im totally a completionist when it comes to watching content but mindcrack is so long that it seems impossible so i need ur expert opinion: do u think someone needs to watch every episode of a mindcrack season to get the full experience, or is watching ur playlist of hand picked videos probably enough??

mindcrack is one of those series that has a lot of famous and iconic episodes but also lots of filler in between so i would say it's DEFINITELY not necessary to watch everything! the playlist i posted is not a good place to start though LMAO it's more like a deep cut of random streams i've been collecting.

if you want to watch a full season i'd say watch season 4. the first episode of that season is one of my favorites ever so if you like that one it'd be a good indicator for whether you will like the rest of the series (heres a clip i posted from it). and then with season 3 you can pick and choose whichever episodes come up in your recommended or which ones have the most views. things like king of the ladder and the trial are famous episodes from that season that you might have heard of that are good to watch! but unless you're an insane completionist like me there's really no need to watch the full thing since it's PRETTY dated and etho spends half the series digging a giant hole LMAO. here's a playlist of season 3 with some of the episodes i personally love to revisit a lot if you want to skip around it ^_^ hope this helps

#tldr; skip around in season 3 and just watch the iconic episodes. season 4 is the best one to watch start to finish #no need to watch season 5 i think. #season 4 is the best season of mindcrack imo. i think it set the tone for hermitcraft and inspired it a lot #etho and bdubs build a nether hub together and an unfinished horse course. etho runs a business. death games. etc #really good season i think it still holds up today #ty for the question i love to give recommendations and i love to talk about mindcrack #i havent rewatched it since 2018 so i feel like its about time now

You blinked for a moment as you stared at your wheelbarrow. How many pumpkins did you have by now? Who knows! All you knew was any minute now, Shane would be here, and you were going to let him pick out as many as he wanted from the harvest. ( he came at the start of the season - paid up front to have first picks. something about wanting to do something special for marnie and jas. who were you to say no to that? ) Your eyes seemed to move to the entrance of the forest and your free hand seemed to move to push your hat further - an attempt at getting the light out of your eyes. Your other hand kept its grip tight on your sickle, as you turned your attention back down and did one last chop on the stem of the last grown pumpkin of the harvest. As if on cue, you heard the faintest sound of leaves crunching, and as you brought yourself up, you hoisted the crop with you.

Turning towards the entrance of the forest again as you settled the crop into the wheelbarrow, you saw a head of purple. ( purple? blue? you still couldn’t tell what color his hair was. but you sure as hell recognized the tattered jacket. you’d make a note to yourself to look into at least getting him patches. )

“ Shane? “ You called, pausing for a minute for him to get closer. As he did, you gave a bright smile. “ Shaaaane! Over here! “ You raised a hand to wave, and you seemingly bounced on your feet. “ Your pumpkins are all ready! “
