What are your favourite bi books

Uhhhhhhhm I haven't read enough to know-

Other than comics, since it's the only thing my schticky brain could handle reading up until recently, I haven't been reading nearly as much as I did back in highschool, and back then I was mostly consuming cishet stories. I am, however, trying to get myself back into reading and increasing my attention span! I'm lit reading Nancy Drew and Hamlet (separately) rn, so no bisexuals in either of those lol

Harley Quinn: No Good Deed Vol 1 by Stephanie Phillips is automatically a bi book, because it's a Harley Quinn book lol. It's great to see Harley post-redemption, and Stephanie Phillips is a great writer. Really fun comic, and Harley is one of my favourite bisexual characters of all time. I'm a simp for DC comics.

I'm planning on reading some of these, so perhaps I'll reblog this once I've got more knowledge on this topic lol.

Other than comic books, I don't have much of an answer. I wish I did, though. I'm gonna pass this question off to the expert of bi books, my beloved @bisexual-coala :) Tell Anon and I what some of your favourites are! <3

i think it would be... nice to have a discord server for wyll fans specifically, so we could escape from the negativity on tumblr. but also. discord servers almost always have nuclear levels of drama.

i have been in smaller discord servers that are fine, i was in a small dragon age discord server a few years ago that was a small, personal-invite only group that was created on the ashes of a larger, open invite server. so im still turning the idea around.

if no one else makes one, ive been thinking abt making one myself, ive modded/been an admin in servers before. id try to keep the server under 100 people by posting an invite publicly in the wyll tag for a week at most, and then going ask to join.

but anyway, id only do it if i had mutuals/followers who were interested in joining and helping mod. so if it is smth that interests you, dm me or reply to the post and i might put a server together.

The only thing we know about Jonathan's job is that Phillip works under him, Jill never said what they do. People usually speculate construction work, if he took a week off to focus on his baby, maybe he put Phillip to replace him?

Yea that would track for fundies, although I can't picture Phillip doing serious construction work lol (also what happened to Phillip's trip to Hungary that Jill wouldn't stop going on about?).

I need to move out not just because my brain is going insane but also because I need complete control over my food again....I didnt start having all this stomach pain and constant acid reflux etc etc etc until I moved back in at the beginning of covid and my diet changed to whatever my mother decides. When I was on my own I ate way less meat/more veg and a more "traditional" Mediterranean food pyramid and I felt SO much better

Everyone wants to blame coffee or wine but my consumption of those hasn't changed so??? Like MAYBE it's partially age but also....I'm not that old and this is a p significant shift in a 2 yr period

last night the local news ran a story about how more stores like dollar tree are locking up more products behind cases to prevent shop lifting; every item shown behind the case were things like deodorant and toothbrushes

#the focus of the news story was how doing this would deter 'honest paying customers' but the whole thing was very telling #at the very least they had an economist come on and say that any increase in shop lifting #is due to the shit economy and the pandemic #which isn't much but i feel it helped underlined a 'people don't shoplift Just Because they do it because they have to'

#mine #im so EMOOOOOOOOO #i think probably my biggest frustration is otis #i feel like he did not grow nearly as much as everyone else on the show and he was kind of annoying #a lot of the time #it was frustrating to see him having the same problems and personality traits he had in season 1 #when basically everyone around him had moved on and grown so much #on that note it was beyond beautiful to see the other characters come into their own #eric aimee and adam in particular really hit me #i loved the increased focus on disability and accessibility #and one of my absolute favorite parts was the addition of a trans guy character #not just because i want to see myself on screen in some way but also because cal really needed a friend #who would understand #especially the scene where umm...i dont remember exactly what he said #he being roman. i think roman said like...top surgery made him feel like himself again #or something like that #as someone who was lucky enough to get top i will ride hard for it until the day i die #and i was so overjoyed to see that on the screen in a show so many people watch #a character openly talking about how it benefited them #in a conversation with a character who visibly had their mental health heavily impacted by their dysphoria #it was really beautiful.... #anyway.....yeah
