Hi Sr, I think the message of this poem is “I have to resell all these rereleases which are coming soon and should tide you over.” I don’t believe she would jeopardize those profits or the tour when it’s something she’s been working on for so long by coming out before then. I think she will do an album/era at a time, probably backwards, and will let each one ride as long as it stays on top, antihero style, and then the New Year can begin. We are maybe in the metaphorical Eve right now as we are about to start the eras countdown, which starts in March, right?

I again think capitalization here is key: “And so, a new year has begun“ no capitals. This was just a regular boring new year. Later: “Times Square, 53421-Happy New Year, New Years Eve” all get treatment.

I think Nov 2020 is the start of Taylor’s special personal not super related to real time countdown calendar: “Asked by Robin Roberts about re-recording her older material, Swift said, ““Yeah that’s true and it’s something I’m very excited about. My contract says starting from November 2020 I can start re-recording albums 1-5. I think artists deserve to own their own work. It’s next year, I’m gonna be busy.””
