Hybrid Twins turtle tots, full colour!

I have literally no plot for these two, just silly fluffy daydreams and fun designs. I wanna come up with designs for Mikey and Raph, because there's a little bit of a story there that leads to them looking different from canon as well, but I only have vague ideas there.

Here's the line art before I coloured it:

I almost think this looks better, except for their mouths. Their mouths did not turn out well in the line art which is why I even coloured it at all.

Also I just wanted to have a full-colour drawing of them.

Arctic and Foeslayer are gazing at their newborn dragonet twins with passionate expressions. The not yet named white and dark blue dragonet reached and touched Arctic’s snout, her expression looking worried. A tingle spreading from her tiny talons to her father’s snout. It was so small, the action so incredibly small yet something in Arctic shifted. His ugly pained heart began to beat at a softer rhythm and a sort of relief and fondness settled over him so strong he nearly began to shake. His eyes burned. Foeslayer had noticed the large silver scales on her dragonets eyes, and knew that her dragonets knew exactly how much she loved them. And she knew love them irrevocably, unconditionally, forever. Arctic’s heart felt lighter. Strange energy and love buzzed in the air.

Honestly, no matter how I look at this, they would have to be conjoined, wouldn’t they?

Both of them share a body due to being a Zippleback hybrid.

I don't really have an official design in mind... but it's probably disturbing.

They no doubt have the abilities of a normal Zippleback.

They have the sparking ability, they have the gas ability, and they're volatile in ability and emotions.

Like normal Zipplebacks they often fight with one another.

I also imagine taming them would be similar to the original dragon, too.

Perhaps like the Hiccup hybrid fic... you save them from being hunted?

Which you know what that means... life debt.

Until they can return the favor... they'd both be obsessive about you, even as a hybrid.

They'd be loyal towards you.

Even more so if you provide them with attention and/or they view you as a mate.

I imagine the twins are an interesting case.

Their heads retain their genders.

So I imagine they as a hybrid are... what's the word... a hermaphrodite?

Do with that info as you will.

They are probably the oddest hybrid I can think of in this AU.

Well... any Zippleback hybrid would be, actually....

You probably came across them injured, the two bickering bitterly with one another as they try to fly again.

When you reveal yourself, a normal human... they panic.

Are you going to hunt them!?

They can easily nuke this area, don't come any closer!

Yet... you don't harm them.

Instead you offer food and try to get close enough to offer supplies.

Well... after that the two can't seem to leave their new human alone.

Honestly... conversation is a bit weird at first, but you begin to see them as an ally of some sort.

You learn the female head is named Ruffnut and the male head is named Tuffnut.

They are a unique Zippleback hybrid with mischievous tendencies.

They see you as a friend since you helped them.

In fact, it's in their nature to be loyal towards you... all due to what you've done for them.

Despite them being classified as "intersex", they can still see you as a mate if you want.

I find it funny if both head have two different opinions of you.

Maybe one views you as a friend while the other wants to court you?

Awkward, isn't it?

Even funnier if only one of them wags their tail.

I imagine they'd be fiercely protective and possessive of you, often squabbling with one another on what to do for you to show they care.

You're given fish as a gift... often.

That and they stare down other hybrids, humans, and dragons....

They're like (sometimes stupid) bodyguards.

You can never have a,conversation with one head, the other is always there.

For example, maybe one of them is courting you... and the other just likes to sabotage them.

It's... all a chaotic mess, really.

Since they hate leaving your side, even if you ordered it, they'd stalk you.

They're big too, so it isn't like they're going to hide very well.

The two may kidnap you... but it's very dysfunctional.

Eventually they may trap you in a cave, alone from others, but they're still bickering.

It's luck they even succeeded.

They fight over your attention but can sometimes work with one another.

The whole hybrid is a chaotic mess... just like them normally.

In terms of would they kill? They could.

Their abilities are explosive... set them off and someone's in trouble.

They'd attack to protect you... but may accidentally cause someone's demise in the process.

Overall, these Ruffnut and Tuffnut would bicker but be as loyal as any other Zippleback...

Which soon proves to be problematic to you and your freedom.

[Hybrids Disease: Reader Character]

So me and a friend were talking about my Hybrid Au from last year, and we started playing around with the idea of "What if Dating Sim"

So I made a Reader/Player character XD

I am not going to make a dating sim, bc that's a lot of work and I have too short an attention span to manage it TwT, but I still wanna put it down.

Story:

A new Disease starts appearing around the world where people develop pokemon characteristics, even to the point the infected person can turn into a pokemon at will. No one knows what causes this to happen, and so far there is no cure, the only thing they know is that it's not contagious from person to person. Regardless, the populace is unsettled by the sudden appearance of "Hybrids", and are fearful of those infected.

It comes to the point where region wide lock downs are put into effect to try and slow the spread of cases while also attempting to ensure those infected won't be attacked by those who are paranoid over it.

After 5 years of lock down, the restrictions are slowly lifted and the player is happy to finally be free to walk around without worrying about a curfew, since they're someone who enjoys walks at night. Especially after hearing rumors of a strange area in the forest where there is a constant fog that's impossible to find the other side through. Intrigued, that is the players first stop.

Unbeknownst to them, they are about to meet a pair of hybrid twins who are both extremely starved for social stimulus and affection.

Emmet:

A Clefable Hybrid capable of turning into a pokemon and using moves. He's also able to create a terrain of fairy mist to protect the territory him and Ingo live in. Together they can make it impossible to find the manor hidden in the forest.

Emmet is at first suspension of the player and their intentions during their first meeting. He's a little rude and short with the player, only wanting to know their intentions and wants them to leave asap, but will warm up if the player is honest with him. Emmet is traumatized by prior experiences of being harassed prior to lock down, and is slow to open up, but is very obvious that he WANTS to open up and trust the player. Being a fairy/normal type, Emmet is weak to playfulness, and prone to playing jokes, if the reader plays along, it will raise his interest for the player.

When interest rises to a certain point, Emmet will start trying to get the players attention, becoming very clingy and wanting to spend more time with them. Emmet will start sharing more of his interests, while also giving more information about events prior to lock down. You have gained his trust.

Ingo:

A Gengar Hybrid capable of turning into a pokemon and using moves. He's also able to create a terrain of ghost atmosphere to protect the territory him and Emmet live in. Together they can make it impossible to find the manor hidden in the forest.

Ingo is nervous around the player at first, keeping his distance from them during their first meeting. Ingo feels that because he is a ghost/poison type, he has a frightening appearance and does not want to scare the player, but only wants to help. If the Player acts friendly, unafraid of him, Ingo will start to warm up to them. Due to his insecurities and slight trauma from something that happened before lock down, Ingo keeps a physical distance. If the player is patient with offering physical affection and coaxes him with sweets to help him relax, it will rise Ingos interest for the player.

When interest rises to a certain point, Ingo will start showing more affection for the player by sharing his interests and becoming a bit more physical and clingy. Ingo will start opening up about his insecurities and the events that happened prior to lock down. You have now gained his trust.

Purple Route:

Player will receive a purple hair clip from Ingo as a gift, signifying that you have successfully captured your romance target. From here, Ingo will be more openly affectionate and a little clingy, and if the player so chooses, the route can take a spicy turn from this point.

Good End.

Pink Route:

Player will receive a pink hair clip from Emmet as a gift, signifying that you have successfully captured your romance target. From here, Emmets antics to get the player to pay attention to him will calm down, but he will still act very clingy, and if the player so chooses, the route can take a spicy turn from this point.

Good End.

Grey Route:

The player has successfully captured both targets, however, this route is natural, leaving the player in a friendship with both Ingo and Emmet, rather than as a romantic partner.

Good End.

Blue Route:

Unlike the Grey Route, in the Blue Route, the player has unlocked a hidden route where they are able to capture and romance both Ingo and Emmet. Within this route the player can explore both sides of romance with both twins and their different love languages, whether as shows of affection or in the bedroom.

Secret Good End.

Red Route:

Unlike Blue or Grey, in the Red Route the player has unlocked a hidden route where the Player has triggered a Yandere code within the twins. As a result, the Players character is no longer allowed to leave the twins. Ingo and Emmet love the player so much, they do not EVER want to lose them.

Secret Bad End.

Government Experiment AU where the Dan's (Dan/Danny/Dani) are created in a GIW lab to investigate the Ghost Zone after Jack and Maddie create the Ghost Portal. thinking a little about a enigma twins swap au and man. ts!bagi would be so fucking lonely. she has no 'guapito' equivalent for her. she has no connection to tazercraft bcs as a woman she would never be sent to alcatraz (and surely not because she had to compensate for a lack of raw strength with her wits and this made her more careful so she was never caught). the only thing she knows she can trust is her intelligence, and so she has almost no bonds. others may try, but why would she open up?

she is so sure no one will miss her.

bagi doesnt understand this kid (brasovo, nicknamed bolota), but she still writes a book to him, explaining all of her short and long term plans and hopes that in the end, she will be dead and everyone else free.

I have an idea and I gotta tell someone about it or else I won't be able to stop thinking about it.

It's a concept for a rottmnt au focused on the Disaster Twins, which I'm calling the Hybrid Twins AU. Full concept is under the cut, but if you don't wanna read my whole explanation, the idea is that Donnie and Leo got mutated with each others' DNA as well as Lout Jitsu's.

So you know those pods that Draxum stuck the turtles in when he mutated them? Well, in this AU, the gargoyles accidentally broke one after they captured Yoshi. Draxum decides it would take too long to fix it first, because he finally has Lou Jitsu and he's not going to risk giving him time to escape, even if he seems remarkably content in that cage.

So he has decided to go ahead and mutate the turtles, but he only has three pods, and four turtles. He's aware that if he sticks two turtles in one pod, they will mutate with each other's DNA as well as Lou Jitsu's, which could be unstable – all his experiments so far have involved combining only two sets of DNA – but, he reasons, if two of them... don't make it, then he'll still have the other two.

Obviously, this means he has to consider which ones he'd rather keep, and which ones have the most compatible DNA, to increase the chances of a stable mutation. After some consideration, he picks the red-eared slider and the spiny softshell. They're both aquatic species, and are similar in size and approximate age, so he estimates that they have the best chances of survival. And it could be interesting to see how their traits combine.

Draxum goes ahead with the mutation as planned, but with two turtles sharing a pod. All he actually gets to see of their combined mutation is that they now share similar markings, before Lou breaks out and snatches the turtles, just like in canon.

From then on things aren't really any different, except for the twins looking different and having a slightly different dynamic.

I really wanna draw out what they look like properly, as that's what I was focusing on when I came up with this, but I literally only thought this up today, and haven't had a chance to sit down with my sketchbook yet. For now, have this reference sheet I made for their markings and colour:

Interesting things to note, which should be visible here:

- their skin tones have shifted towards each other, so Donnie's skin is a little lighter and Leo's is a little darker

- they both have yellow sclera (in canon, Leo has white sclera and Donnie has yellow)

- their shoulder markings go all the way down to their elbows

- Leo's markings are a bit brighter than Donnie's

Other things I came up with:

- their shell markings also match now, though Donnie's still a softshell and Leo is not. So Donnie gained lighter-coloured markings that perfectly match Leo's shell pattern, and Leo has dappled darker spots on his shell like the spots on Donnie's.

- both of the twins are sensitive about their shells being touched. And they're very defensive of each other, so when they were tots, if one of them got his shell touched by someone when he didn't want to be touched, then both of them would try and bite the offender. Splinter has scars on his fingers, yes

- you know how rise!Donnie always wants to blow things up? And how his brothers always stop him? Yeah, in this AU, the only ones trying to hold him back are Raph and Mikey. Do not leave the twins alone together, because Leo's definitely not gonna be holding Donnie back from going lethal

- related to the last point: moral alignments! The way I see it, rise!Raph is neutral or lawful good, rise!Mikey is chaotic good, rise!Leo is... probably chaotic neutral, and rise!Donnie is chaotic evil. In this AU, the twins are both chaotic evil

- how about I let Leo swallow a sandwich whole. Even better, let the twins have eating competitions that focus solely on "how much can you swallow at once without chewing", which Raph and Mikey might try to get involved in, but it would eventually just become a twin thing. Mikey would always be the first one out, and Raph would last a bit longer simply by being bigger, but then it would be down to the twins

- can't believe I almost forgot this one, but they have actual twin sense. The mystics involved in their mutation, combined with their Hamato genetics, plus the fact that Leo and Donnie got mutated in the same pod and share enough DNA to be almost (but not quite)as closely related as identical twins, means that they have the ability to sense each other's emotions, and will probably figure out how to do the Ninja Mind Meld before even unlocking their ninpo. Or even before using any mystic powers whatsoever. Because yeah. I'm a sucker for giving them twin telepathy hehehe

- outfits! Have you noticed that in canon, whenever the turtles get dressed up, Leo and Donnie's outfits usually complement each other? Most notably the sweaters they wore for the family dinner in Repairin' the Baron, but other times too. Yeah, I definitely wanna draw them in matching/complementary outfits.

- I considered having Donnie wear a different mask, one like Leo's, because of his stripes, but I don't wanna get rid of Donnie's eyebrows, and neither does he, and trying to draw eyebrows on a mask like that would be too difficult. However, when little Leo failed to convince Donnie that they should have matching masks, he wouldn't stop crying over Donnie "trying to cover up his stripes" and "not wanting to be twins" and stuff like that. So, to get him to stop crying, Donnie drew red stripes on his mask, above his eyes where his natural stripes are (I can totally picture it and I absolutely need to draw it soon). He likes the way it looks and likes matching with his twin, so he keeps drawing those stripes along with his eyebrows

- with how similar Donnie and Leo look, there's no way anyone can deny that they're twins, not even Donnie, but it still bugs him that he doesn't know how they are twins, because he can tell that they appear to be hybrids of two different turtle species. He can't find the answers on his own, and so he bugs Splinter about it until he finally caves and tells the boys that they were mutated using human DNA (not specifying which human) and that Blue and Purple got some of each others' DNA as well. So when Leo is wailing about thinking Donnie doesn't want to be twins with him, Donnie comforts him in his own logical way and assures him that there's no way they could ever NOT be twins, pointing out that they share more DNA with each other than they do with Raph or Mikey or even whatever human they got their DNA from, and adds on that even if they didn't have that much genetic material in common, he'd still want to be twins. (I need them to be soft, plz! Turtle tot twins are adorable!)

- speaking of Splinter, whenever the twins aren't wearing their signature colours, he has a really, REALLY hard time telling them apart. He was worried about being able to tell Raph and Leo apart in canon; you can't tell me he wouldn't get these twins mixed up All. The. Time.

- the twins are nearly inseparable. They always wanna do everything together, especially when they're young. Because of this, they end up knowing a lot of the same stuff, because they are each others' favorite person to info-dump to when they learn something new. So this Donnie has a bit more respect for Leo's intelligence, which is to say he won't outright say or even imply that Leo is stupid. Calling him smart would still be going too far though, duh. Gotta have some squabbling somewhere in here.

- yeah I guess they're really competitive. They compete over everything. Including rights to being the older twin. I'm a firm believer of the the fact that they have no way of knowing which of them is actually older, even in canon, so there will be no "older twin" or "younger twin" headcanons here. It's way more funny if they're constantly arguing about it, anyway. Or if they switch it up depending on their mood, cuz sometimes being the second youngest of four can be pretty appealing.

Summary

Tucked between the small houses of the poor side of the capital there is a little shop. From the outside, it looks like a common house save from the big glass on the front; on the inside the walls are full of hanging herbs, flowers and other plants.

On the other side of the counter, stands a man with a kind smile who's always ready to make some small talk and offer some kind words. That and the sweet smell of the herbs, made a certain pigling hybrid certain that that was the perfect place to take his sick brother.

The botanist and the preistess

On the other side of the counter, stands a man with a kind smile who's always ready to make some small talk and offer some kind words. That and the sweet smell of the herbs, made a certain pigling hybrid certain that that was the perfect place to take his sick brother.

Phil was humming a cheerful tone under his breath, turned away from the door, when the bell above the door dingled. "Good morning!" He said automatically. "I'll be with you in a moment!"

"Sir…" sounded a small voice, hesitant, as if the kid was still learning to speak. "My brother is ill."

The botanist turned around instantly and he had to lean over the counter to see the two little things that had entered his shop. The taller one was about the same height as a ten year old, but knowing Piglin anatomy, Phil could tell he was older than that; he carried a smaller one on his back, about the same age, but looking terribly ill.

"Oh goddess." Phil gasped, the kid flinched slightly. "Come here, quick, he doesn't look well." Rushed the botanist, raising the entrance to the counter and guiding the boys through the backdoor that led to the working space.

The taller kid sat his brother down on the chair Phil led him to, but refused to let go of his hand as the botanist hurried around the room to gather the needed things.

"Okay… I need to know a few things before I help, can you answer me some questions." He asked, pulling another chair and sitting in front of the kids.

The kid pondered for a few seconds, looking at his sleeping brother, then he nodded.

"Okay, What’s yours and your brother's names?" Asked Phil

"Technoblade." Said the kid pointing at himself. "Wilbur." he pointed at his brother.

"Okay, now how old are you both?" The botanist asked again.

"Twelve, twins." Technoblade answered, eyeing his twin. “Please, he’s very cold.”

"Alright., don’t worry, I'll be quick." The Botanist seemed to sign in relief, then he stood up, picking up the herbs he had separated and starting to crunch them.

Technoblade looked over at the cauldron bubbling in the corner with mild suspicion. He wanted to go check on it, and look what herbs The Botanist was using, but he also didn’t want to let go of Wilbur's hand. "Name?" He asked instead. He was glad the lady from the temple had allowed him to borrow books during the last month, it would have been a pain to not know any common now.

"Oh! Sorry mate, I haven't introduced myself." Said The Botanist without turning his gaze away from the herbs; "My name is Philza. You did great by coming here, your brother isn't in any immediate danger, but he sure must be in some pain. This potion will help him recover in no time!" He threw the grounded herbs into the cauldron and a sweet smell spreaded through the room.

Wilbur inhaled sharply by Techno’s side, like simply smelling the potion was already relieving his pain. The man turned back to Techno with a kind smile.

“I have no… pay…” Techno said, shyly. They had already used the little gold they had; turns out it wasn’t that valuable outside the nether.

“Pay? Oh there is no need to pay.” Philza sounded so sure that Techno had no courage to retort, after all, the lady from the temple told them to come here, she wouldn't have sent them unless she knew that it would be fine not to pay, right?

“Alright…” Technoblade said.

The botanist made Wilbur swallow the sweet-smelling liquid, then carried him to a room upstairs and laid him on the big bed saying; “There, you two can rest while I make some food.” And Technoblade hoped with all his being that the man was actually safe, because he was so tired that he laid beside Wilbur and fell asleep almost instantly.

Philza made potato stew for the twin hybrids resting in his room, then he got some cough syrup from his storage and set it all aside, wondering if there was anything else he could make.

Through the years, many children had stepped in his shop, some in ragged clothes and little coins on their tiny hands, others with nothing but dirt and pleading looks; Phil took all of them in, some for only hours, others for days, some for weeks or months. Some would come back holding their parent’s hand and saying “look” The potion worked!” others he would never hear from again. None of them were hybrids.

Hybrids were somewhat of a rare sight, mostly because of the hardships of surviving outside their own realm. No wonder the first hybrids he ever saw other than himself were pale and shivering, one of them being very ill due to the temperature difference. Despite that, they seemed fine, well taken care of. It was probably just a reaction to the weather.

With steps light as feathers, Phil inched the door open to check on the children, and saw them both asleep, burrowed beneath the covers and hugged so close he was worried Wilbur would overheat, then he brushed this worry aside, if those kids really came from the nether they would be used to sleeping in piles, probably with other children their age.

Phil wanted to ask them why they left the nether, because judging from their state they were not used to overworld temperatures-

The bell on the front door jingled again and Phil halted on his thoughts, going to the front, if it was another customer he would probably have to turn them down. He opened the door, being met with a familiar face.

“Are they here? Did they arrive safely? God I should have come with them!” Kristin went on a tangent.

“Hey, hey!” He interrupted her, holding his lover’s hands and meeting her eyes. “You mean the two little piglins? They are fine, sleeping safely and sound.” He reassured her, Kristin sighed in relief. “How did you even meet them?”

“I didn’t.” She explained. “They came to the temple to pray and they were oh-so ragged! I couldn’t just let them leave. Besides, I’ve never seen piglin hybrids in the overworld, much less praying to the goddess of death.” As she talked, Phil took her through the back door and sat down at the table with her. After a pause, she continued; “I wish I could have done more for them, not let them get sick at all, but the temple doesn't really have resources for children… Sorry to throw them onto you all of a sudden like this, Phil but I had duties…”

Phil reached for her hand over the table; “Hey, you did amazing, they were clean, well-fed and wearing good clothes, kids just get sick sometimes, it happens. And it’s no big deal! Send me a hundred sick kids and I’ll take care of all of them. I'm a botanist, that’s literally my job!” That took a little snort out of her.

Phil smiled and poured himself a bowl of stew. Maybe he liked this feeling a little too much, chatting in the kitchen while two kids slept in his room. Maybe he was overdue to an expansion to his house, an extra room couldn’t hurt…

Cosmog Submas Appearance

Come Ibridi Cosmog, Nobori e Kudari si nutrono di pulviscolo ed energie cosmiche normalmente non rivelabili senza le apposite attrezzature dagli altri esseri viventi. Dovuto al fatto che hanno vissuto per una quantità di tempo indefinibile, hanno assorbito in loro anche pulviscolo organico rilasciato dai vari senzienti e creature che hanno incontrato durante la loro lunga vita. Infatti quando incontrano la drifter sono già da diverso tempo in grado capaci di prendere un aspetto umanoide (tipo ai Novakid del videogioco Starbound), un modo per interagire più facilmente con altri senzienti, utilizzando le informazioni contenute all'interno delle particelle pulviscolari organiche che hanno assorbito durante i secoli. Più tempo passano con te, più pulviscolo organico assorbono da te, più i due ibridi Cosmog prendono un aspetto più umano, arrivando al punto tale che se lo desiderano possono diventare solidi per un limitata quantità di tempo prima di essere costretti a riprendere una forma più gassosa.

Nel loro aspetto umanoide completo, il loro viso-muso è grigio, i loro zigomi sono marcati da due tondi, neri per Nobori e bianchi per Kudari, gli occhi hanno taglio umano ma hanno le sclere gialle e le iridi grigie e senza pupilla visibile, i loro capelli sono gassosi come una nebulosa, e come quest'ultima multicolore, in particolare risaltavano il viola, l'indaco, il blu e l'azzurro in cui si potevano intravedere delle stelline. Infine i loro basettoni sono contornati da un semicerchio giallo ciascuno. E da sotto un grosso semicerchio giallo che fa loro da collo, il loro intero corpo è fatto della stessa materia di cui sono fatte le nebulose, così come i colori e le stelline intrappolate al loro interno.

Inoltre possiedono cappelli e lunghi cappotti da ferrovieri, neri per Nobori e bianchi per Kudari, donatigli dalla drifter e che i due in un primo momento hanno finito per assorbirli come fanno normalmente con il pulviscolo di cui si nutrono, ma con un po' di allenamento e buona volontà, ora possono manifestare i capi su di loro ma visto che li hanno assimilati in loro adesso i capi d'abbigliamento ora sono una pezzo di loro stessi, infatti sia i cappelli che i cappotti rilasciano vapore nebuloso come il resto di loro stessi.

Ma una delle caratteristiche più peculiari dei due ibridi è la forma e l'espressione della bocca, come se fossero delle frecce. La punta della bocca di Nobori punta verso l'alto, quindi sembra sempre accigliato, mentre la punta della bocca di Kudari punta verso il basso, quindi sembra sempre sorridente.

guys, I had a weird idea.

So, Danny and Damian are twins au, right? They used to be identical as children. I say used to, because when Talia smuggled her son out of the League (Ra's was planning a fight to the death, the douche), she got him excessive cosmetic surgery, changing his entire face and lightening his skin closer. (The League has sci-fi technology, just role with it).

Danny ends up living with one of Talia's off-the-books scientists, so she can keep an eye on him, growing up to look different than Damian. Danny finds himself wishing that he still looked like his brother, but there's nothing he can do to change it. Which is all well and good until the portal accident and Danny discovers that his wish to look like his brother again worked, and now Danny and Phantom are physically different, with Phantom looking like Damian with flowy white hair.

A few years pass with no one knowing Danny=Phantom until Dani crashlands, melting and needing help. Danny saves her and she's de-aged to a toddler age, but the Fentons 100% saw him help Dani and maybe see her transform, so they want to experiment on her. Danny bolts with Dani and heads to Gotham, which has enough ambient ecto to keep Dani stable.

(Meanwhile, Talia figures out what really happened to make Danny run and absolutely nukes the Fentons and maybe the GiW. That's her son and granddaughter, you fools.)

Despite Danny trying to go under the radar, but at some point the bats discover Phantom and Dani, maybe Dani escaped in ghost form? she is a toddler after all. Damian immediately recognizes Phantom as his brother, they get confirmation that the two are ghosts. Dani calls Danny daddy and everyone is sad.

And while the bats are trying to figure out a way to approach Phantom, they stumble across Danny and Dani, the later alive and calling this completely different man daddy. The bats put alive Dani and dead Dani together and get human/ghost hybrid, but Danny looks different enough from Phantom that they conclude the two aren't the same.

Which leads to Damian thinking that Danny is some random man who had a child with his dead ghost brother.
