We had Pomfret curry today. Debarshi got the fish from a local shop and prepared the curry. We had it with steamed rice and ghee and some air fried alu bhaja (potato fries). ⒾⓃⒼⓇⒺⒹⒾⒺⓃⓉⓈ Tilapia fillets Yogurt Lime juice Cooking oil Tomato Puree -Make a Paste using : Green Chilies Onion Garlic Ginger -Masala: Turmeric powder Curry powder Red Chili Powder Salt . . . ⓅⓇⒺⓅⒶⓇⒶⓉⒾⓄⓃ Clean and cut tilapia in large pieces. Marinate it with a mix of lemon juice and masalas mentioned. Heat a little oil in a pan and spread fish pieces on it. Flip and cook it from both sides. Take them out on a plate. Add a little more oil in the same pan and sauté the paste in it. Add masalas and let it cook. When it leaves oil, add tomato puree and cook well. Stir in 1/4 cup yogurt and add the cooked fish pieces. The Masala fish curry is ready.
