Pulling up to a red stop on your motorbike, another biker soon pulling up right next to you- it was late at night, the streets empty, every bikers dream was just a extra inch of space on the road, it’s like sitting on a empty bus and someone sitting right next to you (annoying af). You had 30 seconds till the green light, guessing he knew that too since he lifted his glass visor without wasting time just sitting there, turning his head in your direction, meeting his eyes you didn’t say a word, “Chanyeol,” he spoke out, reaching his hand out- which you half gladly took, not naming yourself- looking down at your watch; you had time to kill. “Wanna race?” “You bet.” Get me a motorcycle NOW.

Tumblr media
"Well hello there instructor."
"Admiral." Y/N replied, entering her father's office. "How you been?"
"Oh you know, being scolded by your mother and then making it up to her by a beautiful present."
"So the usual?" She said, smiling.
"Yes."
"It's good to see you dad." She said giggling.
"It's good to see you too kid." Replied Iceman. The Admiral was seated in his chair, smiling at his daughter as she was facing him, grinning.
"So how's the tranjng going?" He questioned.
"It's going." Y/N replied vaguely.
"What's that supposed to mean?" He asked again.
"It's just difficult dad. All there time I'm the Navy, they've been told they're the best of the best and now they've started to believe it. It's annoying, they're over confident, they're cocky, they can't do anything properly, they risk their damn lives just in training so I have no clue how they'll survive the actuall mission, they pick up fights with each other and they are just a pain in my ass." Ranted the younger Krasinski.
"Who is he?" Asked Tom, smirking one has saw his daughters flushed face.
"Is it that obvious?"
"Nah, father's just know everything." He replied. "Now tell me who he is."
"Lieutenant Jake 'Hangman' Seresin." She replied.
"Nice callsign. Reminds me of someone else's." Her father said.
"Yes, I know it's quite similar to yours. His behavior is as well."
"How so?"
"He is just as over confident as you, a huge player and a mess. He also picks up fights." She answred, leaning more into her chair.
"Who did he offend?" The older Krasinski asked, intrigued by his daughters love life.
"Rooster."
"That's him?" He said in surprise.
"You know about him?"
"Mav told me."
"Of course, your second wife." Teased Y/N.
"First actually, I met your mother after him." He went along with it, making Y/N laugh out loud. He could see the happiness on her face, it was still the same.
He remeberd seeing this look for the first time when Maverick had taken her on a joyride on his motorcycle. Neither her miter or Tom were supportive of this idea, but after much pleading by both Y/N and uncle Mav, they agreed, and they were quite happy they did. Cause for the first time in her life had she ever smiled like that. They had only seen this look on her three times, this being the third.
"How'd you meet?"
"At the hard deck. He hit on me using this awful, awful song and then followed me into the bathroom to stop me from making a mistake with Mav and have sex with him." Y/N recalled the night she had met the guy fondly.
"Which song?"
"You've lost that loving feeling."
"Oh that'd ones a player." Replied Iceman, recalling having seen this trick once before.
"He is, but I'm not risking anything."
"If he make you happy, taking a risk is fine." He dad said.
"That's the thing dad, I don't know what he make me feel." Whined Y/N.
"You'll figure it out." Her dad said getting up slowly. "Now let's go have dinner before you mother kills us both and we never get to see the end of your story."
"I can tell you the end now." Y/N said, getting up as well and putting her arm on her father's shoulder as she helped hin out of the room. He had gotten weeker than before, but she wouldn't admit it
"And give me a spoiler." He fake gasped, making Y/N smile at her dad. The last smile she'd ever give him.

Love In The Air Ep 1 Review/Running Commentary.
"Not Just Rain but a Raging Storm"
Tumblr media
Let me pre-face this by saying that I've read the books. I won't give book spoilers but if at some point I feel like the book might have given a better insight into the character, I will share that. I also want to point out because I think it will be important, that Mame (the author) has a No Kink. This is not to be confused with a nonconsensual kink. A No Kink is almost hardwired into a bratty submissive. They essentially either want the No to rile up their Dom or they really like to be talked into doing something they are saying no to. Example "No we can't do that here, we are in public" but they really want to do it here in public, they just want their Dom to convince them of it. Again, this is not a nonconsensual kink. There's a massive difference between "No, fuck off." and "Nope. Convince me." and even "No. Make me."
Rain is just an ordinary university student whose world is about to be turned upside down. When he has car trouble, his savoir comes along to help but Payu then acts completely different in their next meeting. His savior quickly turns into a cunning wolf, out to eat him.
Let's Begin!
I know a lot of people said they didn't like the long intro but I did. It's not slow, there is constant movement and I felt it matched the pace of the show. For me, I was in high anticipation so it built it more.
Then we get to the true beginning where they meet at the broken down car in the rain. Poor little gay boy who didn't know he was gay, it's a trope but I'm here for it. There is just something about a gasp and "oh your handsome" that makes me clap my hands.
We quickly jump from that scene to meeting Rain's best friend Sky. No, that's not cliché at all but hey, I see the appeal. Sky is a smart-ass who comes off as a pain in the ass but when push comes to shove he has Rain's back. What more can you ask for right? Then enters Ple, Rain's no chance in hell love interest. Because she is interested in the shining star P' Payu whom apparently everyone knows about but Rain. Immediate jealousy ensues. Totally cliché and I'm loving it. I also have to take a moment to applaud a moment they added with Ple who called out Rain. Rain in his jealousy asked if Ple's brother was gay, it came off totally homophobic though he didn't mean it to but hell yea because she called him on it. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 She should also be commended for not punching Rain, to quote @suga4mycoffee, he's a dumbass and I wanna pinch his cheeks. Which cheeks? Inquiring minds want to know.
Rain is eating with a bunch of his school mates when he finally gets to meet the mysterious P' Payu. It's none other than his motorcycle riding savior.... Who doesn't remember his ass.
Omg! Whyyyyy do I have second hand embarrassment! I'm in my fucking thirties! But poor little gay boy is coming off desperate and doesn't even realize it. His car is once again having issues. P' Payu comes to the rescue but he's different then last time. He accuses rain of trying to seduce him! Which it kinda does have that vibe but no Rain is just pathetic I swear.
P' Payu calls a tow truck and takes Rain back to his place. Where he was almost eaten by the big bad wolf. Was anyone surprised?? Okay, it's cliche but fuck the chemistry got me fanning myself. Warning ⚠️ the No kink is very much activated.
Tumblr media
Rain barely escapes with his virginity. He does though and vows to get back at P' Payu! Sky has a beautiful time mocking his bestie, which I respect because I'm that type of asshole too.
Ahhh! Payu is truly a wolf. He fixed Rain's car himself. Smart! Now Rain will be indebted to him. I truly love bad boys.
Okay, so there are a lot of cliques and the storyline is still a mystery. However, we've got interesting and well fleshed out characters. Their flawed and yet relatable. And the mother fucking chemistry! I'm really looking forward to the next episode.

Change is Who We Are
Tumblr media
Chapter 2 - Insanity
Word Count: 3015
(previous chapter)(next chapter)
How long has she been tracking us? Oliver asked himself while cooking some fish and cutting up some fruit to dry in the sun. The fact that he and his squad mates were under constant surveillance without knowing it all along was eerie to think about. He didn’t even think much of it when he sensed her presence in the forest two months ago.
Tumblr media
Spider was showing them how to break a fall using the broad leaves of other plants on the way down. Turns out it came with a brutal learning curve.
“Come on, losers!” Spider taunted from the ground below. The sound of a light smack followed soon after, most likely the Colonel swatting the back of the boy’s head.
“Punk ass kid,” Prager muttered under his breath. It was his turn to go again, and he was already sick and tired of messing up and getting laughed at. Oliver rolled his eyes under his shades and preoccupied himself by looking around while he waited for his own turn. And then he noticed it.
The scent came from downwind of him, so it was pretty faint but still there. It wasn’t a thanator or a viperwolf, thank Christ, but not knowing what it was made him feel just as uneasy. Almost like a Na’vi but also like that smell right before a rainstorm or the mist when he and the squad were flying through the mountains.
“You smell that?” he asked out loud, looking in the direction it came from.
“Smell what?” Prager said.
“Over there, next to—" Oliver said, but the scent was gone.
“Next to what?” Prager asked again in irritation.
Oliver gave the area one last scan, then turned back to his teammate.
“Nothing. Forget I said anything.”
Tumblr media
Well, the past was in the past, and he didn’t have time to dwell on it. He had to focus on getting back to the RDA.
Navigating Pandora wasn’t easy without a map. It wasn’t like he could look for the big dipper to find the north star. This world had an entirely different star system than Earth with constellations Oliver couldn’t even pronounce. He had to limit his flights to the day because all he knew was that Bridgehead City was to the South, and if he kept the sun to his right, he’d get there eventually.
Oliver just wanted to get back to civilization as soon as possible. He was tired of sleeping with one eye open every night and foraging for every meal he ate. And while he was a man of few words, he knew he’d go crazy if he only had Tomahawk to talk to.
Then again, a banshee was better than a volleyball.
He wondered what Earth looked like right about now. It was already a shit hole when he was there last, but if humanity’s aim was to make Pandora their new home, it must’ve been really bad. He’d heard that because of inflation, pets became a luxury only the ultra-wealthy could afford. The air was so full of smoke that exo-packs were customizable as they’d become a part of everyday fashion. The icecaps were gone, Africa was just a desert, and most people were going their whole lives never seeing a blade of grass.
Oliver thought about his mom.
It was just the two of them growing up. She was a nurse at a hospital downtown, sometimes working double or triple shifts to keep the dingy apartment they called home. She’d always come home late, but it never took a toll on her parenting skills. Never once did she take out her frustrations on her son, never brought home an asshole boyfriend or threatened to abandon him at a bus stop. Nope. She was the best anyone could ask for.
Always letting Oliver have the last piece of whatever meal they had, letting him hog the blanket on the one bed they had to share, helping him with homework that she herself didn’t understand, and enduring his temper tantrums and their arguments during his teen years.
His dad was a good man. He was also a marine and liked grilling on their apartment’s rooftop. Of course, Oliver wouldn’t know from experience: his dad died in a motorcycle accident when he was 4. He was too young to remember much, but Oliver did have one memory of him that stuck: when they went for a ride on his dad’s Harley. They were outside the city on an old highway, wind blowing through their hair while the sun gave way to night in the distance.
But were they really his parents? Was any of that really his life? He was just the recombinant of Oliver Mansk, a soldier killed in action over 15 years ago.
It was all this thinking and reflecting that made Oliver completely forget about the fish until it was too late. While he scrambled to save his food from burning, a pair of watchful eyes stared at him from a distance.
Rini was hanging upside down from the trees, sleeping peacefully in the warm afternoon sun. Nikea was in her ikran’s arms, sleeping the day away alongside her until the Na’vi woman smelled something smoky. It wasn’t overpowering. In fact, once she got past the burning smell, it was rather decent. She gave two pats to Rini’s chest, and in response, her ikran slowly unfurled her wings so Nikea could see what was causing the commotion. She winced at the harsh light of the sun but persisted. On the sands, the man let out an exasperated sigh. Meanwhile, his ikran sat by, basking in the sun. How that man and his ikran had survived this long was beyond her.
She was tucking herself back in when her stomach growled. Nikea rolled her eyes knowing that her appetite wouldn’t let her go back to sleep until it had been satisfied. Hunger truly was the bane of every Night Na’vi’s existence.
Before she could tell Rini that it was time to start foraging for fruit, Nikea looked at the man on the beach one more time. He was standing there, looking at the sea, and his tail lashed behind him with his hands on his hips. Behind him, his ikran was gulping down that miserable attempt at a meal. It must’ve been the guilt kicking in. She didn’t have much time before her head would start hurting, so she’d have to be quick.
Well, if Eywa decided he should live this long, she might as well bring him with her to Awa’atlu for questioning.
Oliver let Tomahawk have his ruined lunch; it was better than letting it go to waste. At least he had the fruit still drying on the rock.
“Unless you want to spend the next several hours vomiting nonstop, I suggest you don’t eat that.”
He jumped out of his skin and looked up to see the Na’vi from last night.
“JESUS!” Oliver yelled. Tomahawk looked up and let out a startled squawk.
Her banshee was hanging upside down while she remained right side up. She used the saddle’s foot holds to stand on and the animal’s armored back scales to grab onto.
Now that it was light outside, he could see that her skin was a much deeper, darker shade of blue than a forest Na’vi. And even though her cloak and banshee rider leggings were hiding most of her skin, he could see that her stripes were more of a brindle pattern rather than like a tiger’s.
“See those red berries?” the woman asked, nodding her head to the vines covering the tree her banshee was hanging in. “Those are the ones you want. Also, that fish is meant to be eaten raw. In fact, the whole fish is edible, not just the flesh.”
Oliver screwed up his eyebrows and looked back at the fire. He’d been shooting himself in the foot the whole time.
“But I saw one of those monkey-things eating those fruit,” Oliver said. It was Spider that taught him that if you see an animal eating something, then it should be okay for you to eat it too.
The woman couldn’t believe the words the man had just said. It wasn’t even a full day and she’d already had to save him from aynantang, food poisoning, and starvation.
“Wiya,” she said under her breath. There was no way she was going to get any proper rest on this island with this helpless baby’s antics.
Rini stopped preening herself and turned her head to her rider. The eyeless ikran was growing impatient, and a low rumble emitted from deep within her chest. Nikea could feel the vibrations of Rini’s complaints.
“I will come back in the evening,” she sighed. “Try not to kill yourself until then.”
As the banshee dropped from the trees, the Na’vi woman remounted the saddle, and the two of them returned to the forest’s depths. Oliver and Tomahawk only looked at each other, both wondering how many more awkward exchanges they were going to have with that weird lady and her banshee.
Tumblr media
The sun had disappeared behind Naranawm when Nikea had returned to the beach. She was a little surprised to see that the man was still alive.
“I see you’re not dead,” she called from the trees. Oliver’s hair stood up on end. He mumbled to himself and stood up from the rock he’d been sitting on.
“You sneak up on all your friends like this?” he asked, rubbing his arms to warm himself up.
“My friends? No,” she said. She came forward into the moonlight where he could see her better.
Oliver rolled his eyes and whistled for Tomahawk to come pick him up. Once he was on his saddle, he joined the Na’vi in the trees and jumped off again to stand on the tree limb with her.
“Okay, now what?” Oliver asked.
She looked over his shoulder to look at Tomahawk and walked around Oliver to get a better look at his saddle.
“Your ikran can’t make tight maneuvers because you keep that padding on his neck too tight,” she said, pointing at his banshee. “You also overfeed him.”
Oliver looked off to the side and mumbled something inaudible. The Na’vi woman’s unscarred ear twitched at that.
“I’m not trying to be ‘snobby.’ I’m trying to help you,” she said. His eyes widened. How did she hear him say that from over 10 feet away?
“Night People are good listeners,” she said as if she could read his mind. “Now come. I’m tired of you waking me up with your antics.”
“Night People?” he asked as they started climbing up the vines to higher ground. “They told us about you guys. The RDA I mean. It was only for like…10 seconds though.”
“Hm,” she said. “I’m surprised they had anything to tell you at all.”
In the dark, Oliver could see that her banshee wasn’t too far behind. It was crouched on a branch overhead, probably making sure he didn’t try any funny business while they were climbing up the tree. Based on his limited experience with mountain banshees, Oliver knew that they were loyal to their riders, but hers was more…attentive. Almost sentient, but not like a person. More like a dog, he guessed.
“Don’t worry about Rini,” the Na’vi woman said. “She’s just clingy.”
“Rini, huh? Is that her name?” he asked. He grunted as he jumped from the vines onto the branch she was now standing on. “Uh, what’s yours?”
She paused to think about it before she answered, “Nikea.”
“Just Nikea?” Oliver asked. He thought Na’vi names were longer than that.
“Yes,” she responded. Nikea stopped in front of a glowing mushroom-thing that was growing on the trunk of the tree. Nikea took out a knife from under her cloak, cut off a few chunks, and handed it to Oliver.
“Forest People call this atana hena,” she said while he put it in his pocket for safekeeping. “If you cut it off and soak it in fresh water every few days, you can use it as a light source. Once it stops glowing, you can have something to eat. It’s very filling.”
“Oh. We saw it all the time, but Spider never said anything,” Oliver said.
“Of course, he didn’t,” Nikea said, continuing their trek. “You’re the enemy.”
“Well, ‘the enemy’ is tougher and smarter than you think,” Oliver said, leaning back against the tree trunk. “I mean, you’re the ones trying to fight gunships and bombers with bows and arrows.”
“And you’re the ones responsible for your dying world,” Nikea said, cutting some more atana hena for herself. “Thinking that you’ll find salvation here by repeating the same mistakes you made there .”
“It’s the march of progress,” Oliver argued. She stopped cutting.
“It’s insanity.”
Her yellow eyes bore into him intensely. He also noticed that she didn’t have as many glowing freckles as most Na’vi he’d seen, even with the visor on.
“You didn’t have to wait until nightfall to give me a few pointers,” he said, looking away.
“We’re called ‘Night People’ for a reason,” she responded. She grunted after cutting through a particularly tough stalk. “Besides, I have to look for food anyways. Might as well show you how while I’m at it. Now eat.”
Oliver took one of the stalks in his pocket and took a few bites. It was like biting into stale cotton candy, and the taste was so sweet, it was almost too much. But she was telling the truth when she said it was filling: He was only three bites in, and he already felt like he’d eaten two hearty dinners. But his jaw hit the floor when he looked at Nikea.
While he had barely started the stalk he was eating, Nikea was already on her second . His eyes popped out of his head when she went for a third . She stopped eating when she finally noticed him staring at her.
“What?” Nikea said, wiping her mouth with the back of her hand.
“Nothing,” he said quickly. He was taught better than to question another’s eating habits.
She finished up, put her knife away, and walked further down their path.
“So, if you’re willing to teach me how to find food,” Oliver asked, almost stumbling on a patch of glow-in-the-dark moss. “Could you maybe show me how to get back home?”
“I could,” Nikea said, lifting a branch out of the way so they both could continue walking.
“Would you please show me how?” he asked in an annoyed tone.
“No,” she replied. “If I send you back, that’s just one more enemy we have to fight.”
“Then what the hell is this all for?” he asked, stopping in his tracks. “If I’m that much of a threat, you might as well kill me.”
“I’m not going to kill you,” Nikea said, pausing and turning to face him again. “Not while you have information that can be of use to Jake.”
“So he can kill me once he’s done?” Oliver asked in disbelief, turning back to his campsite. “I’ll just figure it out myself. It can’t be that hard”
“If you go straight South, you’ll run out of islands to rest on and find yourself in the middle of the ocean,” Nikea pointed out, like an adult reprimanding a child. “The only way back is by flying along the mainland’s coastline; To get to the mainland, you’re going to have to pass through the villages you destroyed, and I doubt they’ll be happy to see you.”
Oliver stopped and looked back at Nikea.
“You have two options,” she said, holding up two of her three fingers. “You can go off on your own where you are guaranteed to die, or you can come with me where it is only highly likely you will die.”
He looked at the horizon, rubbed the back of his neck, and made his decision in an embarrassingly short amount of time.
Tumblr media
After getting him properly fed, Nikea showed Oliver a much better place in the treetops to sleep for the rest of the night. The knothole in the tree was big enough for both Oliver and Tomahawk, but it seemed the ikran was happy to sleep outside to guard the entrance. He wasn’t the smartest ikran she’d ever seen, but Nikea had to acknowledge how much he seemed to care for his rider.
Oliver was fluffing the moss bed when he noticed that Nikea wasn’t making any preparations to sleep. She mentioned something about preferring to sleep with Rini.
“Get some rest. I’ll be back by the time you wake up,” she said while hopping back onto Rini’s back.
“Where are you going?” he asked as he approached Nikea, but Rini swerved her head right in front of him and furiously bristled her antennae. Oliver had figured out by now that that was her way of telling him to back off, and he didn’t dare challenge her.
“Rini’s getting hungry, and I am too to be honest,” Nikea said, patting Rini on the side of the neck to calm her down. She said something in Na’vi that he couldn’t understand. Well, he thought it was Na’vi, but it sounded different than what Spider taught them.
“How?”
Nikea paused and flicked her good ear.
“How are you still hungry?” Oliver asked in shock. “You ate three of those ‘aden hana’ things.”
“Atena Hena,” she corrected. “And there’s a lot of things you don’t know about Night People.”
After Nikea made a few clicking noises, Rini hauled herself into the open air and free fell halfway down to the forest floor. She opened her wings, and the two of them flew off into the night leaving no bioluminescence in their wake.
Oliver didn’t want to say anything about it earlier, but after watching her interact with Rini enough times, he confirmed something peculiar about Nikea and Rini’s flight style: not once had he seen Nikea actually queue up with her banshee to take flight. It was as if they didn’t need it.
Tumblr media
Wiya = dammit Naranawm = Polyphemus Atana Hena = “carry-light” (mushroom-like organism I made up that can act as a portable light source if harvested and cared for properly) Atan = light

[NEWS] Kai - 230113 Teen Vogue: “EXO’s Kai Stole The Attention at Gucci's Men’s Fall Winter 2023 Show During Milan Fashion Week”
It’s Kai’s world and we’re just living in it.
Tumblr media
A quick look at EXO's Kai's social media will tell you that the star is a big Gucci fan — so much so that he's, in fact, a Global Brand Ambassador for the fashion house — and he's making sure his influence doesn't go unnoticed. On January 13, the musician stole the show at the Gucci runway presentation at Milan Fashion Week in a black and red plaid suit paired with a chic yet edgy boot.
Before his arrival, Gucci proclaimed that Kai had made his way to the show on Twitter, announcing his arrival in almost royal fashion. "Global Brand Ambassador #KAI has arrived at the men's #GucciFW23 fashion show," the brand wrote.
The K-Pop star donned a black Gucci suit with red plaid detailing and gold buttons, layered over a pastel blue shirt fastened with a classic slim black tie.

Kai grounded the suit with a pair of chunky square-toe motorcycle boots and skipped other accessories.
Tumblr media
Kai was seated in the front row for the show, posing for pics next to all sorts of celebrities, including Francois-Henri Pinault, the chairman and CEO of Kering, the luxury group that manages Gucci.
Tumblr media
He was also snapped next to actor Desmond Tan, who looked equally chic in a gray suit with flared pants layered over a similar light blue shirt. Desmond styled his Gucci look with a sleek ivory Gucci bag that we are definitely coveting. Another celeb encounter? Wednesday star Percy Hynes White, who jet-setted from Los Angeles after attending the Golden Globes 2023 with Jenna Ortega earlier in the week. Talk about a star-studded event.
Tumblr media
Kai's style influence should come as no surprise since fashion is a huge part of the star's identity. He has worked with Gucci since 2019, even releasing his first capsule collection with the brand in 2021. The singer was named one of Lyst's Style Icons in 2021. He also made GQ's Best Dressed Men of 2020 list.
Also in 2021, Kai served as Global Fashion Ambassador for Seoul Fashion Week and even took walking classes for the runway portion. "I use clothes to express myself," he shared at the time. "I used to only think about how to sing or how to dance, but now that I've been a singer for ten years, I came to think about how to express myself as an artist."
Kai's also known for his luxurious closet and the fact that he keeps his clothes so pristine, with many still having tags attached. How many of those glorious items do we think are Gucci in total? We'd love to visit and check out his collection.

“There’s always free cheese in a mousetrap, if you catch my meaning."
“What, Shaw, are you suggesting that ‘Meet hot mutants in your area’ might possibly be a set-up?”
“Yes, obviously,” Sebastian said, completely ignoring the sarcasm.  “But messages like that usually just lead a computer virus and perhaps a stolen identity.  This is leading to disappearances.  Apparently living on an island of free booze and sex is not enough to keep our people from falling into the most blatantly transparent honey-pot schemes.”
They were outside a rundown warehouse in the industrial district, both in undercover plain clothes.  Pyro had his flamethrower concealed under a track-suit and had been forced to go full mullet again to complete the “sleazy fuck boy” look.  Sebastian was wearing a suit, because of course he was.  Somewhere in a hotel room across the way, Haven was keeping a look out for anything going in or out of the back of the warehouse, and would call reinforcements if things got bad.  Pyro wrinkled his nose at the grime-encrusted building.
“Oh yeah, I’m sure there’s loads of great mutant sex happening in there.  Totally hygienic.”  Admittedly, he and Avalanche had managed in worse places.
“Well, I hope so,” came a voice behind him, and Pyro started as a red-haired man in what appeared to be motorcycle leathers walked up, accompanied by another man in a cowboy hat.  They were both white, and in that forever-young, vaguely between 18 and 30 age range that so many mutants seemed to exist in even before The Five and resurrection.
“You fella’s here for the sexy mutant ladies?  Or maybe it’s sexy mutant gents, no judgement on that.  We all just want some lovin’, right?” drawled the cowboy.  Pyro hated them both immediately.  Either they were humans with a gross mutant fetish, or they were mutants who couldn’t find a hook-up at the Green Lagoon, and in either case they were so utterly stupid they believed that walking into a clearly abandoned warehouse at 2 AM would lead to a sexy good time and not getting murdered.
Shaw heaved a long, exaggerated sigh.  “I suppose you gentlemen saw the ad as well.”
“That’s right, pardner.”  Cowboy hat extended a hand towards Sebastian.  “They call me Cowboy, and – “
“I don’t need to know your names,” Shaw interrupted, ignoring Cowboy’s hand.  “Let’s just get this over with.”  He pushed the door open and strode into the darkness, Pyro and the other two trailing after him.
“Hello?”  Sebastian called out.  “We are a group of gullible sex tourists answering your ad for hot mutant action.  We have brought cash to engage the services of your legitimate business, which is in no way possibly a trap.”
Glaring spotlights clicked on, and as his vision cleared, Pyro saw the small army of soldiers assembled, guns pointing directly at them.  Some of them were in oversized exo-skeleton power armor.
“They’re either filthy mutie lovers or filthy muties themselves,” declared one man, presumably the leader.  “Either way, take them down.  Hail Hydra!”
“Oh no, what a dreadful surprise,” Sebastian deadpanned, as he charged directly towards one of  the armored soldiers and punched him up through the ceiling.  Pyro clicked his flamethrower on and surrounded himself with intensely hot flames – the better to melt away the wave of bullets that the soldiers were firing.  Beside him, he was vaguely aware of the two idiots diving for cover behind some boxes.  The red-head appeared to be yelling into his wristwatch.
“Guys, it’s going down just like we thought!  A little help would be nice!”
As Pyro sent the soldiers scattering with a giant flaming bull charging through their ranks, he could faintly hear something over the flames and the gunfire.  A low roar, getting higher and louder.  And then a set of three motorcycles came bursting into the warehouse, the riders yelling in unison like a warcry.
“Team America, go!”
“Reddy, Cowboy, get out and get on your bikes, we’ll cover you!” said one of the riders.
“Thanks, Honcho.  And I think the big guy and the fire guy are maybe on our side,” the cowboy called back.
“Are we?”  It was a question Pyro directed at Sebastian, who had picked up a giant industrial pipe and was using it to bash soldiers on either side of him.
“If they are against Hydra, then we are indeed on the same side!” Shaw confirmed.  “And for the record, Allerdyce…..the laws of Krakoa say ‘kill no man.’  But when it comes to Hydra, well…..I won’t tell if you won’t.”  He tossed a solder headfirst through a wall.
“Fuckin' oath!”  Pyro let his fire creations burn brighter and hotter.
Meanwhile, the motorcyclists were zipping around the warehouse, knocking over soldiers and miraculously evading bullets.
“Fear the wrath of El Lobo!” one shouted, looping a chain around a soldier’s leg and yanking him to the ground.
“Sorry to throw a wrench into your plans!” another quipped as he knocked guns out of hands with, predictably, a giant wrench.
“Quit clowning around guys, there’s too many of them,” shouted a third.  “We need to work together!  Fire guy, start driving the soldiers towards the back exit.  Me and the big guy can handle the exo-suits, and the rest of the team will cover us and clean up any stragglers.”
“My name is Sebastian Shaw.  And I do not take orders from you.”  Shaw hurled an exosuit across the room, narrowly missing the supposed “leader” biker.
“Why don’t you lot fuck off, we didn’t ask for your help!” Pyro snapped.  Giant flaming hands were scooping up soldiers and tossing them down.  Admittedly, there were a lot of them.  Bullets were whizzing all around him, and it was all he could do to maintain the concentration necessary to keep his fire shield up.
“Don’t be like that, pardner!  We can do anything with teamwork!”  Another biker zipped by, dragging a lasso of four or five soldiers across the floor.
“We’re gonna need teamwork to get out of this one!” the leader agreed.  “You know who we need, guys.”
Then, yet another motorcyclist entered the fray.  This one came crashing through a high window, bounced off one of the exosuit soldiers (dropping him immediately), and landed upright in a maneuver that Pyro could only describe as spectacularly cool.  The rider was dressed in black leather from head to toe, a helmet obscuring their face, and long black hair that whipped out behind them like a cape.
“The Dark Rider!  Amigos, he has come!”  exclaimed the chain biker.
“But who?  It was supposed to be one of us!” said wrench guy.
“Never mind that, let’s just get this mess cleaned up,” shouted the leader.  “Let’s go, Team America!”
The Dark Rider was like a force of nature.  They whipped around the warehouse at impossible speeds, expertly dodging every obstacle, handling the bike like it was an extension of their own body, hitting soldiers left and right with a crowbar clutched in one hand.  They moved with such incredible grace and skill, Pyro had to tear his eyes away to focus on his own fight.
Soon, the tide began to turn, and the Hydra goons were either running into the night or sprawled out on the floor.  The Dark Rider snatched up the apparent Hydra leader, and after slamming him into the wall a few times, “convinced” the man to enter a key code into a wall panel.  The wall slide open to reveal what appeared to be a secret lab, and a dozen mutants stuck in a holding pen.  They looked terrified and exhausted, but all were alive.
“We knew Hydra was snatching mutants up for some secret experiments.”  The apparent leader of the bikers approached, taking his helmet off, revealing a square jaw and brown hair.  “I was able to get some information through my former CIA contacts, we just needed to send a couple of our people in undercover.”
The rest of the bikers had parked their motorcycles and were taking off their helmets.  There was a larger man with thick black hair and disturbingly Shaw-like sideburns, and a Black man with glasses clutching a wrench.  The other two revealed themselves to be the cowboy and redhead from before, having presumably retrieved their bikes and joined the fight.
“Sorry you guys got caught in the crossfire,” continued the lead biker.
“Caught in the crossfire?!” Sebastian scoffed.  “Gentlemen, I am Sebastian Shaw, the Black King of the Hellfire club, and member of the ruling council of Krakoa.  We were here investigating the exact same mutant disappearances.  You got in our way.”
“You didn’t actually think we were fooled by that ad?”  Pyro said.  “You’d have to be an absolute fuckwit to fall for that.”  He glanced over at the caged mutants.  The Dark Rider, the only one who hadn’t pulled off their helmet, was taking apart the control panel on the holding pen, assisted by the Black biker, who could apparently use the wrench for more than just hitting people.
Pyro started to walk over.  He wasn’t impressed by the rest of the bikers, but the Dark Rider was something different.  Tall and statuesque, they radiated cool, and had charged into the fight with almost effortless confidence.  The pen opened, and the captured mutants poured out, the Dark Rider helping them up with a gentle hand.
“Say mate,” Pyro began.  “Those were some amazing stunts you were doing back there.”  The Dark Rider turned to look at him, not saying a word.
“Uh, yeah, about that,” said the mechanic biker.  “The Dark Rider isn’t quite what they seem.  They’re actually – “
Before he could finish, the Dark Rider’s motorcycle leathers and helmet dissolved away, revealing a familiar face, a familiar form that fell heavily into Pyro’s arms, forcing him to his knees.
It was Haven.
Around ten minutes and a few shouted arguments later, Haven started to stir in Pyro’s arms.  She did not appear to be injured, and, if the bikers were to be believed, had suffered no permanent damage from her ordeal.  The rescued mutants had already been sent through the nearby gate back to Krakoa, with a stern warning about the dangers of horniness and stupidity.  Sebastian and the biker leader were picking through the lab for tech or information.
“You all right, Haven?  Don’t worry, it’s all over now.”
“What….” Haven sat up, rubbing her eyes, and looking around the warehouse.  “What happened here?”
“You got a little more hands-on than you usually do.  I’ll let this lot explain it, since they’re responsible.”  As he stood, Pyro gestured at the remaining bikers, who were clustered around them.
“You see, we’re mutants,” said the wrench-weilding mechanic.  The other bikers seemed to call him “Wrench,” but Pyro was determined not to learn any of their names.  Especially not after what they’d done to Haven.  “But our powers don’t work on our own.  The five of us, together as a group, have the ability to project our collective unconsciousness onto another person, who becomes the Dark Rider, with all of our knowledge and skills.”
“Usually we try to project the Dark Rider onto one of us,” the cowboy put in.  “But we don’t have total control.  Sometimes when we’re in a pinch, we manifest the Dark Rider without even trying.  And when that happens, we can’t choose who becomes the Rider, it just kind of happens.  This time, ma’am, I’m afraid it was you.”
“I…..” Haven looked around.  “Are you saying that I fought?  I…did this?”
“It was more of a group effort, Haven.  And hey, we rescued the mutants being held captive here.  Already safely through the gate.”  Haven hadn’t been safe, though, she’d been dragged directly into combat, but Pyro was trying to focus on the positive.  For her sake.
“You were really cool, though, ma’am.  You had some incredible moves,” offered the redhead.  This was the wrong thing to say, as Pyro could see the color draining out of Haven’s face, her body tensing.
“Did I kill anyone?” She asked in a low tone.
“Nah, luv, nah,” Pyro said hurridly, seeing the limp, crumpled forms of a few Hydra soldiers scattered around the warehouse, a few of them badly burned.  “You were just tapping ‘em out to sleep.  If anyone died, it’s on me or Shaw.”  It was probably true, Pyro thought, and if it wasn’t, no one needed to know.
“You…” Haven’s voice trembled, her jaw tense as she turned to look at the bikers.  “You took over my body.  You forced me to hurt people.  Why would you do that?”  Her usually soft brown eyes had hardened in a way that Pyro had never seen before.
“Look, it was an accident, okay?  We haven’t used our powers in a long time, and we can’t always control who becomes the Dark Rider.  We didn’t mean to target you, things just got a little messy,” the redhead said.
“Oh, an accident, was it?”  Pyro said.  He waved his hand in a scooping motion, pulling up the few lingering flames that were burning in isolated patches around the building and gathered them into a ball.  Then, with a flick of his wrist, he sent the fireball raging into one of the motorcycles, which leaped upwards as its fuel tank exploded, and crashed onto its side, flames licking at the twisted frame.  In the lab, Sebastian and the biker leader glanced up, then started over towards the group.
“Oops.”
“Hey, that was my bike!”  The redhead yelled.
“Don’t get mad, mate.  Accidents happen.  These powers are so hard to control, you know.”
“Pyro, that was not helpful or necessary,” Haven said, and Pyro wilted slightly as the anger in her gaze shifted onto him.  But only slightly.
“He deserved it after what they did to you!  You could have died!”
The redhead took a step forward, and Pyro squared up, fully ready for a good old-fashioned fist-fight.  He’d been in a few.  Admittedly he hadn’t won that many, but he knew how to throw a punch.  But Sebastian’s arm came down heavily between them, shoving the motorcyclist back.
“Enough of that, Winthrop Roan Jr.  I know your father, and I know he has more than enough money to replace that bike.  Consider it payment in kind with the inexcusable way that you have used Ms. Dastoor.”
The redhead opened his mouth, but was quickly shoved aside as the larger rider came forward, the one with dark hair and Shawburns.  His expression was stern, but he reached his hand out to Haven.  She took it, and the man dropped to one knee, head bowed.
“We have mistreated you, señora.  There is no honor in sending an innocent bystander to fight our battles.  We swore it would never happen again, but we broke that vow tonight.  El Lobo will offer no excuses, only apologies.”
“That goes for the rest of us, too, ma’am,” said the leader.  “It was a mistake, but that’s no excuse.  We’ll have to practice more until we can get it back under control.  Maybe Professor Xavier can help us again.”  The others murmured similar sentiments, although the red-head was scowling over at his flaming wreck of a bike.
“I understand,” Haven said.  Some of the anger had drained out of her face, although it hadn’t been replaced by anything soft or friendly.  She regarded the men with the detachment of an office receptionist.  “I know you meant no harm.  As mutants, I’m sure you will be welcomed on Krakoa, and perhaps will find support in regaining control of your powers.  Although as a human, it’s not really my place to make the offer.”
Pyro folded his arms, glaring at the team, and making no offer whatsoever.
“Yes, yes, I’m sure we’ll find a spot for you,” Sebastian said, waving a hand dismissively.  “Although your bikes will have to stay somewhere else.  I doubt the Living Island will appreciate tire tracks across it’s face.”
“No way am I living anywhere without my bike,” the redhead protested.  “We’re Team America!”
“Well now, fellas, maybe we should think about it,” said the cowboy.  “Usin’ these powers is like trying to tame a wild bronco sometimes, and when we slip up, people get hurt!”
“I don’t disagree,” said the wrench guy.  “But I’ve got a wife, I can’t uproot my whole life to go live on mutant island.  Georgianna’s human, would she even be welcome there?”
“I’m sure you gentlemen will work out the details, and I really don’t care.  If you want to apply for Krakoan citizenship, just walk through the nearest gate.  Or don’t.  Thank you for your….assistance, such as it was.  We’re done here.”  Sebastian began to walk away.  Pyro leaned over slightly to offer Haven his arm, and she took it, her expression softening a bit as she pulled herself up.
“I believe human partners are allowed on Krakoa, although it’s up to the Council.  You’ll need to accompany your wife through any gates.  They are closed to humans alone,” she told Wrench, before letting Pyro pull her away.  They went through the gate together, back onto the boat.
“You don’t have to make nice with them, Haven.  Not after what they did.”
“I do, though,” Haven said, a faint worry line creased into her forehead.  “I shouldn’t have gotten angry.  They didn’t intend to….do what they did.  I just….after everything that happened to me, everything that I did…..before…”  Her grip on his arm tightened.
“You’ve got every right to be angry!  Look, luv, wanna burn them in effigy?  Or burn something?  I’ll keep the damage to a minimum, promise.  You’d be amazed how much better you feel after burning something.”
“Ms. Dastoor,” Sebastian cut in.  He stood in front of her, looking solemn.  Even concerned, if such a thing could be possible.  “I understand your anger at the disgraceful way that you were treated tonight.  That crew of incompetents forced you to perform labor – dangerous, highly skilled labor, at that – without compensation.  If Allerdyce had not acted with his usual lack of restraint, I would have requested monetary payment, but we can still issue an invoice.  I will find you a suitable lawyer if you wish to sue…”
Sebastian’s voice trailed off as Haven’s face crumpled.  And she broke into lovely, beautiful laughter, and it was like watching a sunrise.
OOC: Since I read about Team America in the New Mutants, I had to stick them in a story, the concept is so beautifully stupid.  They later changed their name to Thunderiders, but I like Team America for the corniness.  I was originally toying with having Pyro or Sebastian turn into the Dark Rider for the lulz, but decided on Haven.  And then since it was Haven, things had to get a little serious.  Also wow, I almost write Pyro like he’s in love with Haven, but I promise it’s just platonic affection and admiration.

Being so used to the call outs and time-precious rescues, Virgil was suited in his special exo-suit and out of Thunderbird Two in minutes. From the windows in the cockpit, Gordon saw him running over towards the wreckage moments later. He hated not being in the action, but he knew Virgil’s command was a wise one. If the snow did begin to threaten an avalanche, he’d be needed to deal with it so his brothers could finish the rescue. All he could do was sit back and wait until he was needed. Over the comms, he listened in to Virgil and Scott’s discussion.
“We need to get the driver’s cabin lifted so we can pull these guys out.” Scott claimed.
On the hologram in front of him, Gordon saw Virgil shake his head. “That will make the whole carriage more unstable than it already is. Moving it will risk the thing disintegrating and collapsing onto them.”
There was a gasp from the woman — Barbara, wasn’t it? — followed by more crying.
“We have to do something, Virgil.”
“I can try and cut through from the top, but that might take some time. I don’t know what the GDF used but metal on this thing is tough.”
Gordon’s listening in was interrupted by another blinking light on the comms unit. He smiled lazily in an attempt to hide the worry he felt after hearing part of Scott and Virgil’s conversation, and pressed answer. In his brother’s places appeared the hologrammatic image of Kayo Kyrano.
“What’s the situation?” Without missing a beat, she asked the moment Gordon accepted the call.
Being the Head of Security for International Rescue, Kayo had the most contact with the GDF out of all of them. Given her history and familial ties to the Hood, she had offered Rigby her assistance in trying to track him down again. So far they had been all over the globe. Kayo had barely been home. The whole thing could only have been described as a wild goose chase and the pressure, Gordon could tell, was finally starting to get to her.
“Simple train derailment.” Gordon replied, knowing that straight-up telling Kayo not to worry would have the opposite affect. “It’s something to do with the GDF. We’re working on getting out the crew. How’s London?”
“Quebec.” Kayo corrected him, pausing for a second before adding, “I can fly over if you boys need some more assistance?”
“We’ll be fine.” Gordon tried to reassure her. “Besides, I’m sure Rigby needs more help than we do.”
He saw her roll her eyes. From the way she was interacting outside the hologram, Gordon guessed she was in Thunderbird Shadow, or rather in the detachable motorcycle that Brains had fitted into the ship. “Need I remind you of the scrapes I’ve had to save your sorry ass from in the past?”
Gordon chuckled, holding his hands up in surrender. She had a fair point. If they were to tally up the rescues the family had undertaken for each other, Kayo would be near the top of the leaderboard.
“If anything changes, let me know. Shadow can be with you in half an hour.”
“FAB. Why are you not in London anyway? The Hood get away again?”
Kayo sighed, clearly irritated. “Our target somehow managed to get word of our arrival. Rigby tracked him here. So far, we’ve got nothing.”
“Sounds like you’re the one who’s in need of assistance, K.”
“Watch it.” She warned teasingly, then took a quick glance over her shoulder. “I have to go. Keep me updated if things get… troublesome.”
“You got it!” Gordon responded as cheerily as he could before the hologram blinked out and he was back to listening in to his brother’s conversation.
An hour had easily passed and the cold of the night had truly begun to set in. After deciding an avalanche probably wasn’t on the cards according to John’s meticulous calculations, Gordon was down on the ground beside Scott and Virgil. He had brought with him portable heaters that were generating warmth for the three of them as well as the three rescuees. After many debates, trials and tests, Virgil had barely managed to laser through enough of the metal to get the crew out— he hadn’t been exaggerating when he’d said the metal was unusually strong. Calls to Brains and Alan were made, but Brains couldn’t clarify what kind of metal the train’s skeleton had been crafted from. Whatever the GDF were doing with the train only became more suspicious.
Once the cut was made and lights were able to penetrate the inside, the cabin was visible properly to the boys for the first time. Though none of the three crew appeared badly wounded at all, there was so much blood. Across the controls, across the window, across their clothing. The scene might have made the average person queasy, but the Tracy boys were all expertly trained rescue operatives and had developed steel stomachs. They could handle almost anything. Though questions were already being thought up in each of the boys’s minds as to where this blood had come from, their main priority was still to get the three crew members free and to safety. The questions could come later.
Barbara, being the only conscious one at the time, had been recovered first, though it didn’t seem to stop her sobbing. Gordon administered a light sedative to Barbara and got her comfortable on one of the three hover-stretchers he’d also brought along with him. The second crew worker to be retrieved was a male in his late fifties. He, too, was placed on a hover-stretcher, covered by tin foil sheets to prevent shock and the cold. By the time Scott and Virgil had retrieved the final worker, a woman who was now starting to regain her consciousness, the GDF finally arrived on the scene. The three workers were handed over to the care of the GDF medical team. Their previous question surrounding the blood and lack of wounds were forgotten. It was cold and late. Tiredness finally began to creep up on all of them and, with the workers safe, all the boys wanted to do was return home.
“Scott? A word, please?” Colonel Casey had approached him from behind. Dressed in her livid-coloured military uniform, hands clasped behind her back, it would have been hard for someone to mistake her as anyone but a leader. Under her guidance, the GDF had flourished into an efficient global defence military that had managed to keep the peace across the globe for almost a decade. Yet, somehow the World Council still found causes to become increasingly displeased with her work. Recently, those displeasures seemed to have tripled and the stress was starting to wear Casey down. Though she was a stern woman, she had always had a weak spot for the Tracy family. Her years of friendship with Jeff had cemented her as a valuable and helpful associate, hence the ease both she and Scott felt as they strolled away to the sidelines to talk.
“I hope whatever was on that thing wasn’t too valuable.” Scott said once they were clear of prying ears. “Thunderbird Five did multiple sweep scans and found the whole thing empty. Looks like whoever derailed your train got away with all the loot.”
“About that…” Casey seemed to trail off, as though she was debating imparting this piece of information to someone outside of her organisation. After a moment, she had made her decision and continued. “Our goods are safe and sound, Scott, though we appreciate International Rescue’s efforts.”
Scott blinked. It was clear Casey wasn’t going to share all the details about whatever was in that train, but he figured there was good reason for it. Like the rest of his family, he trusted Casey. If she wasn’t talking, there was probably a good reason why.
“Well, I’m glad it’s all in one piece. Any idea of what could have happened?” He asked, though the answer he quickly thought of was one he’d been trying to disprove all night.
By the looks of Casey’s worried features, she too had been trying to do the same. “Though we cannot yet confirm the reason for the crash, we have some suspicions in mind. Having the crew be able to testify in the upcoming investigation will be most useful. For that, I thank you.”
Scott took in the devastation around them once again. Bootprints now dotted over the white flakes. It all looked so wrong; barren land like this shouldn’t have seen as many footprints as this gorge had done tonight, and certainly not under those circumstances.
When he turned back to Casey, her features were one of amused pride. “I take it you have Brains on the case?”
“Of course.”
“If you would, I’d like you to send him over to our testing facility in Abu Dhabi. It’s where we’ll be taking this thing. He’ll be able to run better tests there.”
“I’m sure he’ll beg to differ on that front, Colonel.” Scott cracked a smile. “Brains is a stay-at-home kind of guy, but I’ll see what I can do.”
Casey’s lips quirked into as much of a smile as she’d allow herself to have on the field.
Her comms unit buzzed at her. It was an unfamiliar tone, one that Scott hadn’t ever heard the GDF use before. Judging by the shift in Casey’s features, it wasn’t a call she was used to having either, nor one she looked particularly thrilled about.
“About time!” She murmured to herself, offering Scott an apologetic smile. “I need to take this. Thank you, as always, for your assistance, International Rescue. You saved the lives of three good people today.”
Scott offered her another nod. “It’s what we do.”
Casey turned and stalked off, answering the call as she left. “Colonel! I wasn’t expecting you to call back so soon. I may have a job for you…”
Scott had relayed Casey’s message to Brains on the flight home. The engineer had keenly agreed to the idea, which took Scott a little by surprise. By the time Scott, Gordon and Virgil had returned to base, all was quiet. Brains had relocated to his labs and Alan had taken his leave to his room. Only Jeff remained in the lounge, still sitting behind his desk.
Virgil peeled away to return to the solace of his art studio, a gentle nudge to Scott’s arm before he left. “Speak to dad. He has something he needs to tell you, but he’s worried you’ll fly off the handle again. Don’t, or I’ll set Grandma on you.” He added before Scott could argue the fact.
The warning had been enough to make Scott curious. He and Gordon approached their father and noticed he wasn’t alone. Gordon’s tired face lit up. A hologram image of their friend and London agent, Lady Penelope, was hovering over the desk.
“I don’t know if they’d like that, Jeff. They’re very particular…” Penelope was saying when Gordon appeared in frame.
“Milady, an honour it is to have you join us this fine night.”
Penelope laughed, Scott groaned and Jeff tried, but failed, to stop Gordon ushering him from his seat.
“Let me tell you,” Gordon continued, his mocking English accent disappearing as he finally sat himself down in the warm seat that had previously been his father’s. “There’s lots to catch you up on from Tracy HQ.”
“I dread to think.” The British aristocrat laughed, offering Jeff a sorry look. “We can talk more later, Jeff.”
“FAB, Penny. It was good to chat.”
“Okay, okay, go!” Gordon shooed his father away from the desk with a flick of his wrist. “Not being rude or anything, but I really need to… update Penny.”
Scott was sure Gordon was right about his urgency, though he doubted most of their conversation was going to be purely ‘Tracy HQ updates’. The two of them had made their relationship official in the days following Jeff’s return. Whilst Scott was happy for his younger brother, it did seem to make him more insufferable.
“Don’t stay up too late.” Scott pointed an accusing finger toward Gordon, who in turn offered a salute.
With a chuckle, Jeff left Gordon to his animate talking and offered Scott a sheepish smile as he headed toward the exit.
His brother’s words still fresh in his mind, Scott gently took his arm. “I hear from Virgil that we need to talk?”
Jeff’s face faltered slightly, but he nodded. “Meet me in my office upstairs. I actually have a couple of things I need to tell you.”

Love In The Air Ep 1
Tumblr media
"Not Just Rain but a Raging Storm"
Let me pre-face this by saying that I've read the books. So, I also want to point out because I think it will be important, that Mama (the author) has a No Kink.
Tumblr media
The story truly begins on the side if the road. Rain's car has broken down in the rain! But along comes his knight in armer on a stead motorcycle. Poor little gay boy who didn't know he was gay, it's a trope but I'm here for it. There is just something about a gasp and "oh your handsome" that makes me clap my hands.
Tumblr media
We quickly jump from that scene to meeting Rain's best friend Sky. Whom I feel in love with already. He is a no holds bar smart ass. He reminds me of the Coconuts Mafia brats whom I adore. Let's talk about the names.. Rain and Sky. More cliché but hey, I see the appeal. Plus, they truly make a lovely bunch of Coconuts.
Then enters Ple and she's pretty kick ass. She's Rain's crush but he doesn't stand a chance. She clearly isn't into dorks and because she is interested in the shining star P' Payu. Who apparently everyone knows about but Rain. Immediate jealousy ensues. Totally cliché and I'm loving it.
I also have to take a moment to applaud Ple for calling out Rain on his bullshit. Rain in his jealousy asked if Ple's brother was gay, it came off totally homophobic though he didn't mean it to but hell yea because she called him on it. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 She should also be commended for not punching Rain. He's lucky his adorable, to the audience anyways. To quote @suga4mycoffee, he's a dumbass and I wanna pinch his cheeks. Which cheeks? Inquiring minds want to know.
The next scene has Rain is eating with a bunch of his school mates when he finally gets to meet the mysterious P' Payu. It's none other than his motorcycle riding savior.... Who doesn't remember his ass. He actually asks "Who are you"
Tumblr media
Omg! Whyyyyy do I have second hand embarrassment! I'm in my fucking thirties! How can you be so dumb Rain! How did you make it tjis far without chunking yourself in a dumbster or I don't know, falling off a clift!?!? His car is once again having issues. P' Payu comes to the rescue again but he's different then last time. He accuses Rain of trying to seduce him! Which it kinda does have that vibe but no Rain is just pathetic I swear.
Tumblr media
P' Payu calls a tow truck and takes Rain back to his place. Where he was almost eaten by the big bad wolf. Was anyone surprised?? Okay, it's cliche but fuck the chemistry got me fanning myself. Warning ⚠️ the No kink is very much activated.
Tumblr media
I Can't!!
Tumblr media
Rain barely escapes with his virginity Though, honestly. With the way Payu was thrusting his hips into that kiss are we really sure he did?? He does though (I'll get you my pretty and your little dog too!) I would be afraid for Rain if I weren't so excited for the big bad wolf to eat him!
We wrap this whole thing up with Payu basically putting a bow on Rain and waiting on Santa to deliver. He fixed everything on that car and now Rain is indebt to him. Can't wait to see how Rain will need to work that off. Seriously though, may it involve a lot more of that hip thrust! Please and thank you!

So in conclusion, I enjoyed it. It's fucking hot with three dimensional characters that are relatable. Not enough plot yet but the chemistry is three star flaming hot cheetoes. I can't wait for the next episode!

On today’s edition of “The Inquisition Discovers Mata Nui”...
Our crew descended back into the archives with Miserix in tow to go hunt down Teridax
They found a bunch of mechanical devices locked away, most probably built by Matau for joyriding purposes
One was a motorcycle made out of Rahkshi parts, both Miserix and Emilia, the Ad Mech tech priestess, were pretty interested in that one
They found the tunnel Bomonga had labeled, followed it, found a crossroads that wasn’t on the map, followed it that way because Emilia was afraid there were Necrons
Miserix did some teleporting once they realized the tunnel was curving back the way they came, found some Blade Burrowers digging that tunnel.  Wonder what they were up to...
They went the other way and found the Bohrok Hive, explored that a bit, found the Bahrag queens and six Exo-Toa
Emilia stole an Exo-Toa, almost brought the wrath of the Bahrag on her, but managed to get out without pissing them off too much
Weirdly enough the Exo Toa had a similar framework to a Tau Crisis Suit, surely that’s not anything important
They decided to split up, Miserix going one way through the hive, the crew heading the other
Treytor, the medic, wanted to go with their sugar daddy Miserix, he was having none of that
They crew explored down a tunnel, it got real dark, surprise surprise, Teridax contacted them, asked them to betray Miserix and he would grant them yada yada yada
Quickly rescinded that offer when he realized they (and mostly Treytor) were the most annoying beings alived and sicced 3 Rahshi on them
Treytor and Oswald made quick work of one in Melee, while Emilia used her Exo Toa to great effect, learning Rahkshi are weak to missiles and semi-automatic plasma bursts into the head and spine
And they found a tunnel that clearly led to Mangaia, so great success!
Emilia ran back to let Miserix know, found him fighting the other 5 Exo-Toa, helped him out (she broke one, Miserix broke 4, then proceeded to eat them)
They entered Mangaia, Miserix started yelling
Teridax didn’t show for his own boss fight (he had gotten his ass kicked by the Toa Mata earlier in the week)
Treytor found a badass evil sword of Shadow that tried to take over their soul, but Treytor was on point with willpower checks this session
They left Miserix to blow up Mangaia and found an elevator that they rode
They arrived on the surface of Mata Nui, saw a bunch of Bohrok doing their thing, and were immediately called by one of the other Inquisition team members, who was watching over the area, they chatted and agreed to leave
Then Oswald, the toa/Ad Mech robot, got a notification in his brain, telling him to go east (towards Ta-Koro), so the team did
B team member called them again, asking what in the name of the God Emperor were they doing
Treytor lied and said that Inquisitor Dominus wanted the B team to go into Mangaia while our crew explored the Island
The B team lady did not believe them and called Dominus to confirm
The B team lady called back and agreed to do what Dominus had asked
The team headed over the Volcano, ran into Dominus (he’s got a Necron teleporter thingy)
He laughed with them, asked some uncomfortable questions, sent them on their merry way
The team is still pretty sure they can’t trust him at all, they’re very right
After scaling the volcano, they saw Ta-Koro under attack by Bohrok
To protect the “little dudes” (aka Matoran) they did a quick battle against the Bohrok which they easily won
Next session we see how these new Matoran react to our “heroes” (they’ll think they’re Toa), meet up with some of the actual protagonists of Bionicle (Vakama, Tahu, and Takua) and find out what Oswald’s compass is pointing towards (the Vahi)
