I don’t want to start drama but I’ve seen some concerning posts floating around about how distasteful and disappointing it is to see certain creators “support” Dorian and I hate to break it to you guys, but if you’ve ever interacted, shared or created anything regarding The Arcana you are supporting Dorian yourselves.
Being in the fandom alone is supporting Dorian by creating engagement, publicizing the game and being part of the audience they’re trying to target.
And even if you were to delete your whole blog and everything you’ve ever posted to enjoy the original game in private you would still be supporting Dorian by bringing traffic to the app they now own.
The one and only way you have to stop supporting Dorian, if you care about it so much, would be to distance yourself from the series entirely and go join another fandom. Never play the original game ever again and never interact with any fan creation regarding it from now on. 👋

So did anyone at any point say “wfa isn’t canon to its own canon”? Y’know since you need everything stated explicitly in big bold letters? Funny how you couldn’t pick up on one thing *oh but somehow you were able to (mis) understand what people were actually subtly saying when it’s suits what you wanted to see.*
* This last part has a bit of sarcasm in it just so you know.
sar·casm
noun
the use of irony to mock or convey contempt.
since apparently you only bothered to process my third bulletpoint, here's something you might want to brush up on first if you decide for some reason you want to go back and reread my full response to your original ask :)
also like. i told you to block me. you choosing to continue getting upset with me about this is 100% on you. honestly im finding this more funny than anything <3

A Public Service Announcement For the Entire RWBY Fandom
Or, at least: @asmallermorehonestsoul
despite tagging it as #anti rwde
That still shows up in the tag because it contains ‘rvvde’ as its own word. This is why I find posts tagged #Bioshock Infinite if I look up #Bioshock. We’ve had this conversation with KKKoB and his ‘rvvde bullshit’ tag.
By this logic, you can’t complain about anything we have to say because we very clearly tag all our posts to let you know that it isn’t for you. You also can’t complain about the fact that this post is tagged #anti rwby. You don’t get to wave a flag in a park and then complain when people notice you.
Furthermore, that doesn’t matter. The tags of a post are not the first thing someone browsing tumblr will look at.
And it is very hard to look through RWBY content without seeing them
If we are expected to ignore it when your posts wind up in our tag, why are you allowed to complain when our posts end up in your tag? Especially when our tag is specifically meant to be blacklisted:
The first thing you want to do is click on the little person icon in the top-right corner and go to your setting.
After that, you scroll down to ‘Content You See’ and select the pencil next to ‘Filter Tags.’
Then, add the tag you want to filter out, in this case, ‘RWDE.’
There, done. That should stop our posts from popping up whenever you search for things like RWBY. I have tested this multiple times, it fucking works.* I tested this with the main tag, and I legit couldn’t look it up!
Now, true, we can easily do this with with your tags to remove them from our feed. But that’s not the point. We made this tag so that you could remove our complaints and criticisms of the show from your feed. Not so you could have an easier time complaining about us. You complain about how dark it is with a candle in one hand and a match in the other.
If expecting you to blacklist a tag is too much, why do you expect it of us?
Furthermore, if you expect us to curate our tags for your browsing conveniences, then please, do tell me: What exactly do you want us to do? Stop tagging our posts with RWBY? Most of us already do that.
And as for ‘using our disabilities as a shield,’ I’ll let @dowhatteverer explain why that’s bunk.
*This does not work if you specifically go to blogs who are known to post content into the tags you have blacklisted, which I know for a fact the anti-criticism crowd does.

n e wayz i am absolutely sick and tired of the twitter trend of not tagging media depicted in art that people do. i am tired of people having an aesthetic caption or just a simple emoji. i am tired of having media that is drop dead triggering to me show up on my feed, despite having everything relating to that media in my muted words list. for the love of god, people on twitter need to tag their media and make that a priority over a stupid quote or a single word that has nothing to do with the media shown

Bahahaha bestie I just blocked a destiheller who decided to leave a very kind paragraph reply to one of my posts about Sam and Dean
Apperantly they think that "Sam is evil and a horrible influence on dean" and that "Sam is far from innocent and ruined the whole world of supernatural for everyone, especially dean and cas, and they should have killed him off in the beginning of the show so he couldn't ruin anyone else's lives" (they also then went on to rant a little bit about dean and cas suffering, which I thought was funny)
I blocked them, and so sadly it deleted that reply, but I wish I had screenshotted it because it made me laugh so hard 😂
Omg no why 💀💀
Like I get it if you hate a character, you're entitled to your opinion even if it's wrong - but why do people go and do that?? Like the audacity needed to go onto someone else's post and start ranting about how they're wrong about something so subjective is impressive in the worst way. I'm so so sorry that people are so divorced from reality here, it's so weird.
Also I hate to be that guy but uhhhh there kind of wouldn't be a show without Sam... he's kind of a major plot point... for the whole thing..... I'm not anti Cas or destiel by any means, but like. Cas and Destiel are not the entirety of the show and imo shouldn't be (the bros are simply too delicious to give up their dynamics <3).
And I mean also!! - how can you even hate Sam, he's just a little guy!! He's done nothing wrong in his life ever barring the multiple murders and/or apocalypses how could you hate this face :(
