putting kisaki in his place
kisaki is a little too bratty for your liking, so you fuck it out of him
Tumblr media
characters: kisaki x m!reader
wordcount: 1.7k
type/genre: one-shot, smut
cw/tw: m!dom!top!reader, sub!bottom!kisaki, petnames (towards kisaki), blindfold, bondage, gag, manhandling, brat taming, spanking, humiliation, praise, dacryphilia, anal fingering & sex, creampie, reader is kinda mean but kisaki’s very into it, slight overstimulation, (implied) aftercare
notes: i wanna put him & ryusei in their place and make them all submissive and putty in my hands so bad help
Tumblr media
kisaki’s sitting on the bed before you, already stripped naked, with his arms secured tightly behind his back. you’ve stuffed his mouth with a gag. his glasses are on the nightstand, replaced with a satin blindfold over his eyes.
,,turn around. head down, ass up’’, you command, smirking as you look at his fce. he shakes his head, glaring at you as best he can with his eyes hidden behind the black fabric.
but that’s not really a problem as you grab him by his hair and force his face into the bedsheets. you get a hold of his hips, turning him around so he’s kneeling in front of you, facing away.
,,count.’’ is the only warning he gets before your hand meets his ass cheek. he tries to say something, probably a number or a complain, but it’s muffled by the gag in his mouth.
,,huh? i didn’t quite hear you there, baby’’, you explain, dragging out your words. they drip with sarcasm. you wait for him to attempt to say something again, but he doesn’t, keeps quiet instead.
,,well. you didn’t start counting yet, so i’ll just have to repeat this until you do.’’ you smirk. kisaki tries to speak up, but you’ve already slapped him again before he can get out any noises. you can make out muffled sounds coming from him, trying his best to form a coherent sentence with his mouth stuffed.
,,you want me to remove the gag, darling? ah, but that would be so sad. look at how much you’re enjoying this!’’ you reach around his hips to get a hold of his hard cock at the base and slowly stroke up and down a few times, smearing the pre-cum he’s been leaking all over it after reaching his tip.
,,look how hard you are. you’re so boring, do you really want to get rid of the gag already?’’, you ask, fake pout on your face. quickly, kisaki nods. you comply, reach for the clasp on the back of his head that secures the gag. you open it, let the toy fall onto the bed as he looks up. you grab it and lay it to the side.
kisaki’s panting. ,,finally!’’, he breathes out in a low voice, ,,you fucking bitch.’’ leftover spit runs down his cheek and pools into the wet puddle under his face. he’s already so messy.
your initial reaction to his words is putting the gag back in his mouth, but you decide against it. it would ruin your little counting game anyway. instead, you just sit and wait in silence, not doing anything. you’re waiting until kisaki starts wiggling his hips, groaning. you know that he’s anxious, not knowing what to expect because he can’t see you, and you’re awfully quiet.
silently, you raise your hand. slap, it lands on his ass, where there’s a red area forming because you’ve hit him three times now. kisaki swallows a pained moan and huffs.
,,count. it really shouldn’t be a problem now that your mouth is empty, no?’’, you repeat.
,,...one’’, he hisses, and hides his face in the bedsheets. this is so embarassing for him.
,,see, i knew even a stupid little bitch like you could do that!’’, you exclaim. gently, you brush your index finger along the red mark on his skin, lightly tracing its shape. you raise your hand again, this time prepared to slap his other ass cheek. slap, your palm meets his skin.
,,two..’’, he murmurs. you decide to let the fact that it’s so quiet slide this once.
,,good. let’s get all the way to ten, hm?’’ you lean down, gently pressing a kiss to one of the many visible vertebrae of his spine. kisaki shudders under your touch, not used to the affection at all.
you pull away, slapping his ass again. he quietly hisses. ,,three...’’, he says.
nothing interesting happens after the next few spanks. while trying not to make any other noises, kisaki correctly counts them all. four, five, six, seven, eight, nine.
he only whispers ,,ten....’’. you’ve already allowed him a mistake, but another is too much.
,,what did you just say? i couldn’t hear, speak up!’’, you say, slapping him again.
,,ten!’’, he calls, panting.
you gently brush your fingers against the skin you’ve just slap, touching it ever so slightly without any pressure. ,,good boy’’, you murmur, leaning down to one of his ears.
beside you, there lays a bottle of lube which you now grab. you pop it open, squeeze a good amount onto your hands. while leaving gentle kisses on kisaki’s neck, you circle his rim teasingly, refusing to push in just yet.
he starts trying to move back against your hand, but you grip his hips and stop his movements. ,,no’’, you scold, ,,if you want me to do something else, you have to beg.’’
kisaki groans, but stops trying to move. he shivers under your touch as you press more kisses to his nape, panting quietly.
,,touch me’’, he breaths out.
,,i’m already touching you, honey, that’s not specific enough.’’
,,...fuck me’’, he mutters.
,,i told you to beg, not to command, tetta. isn’t that easy for a slut like you?’’, you explain, still not changing your movements.
he hisses, and you can see a tear running down his cheek. you’re truly breaking his pride.
,,c’mon, tetta, beg for me. beg for me to fuck you with my fingers.’’ you know that he gets weak for you saying his first name, so that’s exactly what you do.
,,..please’’, he whispers under his breath.
,,there you go. what a nicely trained whore you are’’, you coo, finally pushing one of your fingers in.
kisaki’s thighs tremble, quiet moans escaping him. he’s always so sensitive, especially with a blindfold on. you take your sweet time to push in and out, slowly loosening him up.
,,not... not enough’’, he mumbles, rubbing his face on the bedsheets because he can’t keep still anymore but you won’t let him move his hips.
you decide to be nice for once and push in the second finger after waiting for a bit. now, you properly scissor him open.
still, he’s not satisfied. ,,m-more..’’, he begs, and after a short pause, adds, ,,please?’’
you pause your movements, making him whine and hiss out in pain. the desire to come is nearly too much for him already. ,,more of what?’’, you ask, acting as if you have no clue what he’s talking about.
frustrated, kisaki groans. ,,fuck me. with your... your cock’’, he whispers, more tears streaming down his face. his last words are nearly too quiet to understand, but you still accept them. it’s kisaki, after all. maybe, one day, he’ll be more compliant, but that’s still in the far future.
,,good, tetta, that’s it’’, you praise, pulling out your fingers and grabbing the lube again to squeeze some more onto your hand. you stroke your dick a few times, making sure it’s all slick. you line it up with his hole, leaning over him to place a hickey on his neck.
kisaki whines as you finally start pushing in, and a loud moan escapes him as you bottom out. he’s trembling even more than before, and his legs are giving out under him, only held up by your hands on his hips. he looks beautiful.
slowly, you pull out until only your tip is still inside him, then you snap your hips and push in to the hilt again. you continue with this rythm, pace getting faster and faster.
you decide to wrap a hand around kisaki’s cock while you’re still leaving hickeys on his neck. he’s leaking pre-cum like crazy, dick hard and twitching between your fingers. lazily, you begin to stroke it.
he’s a moaning mess, not able to hold back his noises anymore, whines and whimpers leaving his drooling mouth. his face is full of tears and spit, and his whole body is shivering, but you know just how much he enjoys this. he’s very embarassed about it, but he loves when you strip him of all his pride and power, only leaving a putty mess in your hands.
,,do you wanna come, tetta?’’, you ask against his neck, watching as he shivers under the touch of your breath. he frantically starts nodding.
,,what do we say when we want something?’’
,,p-please.. please....’’, he moans, voice shaky and higher pitched than usual.
,,good, tetta. then come for me’’, you say, pressing more kisses to his nape, sucking on it to leave yet another hickey.
a few more thrusts, and he’s coming all over your hand, back arching and moaning loudly. you fuck him through it, chasing your own orgasm.
kisaki starts whimpering. ,,too much, ’s too much...’’
,,hold on a little longer for me, tetta. i won’t take long’’, you assure him, letting go of his cock to better grab his hips.
you thrust once, twice, three times, until the heat inside your body is toppling over and you can feel your orgasm approaching. you slam into him one last time, starting to circle your hips while filling up his hole with your cum, fully seated inside. he whines.
as your orgasm stops, you start panting and slowly pull out of him. for a moment, you lay down beside him. ,,wait a minute, tetta, gotta calm down for a second...’’
after your short rest, you wipe your cum stained hand on the sheets, and reach forward to take off his blindfold. kisaki weakly opens his eyes, looking back at you with a faint smile on his lips.
you open the clasps on the binder that’s securing his arms on his back, gently pulling them out of the device, and placing it on the bed somewhere. kisaki lets himself fall down to the side, turning to lie on his back. you grab his cheeks, lean down to kiss him. it’s soft and slow, and you have to try hard not to smile into it.
,,you feeling okay?’’, you ask, checking up on him. you take one of his arms, and start to gently massage it. kisaki nods, and you continue to soften up his sore muscles as he closes his eyes and falls asleep.

Do you ever write in English? What do you write: emails, essays, social media posts, a journal or something else?
I’ve helped students prepare for IELTS, FCE and CAE exams and learning how to organise a piece of writing is very important. Only part of the final grade is for grammar and vocabulary. The rest is for things like answering the question clearly and organising your ideas.
If you write emails in English, it’s also good to plan and organise what you want to say (unless it’s a really short email).
Of course, if we’re writing on a computer, we can edit and rearrange our text as often as we want to but if you are writing by hand, which still happens in some exams, planning is extra important.

Success story
In this post I will tell you how I manifested passing a very hard exam. Some of you maybe know about the Chambridge Exams. If you pass this kind of exams, you will get a certificate which is available for a lifetime.
To be honest, I was very bad at English in my first year in Highschool. I had a good teacher but she put a lot of pressure on us in order to learn the foreign language and it was very hard to catch up with.
I wanted to get this certificate because it would give me a lot of opportunities and it is recognized worldwide. I started to do some preparation with other teacher and I paid her, it was hard, but not impossible. This Exam consists of four skills: Speaking, Reading and Use of English, Writing and Listening. When I had to speak for the first time, I was too anxious, I could not open my mouth, my accent was also terrible and i did not know a lot of words. I did this preparation for almost two years but I still did not feel prepared for this Exam.
I had a pre-test in May and I passed it with almost 64%. In order to pass this exam, you should do at least 60%. Even though I passed that pre-test, I started affirming that I am good at English. Moreover, I started to use some subliminals for becoming a native and I keep persisting that no matter what, I would get that Certificate.
I want to add that I paid for enterining in this Exam and I chose the Advanced one, or the CAE.
Two weeks before the exam I was very anxious, stressed and I did a lot of tests, I practised my grammar and Speaking abilities. Maybe I am not the best at english, I still do some spelling errors or my phrases are too long, but I am doing my best. My mother language is romanian and we are used to tell a lot of things in a phrase with multiple verbs or even more than two tenses. I had to get rid of those, but I succeed.
I had my speaking test on 3rd June and the Exam the next day. I can say that I did not know if I had spoken correctly or if I had done a great work team, because you need a partner, but I did not lost my hope. The next day I stayed at school for almost six hours. I thought that I would die and then the intrusive thoughts appeared. If I had not done that correctly? If I wrote that word badly? and so on.
I have still affirmed after my Exam that I would pass it and I can admit that I was like a parrot. All day, all night I affirmed that I pass the exam. On 18th July my teacher announced me that I passed the CAE Exam with 191 points. This is a C Grade, but I was happy because I made ends meet and I did not get a B2 grade or FCE, because you can achieve this grade, if your score is small.
Now it is coming the spicy part. I got the fullest score in the Speaking probe. I do not want to tell that it was a miracle, because my mind did it, my subconcious, but I want to say that with faith you can get whatever you want.
Even though I was very bad at english, I barely could talk and I was extremely stressed, I got almost C2 at Speaking(210 points). This means that I spoke like a native. I was over the moon when I saw the results, so my family.
Moral of the story?
No matter how bad you are at a subject, when it comes to the Law of Assumption, anything and everything is possible. Affirm, persist and know that you will receive your manifestation, regardless of everything.

WRITING AN ESSAY
Cambridge English: B2 First (FCE) Writing
Difficulty level: B2 /Upper Intermediate
What is the B2 First (FCE) Writing test like? The test has two sections and takes about 80 minutes:
Part 1 -write an essay based on prompts
Part 2 - write one from a choice of 3 questions: an article, an essay, a letter, a report, a review, a story (an email)
Scoring Each of the two writing parts are marked out of 20. There are five marks for each of the following: Content, Communicative Achievement, Organisation and Language. You must write 140-190 words for each part.
How to prepare for the B2 First (FCE) Writing test
Choose a question that you are interested in. You will write better if you know the subject.
Read the instructions carefully before you start. Make notes. You must include all the points from the instructions in your writing.
Make a plan before you start writing. Decide what information to put in each paragraph.
Think about who you are writing to and use an appropriate style of language.
Try to use a range of complex language.
How to Write an Essay for FCE Writing
An essay is an opinion writing with which we analyse a topic, a situation or an issue from different points of view, providing different arguments and expressing our opinion about it.
For this reason, an essay must have the following features:
Purpose: What we usually do with an essay is to analyse and assess a topic, situation or issue which, in some way, is interesting or controversial. It is normally set as a writing task after a class debate. In the exam, you have to imagine the debate, obviously.
Tone and style: Given that you’re writing about a serious or controversial issue, an essay is written in a formal style, so we must stick to an objective tone and style. Our language must be formal, thus avoiding words that are simply too common or generic (E.g.: things, stuff, get, etc.) and contractions (E.g.: can’t, don’t, won’t, etc.)
Structure: Like every piece of writing, an essay must present a defined structure. For starters, we can choose either to give it a title or not. Personally, I would say that it is more appropriate to have an essay with title. Then, the body must be divided into introduction, idea 1, idea 2, idea 3 and conclusion. This means that, in general, essays must have 5 paragraphs, although it is not entirely necessary.
Opinion: There are countless ways of expressing your opinion in an essay, so you must choose the one that suits you best. However, it is advisable to remain impartial throughout your writing and give your opinion only in the last paragraph, as a conclusion. But, as I say, it is optional. The most important thing is that you justify everything you say in your essay.
Coherence: Coherence is essential in every type of writing, but especially in an essay. As it tends to be an argumentative text, you must avoid writing incoherent paragraphs that have nothing to do with one another. Your ideas must follow a logical order and be well connected with appropriate linkers.
Instructions of an Essay
In the following image you can see the instructions of an essay which involves a typical topic, that of the environment:
Tumblr media
In these instructions, we must pay attention to the following:
The first paragraph introduces the topic: …different ways in which you can protect the environment.
The second sentence is usually the same in every task: Write an essay using all the notes…
In the box, you are given the main topic as a question and they give you something to talk about: recycle, using bicycles and walking, your own idea. As you can see, you have to come up with the third idea, something connected to the topic which is not provided in the exam task.

Essay Sample Answer
Given the model task above, each paragraph will correspond to a different idea, apart from the introduction and conclusion. Again, it is only natural to have 5 paragraphs. So, the best way to know how to write an essay for FCE Writing is to take a look at an example of an actual essay for FCE Writing:
Tumblr media
At first sight, the essay has a title and 5 paragraphs (introduction + idea 1 + idea 2 + idea 3 + conclusion). And if we stop to read the essay more carefully, we’ll notice the following things:
The paragraphs are visual and well defined, which is very important.
The title summarises the topic of the essay. Another option is to use the question (What can people do to help protect the environment?) as title. However, it usually tends to be too long, so I prefer to summarise it into a shorter heading.
Each paragraph has a clear purpose:
Introduction: it introduces the topic in a general way and it leads to the second paragraph (first idea).
Paragraph 2: it deals with idea 1.
Paragraph 3: it deals with idea 2.
Paragraph 4: it deals with idea 3.
Conclusion: we express our opinion to conclude and summarise the essay.
It uses connectors to define the development of the essay: firstly, second, finally, etc.
It doesn’t use many contractions or pet words.
Among the useful expressions, we can highlight the following:
One of the things that
In the last few decades,
For this reason,
First, / Second, / Third,
Finally,
By doing so,
For example,
In conclusion,
Writing essays is a task you are very likely to have to do for Cambridge First, Advanced and Proficiency. The length of the essay and the complexity of the question vary depending on the exam, but the basic skills are the same.
You will always need to:
plan the essay by brainstorming ideas
organize your ideas
write an introduction and conclusion
read your work through and make corrections
The introduction is very important because it is the first thing the examiner will see. A good introduction has two main elements:
restating the question
explaining what you're going to do in your essay
Restating the question
Restate = present again in order to make more clear or convincing/state something again or differently/express something clearly
The examiner already knows which question you're answering! So, why do you need to do this? Firstly, restating the question shows the examiner you have understood the question. Secondly, it helps you focus. Thirdly, it's an opportunity to demonstrate your range of vocabulary and your ability to manipulate sentence constructions.
Example question: What are the benefits of living in big cities, as opposed to rural areas? What are the problems of rural areas and how can they be solved?
Vocabulary
Underline the key words in the question.
Think of synonyms that would work in this context.
benefit = advantage, pro, plus big city = metropolis, urban area as opposed to = compared with, in comparison to rural area = countryside, in the country problem = disadvantage, minus, drawback solve = resolve, overcome
Sentence construction
Look at the way the sentences are constructed e.g. verbs or noun phrases.
the benefits of living in…; how can they be solved?
Think of ways to change them.
For example,
change a verb construction to a noun construction:
the benefits of life in… or
change passive to active:
how we can solve them
You now have eight things you could change in order to state the question in your own words and show that you have control over English. You don't have to use all the changes you thought of and it doesn't matter if you haven't got as many possibilities as I have included here.
So, the first two sentences of my introduction might look like this:
There are many advantages of life in urban areas when compared with country living. The question to consider is: what are the disadvantages and how can we overcome them?
Explaining what you're going to do
This just needs to be one more sentence which briefly outlines how you are going to answer the question. Useful phrases are:
I will (attempt to/try to) discuss / look at / consider / compare / examine…
So, I can add a sentence like this to my introduction:
I will compare a typical city in Europe with a countryside area and try to give suggestions for solving the problems found with cities.
Your turn
Here's another question. It's a different style of question, but the principles of how to write an introduction are the same.
Recently the freedom to work and live anywhere has become the main trend due to the development of communication technology and transportation. Do the advantages of these developments outweigh the disadvantages? Discuss.
Outweigh= be greater or more significant (=prevalecer)
Which are the keywords?
Can you think of an alternative for each keyword?
What structures can you see?
Can you change them?
Write one sentence explaining how you will answer the question.
Example answers at the bottom of the page.
freedom, trend, due to (because of), development, communication technology, transport, advantage, disadvantage, outweigh
flexibility, movement towards, because of, advances, -----**, transportation, benefit, drawback (disadvantage, problem), make up for
the freedom to…; the development of technology; Do….outweigh…?
people are free to…; developments in technology; Are …outweighed by…?
I will examine the drawbacks to developments in communication and transport, and attempt to balance them against the benefits.
** There aren't always alternatives!

Here's a task from Cambridge B2 First.
Tumblr media
First things first - what do I have to write and who is going to read it?
I have to write an essay, which means giving my opinion on the topic. My English teacher will read it, so I should write in a neutral tone. I'm going to mention transport, rivers and seas, and think of a third point, and the whole theme is pollution and damaging the environment.
I could write in the style of Donald Trump and say that pollution isn't real and there's nothing to worry about... but I'll write the truth.
Planning
Let's take 5 to 10 minutes to plan the essay before I start writing.
I'll do a quick one or two sentence introduction. Then I'll have three paragraphs, one for transport, one about rivers and seas, and one for my third point. Now's a good time to think about that.
I've decided to take 'pollution in the home' as my third point. But I could have chosen factories, plastic, cutting down the rainforest - a billion things.
Finally there will be a sentence that ties everything together.
My title will be '3 Reasons Why Donald Trump is Wrong About Pollution'. It's not a very elegant title, but it'll have to do. I don't have 15 minutes to think about it!
The next thing I want to do is think about some vocabulary and grammar I can use in my essay. Here's me brainstorming some words and phrases on the 3 topics (all somehow connected to the topic of pollution):
TRANSPORT
traffic congestion
aviation
carbon dioxide
greenhouse gases
emissions
exhaust fumes (gases ejected from na engine as waste products)
electric cars
driverless cars
cargo trains
RIVERS AND SEAS
Barges (flat bottomed boats which transport freight = goods transported)
cruise ships
world trade
plastic
factories
lead poisoning (acute or chronic poisoning due to the absorption of lead into the body)
water quality
THE HOME
batteries
power grid (a network of synchronized power providers and consumers connected by transmission and disstribution lines, operated by one or more control centers.) = malha energética
waste = material or substance, a bioproduct eliminated or discarded as no longer useful =
recycling (cardboard, glass)
energy efficiency
subsidies = a sum of Money granted by the government to assist na industry or businee
Okay I feel pretty ready to get started - this is a topic I know a lot about, and that quick brainstorm has me READY TO GO.
TRANSPORT (PARAGRAPH 1)
First I'd like to talk about transport. We travel much more than we ever did in the past, and trade more than ever. That means a non-stop stream of planes, trains, and automobiles. Almost 100% of these are powered by petrol or diesel engines, which means carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases are released into the atmosphere. One solution would be to switch to electric cars and there has been a loto f progress in that direction.
RIVERS AND SEAS (PARAGRAPH 2)
Thanks to pollution, our water is slowly turning to acid and major cities like Michigan doesn't even have clean drinking water. Seas are filled with plastic that traps and kills fish and dolphins. The solution is better controls in factories and fines for anyone who adds to the problem.
HOMES
Tumblr media
If you've ever left your computer running overnight, you're part of the problem. The solution must come from government intervention - no more subsidies for companies that pollute, and fines for those that do. (PARAGRAPH 3)
SUMMARY
Pollution is a problem that affects us all, but if we elect rational politicians who understand basic science, we can start to make things better.
(233 words)
233 words! My god! How did that happen? Well, the good news is it only took me 10 minutes or so, so although I got a bit carried away I have time to fix it.
Making it better
Let's take another look at the topic and check that what I wrote is relevant. That will help me delete the unimportant parts.
It says 'Every country has a problem with pollution. Can it be solved?'
Hmm. So I don't need to say that pollution is a problem. I can focus on the solutions. That's good. But I should add in something about 'every country' - that's something I didn't do in the first draft.
Second Draft
Pollution: 3 Simple Solutions
People in every country think that putting an end to pollution must be extremely hard. But is it? I believe there are 3 simple things we can do that will have a big effect.
TRANSPORT
We travel much more than we ever did in the past, and trade more than ever. That means a non-stop stream of planes, trains, and automobiles. Almost 100% of these are powered by petrol or diesel engines, which means adding tons of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. One improvement would be to switch to electric cars, and there has been progress in that direction.
RIVERS AND SEAS
Seas are turning to acid, cities don't have lack clean drinking water, and fish get caught in old bits of plastic. The solution? Better controls in factories and fines for anyone who fails to recycle plastic.
HOMES
Energy waste starts at home - a 30% reduction in electricity use would be easy if people turned off their electronics when not in use, and didn't use did not use tumble dryers so much.
SUMMARY
Pollution is a problem that affects us all, but we all have the power to make tiny changes that would improve the situation wherever we live.
(200 words)
So the word count is close to ideal now and it's much more focused on the topic. 190 words isn't a lot! There's no time to ramble and talk about random things like orange losers!
I'm quite happy with the addition of the parts in bold, because it links the very start with the very end, and it is something mentioned in the task.
I wasted a lot of time writing and rewriting this essay, but now I'm in the writing mood and ready to tackle part 2. I'll be much more efficient there. For a start, I'll read the task properly!
Note: It’s better to treat this task as being formal/academic neutral. So I changed didn’t use to did not use and instead of don’t have we could use a nice formal word like ‘lack’ (highlighted in blue).
Some teachers would tell you not to say 'I believe' in the introduction. You could easily replace that with a phrase like ‘It is clear that…’
And 'old bits of plastic' is a little informal, too. ‘old pieces of plastic’ is probably more suitable.

Speak Up & Ace Your Speaking Exam: The Ultimate Blog Post Guide To Understand Speaking Exams...
Tumblr media
Hey there, language learners!
Are you preparing for a speaking exam but don't know where to start? Don't worry; you're not alone.
Speaking exams can be daunting, but with the proper preparation, you can ace them with flying colours! In this blog post, we'll review everything you need to know to understand your speaking exam fundamentally and confidently walk into that test. So could you sit back, relax, and let's get started?
Firstly, let's talk about the types of speaking exams out there. The TOEFL, IELTS, and Cambridge exams are the most common, such as the FCE, CAE, and CPE. Each exam has its own format and scoring system, but they all have one thing in common: they test your ability to communicate in English effectively. You'll be evaluated on your grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and overall coherence.
Now, let's dive into the different sections of a speaking exam. Depending on your exam, you'll typically have two to four sections to complete. These can include tasks such as giving a short presentation, engaging in a conversation, and answering questions about a given topic. The key is to understand what's expected of you in each section and to practice, practice, practice!
One thing to keep in mind is that speaking exams are about more than just speaking. They also require you to listen carefully and respond appropriately to what you hear. So, don't forget to work on your listening skills as well. The more you expose yourself to English, whether it's through movies, podcasts, or even speaking with native speakers, the better equipped you'll be to handle the exam.
Now, let's talk about some tips and tricks for acing your speaking exam. First and foremost, be confident! Believe in yourself and your abilities. Speak clearly and confidently, and don't be afraid to make mistakes. After all, no one is perfect, and the examiners know that. What they're looking for is your ability to communicate effectively.
Another important tip is to practice with a study partner or teacher, which will allow you to receive feedback on your speaking and work on areas that need improvement. Plus, practising with someone else will help you get used to speaking English with someone who is not a native speaker.
Lastly, remember to prepare for the exam beforehand, which means familiarising yourself with the format, practising your speaking skills, and reviewing your grammar and vocabulary. The more prepared you are, the less nervous you'll be on exam day, and the better you'll perform.
In conclusion, speaking exams can be challenging, but you can conquer them with the right preparation and mindset! Remember to understand the format of your exam, practice with a partner, and be confident in your abilities. Finally, and most importantly, have fun with it! Learning a new language is an exciting journey, and a speaking exam is just one milestone along the way. So go out there and show that exam who's boss!
Thanks for reading, and we wish you the best of luck on your speaking exam!
