Just a complaint I have with the language I've been seeing in this fandom.

I understand genderbends. I like them myself as they were one of the things that helped me unlock my identity. However, it was my understanding that genderbends were best utilized in fandoms that were sausage parties. Aka a genderbends best habitat is with media that has an extremely male dominated cast. Resident Evil is very much NOT that kind of franchise.

There is a damn good variety of women in this franchise, and some have multiple appearances where you can get obsessed over them. You also can play as them! It genuinely looks like people are avoiding having to interact at all with these women characters when they decide to genderbend the male leads.
