“Movement is life and so shall you move” Today was a very productive day For the first time in a while i was able to get one of my clients to officially walk on a treadmill. After evaluating her movement patterns on the treadmill, we utilized our training method to alter her gait to perform a better movement pattern that aided in her mid swing and mid stance portion of her gait. I removed Brandon's @wawosorg walker cape from the front of his gait trainer and placed it on the back instead. Neurorehablitation (HSH Lamprecht) for the German speaking therapists, we are now diving into the technical sphere of the latest UserTerminal generation MCU6 to provide both our partners as well as product owners, therapists and trainers with a detailed insight to the possibilities of our perturbation module.

Gravity and levity, compression and tension When #walking - how much of our experience, which is mostly unconscious, is governed by the reflexes of the feet? And pronation and supination? How much of the experience is the appropriate movement and strength of the proverbial “core”?? Of course, my answer is both, but recently, I have been rechecking my beliefs, and realized I was overly foot focused. (Healthy foot and cranial fixations 😅) Reflexes of the feet are powerful and communicate a highway of information to the low back and then the brain. (shoes are sensory deprivation chambers) However, the feet are fascially connected to the cranium, and the entire body of course, and gait becomes a symphony of full body management of weight from one foot to the other. The ability to balance and gracefully transfer this weight is incredibly important.
