I was looking through penis-peeper new posts just to see what people are saying to him .... and I found a reblog of a post that was so ableist towards neruodiverse/ mentally ill abled bodied people like myself saying that we CANNOT use disabled bathrooms that ONLY physically disabled people can use them . one user called him ableist for reblogging a post that said ableist shit his reaction was disgusting saying that he needs the toilet more than someone who gets Diarrhoea from anxiety because of his spinel cord injury and colitis I had a abled bodied nd friend who suffer with serve IBS she used the disabled toilets . I only use the disabled toilets if it's a emergency because I've being bullied in the girls bathroom before girls laughed at my meltdown I had in the bathroom they would harass me and verbally attacked me and write ableist stuff about me on the bathroom walls , I also panic when I think I'm locked in the bathroom which causes meltdowns too , . Lately I'm trying my best not to use disabled toilets because physical disabled people guilt trip me with their health problems. Their should be a other toilet for us abled bodied nds to go to . I need a toilet to for my meltdowns

not my usual kind of posting but i genuinely hate how unpleasant having chronic gastrointestinal issues makes your life. even if it was more socially acceptable i would still be in excruciating pain every single day of my life just for doing something that's necessary to live. the fact that it also makes other people think you're disgusting and embarrassing just compounds the misery.

Disabled bathroom psa:
When I and other wheelchair users are talking about how abled people should not be using disabled toilets I can almost garente that they are not talking about your standard slightly larger stall in a bathroom with only two stalls. Im talking about separate bathrooms designed entirely for disabled people. Handicap bathrooms are different from handicap stalls. They are a separate room with its own toilet sink and mirror all positioned with the equipment designed for those with mobility issues and mobility aids such as walkers, gait trainers, wheelchairs, and crutches. A handicap stall is a stall ment to be wide enough to alow a wheelchair to fit (most don't though especially if you are fat or in a power chair.) With one or two grab bars placed. I don't care about people using the handicap stall if others are taken, they need the extra room (bags don't count, I mean things like strollers, todlers, fat, and autistic people not your shopping) those who need the grab bars like people with mobility issues, back problems, and invisible disabilities. I also don't care if you use it because all the others are in use. I care when people use it to make stupid videos on their phone, hang out, smoke, or just cause they like it when there are a dozen other stalls available. I swear most of you never think of anything besides making sure that you are never the one in the wrong.🙄
If I'm not talking about you, IM NOT TALKING ABOUT YOU.
I am talking about those who use those bathrooms as a fashion changing stall. The ones who smoke and film tik toks talking about the crazy disabled person knocking on the door. I am talking about the people who, after telling then I am going to pee myself decide that acting like I don't exist or that they can't here me will make me go away and guess what? Make me pee all over myself.

"I was learning more and more about what discrimination was, and equally important, I was learning that I needed to become my own advocate. I was entering college, Long Island University, and I had always wanted to be a teacher, and sol minored in education and I took all the appropriate courses, and then when it was time for me to go for my license, I had to take a written exam, an oral exam and a medical exam. At that time, all three of those exams were given in completely inaccessible buildings, so I had friends who carried me up and down the steps for these exams, not in a motorized wheelchair in a manual wheelchair.
But I passed my oral exam. I passed my written exam.
My medical exam was something completely different. One of the first questions the doctor asked me was, could I please show her how I went to the bathroom. I was 22 years old and you know when you go for any kind of an interview, you think about all the kinds of questions that people could ask you?
That was not one of them."
