You know what I need? I need two generations of Bridgertons sharing one braincell.

Give me an Edmund lives au where he, his siblings, and his cousin are all teaming up to match make the Bridgerton and Rokesby cousins. Maybe they pull Cecilia and Felix in, too. They can bring extra brain cells. Meanwhile, the Rokesby siblings, Violet and Winifred, are all on the side line waiting to do damage control.

The Rokesby cousins were easy enough to match up. Maybe a few bumps here and there. But dear God Emdund! What is with your brood and scandals?! Move over! You obviously need help!

Just almost every time a Bridgerton gets married so does at least one of their cousins. It's intresting to see the smooth sailing courtships of the cousins and then the dumpster fire that is the Bridgertons.

They're might be a betting pool in the family. Felix is the score keeper because he's the only one whose last name has never been Rokesby or Bridgerton.

Thinking about when Rose committed suicide, that she and Jimmy left on bad terms.. Like after having a massive blowout conflict with his mother about his actual parentage, resulting in him storming off to find Hugo's grave. Only to return and find out she's killed herself in the most viscerally painful way imaginable, horrifically alone in the hotel she'd been trapped in since his birth. Can You Imagine The Guilt. He didn't even get to say goodbye to the only person consistently by his side, loving him irregardless of everything, his entire life. She's melted herself into the carpet, and all he can do from then is keep afloat alone

Hubert: ahaha wouldn’t it be funny if you died and came back to life and then got dumped for acting weird? Felix: (genuinely fears this daily)

And then right after hinting it would happen, Hubert (and Byleth) are put in their place as Ferdinand glows to them the second he touches Felix’s cheek. And ohhhhhh. That’s interesting. Ferdinand fell for Felix, quite literally. He used to be an angel. Very interesting!

And in the AU, fallen angels are not frowned upon and it’s not seen as disgraceful. It’s really rare that an angel opts to give up their wings to be a mortal but it does happen. So when Hubert sees Ferdinand’s flicker of his past with the glow, he realizes Ferdinand gave up immortality for Felix. This isn’t just a guy to give up and leave if Felix is a little quiet (and doesn’t mention dying).

Because the wonderful @varibean asked, my secret theater kids vat7k au vomit. But because I have have like 3 different ones, we’re only doing one.

So same general time frame that vat7k happens in, not modern because i said so. Not much difference

Starting with Varian: He definately had to take piano lassons as a child, and Old Corona’s piano teacher just so happens to have done music for a lot of local plays and shows that happen. They kinda introduce Varian to everything, and turns out it’s really cool playing for a musical! So much so that he volenteers to play for them often, even auditioned a couple of times just for shits and made the part for a background character or small role.

Of course he gets older and the whole villain arc happens, nothing really changes there, but once he gets redeemed and he becomes the Royal Engineer he goes back to playing piano when he has some free time. Definately has some friends at a local theater in Corona and has found himself with a role or two in one of the shows. The only thing is he’s never really told many people about him being a theater kid or knowing how to play piano, his dad knows of course but he just kinda forgot to really tell Eugene, Rapunzel, or Cass. It never came up is all.

He’d probably like Wicked, Heathers, Chicago, maybe even Hamlet, and primarily finds being a narrator fun, since he’s not on the stage much and, if they’ll let him, can still just play the piano.

Yong I think would be more of a tech kid for this au, it’s just no one wants him near the lights casue you know. He’d love to work with them though! One of the things he’s hoping, is that once he can figure out how to not make everything explode that he tinkers with, he can work with them more often. He’s definately almost set fire to the props at least one though. Probably would like Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.

Nuru would have been introduced to theater through watching it, obviously. The first time she saw a play, she imedently knew that’s what she wanted to do one day. She actively makes donations to theater groups across her kingdom and has definately, on the very rare occasion, been in a show. Most often of times she is watching them though. She definately takes ballet though, when she isn’t studying astronomy or other things. Not a lot of people in her personal life know she does these things though, just her family.

She’d probably likes ballets more, but I can see her loving The Sound of Music, maybe even Hamilton.

Hugo however, I think would be the most surprising when findong out he likes musicals. He was introduced to the theater when he was young, maybe 9, I think, went inside to hide from some people chasing him on the street. Ever since then, he’s hidden away in the theater to get away from anything, cops, angry salesmen, other thieves, life, and so on. The first couple of times a show might have been playing, and he stuck around to watch, finding he quite liked it.

It was around the 5th time he ducked in he met Donelle for the first time, and she saw this tiny, probably not even 10 y/o kid and went “He’s mine now,” and took him under her wing. (I am such a sucker for Momelle) I like to think he took ballet lessons to aid him in being a thief, but he’ll also use those lessons to help him audition for shows. Don of course knows about it, she knows everything, and even will go to shows to watch Hugo. She’ll admit he’s great dancer, but definately won’t tell another soul that Hugo loves theater as much as her. Cyrus would never let her live it down how much Hugo is like her.

Hugo would probably like Chicago (similarly to Varian), Newsies, and would take to his grave that Annie is his favorie musical of all time. Ballet is his favorite to play in of course, he likes to show off.

How they figured each other out is the dumbes thing though, I’d like to imagine it had to do with getting information on a totem or something. Like all four of them were invited to a fancy party, or they went uninvited, or something and they need a distraction so someone can go and get whatever it is from the other person.

Varian turns to Nuru, Yong, and Hugo and says quietly, “I have an idea, you might not like it, but it’ll work. Quick question, can any of you dance?”

All of them, slightly taken aback by the random question but hopeful yet that the four of them have a chance get the information they need to get to the next trial, pause for a long moment. Genuinly thinking about their answers. That is until Hugo eventually shrugs he shoulders, not seeing the harm in dancing or Varian’s plan he has yet explained to the rest of them. They all knew he was flexible, and in the worst case scenario, he thought to himself, he would just be doing some basic ballet. Nothing that can incriminate him.

“Perfect!” Varian exclaims suddenly, “Nuru, you know how to convince our guy to hand over what we need. Yong if anything happens, use your fireworks. Hugo follow me!”

And all of a sudden Hugo in no longer standing with Yong and Nuru, having been suddenly grabbed and brought about 2 feet away from a small platform that hosts a band of 6, by Varian. The four stop playing the gentle tune just as the shorter of two walks up to them.

He doesn’t even hear what Varian says to the small group, too caught up in trying to figure out when Varian got so strong, but they all look at each other and nod. Seeming to go along with whatever the young, dark haired individual had said. It’s right when Varian turns back around to Hugo that it hits him, Varian wants him to show off his ballet skills. The same skill set that he hadn’t really expressed to his three companions much, if ever.

The next five minutes go as accordingly:

Varian, who didn’t even notice the ever growing sense of doom Hugo was feeling, picked the boy up and brought him unto the platform with him and then set him down. Spouting something about trusting Hugo enough to know what he was doing, which did not warm his heart a little bit, nope.

The entirety of the of the ball room looked at the stage, wanting to know why two strange youn men have joined the band on stage.

Varian sits at the small piano in the corner off the stage, and plays what sounds like the most beautiful melody the blonde had ever heard, with the band of 6 joining in soon after.

The gears in Hugo’s head start moving agian, and he dances.

From there Nuru and Yong get whatever it is they needed, Varian and Hugo finish up, and they get the hell outa dodge before security shows up to kick them out. Because mid way through the performance, that was definately the sound of fireworks going off, and Varian and Hugo were not ment to be on stage playing to what was a jazz/more active tune.

They get to whatever inn they’re staying at and from there they all talk about nothing but theater for the rest of the night.

Goodnight Everybody! That was my take.

More Hugo Lives AU Stuff

Some more stuff from my Hugo Lives AU, mostly focusing on the relationship between the Wolf and Hugo. Kinda long, so stuff is under the break.

Kipo may not have a favorite sibling, but woah boy is she each of her siblings’ favorite. And neither one is shy about making that known. Before Hugo got his own place, there was a lot of jockeying for Kipo’s attention. Kipo did her best to make sure they got equal attention and frequently tried to find things all three of them could do together. Emphasis on ‘tried’.

Neither Hugo nor Wolf ever refer to each other by name. Wolf usually just refers to Hugo with pronouns (if English had a derogatory ‘you’ the way Japanese and some other languages do, she’d be using that), but will occasionally call him ‘monkey’. Hugo calls Wolf “wild child”, “feral girl”, and the like.

Hugo’s return to the family made Wolf very insecure. Seeing the rest of the Oak family so focused on him during his recovery, she figured this was going to be another case of an adoptive family deciding she wasn’t really one of them. And it only got worse after Hugo was brought home from the hospital.

After a few days, this boiled over into Wolf verbally lashing out at Hugo. I won’t go into details since I’m currently writing the fic for this, but he figures out what’s going on in her head and it hits him very close to home. While he still doesn’t think of Wolf the same way he thinks of Kipo, he does start to genuinely see her as family at that point. He sees a bit of his younger self in her (not that he’d ever admit it), and it changes how he thinks and feels about her.

After that incident, he continues to refer to her as “wild child” and such, but when speaking with Song or Lio he makes a point of saying “your wild child”. The way he figures, if Wolf is afraid of being abandoned, it’s probably due more to their parents than to relentlessly-affectionate Kipo (it doesn’t really occur to him to address whatever role he plays in those fears) and this is his way of prodding them to make sure their youngest feels secure. That any increased attention towards Wolf from Lio and Song frees up Kipo’s for him to dominate is just a perk.

This is (roughly) the Oak family house. The layout I have in mind is slightly different, with the front bedroom being smaller and not having to go through the bathroom to get in.

Kipo and Wolf share the rear bedroom and Hugo has the front. Hugo is salty that they get the bigger room with more closet space and neither him nor Wolf are happy about sharing a bathroom. Hugo’s not one for sharing in general and he tends to hog the room when getting up or going to bed. Between that and his fur clogging the drains, it’s more than understandable why Wolf wasn’t happy with the arrangement.

Vat7k, but make it ACTOR AU!!!!

So Vat7k is actually just a live action series, and all the characters are actors, so what's happening on the set???

Donella is CONSTANTLY apologizing. After every scene where she's aggressive/abusive towards Hugo (or just anyone else) she apologizes and asks if he's/they're okay

Varian wanted to take his staff from the set, but he wasn't allowed, so he took only his goggles :(

Nuru and Varian had to wear lenses for their roles

One time Varian accidentally actually hit Hugo with his staff, this is his favorite memory from the set(he apologized, dw)

All the nicknames that Hugo gave the others were improvised, but the creators liked them so much that in the end the nicknames remained in the series

"Black. Or anything cool tones." Y/n said.

"What is something that the other person couldn't live without?"

"Oh, can I go first because this is very obvious and it's getting annoying how I would just see my face on it without my consent. But his camera! This boy couldn't live without his camera!" Y/n exclaimed while pointing her fingers at Patrick.

"Yes, I can't live without my camera and without Y/n's pictures in it." Patrick said winking at Y/n afterwards.

"Most of them are just me eating!"

"Exactly! You were called the eat girl in our set for a reason." Patrick said making Y/n laugh at the title she earned while on set.

"Who's your favorite person?"

"Patrick Leo Kenny-Gibson." She replied while putting a hand on his shoulder. Earning a series of 'aww' from the crowd.

"Wow, I did not expect this at all." Paddy said in a sarcastic manner.

"I mean, I only love Paddy cause he had a chokehold on me when he played Nikolai." Y/n said jokingly defending herself while rolling her eyes.

"Do I still have that chokehold on you?" Paddy asked while raising a brow, in a rather seductive way.

Y/n leaned on to Paddy and whispered, "Yes, you still do." This interaction of them made the whole room go wild. They both know for a fact that twitter will have a complete meltdown after that interaction.
