This is the first pattern with really existing flowers that I created and it can be said that my interest in botanical illustration it started right here… Actually this pattern is nothing but an “evolution” of a wood painting that my sister @l0ll3_ commissioned me about 3 years ago (you can see some details of the painting in the other pics in this post). . . . #floralpattern #patterndesign #surfacepatterndesign #surfacedesign #floralillustration #botanicalillustration #botanicalpattern #botanicaldesign #pomegranate #pomegranateflower #punicagranatum #melograno #fiorimelograno https://www.instagram.com/p/CosOp1ctHuA/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
Here's another card reveal from Little Rain Oracle - The Sunflower.
Did you know that Sunflowers are able to absorb toxins from the soil, which is why you’ll find millions of these plants around tragic sites like Chernobyl and Hiroshima.
These stunning blossoms were able to bloom in space as well. In 2012 astronaut Don Pettit successfully grew these flowers in tiny baggies he had brought from Earth, proving definitely that beauty can be fostered in even the most unlikely of places.

Hi there! My name is Shelby and I'm a lettering artist and illustrator starting a new blog for my art! Cheers to new beginnings and the start of a brand new blog, I'm excited to see where this journey takes me.
A commission I had pleasure to work on lately. I can't describe how happy I am when people order artworks with my favourite striped burritos.
This one will be available in my upcoming shop!
Also, it is not free to use as a tattoo design so please don't do that. Thanks!
Flowers can be simultaneously relaxing and stressful to draw, but the final product always fills me so much joy I can't help but want to draw them more and more.
I'm thinking about posting this one on my store just so that flower lovers like myself can have stickers and prints of it.
Let me know if I should.
On the topic of things that make me happy: Buying flowers, receiving flowers, and drawing flowers 💐😌 . . . . . . . #theydrawandgarden #flowerillustration #floralillustration #floralbouquet #flowerdrawing #flowerlove #flowerinspiration #flowers🌸 #flowerinstagram #plantmama #gardenstyle https://www.instagram.com/p/Cfod9RZvtlt/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
A common flower present in almost every bouquet, Baby’s Breath comes in an array of colors such as white, pink, purple, and red, it’s star like appearance provides the perfect backdrop for more extensive arrangements. This dainty flower gets its name because of its widespread use for baby showers!
Formally known as Gypsophila, the plant is native to Europe, Asia, and North Africa. It was introduced in the United States after much admiration and fascination from the gardening fraternity. Being a popular feature in the Victorian Cottage Garden, its long-lasting nature and intricacy appealed to gardeners back then and continue to give it popularity today.
