For this week’s video, I finally paid another visit to “Concept Corner” and talked a bit more about an original story concept of mine, as well as how some of the powers might work in it!

This is a compilation of all the finished pieces, which happened to line up in a pretty on-theme way! It took AGES, but it was really fun to try properly visualizing all these OC's in action like this 💛💞❤️‍🔥💙💜💜💚

oh my GOSH I DONT EVEN CARE. I DONT EVEN CARE ABOUT THIS DRAWING ANYMORE I JUST WANT IT TO BE DONE. FOURTEEN HOURS— I’m actually going insane💀

This drawing fame from the most wholesome of intentions and led to being a nightmare ;-: basically like twice a year I get sucked back into Heartless (a story concept by @abd-illustrates hes literally my favorite artist hes super duper cool ✨ u should check out his channel 😼) and then I draw his characters. This time I decided to make a whole illustration with everyone together cuz it’d be funnnn BUT IT WASNT. IT WAS FOURTEEN HOURS AAAAGGGHHH

Don’t get me wrong I absolutely ADORE this story and I’m proud of my self for finally doing a full drawing with them like I always wanted to, it’s just unfortunate that this specific illustration was such a nightmare 😭 (Doppel & Glass I’m talking about ur crazy jackets..). They we’re all super fun to draw, as always, but COLORING is what took 13 hours :(

I made a drawing of River and had to crop her out for the composition, but I don’t wanna yap at you more so it’s going under the cut

Also I imagine that Flint and Eira are constantly arguing about the temperature of their room. Eira likes it warmer since he’s from a colder place and he sees warmth as a luxury, and Flint can’t sleep if it’s warm. Also Eira seems like he’d have a super neat room with everything organized, and Flint would be a bit messier? Idk

heartless: sometimes but never on purpose. he's just too excited

alchemy: never. they are too responsible to endanger themself or others

flint: never. he gets upset when people do

eira: sometimes, whenever he needs to be angsty and cool

doppel: absolutely all the time

glass: never. gets really freaked out when doppel jaywalks

river: never on purpose, she knows the risks

alastor: he rarely sets foot in public anyway without a reason, but if he had the chance he would not jaywalk

lorelei: in her public persona she has to set a good example so she never jaywalks, but when she has big breakdown and stops holding back she will walk into places with the sole purpose of jaywalking

diana: does not care enough. jaywalks

lance: he jaywalks all the time

bandy: he doesn't cross roads by walking, he does acrobat tricks, so he less jaywalks and more jayflies

dock: any chance he gets. its how you know he's evil.

krome: occasionally. hes chill but also has to follow a code

Eira

•the most homophobic person on the heartless team (not saying a lot)

•gets very angry when you call him gay, even though he is (especially during his street rat era)

•edgy. too much edge. should be in therapy for that alone if not the daddy issues

I headcanon that Flint runs pretty warm, just like naturally, and that means the gang cuddle him whenever they’re in a colder climate since he’s just so warm.

I also headcanon that Eira is super, naturally, cold. Not that he personally minds much, he’s used to feeling cold all the time.

And despite Eira’s -ahem, tsundere tendencies, he does help Flint when the guy’s having problems with warmer climates. Reluctantly! Totally reluctantly, and not at all willingly bc he genuinely enjoys being physically close to Flint, no not at all.
