Last big breakfast of 2023 at the American & Mexican DIner in Hartford, CT. My companion and I spilt a breakfast quesadilla with homefries, banana split french toast with ice cream, apple pancakes, and a chilaquiles omlette with refried beans.

Result: Victory! Hopefully a sign of many big breakfasts to come in 2024
