Hey 👋🏻 My name is Anthoula and I‘m 19 years old and from Germany. Last year in November I started my South African journey near Cape Town in Gordon’s Bay with my friend @lea.boehm. I stayed there for one month and worked in a township near by. After that I went to the Krüger National Park where I was able to see the diversity of animals South Africa has. My last stop was in PE where I stayed at the Khaya Beach house and worked as a volunteer in a township . I stayed in South Africa for 3 months which were one of the best months I could have ever experienced. I learned so much and I had such a great time. The best thing was to meet new people I could really connect to. If I had the chance to go to South Africa again, I would definitely do it. This big boy had a check up done by a leading vet expert. As he has been rescued by #pantheraafricabigcatsanctuary from the brutal canned hunting industry. He now resides at this top sanctuary being looked after by passionate staff and well respected in his space with educational tours being done with pre-bookings only. To ensure that the world knows what cruel practices are legal and should be banned forever. More then 8000 lions being bred for the bullet. Less then 3000 remain in the wild in South Africa.
