively little effort is needed for them to maintain their status in society and scandal doesn't affect them at all or if it does, it doesn't affect them for long. For others, especially the Featheringtons, don't have the same privilege. 1 wrong move and they lose everything, they are ridiculed and looked down upon by a lot of society.

i'm not anti-vpn, I literally said *in the post* I use a vpn everywhere else online. I got banned for using a vpn. if there wasn't the risk of being banned again, I'd be using a vpn right now on this shitty little ad-riddled website. how in the fuck am I anti-vpn? I'm anti-aggressive spam filtering is what I am, i'm anti-over automation at the expense of users, and that's what the problem is on this website, overly sensitive ban triggering without human oversight. it's the same automoderation used on sites like fandom/wikia where I've modded a huge wiki for six years, and their ip ban tool works in an identical way, I'm not pulling this out of my ass. all this is literally what I said in the post, if you actually read it. go look in the notes on the post, see how many people are connecting the dots that it's their vpn usage on here that got them shadowbanned - because tumblr is not communicating that this is what's going on. when you contact support they never tell you why. but we all have the exact same thing in common.

all I care about is nobody going through what I did (the post was originally intended just to warn my friends/moots on here), which is essentially losing your account - because what's the point in being on here if you can't interact with anyone? if even your likes don't appear in peoples' notes, let alone being able to send messages or appear in tags? you wouldn't have even been able to send this anon, it would have gone into the wind. it's making people digital ghosts without communicating why or how to undo it. it's terrible moderation practise and the only thing anyone can do about it is let their friends know this is why it's happening to them, because tumblr sure isn't.

"Oh, you have no idea." Marinette laughs from where she's sewing another black bead onto Juleka's wedding dress. How she got roped into that he'll never know, but based on what he sees so far, Juleka might stand up straight outside of transformation for once and he can't wait to see it. "Viperion actually outsold even Ladybug, FYI." 

Luka blinks, not expecting this. "I- it's not nice to lie, Mari."

Marinette scoffs, gesturing for him to toss her her phone so she can tap at the screen with pins in her mouth before shoving an email in his face. “Do not doubt me ever again.” She huffs with narrowed eyes.

Luka blinks, eyes crossing as he focuses on the too-close screen before his eyes widen. “Oh.���

“The popularity of Viperion aside, your colors are also a lot more popular lingerie-wise,” Marinette explains, adding a purple bead now. “Marc is winning with the goat’s white making it the most popular so Mylene is close behind. After that is lilac so, while there is a butterfly set, he’s still too fresh in everyone’s minds so next is Rose’s pink, then you, Alex, and Ivan are battling out for blue with the peacock being an outlier for obvious reasons, then Juleka’s purples, then Kagami and I’s reds -selling better in Serbia-, then Adrien’s black -though he is selling better in China-, then Nathaniel and Sabrina/Felix for the pet play crowd, and the others hover around the same from there with Chloe’s being just above the butterfly and the peacock because of not many people wanting yellow in a bedroom context. She’s a lot higher in the normal fashion line, especially with summer coming up.” Marinette explains in full designer mode. “Now with convention season coming and  Heroes’ Day as well, they want me to pump out actual costumes so expect our friends to be coming through here.” She sighs, hissing and sucking on where she poked her finger with a needle. (1)

“I’ll take care of cooking this week then.” Luka nods, now pointedly not looking at the designs in his hands. “Please don’t overwork yourself again. These were on my nightstand. Am I allowed to look or did they just end up there during a brainstorming?”

Marinette looks at him with so much love for his caring that he actually blushes. He’s also slightly annoyed that taking care of herself being a sin was something they had to work through, but he will never get tired of her looking at him like that. Like he’s her hero and means as much to her as she does him. “I already made a timetable, and each fitting and design brainstorming also has time set aside for actually catching up, don’t worry.” She assures with a smile before adding a dark magenta bead. “And yes you’re allowed to look.”

Luka smiles. Finding himself a clear spot on the tule-covered couch to look then over and keep her company. He intends to not distract her, but then he starts actually looking at the cat and has a memory of Lady Noir, suddenly realizing why they were both left out as he sacrifices his head to the glitter gods when he thumps his head back with a groan. “You’re going to actually kill me.” 

Marinette giggles as she shoots a small smirk over her shoulder before returning to her task. “The real question is which am I going to wear?”

Luka’s eyes widen comically, finally looking at the female version of the snake outfit, and his brain misfires a few times at the thought. It might be the animal brain being a little more heightened from wearing a miraculous for so long or maybe it was the way it brought out her eyes, but he really loved seeing her in his colors. “Is this why Sass has been giving me a look all week? Have you two been conspiring again?”

He hears a hissed-out snicker from somewhere in all the fabric and has to remind himself he could have Plagg or Trixx instead. “Mariii~” He exaggeratedly whines, smiling behind the papers as he hears another giggle. 

“Listen, you looked really hot that one time Adrien threw a tantrum and you had to be the cat with snake on standby for the remainder of the Hawkmoth tyranny. Or maybe it was just the way someone finally told him off. That was also really hot.” Marinette smiles mischievously. “Was thinking we could try a kwami swap situation without scarring poor Sass or getting teased by Plagg.”

“Thank you, Marinette.” Sass sighs as he finally appears from under the layers next to her and Luka realizes that the dress had been floating until a second ago. “I don’t really mind, but appreccciate you thinking of my feelingsss asss well.” 

“Always,” Marinette promises, using a finger to pet the floating snake’s head. “...Marc may also have Plagg right now trying to teach him some manners before he’s allowed around Adrien again.” 

Sass chuckles, floating back into the dress to hold it up. “I ssstill think Felix would have been the more amusssing choiccce.”

“Oh, definitely funnier.” Marinette agrees with a giggle, imagining how the other blond would have either put the other cat kwami in his place or turned the tables so much that Plagg was begging to go back to Adrien and promising to behave. She was honestly glad Felix had come returned with the peacock to help them in the final battle. He may have been horrible about gaining it, but with how fucked that family obviously was, it made sense he chose such underhanded methods to secure the freedom of both him and his cousin.

“I knew it wouldn’t take you long to save the others.” He had said from the shadows of her balcony, submerged in the shadows by dark blues and pink that only came to light as he stepped into it. “I had meant to return sooner, but Duusu had more healing to do than I realized.”

This had resulted in him letting her kick his ass up until she tried to grab the peacock and he flipped them. After a very intense fight and screaming match, he was permitted to join them, and it was Luka’s vouching for the various Second Chances that redeemed him enough to be vouched to the media.

She still hadn’t forgiven him completely, and if she saw one more thirst edit on Tweeter she was going to hack and delete the website herself, he was kind of fun to be around even if the pickpocketing talents were unnerving.

As she glares into space at the last time he had managed to swipe her hair tie without her noticing before giggling to herself at how Luka, Kagami, and Adrien had seemed to short circuit at her hair being loose. Speaking of which…

Marinette finally turns her head back to the snake user to find him in a similar state to the hair tie incident as his pupils widen and slit repeatedly while he runs the thought through his head and she had to suppress her laugh.

“You okay, Lu?” She can’t stop her smirk.

His, at this point, forked tongue flicks out to wet his lips as he seems to snap back to the present and his pupils remain slits. “When’s your break time today?”

Marinette flushes, checking her phone. “I- uh- I can t-take it now?” She answers before squeaking when she is lifted into his arms like she’s not a ball of muscle. “Luka!”

“So, when are the proposal pieces due?” He asks as though he’s not carrying her away to make sure she gets no more work done today.

“A few months after Rose and Juleka’s wedding.” She still answers even as her face flushes red as though she didn’t do the same thing last week when he was trying to get a song written for the new album. 

“And knowing you?” He smiles down at her fondly, even if his pupils have remained slits.

“I’ve been working on Nameanx when I need a break from beads so he should be done soon,” Marinette admits, as transfixed as always by how his eyes look when they do that.

Luka looks at her in horror for a second. “Why in gods name would you go from beads to fur?”

It’s her turn to smirk again as she plays with a longer teal-dyed tip. “‘Cause you get feistier when you have to wait for your treat.”

Luka blinks before giving a suffering sigh. “You little…why do people assume I’m the menace in the relationship?” 

“‘Cause people are still stupid about dyed hair.” She says with an eye roll before giving him big, innocent eyes. “If it helps, at least the team’s on your side on that?”

“You did most of the work whenever they were akumatized which usually included kicking their asses.” He smirks a little as she squeaks when she’s tossed on the bed and the door is shut behind him. “Mine included. We’d have to be stupid not to acknowledge that.”

“You were a pain to take down.” She sighs as she crawls into his lap when he joins her on the bed. “How dare you give the world’s sweetest love confession when I’m supposed to be throwing you, and be just as brilliant as always both times.” She giggles as he kisses away her pout. 

“I think I made it up to you later?” He hums, kissing down her throat.

“Yeah by short-circuiting my poor brain twice in one day.” She sighs before gasping as he nips by her shoulder. 

“I’m sorry you’re brilliant.” He shrugs as he gets her shirt off. “Not my fault no one had ever told you for some reason, but I will continue telling you until I die.”

“Luka!” She complains, sure she will never be used to how much he compliments her. 

“Yes, Ma-ma-ma-Marinette.” He hums with an innocent smile.

“Oh, you little-!” Marinette glares before looping her arms behind his neck and changing their positions so he’s now on his back with her hovering above him. “Was going to let you take the lead, but after that, nope. Now you get to try and keep up.” She smirks as Luka’s eyes widen in excitement.

“I think I’ve gotten better.” He smiles, pulling her down into a kiss.

“Hmm.” She hums, smiling softly. “I’ll be the judge of that.”

“You sure you want this much fur around my neck.” Luka teases as he finishes pulling his clawed gloves on. “It’ll be harder for you to bite me like this.”

Marinette just rolls gold-colored eyes, having chosen to go with contacts, even as she smirks a little. “Oh, trusst me, I’ll sstill be able to mark you up, don’t worry.”

Luka chuckles, leaning down to kiss her now-fanged mouth. “Just don’t swallow a fang in the process.” He hums before pulling back to finally look her over fully and sticking his tongue out her when she giggles at his pupils slitting, but she just looks so beautiful. 

His smile grows the longer he looks at her. She’s clipped aqua extensions into her shoulder-length hair that she’s put a small ponytail in near the bottom so it almost looks like a snake hood as it frames her face. Her pretty blue eyes are covered in a goldish-green, slitted contact closer to Sass’ sclera and are surrounded by a turquoise-scaled mask with teal scales dotted and clumped around at random. Moving down, she seems to have stepped out of the simpler designs that usually come from her transformations but then again she had borrowed Sass’ bracelet before she began working on it so maybe that was more Sass’s influence as his eyes took in the dark turquoise base that blended into teal at the sides to accent her curves. His eyes traveled down further to follow the aquamarine trail of belly scales that started at her underbust and faded back to the dark turquoise on her inner thighs like his did. Sass’s usual green diamond sat under her chin as part of the teal zipper that went down her front. Continuing on, she wore turquoise boots and gloves with pale turquoise at the fingertips and toes. If she opened her mouth, he already knew she had gotten custom fangs that were the source of her current lisp that he had gotten plenty of revenge teasing for from when she teased him about his fangs starting to grow.(2)

“Not so easy are they?” He smirks as he kisses her once more.

He chuckles, doing as he’s told as he steps back so she can get a look. He looks exactly as he did during his brief stint as the cat holder. His fringe wasn’t changed to the thundercloud grey from when he was transformed due to an upcoming concert and not wanting to completely fry his hair, but the rest was exactly the same. Secured to a headband hiding under his hair were two soft, slate grey ears that he was a little sad he couldn’t twitch anymore, but the lack of sensory overload was also nice. He had a simple black mask, and if contacts didn’t irritate his eyes so much, his eyes would have a blue sclera with a slate gray iris. Moving down, there was fur matching his ears around his collar and a matching accent at every color separation. The tied-off scarf around his waist making up his tail was also the same color as were the bangles around his wrists and the paw prints for some reason on the bottom of his boots. The rest of the outfit was black with a slightly lighter black starting at mid-chest and narrowing towards his legs before wrapping around his hips again. There were for some reason gray separation lines before his thighs and again where his colors usually separate on Viperion at mid-thigh that created this odd arrow that he’s pretty sure was Plagg being petty but never really questioned. Lastly, there were his black gloves and booths that both had claws, though it seemed that while the boot’s claws were fake, the gloves were of some material that would probably scratch her.(3) 

“Careto explain these, Lady Viper?” Luka hums, flexing the claws on his hands and chuckling as pink dust her cheeks.

“Sseemed only fair with how much I sscratch you up.” Marinette laughs shyly. “I have normal oness too though if it’ss not a day you feel comfortable with stuff like that?”

“I’m just teasing you, Mari.” He chuckles with another kiss. “You know I enjoy marking you up just as much as you do me.”

She smiles as she places a hand on her shoulder where there’s a still healing bite mark from his fangs hiding under her costume. “Yeah, I know. “ She giggles before looping her arms over his shoulders with a little smirk. “But I alsso can’t have anyone trying to hit on the ssexy bass player of Kitty Ssection, now can I?”

Luka can’t help but laugh now. “Mari, Rose and I are the only ones you put in low-collar costumes because you and Jules are too shy to start shit but possessive as hell. I think the fans got the message if the interview questions are anything to go off of.” Another kiss to her pout. “When am I allowed to start bragging about my perfect girlfriend, again?”

“When I’m a recognizable name and no one can say ‘Luka’ss girlfriend’ instead of my name without me having the right to sscream at them.” Mari huffs, sticking out her tongue when he laughs again. “Sshussh or I make that neckline even lower.”

“Baby, I’m already accused of dressing like an edgy whore.” Luka laughs. “Please, no lower, I beg of you.”

“Oh, please. Half of that is because your pantss look like they need cut off and that one wass a you choicce.” Marinette laughs right back. “Seriously, can anything even breath in those?”

“Lukaa~” She half whines, clutching his shoulders so he can’t pull back and see how red she’s gotten. She takes a steadying breath before trying to switch to hero mode with a smirk of her own and a thoughtful hum as her arms slide down around his waist. “Actually, that’s not a bad idea.” She tugs on the knot to his scarf tail and a twitch of an ear tells her he knows what she has planned before she hooks one is his legs with her own and makes him sit in a chair that she placed close by so she can tie him to it with his own scarf. 

He makes a show of struggling against the material that he could very easily break out of and cast her what’s supposed to be a mischievous smile that has way too much fondness in his eyes for the full effect. “Really, Mari? Resorting to such easy tricks?”

“They work, don’t they?” Marinette snickers as she circles around him to secure the knot in a way that he’ll have to actually work to get it undone. “There, now I can have my fun.”

“Oh? Only you?” Luka hums, trying to tug his arm free and cursing when he gets his hands where he can feel the knot. 

“Don’t worry.” She hums as she slides to her knees between his and holds them open. “You’ll enjoy it.”

He’s about to ask how she plans to do that when she just restricted the zipper only for her to reach up where the belt was and play with the fabric to reveal a hidden zipper that he is now trying to figure out how he didn’t notice. He watches as she pulls the zipper down and is suddenly embarrassed that he chose not to jeopardize the silhouette of the outfit with underwear as she looks up at him in amusement when his cock is freed without restraint. “I- um-”

“Remembered my vissible underwear in body ssuitss rant?” Marinette provides, taking a glove off and looking up at him before she takes him halfway and letting quite a bit of spit collect so her hand can take care of the rest on her way back up.

You made a much better fox yourself in between Miraculi. Trixx sstill talkss highly of your antictss.”

“I-mmm- Shit, Mari.” He groans, squirming to try to get his hands where he needs them. “I’m a Couffaine. Chaos is kind of i-I-in my blood if you hadn’t noticed.” He chuckles, referring to the embodiments of chaos that are his parents that sometimes managed to throw even the fox kwami for a loop. Was almost a shame he didn’t stay with Juleka after Luka took over the cat, but the poor kwami was probably just as grateful to escape to an environment where he was the most chaotic thing there with Nathaniel. 

“Meeting Juleka first definitely through me off.” Marinette laughs before suddenly taking him whole and holding his hips down herself when it takes him by surprise and his hips rise off the seat.

“Mariiii~” Luka shouts in surprise. He redoubles his efforts to get free and finally feels the difficult part of the knot loosen around his claw. Marinette just looks up at him innocently, only making this harder on him as his tongue slips out with a hiss and his pupils almost disappear as they slit. “I really hope you don’t have plans tomorrow because you’re gonna need that second chance, I swear to gods.”

They look at eachother with so much fondness, it would be easy to forget they’re currently fucking against they’re living room wall if it weren’t for the fabric muffled sounds of skin against skin and they’re heavy breathing. The little pecks he’s started though quickly turn more fierce and possessive as they both near they’re climaxes. Priority Research 6 Predictions - Sakura Empire

I would love a Sakura Empire PR for PR6 but they don't have that many options :/ However, I am going to present the most likely to y'all. This is the last PR6 prediction post, to check the others you can see the #priority research tag because I posted them all with that tag.

As always: Do not treat any of the following choices as guaranteed. I would not bet money on any of these specific ones getting added as part of PR6 this year, it's just the ships I see as Very LikelyTM.

Hizen

Honestly, the most unlikely. She's a bigger Izumo, and in terms of gameplay she is just a bigger Izumo and nothing else.

Her reload time is atrocious at 38 seconds for kind of good 410mm guns, but Izumo is free and Hizen costed money.

And you can't even get Hizen anymore.

Iwami

A strange battlecruiser, Iwami may look a lot like Hizen and that's because they're based on the same pre-Yamato designs. However, Iwami has a total of 4 cannons less in exchange of slightly better accuracy and a reload that's 10 seconds faster than Hizen's.

She also has Shimakazo torpedoes - 2 launchers at the rear with 4 torps each, and they have 20km range with ludicrous damage. The problem is that it's the 20km Shima torpedoes, which can be outrun by some ships and can also be spotted from the Moon.

Iwami also has another gimmick: half-decent secondaries. Kii at Tier 8 has better secondaries, imho, but Iwami's can be fun.

She would be PR.

Daisen

I haven't read much on Daisen yet, but from her stats, she's a fast little battlecruiser with incredibly bad armor, mediocre secondaries, very good main guns and 8 torpedoes per side. Those torpedoes do 20k damage each and have a 10km range, meaning she's no joke.

I don't know if she is PR or DR material, but I think she fits as a PR. Besides, unlike Iwami, she's very different from Izumo; meaning she wouldn't step on Izumo that much - which is my main concern.

Shikishima

The USS Georgia of the Yamato-class, Shikishima is the same hull as Yamato with somewhat better secondaries and six 510mm guns instead of 9 460mm guns. She's more accurate and reloads faster than Yamato, meaning that sticking Isoroku Yamamoto on this baby is very fun due to his buffs.

However, unlike Georgia, she would be a DR. A very powerful DR that would 'powercreep' (if you believe that thing exists in AL) most other UR BBs until Yamato comes out.

I imagine Shikishima being the weird one of the Yamato family. She would be a stealthy assassin, who kills her enemies from within the shadows. Mainly because that's how she is in the Tegarrian Lore (@tegarrianlore) lol.

Yoshino

Honestly, Yoshino feels unlikely. She is, effectively, a bigger Azuma with 8 Shimakaze torpedoes per side. Her gimmick is that she has excellent 310mm HE shells but also has access to anti-camping 20km torpedoes.

However, if Yoshino gets added, she would be DR. Which makes me feel she's even more unlikely.

Shimanto

Takahashi

I group these 2 together as equally likely because they are the new additions to the Japanese tech tree - the Tier 8 and Tier 9 light cruisers - and both suck.

I enjoy the freemium Tokachi at Tier 7, as she's a Furutaka with 127mm guns and that HE spamming is fun, but these other cruisers with bigger 155mm guns simply aren't worth it.

However, we know their performance in WoWs doesn't mean shit for Azur Lane. The best example imho is FdG, who is just plain old bad in WoWs but is a murderhouse in AL. I believe they could be fun, little HE spammers in AL that have massive torpedo-buffing abilities, to both themselves and the whole fleet.

Hayate

A unique (for Japan's standards) destroyer that has both good guns and good torpedoes. They normally excell only at guns (Kitakaze) or only at torpedoes (Shimakaze) - Hayate is good with both.

However, in AL she could be the DR gunboat equivalent to Shimakaze's excellent torpedo perfomance. The Death by Thousand Cuts of AL.

BONUS - MOST UNLIKELY

Tokachi

As stated above, she is a Furutaka with destroyer guns. They reload incredibly slowly at 7 seconds between shots, but most of her turrets can spin 360º and do so incredibly quickly.

The problem is Tokachi is Tier 7. We have not gotten any Tier 7 or lower PR and I doubt Tokachi will be the first one.

Ashitaka

There is a saying within the WoWs community, "you can't say Ashitaka without saying shit".

She's bad. Attrociously bad. Absolute girlfailure.

A Tier 7 version of Amagi, she has worse guns, worse accuracy, worse shells, no armor, and worse health. With Kii being an option, and Amagi being researchable, there is genuinely no reason for Ashitaka to be in the game.

His name is Jay and/or JJ and he was not happy when i put him into a DNI after he hurt me very badly. He tried to make a callout about me to twist what he did and act like the victim. I never saw the post itself because I cannot stand to look at his blog. He has since deleted his blog but he did make a callout in an attempt to paint me as cruel and manipulative for my reactions to him. I posted a DNI about him in my rules, and when his friends continued to attempt to follow me, I made this post in which i continued to push that I wanted no crossover in our circles. Following that he made the callout in which I was told he edited our messages and only put parts he could use to paint his own narrative. After trying to hurt me further with this action, he deleted his blog. This is my response to him at the time. Mind you, I had him blocked but according to people who were still mutuals with him at the time, he was posting responses to my claims as if he could see my blogs. Which meant either he was block evading or having someone give him updates. Either way, the idea that he is still able to see my blogs made me incredibly uncomfortable. He hurt a lot of people. I am not his only victim. I DO NOT WANT ANYONE THAT INTERACTS WITH HIM NEAR ME. I do not care how minor the connection is. I cannot feel safe here so long as I feel he can see me. His blogs were ifri/tma/de (deleted), tales/wr/itt/en, baldu/rm/ad/e, and s/tori/esu/ng. Please be safe friends. I am not the type of person to do this type of thing, but sometimes people put you in situations. I will not discuss him further in public. I am happy for all of the supportive anons I got. They made me feel less crazy. If you do have any questions or concerns, you can speak with me privately. I do not want my blog to be all talking about him.

I absolutely adore your art. But I am vehemently anti d*nluke, like to an extreme degree as I think it’s the worst and most problematic ship in the whole fandom. I’ve seriously endeavoured to try and understand why someone would even imagine those two together when they don’t actually have history or any interactions, but I just can’t. It baffles and depresses me to no end that it’s the most popular ship, especially when it disregards characters such as Boba, Omera, or even just Din being single. I wish there wasn’t so many talented artists promoting it. But it feels like a runaway train now that’ll never slow down and stop, and is already trampling any and all other ships. You can’t even go into the Dincobb or Dinboba tag without seeing Luke added in there too, especially on ao3. I feel like it’s a serious issue that has some reeeeeally problematic roots in stereotypes and homophobia (Luke as the “white submissive twink” hello) but everybody is just happy for it to keep spreading without questioning any of this.

What you wrote on tulpamancy intrigues me and I'd like to now more and see if it can be applied to some of my issues. Also, I'm trying to be as open-minded as I can and respect everyone's experiences. This is why I like to research when some people says "this person/system should be cancelled bc they did or said xyz" and someone said something about you so would you be OK to explain or point me toward a post you wrote about it maybe? I've heard you support transrace, which I don't know much about I'm afraid. Also you've been asked about punching a nazi? (question I honestly find stupid actually). I'm sorry to bother you, but I'd like to know who I'm following, whether it's you or the blog where I found these informations about you.

My point about the Nazi punching was that I don't agree with senseless harm. I'm not against harming people for a cause, but I don't like uncalculated attacks out of anger which have the potential to backfire.

The context that led up to that was a pro-endo blog that reblogged a bunch of random anti-endos to attack them viciously, often just for having endogenic systems in their DNI. Some were even just positivity posts. This action turned off a lot of neutrals. It involved people in syscourse who would have otherwise stayed out of it. And because these were reblogs, it PROMOTED ANTI-ENDOS IN THE TAGS. (Any likes or reblogs of the attacking posts would be counted as notes on them, and make them appear higher in searches.)

I'm not against causing harm. But I am against causing stupid harm with no benefit beyond the gratification of hurting somebody.

There are cases where harmful actions may be a net positive. But there are many more cases where it results in severe blowback, and you should be extremely cautious if you can't tell which is which.

On the trace issue, when I interacted with the trace community, what I saw were that many of these associated their transitioning with racial trauma. Which, being in the system community, it shouldn't be surprising how trauma can affect someone's identity.

There's a strange stereotype that exists that paints the trace community as a punch of white people trying to get into POC spaces, but this isn't what I observed. A lot of trace people who responded to my posts were POC to POC transitions. There are some white to POC transitions too, but I believe those to be the minority.

Looking back at history, race has always been a social construct defined by the oppressors. And often non consistently. In the United States, a lot of Native American tribes used to be willing to admit anyone as members regardless of ancestry. It was the US government that added arbitrary and racist "blood quantum" stipulations to force every member of a tribe to meet a certain level of Native heritage. The idea behind this was that over time, the tribes would breed themselves out of existence. Blood quantum requirements were designed to ensure the genocide of the native people.

In contrast, the government instituted a "one drop" rule for black Americans to allow them to oppress anyone with even one black ancestor in their history.

In addition to my other opinions on race which I've discussed, I view the trace community as group made up primarily of POC who are rejecting a social construct that has always been defined by the oppressors and used as a tool for oppression and genocide.

Danganronpa is one of my biggest guilty pleasures, i can count on my fingers all the things i like about it and genuinely think are well made. But i like some character's concepts and sometimes the dialogue and story are so ridiculous and absurd that i end up having so much fun.

It's not the ant1 vs pr0ship discurse, it's someone who is "anti-some-ship-that-is-totally-fine-and-legal-by-law", the problem happens when this person in question is too immature and can't respect other people's opinions so they are chasing those who like their notp being inconvenient and annoying (and sometimes they even trivialize very serious social issues and topics)

I think incest and mainly minor/adult (ped0philia) ships are really fucked up even though they are fictional and/or trauma coping but I also think it's really fucked up to harass and make death threats??????? I don't want any of that on my screen so i block them all (and i also report if I think it's too fucked up)

Almost everything I'm saying here about the characters is obviously MY OPINION and how I feel about the characters and their actions and not a concrete fact. I just want to express my opinion as many people in the fandom express their negative opinion about my fav characters and I respect that, so why can't I do the same? I know my opinions are unpopular, but that doesn't make them any less valid because opinion is something personal and there is no right or wrong

I'm censoring character names because I know some of my opinions are negative so I don't want to spoil someone's good time by having my post appear in the character's main tag. I'm also even saying in the title if it's a /pos or /neg analysis and I have a unique tag for my opinions (which you can block if you want), so you're proceeding at your own risk

I don't need to be so respectful with the characters because they aren't real, but I think we all should be respectful with who likes or doesn't like the character, because these are real people and have feelings.

And obviously I don't think someone liking or disliking this character doesn't make them a "bad, stupid, inferior or problematic person", it's just their opinion and deserves respect too

To be honest I'm not posting my opinion with the intention of changing someone's opinion or starting some kind of debate, I just want to express my opinion and that's all. It's like a public diary, it's one of the definitions of a blog after all ^_^

(About my headcanons) This isn't exactly a theory or an attempt to change anyone's mind and I know that none of this is canon and most likely not intended as I see it. I'm just want to talk in more detail about my headcanons and my lines of thoughts on them.
