First pass concepts for Dabi/Abiteth/Touya if they were Gems from Steven Universe!!! I'm getting a little better at mimicking different styles :)

A lovely Anon here asked me what a Dabi/Abiteth gem fusion would look like, which very quickly spiraled out of control! Of course I have fusion ideas for all of them, but it will take me some time to get to those <3 (they also asked me for a lot more than just that!!!! But I wanted to show these rough concepts)

Abiteth = Pink Moss Agate Dabi = Eyris Pearl Touya = Clear Quartz

I have a tough time with simplistic styles because I overcomplicate eeeeeeeverything, but I'm pretty happy that I managed to keep these relatively simple and in line with how SU's style does coloring and body types! Fusions will come soon!! (And then I'll answer your ask Anon <3333 I have a whole storyline and shit figured out too HAHAHA).

Cousin Shinsou and Izuku shenanigans in Snipe’s little Cowgirl: (Reminder/information: Izuku is a trans girl in this AU)

-Shinsou totally has the ability to mimic voices right? So he can do accents.

County!Shinsou in Snipe’s Little Cowgirl picks up the ability to do a southern accent and goes: this is me now. And refuses to speak English without it. He then taught Izuku how to do it so she does the same.

-Izuku learns to dance and Hitoshi gets dragged into it cause he’s tall and can move. He proceeds to drag her into going hunting through the streets to look for stray cats in revenge. (Neither actually mind)

-when they met, Bethany (Snipe’s cousin) hadn’t married Dr. Shinsou (he needs a name but I don’t know what I want to use so I will take suggestions or scroll through fanfics to find one) and Izuku didn’t have her egg cracked yet. So these two kids who got heavily bullied are just side eyeing the fuck out of each other and being nervous as fuck. At least until Izuku talks about Eraserhead and Hitoshi goes !!!. Besties after.

-They don’t go to the same school but through Izuku going to Mustapha Private they meet Kirishima and Ashido. I am seriously thinking Hitoshi gains crushes on both for funsies.

-Izuku and Hitoshi have in fact pranked all of UA one time when Snipe had them there while he was doing teacher stuff. Nezu and Aizawa included.

-Hitoshi HATED Inasa when Izuku dated him but tried to be supportive. When the bullshit happened, Hitoshi actually did threaten him.

-I feel like someone tried to blackmail Hitoshi into dating them but Izuku out of NOWHERE would just slam down so much evidence of their bullshit.

-Oh wait. Wait.

These two are the ONLY LGBTQ+ members of the family so far. Everyone else (except maybe Mabel) is straight as fuck. This also means though that the family will go rabid for them.

-Bethany once tried to murder someone who commented about Hitoshi liking boys. With her heel. It was at a gala she went to with Snipe and the kids cause heroes and she was going to throw down with a minor hero.

-I feel like Hitoshi isn’t friends with Yaoyorozu or Iida but he is with Todoroki.

-Yeah that’s what we’re doing. Izuku got the two nerds and Hitoshi got his fellow emo/silent type.

-Todoroki still has his issues though. So does Hitoshi actually cause fuck it I can.

-It’s just when your Quirkless cousin gets into UA and you don’t you get a wake up call you need to buff up and work out.

-Izuku lords it over him for months. (I headcanon there are hero universities for kids who didn’t go to hero high school so she thought he’d go there if he didn’t get in through the sports festival)

-Not that… okay so, Hitoshi didn’t think it would be robots and while he isn’t Quirkist he did think he and Izuku were on the same level for UA. But they weren’t cause Izuku worked her ass off. She didn’t do recommendations cause the ‘favouritism’ issue, but still got in. Hitoshi didn’t. So it’s something he’s got to admit.

-… also now actually it would be fun to explore his assumption Izuku has to work twice as hard as him to be on his level. It’s subtle but it’s a micro aggression I think would be common.

And like I love Hitoshi I do. I also think he’s a dick in the beginning and it’s not to far out he would think that. He’s not Quirkist in the sense ‘Quirkless is useless’ but he does have some thoughts about how Izuku will always be working harder and shit.

Which isn’t wrong. But… *waves hand* yeah.

-So it’s a wake up call when she gets in but he doesn’t and like yeeeeeeeeaaaaaah.

-Shit I should also include Brandon and Jeff in this cause they’re cousins to.

-I wrote half this on night shift but anyways: Brandon is Izuku and Hitoshi’s age and he’s the cousin on the other side of the world randomly texting them shit like: hey so I miiiiight have lit my homophobic teacher’s house on fire. Jeff is like two years younger and he’s an actual legit genius who called dibs about designing their gear.

-All four are chaos. Then when Mandalay marries Snipe Kouta is added and they’re even WORSE.

Character AU Quirks (Part Four - Stolas)

[ Note: tbh finding out his quirk was really difficult for me, but I decided to go the route of Mina/Tokoyami and make his owl appearance a genetic trait outside of the quirk. ]

Quirk: Illusionary Space

Ability: The user can not only create portals between two places, but can create a 'space' around them and a target(s) that the user can freely manipulate at will. However, the user can only create more illusions within this space and time slows down within it compared to the real world.

Quirk Awakening: The user can create multiple portals to lead to multiple places, and they can use the illusion abilities outside of the 'space' (basically allowing the user to change one's appearance or even make doubles).

Extras: Like Shoto, Stolas' family is a very wealthy and are well-known heroes in Russia. So he was trained from an early age, and forced into a Quirk Marriage by his own father. After reuniting with Blitzo, he essentially becomes a Vigilante but still keeps the status of a Pro Hero even after divorcing his wife.

I know I haven't posted in a hot minute, I apologize sincerely.

As a compromise, have some old (a few months to be exact) gem au designs of the MLA I made.

I need to update them, but as of rn this is what I'm throwing out here.

Skeptic (he/him) is a Violet Zircon who, despite being a law gem, has a huge special interest in technology! He has robonoids he made and uses the limb enhancers as a portable computer.

Curious (she/it) is a non-fusion Sardonyx who used to act as a night club host and also took a gig as a news broadcaster! She loves a good story and her boa can separate into explosive jellies.

Geten (she/her) is a Larimar who was originally an artisan (similar to SU canon Larimars are ice sculpters but in this they can also control the ice), but decided that violence was more fun.

Not pictured: Trumpet (Pyrite) and Fluorite (ReDestro)

Pyrite is a shape-shifting diplomat who is actually the design that made me wanna redo everyone's to look more "spooky alien"-y bc I'm a sucker for gem designs that don't look entirely human.

Fluorite is a high-ranking gem who leads the Fluorite Court. I'll go more into the lore with that at some point bc I did write some lore regarding diamonds in this, so be on the look out.

I also wanna note that I began writing this with a focus on the villains but there will be hero content as well I promise.

Core Fusion AU

The people that live in the Infinite Realms are able to fuse like gems in Steven Universe. Why you may ask? It's because their body is made up of ectoplasm that comes from their core, which is very similar to how a gem's form is made up of light and comes from their gem itself.

Fusions occur when two or more ghosts share a similar strong emotion or obsession, such as protection, love or hate. The fusion is a state where the occupants share thoughts and work together to operate a single body, so a lot of trust needs to be present or a singular goal in both minds.

Core Fusions also merge unique powers together to strengthen or link them together more.

Due to this, core fusions are typically seen as a way to show trust in any form or bond between ghosts, and as a way to strengthen forces and power.

Danny is probably able to fuse with ghosts and humans but was never told that it was possible for him bc he's half-human.

Now, this could work for both Dp x Dc and Dp x BNHA.

Dp x Dc

Danny can fuse with people who have been touched by death or have been dead and came back (like Jason).

The fusion would be a physical form that mixes both or more appearances while their cores (pseudo or not) appear as jewellery they wear as the fusion, which changes depending on the fusion.

Since I'm fixated on the dead on main ship right now, let's say that Jason is the one to core fuse with Danny first, and there can be an in depth backstory on how they meet and leads up to the core fusion, and it helps with the pit rage. Danny takes them to either Frostbite or Clockwork to figure out what is going on and they learn about core fusion and how it works.

-possible plot idea ahead-

In Gotham, Red Hood has been MIA for several months from both being a vigilante and a crime boas, and the rest of the batfam are freaking out about it; especially since a new crime boss has come into play going by "The Monarch" or "JD Fent" (The Monarch plays into Danny being either Ghost King or an adjacent role in the Infinite realms, and the JD Fent is a mix of their names bc I think it's cool :D).

Meanwhile, Jason and Danny have been chilling together using core fusion to keep away from the batfam and have been improving Crime Alley with Danny's inherited chaotic mad scientist gene being used to harness ectoplasm as a renewable energy since Gotham has a large quantity of it (bonus points if the ectoplasm can be re-filtered to be safely used again for power).

The GIW or another ghost could show up in Gotham to hunt down JD and the batfam accidentally get captured since a lot of them have died (I think??).

Cue a garnet-style reunion and a "stronger than you" scene before escaping and telling the rest of the batfam the truth.

Dp x BNHA

Similar to the other one, but quirks count as mini-cores and that's how people gain their powers. Quirkless people don't have cores and therefore don't have powers.

Danny could be able to fuse with the previous OFA users and just pull them out of Izuku or they could just fuse by Danny grabbing onto Izuku when using his quirk in a fight.

And I'm just imagining during one of the fights Danny grabs onto Izuku and a flash of light shoots out and once the light clears, Danny is gone and a person with three sets of arms with an appearance similar to Danny's and the other OFA users mixed into one before battling it out with the LOV.

I never really talk about Winx : Origins lore here so I think it would be cool to talk about it

How the magic system work in Winx : Origins :

Each planets of the Magic Dimension has it's own power source. Like in the OG.

For Domino, it's fire and for some of the "lucky" dragons elves, the Dragon flame, for Solaria, it's light sources, Andros, it's water, Limphea, it's nature, Melody is sounds and others for the others planets.

Zenith case is quite unique cause it's not one power source but four : mind, light, metal and electricity. It's also because of the habitants of Zenith which came in four civilisations. But were aren't in ATLA here :')

85% of the people living in the Magic Dimension has powers, 15% doesn't but it's not that common to be born without power abilities, and people without it are just like normal citizens... except they're elves, mermaids, androids or aliens. It's not a big issue in the Magic Dimension to be born without powers, unlike BNHA where it's not well recieve by some ppl...

Everybody can have powers in this AU

In fact, if none of your parents have powers but you had, it's might come from your ancestors, who had the same abilities like you. If it's not the case... well... idk, I think you need to have a big talk with your parents with that one...

You can have both of your parents powers but it's incredibly rare to get it. In Winx : Origins, Stella doesn't have lunar powers from Luna, but her lil brother, Lux, has managed to control both sunlight and moonlight.

Throughout generations, the power your family get can evolve. Magnetia (Tecna's mom) has magnetic powers, Tecna has a digital creation ability (techno powers) and more in the future.

There's still a notion of positive, neutral and negative power sources. Depending of your motives and powers, you can use positive or negative energy. The neutral energy however... it's hard to explain.

You can be a specialist with powers, but you need powers to be a witch or a fairy.

Artificial powers exists but they're controversial. Like in Dislyte (if people play this game, you know).

You can have any possibilities of powers in this world. From the most lamest one to the most destructive and chaotic ever existing, there's no limit to powers possibilities. But it's not without laws **insert Better call Saul theme**

If you're born on a planet like Solaria but your family is from Eraklyon, you still got the power source of the planet you came from (I still search what power source can be Eraklyon to this day).

Some planets don't even have power source but it's only 4,7% of the entire planet system of the Magic Dimension. When it happen, it's mainly on planets without living civilization.

Some powers can evolve with practice. It will be the case for Flora.

Powers are classified depending of the abilities. The Dragon Flame is classified "Unstable" and "Etheral power".

How the fairies got their wings ? Genetics. I'll explain soon.

Witches and wizards artificially transform with a gem or a stone that absorbs their powers that they manifesting throughout their transformation. Icy did that in the past but not anymore.

The rates are the stability of the fusion. If you guys want to suggest names feel free to do so. Most of the names I picked are just for the meme.

Iida & Uraraka (Tenko): The responsible but fun friend. Can go from super nice to super scary in a second. You should listen to them, they know better. 10/10 team mom

Asui & Uraraka (Best Girl, that’s it, that's her name, you can thank Baku Squad for that): Friendly, pretty, most adorable fusion you'll ever met? Check. Also the most salty? Definitely. Don't disrespect her or she will destroy your whole career with just a few words. Baku Squad absolutely adores her and she will often hang out with them much for Bakugo's displeasure. 10/10 Best. Girl.

Todoroki & Uraraka (Just a Friend, yes thats their name, again, thanks Baku Squad): Deku's babysitter. Fuse when Deku is being a stubborn block head and isolating himself for no reason. They're the only one that can get through him and convince him to stop, either because they're too sweet, and Deku can't say no to them or because they can be more stubborn than him, and THEN Deku can't say no to them. 8/10 Deku's fan club's president

Iida & Todoroki (Bruce Wayne, fr they should stop letting Denki name they're fusions): Knight in shining armor. What a gentleman, best boy BEST MAN. That's it, that's him. Also a sociopath that fantasies about killing people who hurt his loved ones I guess but STILL. 7/10 BATMAN

Midoriya & Asui (Emerald, this one was Uraraka's Idea): I head somewhere that some frogs can actually change their genders, and since in this AU they are "gems", Emerald identify as both she/he. Dry sarcastic humor. No one ever knows if he's being serious or not. Uraraka is her favorite person. 7/10 Green

Asui & Iida: Never fused. Probably won't ever either. But would probably be a 7/10

Uraraka & Midoriya (Izocha, I can't joke-name them. They're too pure): Caring and sweet, Izocha will give you cavities if you're not careful. Master of close combat, she will wreck your ass if you hurt her friends. Only fuses in danger situations otherwise is a blushing mess. Why walk? Float. 6/10 *blushes and stutters*

Iida & Midoriya (Sonic, I need REAL NAMES): Responsible in the front; Rebel in the back. Can spend hours on the same subject. Smart-ass, kind of annoying at times. Will kill for their friends if necessary... 5/10 GOTTA GO FAST

Asui & Todoroki (not rated): The first time was also the last they fused because of Tsuyu's problem with cold, so she (the fusion) just slept the whole time. Because of that they don't know anything about her, not even her name. ??/10

Bonus:

Yaoyorozu & Todoroki (IDK, you choose. I'm tired): Absolutely mad Queen. Started as a he, but as they felt more confident change to she. Sugar mommy, will pay for everything, where does she get the money? No one knows! Was a 5/10 at first but as both of them got more comfortable changed to a 9/10.

Iida & Yaoyorozu (President): The Líder of the group. Always come up with the best plans. Even Bakugou listen and respects them. Fuses pretty frequently compared to the others. 10.000/10 incredibly difficult to make them lose it.

honestly i don't read much bnha fic or even that much fic in general bc i'm usually too busy writing it. and when i do read fic it's for weird very niche/dead fandoms or pairings i feel like lol.

but my pet peeves are always just any measure of OOC, with differing levels of tolerance for certain choices. let me see what's some questionable stuff i've come across uhhh

katsuki:

aggro sexy dom daddy vibe... especially when it involves any kind of pet names. no this guy would not be calling anyone 'baby girl'. he is not a tiktok mafia au trend.

on the other end of the spectrum, complete soft baby blushy tsundere. he told midoriya to jump off a roof bc he had no future in middle school okay he is... not that.

either way too dramatically brooding/'emo' or completely lacking self awareness. bonjour nuance

also just get his friendships right please. you should be able to make him part of a solid friend group without it feeling like a completely different person. like i think he'd be a very good friend down the line but that doesn't mean i can see him being #goofy besties with everyone.

shouto:

well similar to above either making him too cutesy soft and fragile (todoroki shouto? certified bad motherfucker todoroki shouto? backtalks cops and throws people out of arenas via icebergs? nah) or making him just like. extremely bland stoic. he has a personality y'all.

trying too hard to make him like.. #relatable or sassy is also always a bit too obvious. like if it sounds like a joke someone on tiktok would made realistically shouto would not be making it yk. 'it's the trauma for meeee' i don't think so....

gotta strike the right balance for the family drama. it's bad for him but he's also really emotionally resilient.

todobaku:

when they're not funny/don't banter. have you met these mfs their every interaction is comedy gold.

like just OOC in general!!!!!! relationship content tends to warp either or both characters to fit a trope instead of bending a trope to fit the characters, which is just a waste. if it's not fundamentally a relationship of equals instead of one strong/one needy chara i'm not interested and that's that.

them having very... 'basic' relationship dynamics where they're netflix romcom vibes and have like normal dating progression. first of all adapt romance to the people involved, but also i just do not believe that like. todoroki would be out there texting anyone 'baby ily sm <3333' yk what i mean.

either party being angst central dramatics for the other person to sentimentally ~fix~ as if they don't share the vast bulk of their trauma / have similarly stoic ways of dealing with angst. i'm all for h/c but not melodrama. especially don't enjoy when people add random shit to canon to justify drama like sexual abuse. just not for me

this isn't even about todobaku specifically but i've never seen a good ABO fic in my life. and i do say 'see' because i admittedly tend to not get past the descriptions.

ok that's all i can think of off the top of my head. but please feel free to tell me about the worst ones you've encountered i love to hear people's horror stories.

steven universe human si au 2: su rottmnt athena

Basically the gist of this au is that thru a warp pad malfunction or her just falling off lion (clumsy😔), she ends up in the hidden city of rottmnt's new york. She's stuck there for about the same amount of time as anne was in amphibia before being found by the hamato sibs (turtles & april) in ep 1! Original pitch for this au was: "Okay so this is HEAVILY inspired by a bnha/camp camp crossover where aizawa got transported to camp campbell, but couldn't prove quirks existed bc of the nature of his quirk, BUUT, my su human self insert getting transported to the rottmnt universe somewhere in between su movie & suf[(i later changed this to be post-suf)] & being like "this might as well happen" when seeing the turtles, but being unable to prove the existence of gems due to being human. (She doesn't mind too much, but she does get to give them all a smug look once a crystal gem shows up to pick her up & bring her home.)" So basically it's just rottmnt but w athena in many of the episodes. She lives w the turtles bc april doesn't wanna throw suspicion on her or explain why the weirdo has a spear and is not at a homeless shelter and instead trying to stay at her DAUGHTER'S house, eugh, yuck, weird. And athena has no standards she doesn't care.
