just thinking about steddilly using each other's actual names lol. like, maybe billy's mad at steve and...
"fuck you, steven," billy snarls, shoving steve to the side, "you cant tell me what to do!"
"fuck you too!" steve yells at his retreating back. "i care about you, william, jesus christ cant you at least believe that!"
eddie stops billy from leaving the room, filling up the doorway. fuck him for being the tallest. fuck him for having nice shoulders in that goddamn stupid dnd shirt too. "do we really have to go around yelling our whole first names out like this?" he asks mildly, eyebrows raised.
billy and steve might be mad at each other, but they're still on the same wavelength. they dont even blink before they say, "shut up, edward," together like doofuses and then laugh at eddie's immediately grossed out reaction.
even when billy's angry, he can't stay mad for long when these clowns are in the same room. he wishes he hated them more than he does.
he actually kind of likes them a lot.

@blueberry32 because dungeons needed to be raided.
“Bitchin’.”
With minimal effort, she backflips away from the window, and from the rustle of shrubbery, you could easily assume she landed safely in some bushes. By the time Vicky’s out the front door, Aaravi’s stowing her grappling hook inside her bag, and shooting Vicky a questioning look.
“Hey, are you attuned to the aethernet? I could easily get us a TP close enough to the entrance, and I’ve got more than enough gold to cover the costs- but that’s kind of a moot point if you don’t have attunement.”
Attuning to the dungeon aethernet crystals was one of the first things Aaravi did whenever she did any travel, it was so much more convenient than finding and taming a wild horse- she COULD summon a mount using her new scroll, but that would take so much longer to ride over there, and then... what, would she just have to make small talk?
...Could take that time to discuss strategy, talk about what she saw when she did her first test run of the place before she had to leave when the puzzles wouldn’t budge without the help of a partner. Bluh.

“I’m listening, papa... Although, be warned-- if the excuse would not work on Mimi, don’t try it with me. I certainly hope you never treated me like that when I cried...”

I mean, don't get me wrong: Netflix is just as shit as Disney, as corporations go; but there's just something about Wish--seemingly so safe and soulless and focus-grouped with its generic, Rapunzel-faced, Disney Princess(TM) heroine and its paint-by-numbers plot and its Whedonesque, hang-a-lampshade-on-it humour, and its bland, inoffensive, Lin Manuel Miranda-pastiche musical numbers--losing a nomination to fucking Nimona, which is about as anarchic as mainstream entertainment media can be, featuring a protagonist who is about as far from being a Disney Princess as anyone can be, and which we all saw evolving organically in real time from someone's sketch on Tumblr. One of them feels like extruded film product; the other one feels like art.

ann walker, who at such a young age lost her brother and both parents in quick succession, only to be cast aside by her extended family, sent her sister-in-law blackberry syrup for her cough and her wife’s aunt asparagus for her leg ulcers, and calls her wife’s aunt “aunt anne” like any other niece, and has meals and plays cards with her in-laws while her wife is out of town. ann walker, who had been manipulated by nearly everyone who was ever supposed to look out for her, married a woman who began as nearly self-serving as her own family to ultimately becoming ann’s biggest advocate and compass in all things. ann walker, who had been dismissed as an unhinged invalid incapable of making her own decisions, not only stood up to her abusive family so she could get proper medical treatment, but also developed the skills needed to continue protecting herself and her loved ones. ann walker, who truly believed she would be publicly executed for being in love and having sex with another woman — a fear that escalated into night terrors and hearing spirits cursing her — fought with everything in her so that she could ultimately accept not just a marriage proposal from another woman but to begin accepting herself as well. ann walker, who has been mocked behind her back and to her face by people she was nothing but kind to, chose graciousness over being cowed by their cruelty even after a lifetime of people being cruel to her. ann walker, who lived a sheltered life and felt herself “insipid” and inexperienced, enjoyed being read to by, as well as learning another language and travelling abroad with, the wife she never thought she would be good enough for. ann walker who risked her family, fortune, freedom, and future all so she could be with a woman she admits to having fallen in love with during their very first meeting — at a time when the woman in question was perhaps at her most visibly transgressive while ann was perhaps at her most sheltered as a teenaged girl. ann walker, who radiates humility and gentleness on the surface while simultaneously possessing hidden depths of remarkable courage and curiosity, has revealed herself to be capable of much more than anyone has ever given her credit for

Random Dark Urge stuff that blew my mind because it's so fun (and terrifying) [SPOILERS BELOW]
The Alfira scene came totally unexpected and I was literally sitting there with my mouth agape because I was so used to how cute EA had been
Those moments where the Urge gets to you and your character just suddenly goes >:) like a little evil shit
Those random over the top dialogue options
The way you can literally tell your companions from the start that you are a bit cray cray but they're all just "Ah don't worry about it we're literally killing people every day now. We're all a little evil right now :) Just put in that energy when we need it :)" and when you get to That Scene (tm) with your Love Interest in act 2 they suddenly go "WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME" I DID!!! I DID TELL YOU SFHFSF
THAT SCENE IN ACT2 WITH YOUR LOVE INTEREST... That you can just murder them there?? And you have to roll against yourself? So good
The fact you can try to fucking bite them and sob uncontrollably?? Cinnamon Topography as they say.
You were besties with Gortash!! "I can tolerate Orin. But I liked you". Hello??? I want to be besties with him again???? Gorty let's become Team Rocket please.
Gortash saying that he missed your dark humour or something of the like.
Orin and Durge's rivarly. Slaughter-Kin. Queen...
That lady at the end of act 2 that did horrifying experiments on you and became obsessed?? It was sooo uncomfortable but like in a masochistic way. Fucked up and amazing.
Finding your pod in that mindflayer place and asking Astarion "Humour me Astarion. What does that blood smell like?" "[SNIFF SNIFF] Oh that's you. I can recognize that everywhere lol"
The way Astarion's and your own personal quest mirror each other in a way.
Those dialogue options after you refused to kill Isobel, Nightsong and your Love Interest where it sounds like you are some evil puppy trying to atone for your sins to the most random people, like the freaking circus guy, and going like "I used to be a crazy murderous maniac but I am trying to change my ways <3"
If you get Heal cast on yourself (that high level spell that gives you like 70 HP) you get a mini cutscene in which Durge's mind "knits back together" for a moment and you remember a scene from your childhood. This was so unexpected, I did NOT expect a random spell to trigger story and I loved that.
Realising that you were involved in stealing the Crown from Mephistopheles vault, and that you've been to the Nine Hells before. Finding this out only a little bit after Raphael bitched to you about that lmao.
The fact you're literally playing one of the main bad guys, but with amnesia, and you realise this only in act 3.
