When it comes to celebrating their birthdays, Steve and Eddie give each other their undivided attention. Growing up they never got to experience decent birthdays where the day wasn’t dedicated to them even though it was supposed to be. Eddie spent majority of his birthday on the other side of town with his friends causing trouble and hoping that his parents would somewhat care about him not being home but when he returned home both of them would be asleep in bed as if their son wasn’t missing for almost five hours. Any form of affection that Eddie desperately wanted from his parents was never received as long as they lived under their roof, when he moved in with Wayne all of that changed and he finally got celebrate his birthday even if he was getting a little to old to go all out for it.

Steve always had the biggest parties but none them felt like it was for him but it was supposed make his parents look like good human beings which wasn’t true and Steve knew that behind closed doors every gift that belonged to him always disappeared in the middle of the night without an explanation. If he complained Steve would have to live with the consequences of his father. The older Steve got he understood why his parents took his gifts, they had their suspicions about his sexuality for awhile since he stopped dating for a long time which he thought was ridiculous because that simply wasn’t true or at least during that time it wasn’t. Fast forward to now, Steve came out to his parents and they weren’t exactly happy about their son not ending up with girl next door type. Instead he introduced them to Eddie who was a better choice than what his parents had in mind, Steve couldn’t have asked for a better boyfriend to spend the rest of his life with.

It was obvious that Steve’s parents were not going to accept both of them even though they were just two people in love like everyone else in town there was nothing different about them. Eddie told him that there was no point in trying to convince them to change their minds, if they truly cared about him they would love him unconditionally and that was a hard pill for Steve to swallow. Overtime both of them were able to stop seeing their birthdays as a terrible thing and made it into a day that surrounded them spending quality time together. Just them exchanging cute little gifts for each other and cuddling in Eddie’s bed while they talk about how their going to grow old together. Eddie thinks he’d look awful with grey hair but Steve would absolutely rock it, Steve disagrees though because with Eddie’s hair being so long he thinks he would look like a Greek god. That made both of them laugh and they kissed each other softly as they wrapped their arms tighter around each other. Now that they were together they loved celebrating their birthdays as long as they were by each other’s side.

1/4 - Enter 'Bethma Village'

After he traveled through Ruben, and passed by Elder, to finally arrive in Bethma, Ain was shocked to find humans putting a price to the El, and treating it without reverence. The journey of those accompanying him also started because the El was stolen. Why are they constantly repeating their past mistakes? The shock still remained, but Ain decided to investigate the current situation more while moving with the El Search Party.

2/4 - Bethma - Clear 'Bethma Lake' [0/1]

From using evil curses that uses the dead, to researching on the machines that was one of the causes of the El Overload, whenever Ain saw humans repeat their mistakes, he felt discomfort and even disgust. The El was bestowed to Elrios by the Goddess… but he could not forgive even her creation from handling the El carelessly.

Not only that, they were the ones that damaged the El and led everything to this mess. Is it truly fine to leave managing the El to the humans?

3/4 - Enter 'Bethma Village'

The Goddess should be informed about this situation. However, since the last correspondence, the Goddess hasn't given him any answers. The uncertainty he feels seems to cause him to be physically ill. It's likely the scar he received from the gap between time and space. Though Ain was able to slightly heal himself with the faint El energy as a temporary measure, he was bitter. He thought the humans were foolish for abusing the power of the El, yet how is he different from those humans now?

For the messenger of the Goddess, who couldn't even fulfill his mission, to waste the precious El energy like this…

4/4 - Bethma - Clear 'Dragon's nest' [0/1]

But he must complete his mission with this body. Though he wasn't willing, there was no other way. Ain slowly gathered El energy, thinking he needs to maintain his body in order to complete his mission. El energy affected Ain and awakened new powers, which Ain decided to name Art.

As he gathered El energy and helped out the El Search Party, he didn't stop attempting to communicate with the Goddess. Something didn't feel right. He must gather the scattered El energy and inform the Goddess of this situation.

hi how is everybody doing??

#im ok im a little bit terrified about how i’m graduating in a couple seconds #by which i mean months but it feels that way #and like hooray i get to move away and be transgender and study history and help people and everything i’ve always wanted to do #but also. the kids in my graduating class. i dont know all of them. a lot of them hate me. but at least they’ve been familiar faces #and the idea of going away to a college where nobody knows my name is kind of terrifying #like i know the entire point is to reinvent myself. but isn’t that scary?? i’m going to become somebody new and that terrifies me #anyway i’m so normal regular. in other news i’m about to have a cranberry orange muffin. so wish me luck with that #anyway there’s this girl i kind of like and i kind of wanted to say something but now it’s kind of pointless #she’s going to the u of m. i’m going to wisconsin. that’s just the end of the road isn’t it?? #nothing is strong enough to say anything. but the problem is it’s like this in high school and i go to college and reinvent myself #then what?? i leave college and reinvent myself again!!!! get a masters reinvent myself again!! move towns reinvent myself again!! #struck by the realization that nothing in life is ever permanent except for death. how terrifying is that #anyway i am so normal and regular and cool and good feeling. everything will really truly be okay it’s just #idk. it’s weird being at this stage in my life. didn’t mean to ramble on like that though #so anyway i hope you all are well and would love to know how you are doing. other than this stuff i’m just hanging out #sending all the love to my senior friends who are in this predicament. and my junior friends who aren’t here yet. and whoever else shdhdf #but especially my friends who are my age or like a year older who are in this same kind of soon-to-be-overwritten high school experience #wish you the best of luck finishing and starting over. and try not to take it as seriously as i’m doing its probably not that bad rationally #and so anyway i hope you are doing well and let me know how you’ve been!! hope everybody is okay #ask to tag idk if this was vent territory but it was like. kinda nearly. i can tag with whatever #me. my post. mine. #college talk #(sorry!!) #delete later
