I get so many requests for Dracorex and Stygimoloch in the Paleo Party, but sinnce they’ve been absorbed into Pachycephalosaurus, I wasn’t sure if I should give them their own designs. Instead, I decided to give them a family portrait!

Burning Bones (Ground/Fire)
Ancient Paradox form of MAROWAK & Alolan MAROWAK.
"They scavenge for bones, keeping the largest ones to use as weapons while eating the smaller ones. After eating the bones they become a petroleum like substance inside their stomach, which is highly flammable and sticky. They then regurgitate this oily substance all over the bones they keep as weapons and procceed to light them on fire by quicky rubbing them agains their sandpaper-like scaly skin. Once their clubs are lit ablaze they use them to performe fire-type moves by putting the flames close to their mouths and spitting oil and gas through them, like a flamethrower."
Its regular color palette is based on MAROWAK but a little bit reder due to its fire typing Its shiny color palette is based on the Alolan MAROWAK The idea is that Marowak already had the ability to use fire moves stored in its DNA due to this ancestor and when it had to adapt to Alola's new enviromet this part of his DNA reactivated allowing it to mutate back into a fire type
Its skull is inspired in the Dracorex Hogwartsia, a close relative of Pachycephalosaurus and the Stygimoloch, maybe they are related to CRANIDOS and RAMPARDOS

Should Dracorex Be Removed from Jurassic World?
As the science of de-extinction advances, we get closer to recreating paleo species as they actually were, rather than how we theorize they might have been. This is doubly apparent as paleontologists devise more advanced means of reconstruction, informed in part by the genetic data Jurassic World scientists provide. This does unfortunately mean that the inaccuracies of our dinosaurs become more and more apparent, but that doesn't mean we enjoy them any less!
That said, some inaccuracies are more of a sticking point than others for our guests, and one in particular has become hard to ignore. That is the case of Dracorex.
Initially believed to be a relative of Pachycephalosaurus, this small, hard-headed herbivore's name means "dragon king," and indeed, she does resemble a small, adorable dragon!
We now suspect that Dracorex was more likely just a juvenile form of Pachycephalosaurus (as was her sister species, Stygimoloch, which is also on display in the park), meaning that we have technically created a new species.
Again, most guests have been happy enough to overlook this oversight as Dracorex projects such a striking, regal figure amongst the flowerbeds of the Botanical Garden. But it has come to our attention that Dracorex is receiving some unfair criticism due to her association with a certain prominent literary figure.
Let us be plain: Jurassic World is a staunch ally of the LGBTQ+ community and all associated groups. We DO NOT tolerate hate of any kind and wholeheartedly condemn this author and their ideology, and we are happy to dispel any misconceptions to the contrary as they arise.
That said, there is a small but vocal contingent that is suggesting Dracorex's removal from public display. Only four specimens exist on Isla Nublar, and, if removed, they would be relocated to Site B on Isla Sorna, where they would be allowed to live out their days free from all but the most remote observation.
This situation is somewhat new to us, and we're still not entirely sure how to handle it. That's why we want to hear from you.
Tell us how you think we should handle the Dracorex situation. Should they remain in the park or be relocated to Sorna? Let us know if you have any other questions or suggestions.

Happy Fossil Friday and Lunar New Year!
Who: Dracorex hogwartsia
name meaning: "Dragon king" "Hogwarts"
pronunciation: Drake-oh-rex Hog-warts-ee-ah
What: A pachycephalosaurid
When: Late Cretaceous
Where: South Dakota's Hell Creek Formation
Fun fact!: There is some debate over the placement of Dracorex, whether it represents its own species or if it is merely one of the ontogenetic (growth) stages of Pachycephalosaurus proper. If the later is true, it gives implications of how the dome in pachycephalosaurs is related to age and perhaps mating, only developing for sparring purposes among mating individuals. Research into microfractures and pathological resorption of bone in the domes has already corroborated.
Here is a link to a paper talking about such pathologies if anyone is interested in learning more!
Why are they cool?: Without the wicked name, Dracorex is holds an interesting place in dinosaur debate circles. There are quite a few species, including the very controversial Nanotyrannus that have been argued as seperate species vs. ontogenetic stages. These kinds of discoveries keep things interesting and offer some pretty interesting insights into how these creatures grew and lived.

Eon Magazine “Strange in a Stranger Land”
B.K. McNair finally gets to talk to a member of the DynoGuard, providing the first full-length interview with the Dinosovian Emergency Response group’s leader, Dracora “Cora” Rex. She opens up about life the late cretaceous, the stresses of being a single mother in an alien time, the fossil ghoul threat, and an epoch’s worth of culture shock.
Disclosure: Eon Magazine is owned by Anning Media Holdings, a subsidiary of AnningTech.

A bit of worldbuilding for DynoGuard and my first "canonical" "live action" dinosovian.
Cora was made possible in large part to Midjourney's new remix feature, which allowed for tweaking of the prompt throughout to produce the raw material for the final edit. I started in v3, moved to --testp, and hit several variant prompts throughout.
This makes prompt reporting tricky, but the main one was "photograph of [a pachycephalosaurus person, humanoid dinosaur, dracorex fursona] Forest ranger/park ranger, wearing a outdoors/hiking clothes in a national forest, admiring nature."
