headcanon that Moon's AI isn't capable of understanding any art form. she can tell when a picture is pretty, but she can't tell for the life of her what kind of emotion it is supposed to carry. prose is completely lost on her and music is more of a distraction than something helpful/nice. she'd be the kind of person you'd see in a gym exercising without music, focusedly staring into the middle distance as if she was planning murder

this wasn't done out of melicious intent or anything! all the older models don't quite Get It. the AI tech just wasn't developed enough yet

on the other hand, Pebbles loves art fully and endlessly (as canon tells us). he finds empathizing with prose very easy and reading stuff expressing anguish helps him feel better. because he isn't alone in this, feeling like this isn't wrong. he's the kind of person who, even though they don't do art themselves, would be able to give you very fair criticism and compliment the smallest ittiest bittiest details of a picture. he'd be all over palettes, would be so fascinated by shape language- bold strokes vs precise slow strokes. he has the whole music theory memorized and loves to analyze songs but also he's able to just. sit back and enjoy them or let them play in the background. a song could calm him down or hype him up, while it would hold no effect over Moon

when he found out about the whole "old models are incapable of grasping the feelings produced by art forms" from Moon he was Absolutely Distraught. he probably came to her with a piece he really wanted to talk about and she just couldn't hold the conversation. so he set himself up to explain to her what each piece is supposed to mean. he was VERY determined to do it. with a laugh, Moon let him. because she likes spending time with her little brother and he's so passionate about this- it's a joy to see him talk that animatedly

she might not understand the hidden feelings of a painting, but she can definitely join in Pebbles' happiness and fascination

also this is canon and you can't convince me otherwise

not related to anything but it's a bit annoying when people INSIST that the only reason a lot of radioapple has bottom lucifer is bc he's shorter, when (at least for me) it's because of the POWER DIFFERENCE

like, don't get me wrong, im fine with bottom alastor, but I still prefer bottom lucifer bc then that means when he's being held down/tied up/etc he WANTS it. he could escape at any time this is a choice he's actively making

(not that it's not the same with a lot of top lucifer, but personally, I prefer the more powerful partner to be the bottom)

it's for the same reason that I tend to see husk as the top for radiohusk. and he's ALSO shorter than alastor, so....

and then for radiodust I don't care either way, bc usually in radiodust angel is the more experienced partner so regardless of which position he takes he's still in control, in some way

Listen. Just. Dragon Age itself refers to Zevran as a laughing lover, who, if made into canon romance, is himself caught by surprise and - you can see it in his romance - a bit overwhelmed by it.

The way that it starts so naturally, the way that it's comfort and friendship and pure attraction, simple and openly stated as such without judgement and in fact with pleased invitation - but as you spend the dawning Blight together, fighting through thick and thin... getting closer, and for all his charm and self-confidence, his walls are still cracking as you prove that you're not just into him for his, well. Skillset, hah. Sure - his abilities in bed are definitely a side-benefit, but - that you enjoy his company, period? That you want him by your side, and to be by his side? You truly listen to him, you bring him the Dalish gloves brought up just the once (possibly even months ago, depending on your playthrough), and boots like the ones he spoke of longingly/nostalgically from Antiva, and despite how even your closest companions still months in consider him a possible turncoat and largely still just the 'would-be assassin' that you happened to have a strange amount of sympathy for...

He's so used to playing a role, at all times, whatever it may be. It blends with his personality, and he embraces it. But that makes it stickier, less simple when everything starts to mean more with his Warden.

The fact that for all his experiences and adventures and loneliness, he wants you, and in spite of the fact that it may all end far too soon, he places his trust and hopes with you. That even still, around the too-big feelings growing in him, he can joke and be deadly yet wittily serious in spades, hell, at the end-

I think horror movies should use more stop motion. Even if they're live action and use actors in costumes. Especially if they're live action and use actors in costume. Monsters and special effects that use cgi to look real are all well and good, but even good stop motion retains a degree of jank that would honestly be a really good addition to a lot of horror media
