I interrupt my regular programing to ask for some help for one of my closest friends. I've been helping her out when I can but I definitely can't afford to cover all her medical and living costs.

She has multiple things going on health wise, including:

Endometriosis that has spread unto bowels, kidney, liver, lungs

Chronic nerve degeneration and chronic pain

Ruptured ACL + damage to PCL and MCL

Brainstem cyst

Breast lump (soon to be surgically removed)

Plus chronic mental health concerns

She has high ongoing medical costs and due to her poor health as well as frequent hospital admissions she is unable to have regular income. It's also been surprisingly difficult to access disability payments. I worry so much about her, as this is taking such a constant toll on her due to stress, and being unable to afford basic needs such as food or medication.

Obviously, please don't give if you are unable to for your own finances, but if you are able to help out we would really appreciate it. Feel free to share this around also if you are able.

This takes place after Amethio ends up joining the RVT and leaving Mari to fill in for him as an Admin. Mari becomes so mentally unstable they need an AI of some sort to help them pilot their body. During one of their battles with the RVT, Mari's robot thing gets impaled (YET AGAIN! BROSKI CANNOT ESCAPE THE IMPALEMENT DEATH!!!) while Mari is INSIDE the robot, asleep! :3

Originally, I was gonna have Amethio's Ceruledge do the impaling but it would be angstier if it was one of Aqua's Pokemon.

AND BONUS: NIGHTGLOW IS PLAYING IN THE BACKGROUND WHILE MARI GETS IMPALED :3

Okay 3 weeks in Northern Europe check

Pros:

Nice scenery & architecture

Functional public transportation??

It only took me 1 hour to get treated at the hospital for a minor injury & it was free of charge

Cons:

The weather sucks ass

Why is everything so damn expensive??

The only good food is made by immigrants

has anyone in the US had to pay a "facility fee" for telehealth and did you find a way to get them to remove it from the bill

#i owe nearly $400 for psychiatry visits for an IN NETWORK PROVIDER and i have telehealth coverage but she works in a hospital #so in addition to the regular cost they charge a facility fee #that my insurance doesn't fucking cover #and i asked them if i would still owe that fee if i had the appointments in person #and they said yes #even though i've been to that hospital for in person treatment for all kinds of things #and never once gotten this fee before #it's fucking RIDICULOUS i'm so mad
