Steve staying up all night to paint little designs on Eddie’s clothing whenever he’s on tour and sticking to the theme of it. Eddie thinks it’s adorable when Steve has paint all over his hands and somehow his face but it just shows how dedicated he is to be by Eddie’s side. Sometimes Steve would even paint encouraging words on the clothes to motivate Eddie and his band. They’ll be beautiful quotes like “so many people love you, don’t focus on the people who don’t” “you didn’t go through all of that for nothing” “be yourself, babe” just some helpful words that really makes all the hardships that Eddie has faced worth it. Steve would always be there to to support Eddie in anything he wanted to and he was fine with doing that til they were grey and old.

heeseung would tuck your head under his chin, humming and nodding to reassure you he was listening. he’d let you rant and cry into his shoulder. he’s the type to hurt with you, he’d uncontrollably pout at your tear stained face and puffy eyes. “is there anything i can do? i hate seeing you so sad” he’d massage your hips and kiss every inch of your face. he’d take you to bed and wrap you in a blanket, “lets have a better day tomorrow” he’d give you a soft smile and kiss your forehead.

jay would rub your back and let you suffocate him with your body on top of his. he’d make sure you’re comfortable and you’d tell him what’s bothering you if you wanted. if not, he’d just hold you and kiss the crown of your head letting you know he’s there for you. he’d whisper comforting words and give you a little pep talk at the end and give you a little shake when you smile at him. “how can someone so cute have a bad day, i’m gonna have a word with whoever did this”

jake would refuse to let you stay sad, especially go to sleep sad. “your eyes look so sad this is putting a pit in my stomach.” he’d hug you tight as tears continued to spill from your eyes. he’d carefully ask if you want to talk about what’s wrong and he’d listen to everything you had to say, trying his best to comfort you. he’d hold your hands and tell you how much he loves you + everything he loves about you.

sunghoon is a little nervous, but he still does his best. he pouts at how sad you look and kisses your tears away. “what made my baby so sad hm?” he still has to tease you no matter the occasion. you’d sniffle and gently punch his shoulder which made him hug you closer. he genuinely hates seeing you upset and wishes he had it in him to magically make you feel better. he’d end up praising you all night and babying you until you couldn’t take it anymore.

sunoo goes into panic mode and quickly asks what’s wrong. he’d be so invested in what you had to say and always replied with the right words. he would prioritize comforting you over giving you a solution, he want you to feel safe and loved more than anything else. he’d hold both of your hands and kiss your cheeks, repeating i love yous all night.

jungwon will always wipe your tears and give you the most concerned eyes ever. he’ll pick you up and set you on his lap and giggle at how cute you look. “stop laughing is my pain a joke to you” this only made him laugh more and he put your foreheads together, “i don’t like you being sad, but you’re so pretty even when you cry it’s making me giggle” he’d pinch your cheeks then get serious about what’s making me feel down, he’d give you all his attention and make sure you wouldn’t cry over the same thing again.

niki would have both of his hands placed on your cheeks staring deep into your eyes. “what’s wrong” his eyebrows would be furrowed and you were so caught off guard you didn’t really know what to say. you’d whisper your worries and he’d frown and pull you into his chest. “don’t worry about those things, i love you” you’d roll your eyes because you’ll worry regardless, but he cuddled you all night and kept glancing at your face while you were watching youtube videos to make sure you didn’t cry again.

just got the most vivid image of mike pushing his daughter on the swingset and will taking photos to put in a little family photobook

mike and will and their little 3 year old going to the park after daycare and their daughter REALLY wants to try the big girl swing even though she hasnt learned how to kick and is, honestly, too small for it. mike refuses to let anything stop his daughter so he sits her on the swing and goes to the one next to her, showing her the motions before asking her to try so he can sneak up behind her and push the swing when she kicks her legs. she gets so excited and yells out for will like “papi, come look what i can do!!” and when will walks over mike puts a finger over his lips with the biggest smile behind them as he pushes her again and she kicks

“that’s amazing, sweetie. can i get a photo of you doing that?”

Everyone has seen Steve happy and laugh before, that was normal. When you throw Eddie in the mix he’s just a giggling mess, kicking his feet, twirling his hair kind of mess. The group still gets shocked from seeing Steve finding himself on Eddie’s lap and he starts to laugh as loud as he can because of something Eddie whispered in his ear.
