✨ At-Home Pole Conditioning (Part 1) ✨ ➡️ Assisted Bar Pull Ups 3xAMRAP (as many reps as possible) *use something like a broomstick or barbell elevated on a height. you can also replace these with full pull ups and/or chin ups. Perfect to help with inversions. 😁 Keep shoulders strong and pushing the floor away activating your serratus. 😎 ✅ Table top pull ins: foam roller high on shins starting in a table top position pulling knees to the chest. 🌶️ Spice it up: lift one leg up, extend it fully activating your hamstring and glutes. ✅ Pikes up: place the roller lower on the ankles (you're getting a good massage as well 😉). When I was a kid... No wait, I still do that. 30 years ago I stepped on my first beam. I trained and competed for 9 years. Fast forward and I still look like a 4 year old trying the balance beam for the first time. 😂😂 Gymnastics brought me some incredibly powerful elements to my circus training. I left for the circus as the creative and artistic aspect appealed to me more than competitions. Remembering what was your hobby and fun past time as a child is so refreshing for the mind. Particularly as in my opinion certain aspects of training feel like a chore. I love playing and I aim to remind everyone I coach that the best way is to have fun at the gym is to bring out your inner child. Watch out as @gymboxofficial bring you a new concept soon. Super tight arch - knees straight and pull down in rings for control . 3. Long “scoop” into hollow . 4. @pamelagnon - | Muscle Up - Una mirada más cercana | ...... Aparece el ángulo de la cámara 🤨 - yup ... pero - este ángulo muestra un paso importante que puedes estar perdiendo durante un aumento de músculo (ver la lista a continuación) 🧐 ¡eso funciona para mí! ...... ▪ Ver de cerca los anillos mientras me balanceo hacia la posición del arco: • 1. Los anillos están siendo "tirados" hacia abajo mientras engancho mis lats y espero la tensión para construir en el arco • 2. Midline es súper apretado (trato de obtener un arco apretado como si estuviera tirando del ombligo al piso) • 3.
