A contented sigh blew past your kiss swollen lips, warmth tingling at the base of your spine and slowly pooling into the pit of your stomach as you sank further down onto his cock. A strange noise tumbled from his parted lips as you yanked on his head and crushed his face to your chest. He offered no compliant as his face was smothered between your bountiful tits, glasses perspiring from the heat of his breath trapped against your skin. You moaned loudly, nails scratching at the nape of his neck as the pace of your hips stuttered, breath catching in your throat as the pressure inside of you suddenly snapped.

Durbe’s teeth clenched so tight his jaw ached, a soft breath of air hissed through his teeth as your velvety walls gripped him like you never wanted to let go. The tips of your fingers felt numb as you combed them through his hair, juices dripping down your shaky thighs as you continued to rock in his lap. The amount of trauma you can fit into Astral, Kite, and Chris is astounding.

Also those three, along with Dumon, have a group chat dedicated to their 'older sibling trauma'

Dumon qualifies because he's been babysitting barians for god knows how long. Astral qualifies because he's an only child who's been under pressure to be perfect for his whole life AND he also babysits Yuma and the other Number Club kids.

Chris, Kite, and Dumon survive on coffee. Astral doesn't like the taste of coffee, so he usually just drinks soda.

All four of them are seriously wondering if they need leashes for the other kids. Kite keeps offering to make one. And with each passing day the urge to take him up on it gets increasingly overpowering.

Did we ever get any insight into why Durbe's character was given basically nothing to work with?

Not as a far as I know of.

I can think WHY we didn't and it's basically they didn't do anything with him for the first two cours of Zexal II, which gave the other four Barians anything to work with (Girag being an oaf, Alito a himbo, Mizael PROUD, and Vector being a goblin).

He ultimately became a shitpost due to his VA overperforming "Holy Lightning BOOKS", they failed to establish anything of value with that Duel either, and by the time they chose to address him, we got [loyal to his best friends], and ultimately due to pacing choices, that's all we got for him, as other things became priorities for Mr. Go and Mr. Yoshida and the director.

I think it's just they failed to do anything early on that would help define him, even if it was like, reading books, and by the time it became of import to draw him into the bigger plot, they decided to laser focus on him being Rio and Shark's bestie in a past life.

That and vaguely generic noble honorable knight.
