She/her,pan

Personality: I tend to keep to myself unless someone comes up to me and starts a conversation (a lot of people say I'm very intimidating when they first meet me for some reason 😂). I tend to be slightly reserved with someone until I'm comfortable with them, then I'm a massive dork (I love to joke around and make people laugh). I am very empathetic, always trying to keep the people around me happy (even if I'm not in the end) I hate disappointing people so I can over work myself sometimes. If someone is rude or annoying me I tend to get very sassy and sarcastic. I am very protective of my friends and love ones and get very angry if someone hurts them. I'm also a very calm person and it takes a lot for me to get angry/snap. I also sleep a lot....like a lot, unless it's during the school year then I tend to get like three hours lol (it's a running joke in my friend group that I never sleep). sometimes I stop in the middle of talking because I think I talk to much (I've been told many times that I do so I just try not to really talk in a way)i play with my hands a lot, I have a really high pitched (idk sorta cute?) sneeze, I can be very clumsy (I literally tripped on air once😂) when I do something scary my hands shaky after I've done the scary thing (if that makes any sense)

Aquarius, infj

I like reading books, writing, listening to music (mostly kpop). I love love to dance (again mostly kpop). And even though I hate being in front of crowds I do like doing shows where I dance (I've done it multiple times with my friends at school events😊). I love doing my makeup especially crazy colored eye shadow. I love to be outside also. I also like to go on car rides in the middle of the night (I love going to get food then sit in a random parking lot).

I dislike rude people, heights (I have a fear of falling from them) and peaches (I hate peaches)

My favorite movie is spirited away

Wicked, seriously, so wicked. He’s pumped and excited!

Immediately wants to duet with you

It doesn’t matter what kind of guitar you play, he’ll match your enthusiasm and the tone

Is your biggest fan and goes nuts when you want to play

If you’re hesitant to play though, he is totally accepting of that and really chill about it, no biggie if you don’t wanna play

If you wanna learn more from him though, he has to take a break to scream and cry from how cute you are and then agree

Wants to pull the cheesy romantic “holding you from behind while teaching you to play” thing like in the movies.

Forces everyone in the Organization to watch you play and makes them sit and enjoy it

They don’t do it for Demyx but they do like you so they are making an effort to watch

Luxord and Xigbar love making requests (mostly generic pop songs or really old music your dad probably listened to) and Demyx lowkey gets jealous like STOP BOTHERING THEM WITH YOUR DUMB REQUESTS

You two decided to start a band and it was incredibly cute, everyone loves how you play off one another and compliment each other- both in music and stage presence

He’s constantly working on songs you two can perform together or something he can perform for you

He occasionally writes a song for you and puts the lyrics underneath the sheet music, and it’s basically a love letter to you <3 he’s so cute!

How a Few of My Favorite Kingdom Hearts Characters Would Spend Christmas With Their SO

My Christmas Special

Characters: Sora, Heart Hotel, Demyx, Ava, Player

I would have added more characters, but mobile Tumblr wouldn’t let me. I’m still salty about it.

Sora

Now, this depends on which Sora we’re talking about. There are multiples.

Sora would go all out for his S/O. He’d wanna decorate the house, dress the tree, bake cookies, wrap presents for friends, caroling (even though he can’t sing). He’d wanna do all of it with them. Christmas morning is no different. He’d get his S/O a lot of stuff from many different worlds. He’s stuck to them like glue. Christmas is a second Valentine’s Day to him.

Roxas is less exaggerative than his counterpart, but still wants his S/O to know he thought of them this time of year. The most he’d go for is the tree and some presents. Maybe stockings. All he wants is time with them. If his S/O wanted to watch the Disney Christmas Sing-a-Long (From All of Us to All of You) he’d definitely sing along to that last song. If you know, you know.

Xion was excited about Christmas every year, but got even more excited when she realized she’d wanna spend it with her S/O. Like Sora, this is a second Valentine’s Day for her. But unlike Sora, she wouldn’t go overboard with the gifts to the point that there is no room for them. 10 gift max from her.

Ventus is the sweetest this season, despite the fact he still believes in Santa Clause. (I hope we’re on the same page here and I didn’t just make a kid cry.) Not to say Sora got his want of sticking to his S/O’s side from Ventus, but come on. I’d be lying. Rather than buying stuff from random stores, he’d make something for his S/O. He definitely didn’t ask Aqua to put magic on it. What are you thinking?

Naminé doesn’t completely understand Christmas. She’d buy her S/O a few gifts but get completely flustered (the good kind) when her S/O gets her at least one. She’d also wanna spend time with her S/O on Christmas, just in a comfortable silence.

Vanitas is an odd case. From what I can tell, he’s very tsundere with Christmas. He’ll get his S/O one thing and absolutely refuse anything in return. But that one thing holds a lot of depth, so they know he got it right. Still, very tsundere towards Christmas. Think The Beast in Belle’s Enchanted Christmas, but less angry.

Data-Sora is a sweet boy. Considering nothing about Christmas was written in the journal, he probably doesn’t know about it, but he’s eager to learn. Again, this is a second Valentine’s Day for him. Just a time to let Data-S/O know how much he cares about them. Since he’s still new to Christmas, he’s not gonna go overboard like Sora does. He wouldn’t do the bare minimum, but not too much either. A few gifts he knows his S/O would like, Christmas pajamas, Christmas morning cuddles after presents. Sweet boy.

Demyx

Demyx is a lazy bum, but will do something nice for his S/O on Christmas. He’s not heartless. Not saying he’d do a full on candlelight dinner nice, but a few gifts.

Ava

Ava is very sweet. Ventus probably got his sweetness from her. From most Forteller fics I read, romantic attachment is forbidden to The Fortellers (*cough* Jedi Order *cough*). So she can’t really shout her love for her S/O to the heavens and it kills her. She still wants to make their Christmas special, but she’d be sneaky about it. She sneak a few presents into their house and not leave her name on the tags, but her S/O knows it’s from her.

Player/Pre-Xehanort

Player is like a more introverted Sora. He/She does care for his/her S/O, but still wouldn’t go overboard with gifts and traditions. Tree? Yes. House lights? Think of the light bill. Stockings? Adorable. Presents? Definitely. He/She would get his/her S/O a few good one he/she knows his/her S/O would like.

Too Little Too Late Chapter 1

Pairings: Ienzo/Reader

Summary: You're the local Potion Master and Enchanter for Radiant Garden, after meeting and getting to know one of the local scientists, you've managed to fall head over heals for him. Little did you know your love for him would be your downfall, as an illness takes a hold of you causing you to cough up lilac petals. You could easily cure it by telling Ienzo how you feel, but you can't help but notice the new face around Radiant Garden and he seems very close to Ienzo.

Rating: G but its got some swearing.

A/N: I know this chapter is short, but I found the flow to work better by cutting it where I cut it. This fic is going to be pretty angst, but with hurt comfort and I swear there is a happy ending. This fic also involves the hanahaki disease of the reader so have fun!

You couldn’t help the grin that spread across your face, “Ienzo, how are you?” you had a huge crush on him. Ever since you met him two years ago when Radiant Garden was coming back to life, you both became such good close friends. When you met him he was so fragile and emotionally unstable, he told you why and what had happened to him when he was a child, and how he had ended up in the organization. But, you convinced him to talk to someone, and you did your best to support him.

It was about a year into your friendship that you realized that you were interested in him, and from there it escalated and you found yourself in love with this man. But he had never shown interest in dating anyone, so you never tried to pursue it. You always hoped that one day he would make the first move, or at least he would find someone and you would be able to move on, but he was always around. You both spent so much time together, and the more he healed and worked on his guilt and pain, the more his personality started to shine through. So here you were, hopelessly in love with this wonderful science boy.

“I’m doing fine, but I’m hungry and I wanted to see if you would accompany me to get some lunch in town,” He was always so polite, and he’s so handsome. How could you say no.

“Where are we going?” you asked leaning over to set the potion in the crate with the others.

“I was in the mood for ramen, if I’m honest,” you could hear the rustling in the background of the video from his end.

“Ienzo,” you heard from the background, “You need to stop eating out all the time.”

Ienzo took in a deep breath and let it out before turning to Even, “Thank you for the advice, but I’m going to choose to ignore it.”

Even rolled his eyes at Ienzo, “Fine, but you need to think more about your health you know.”

“I’m going to continue my phone call now,” Ienzo concluded before turning back to the phone. “What do you think, [Y/N]?”

“Ramen sounds good to me, I’ll never get enough of it, honestly,” you could eat it everyday, “Want to meet there at like 12:15?”

“Sounds great,” he grinned, “I’ll see you then, oh could you bring some potions along? We need some for around the lab, I can send a list and bring the munny.”

“Abosolutely,” you gave him a thumbs up, “I’ll make sure to have it ready, I was just working on restocking so it should be no problem”

“Awesome, I’ll see you soon the-?” The new guy to Radiant Garden was in the frame throwing his arm around Ienzo’s shoulder.

You hadn’t realized that they had known each other, you noticed the new face a couple weeks ago, he must have been from a different world. You didn’t remember him from before the fall of Radiant Garden, maybe Ienzo met him before Radiant Garden was restored.

“Hey! Are you Y/N? The best friend?” He asked through the call, Ienzo gave a heavy sigh. It was nice that Ienzo talked about you.

“This is Myde, he’s living here in the castle for the time being,” Ienzo allowed him to wrap an arm around him. You were surprised, he didn’t let many people touch him, friendly or otherwise.

“Thanks for keeping this guy in check!” Myde pat his chest, Ienzo seemed fairly comfortable with him. “He’s not so great at taking care of himself.” Ienzo rolled his eyes at the comment.

“Oh yeah, I always make sure that he’s actually eating and taking breaks,” You laughed, Ienzo’s face was now a slight tint of pink. You didn’t know that Myde had worked in the castle with the others.

“You better get back to Even before he decides to make you a test subject,” Ienzo warned and at that Myde laughed awkwardly before running out of frame. “Sorry about that, I’m going to head out now so I’ll see you at the ramen place.”

“Of course,” you both said your goodbyes, and hung up. You decided to get a few more potions done before heading out, but you had this strange tickle in your throat. It started as a few coughs, you kept drinking water, but nothing seemed to help. “what the fuck?” you whispered to yourself.

Soon you were doubled over coughing, the longer it went on, the more terrified you were that you would suffocate. You felt something fluttering in your throat, your eyes were watering and you were on your knees on the floor unable to stand.

After what seemed like so long, you finally coughed up what ever was stuck in your throat. You looked down at your hand, flower petals? Lilac specifically. You glared at the lilac you had on your desk. You must have breathed in petals at one point and not noticed, well at least you were alive. You looked at the time, “shit!” You jumped up and quickly gathered the potions that Ienzo requested and quickly put up the closed sign and locked the door.

When you reached the Ramen shop Ienzo already got a table, “Sorry,” you immediately apologized, “I almost died.” you took a seat across from him.

He raised an eyebrow at you, “do you want to explain how you almost died?”

“I breathed in flower petals while I was working on potions,” you admitted. It was a bit embarrassing, but at least you had made it to the ramen shop, “which reminds me,” you placed the bag of potions on the table. “I believe these are for you.”

He laughed and took the potions, “I’m sorry for asking for something so deadly from you, but I appreciate your sacrifice for these potions,” he then reached into his own pocket and handed you a small bag, “Here is the compensation as well. But, do you feel better?”

“Yes,” you reached out and took the bag, your fingers brushing his, “I-I just didn’t realize what had happened and it hurt, but I think some warm ramen should do the trick.”

“Ramen makes most things better,” Ienzo agreed, when you two became friends, one of the first places you went to eat was this ramen shop. You had an idea that he associated the ramen shop and in turn, the actual bowl of ramen, with comfort and safety. It helped that the family that ran the shop were very kind and knew both of you by now. They always loved having you two in the shop.

“I have to agree with you,” You sighed happily settling into your seat, “it’s starting to get colder out, so I feel like we’re going to be coming here more often.”

“I will always agree to come here,” he grinned, “thank you for all of these potions though, Even will be very happy.”

“Glad to help,” you smiled.

“But I wonder if I should bring my supplies to your shop and keep watch on you.” You had to admit you were a little clumsy. He had witnessed quite a few unfortunate incidents; you tripping, you hitting your hips and arms off of railings and walls, as well as watching as things just dropped from your hands almost like a ghost had decided to knock it from your grip.

“I’ll live!” you waved him off, “I’ll keep you in mind when I almost die again.”

“You better!”

After lunch you went back to your shop and restocked, you were able to get caught up on all of your enchanting work, and the day was actually kind of slow. You were were thankful for it, and messaged Ienzo on your gummi phone.

[Y/N] 3:03 pm I literally ran out of things to do and I’m kind of glad I get to sit down and drink some tea.

[Ienzo] 3:09 pm That sounds lovely. Unfortunately, Even has me entering in data. I find that data entry can put me right to sleep.

[Y/N] 3:11 pm Sounds like you’ll need a nap after work today :P

[Ienzo] 3:16 pm What is :P ?

[Y/N] 3:17 pm It’s a face sticking its tongue out, Sora showed it to me :D <--- smiley face

[Ienzo] 3:20 pm I can see it :D <--- my face when I finally understood.

“OH NO!” you yelled out loud, thankfully no one was in the store to hear you. But, how could he do this to you!? He was so fucking cute!

[Ienzo] 3:21 pm :D <---- me when I eat ramen.

“He’s going to kill me!” you yelled out loud once more! you felt that weird tickle in your throat, like when you had that coughing fit from before. You coughed to try and make it go away, while trying to type back.

[Y/N] 3:22 pm :D <--- me watching you be excited over typed out faces.

Unfortunately, the cough came back at full force, you were soon doubled over the counter coughing into your arm. You didn’t want anyone to walk in on you like this, so you did your best to shuffle into the back taking your phone with you just in case you needed to call for help. Your eyes were watering and tears streamed down your face, it was awful. But, soon you were able to cough up whatever was stuck in your throat.

You pulled away from your arm and look down to see more lilac petals, but you weren’t even near the lilac this time. Maybe this needed more research. But first, you decided to look up a potion for coughing fits. Even if it didn’t stop them completely, it should help make it less terrible to experience. You wiped off your face and got up from the floor. You checked to see if Ienzo had messaged you back.

[Ienzo] 3:23 pm :D <--- me when I finish my data entry.

[Ienzo] 3:24 pm Oh no, Even saw me and yelled at me.

[Ienzo] 3:26 pm Wait I’m an adult. I can message whoever I want.

You took in some deep breaths and typed back.

[Y/N] 3:30 pm You are an adult!

[Ienzo] 3:32 pm Thank you :D

You smiled down at your phone and closed out of the messenger and went to the counter to clean the surface. Didn’t want to spread germs.

Summary:

Word Count: 400

Going through your clothes you softly chuckle at the overwhelming sight of your closet slowly being taken over by black robes and the occasional casual wear, belonging to the sitar wielder. The hangers squeak as you push it aside to retrieve your own clothes for the day.

Sitting on your bed, you bend down to tie your shoelace only for your attention to be brought to the bathroom door as you hear the sound of cabinets and drawers opening and closing. Your about to call out wondering if he’d okay, but then you hear his voice complain about not finding something. Your hand quickly covers your mouth as you suppress a giggle before turning your attention back to your own activity.

A few minutes later, the bathroom door opens and your greeted with a back hug. “Have you seen my hair gel?” Demyx asks as he rests his chin against your shoulder. You shook your head carefully, being mindful of the head on your shoulder. “Are you sure you brought it?” The blonde thought for a moment before letting out a frustrated sigh. “It’s still in my other bag. The one that my shampoo spilled in. You glance over your shoulder and stiff a laugh at the defeated look on his face.

Turning around you run your fingers through his still wet hair. “Why don’t you just get one and leave it here?” You question. His face lights up at the suggestion, yet quickly fell to a surprised glare. “Are you sure? You said before you wanted your space.”

You shake your head before pointing behind you towards the open closet door. "At this point, you practically live here. I think you have more clothes here than at your own place." The blonde glances of you before sheepishly rubbing the back of his neck while he chuckles. “Yeah your right.” You chuckled at his sudden shy nature, but jump slightly when he quickly grabs each of your shoulders. “So, today we are going and getting stuff for here. I need shampoo, condition, hair gel, too.....” You stood still in the middle of the room and watched as he continue to speak his list out of the bedroom and into the bathroom, closing the door in the process. Shaking your head at his action you look in the mirror and smile, ready to spend the remainder of the day with Demyx.

Marluxia

- Marluxia paints his S/O’s nails different colours basically every other day, and often tries to incorporate some kind of floral design. He’s getting a lot better at not having such shaky hands when Marluxia paints them, if only to avoid Marluxia’s tutting every time he flinches.

- When they first got together, Marluxia was absolutely horrified by the existence of the 6-in-1 in his S/O’s bathroom. He made it his personal mission that day to kit his new boyfriend’s bathroom out with expensive things that didn’t smell like dish soap; and his S/O is secretly very happy to use all this fancy stuff.

- Marluxia definitely encourages him to use pet names whenever possible, especially my love. Marluxia is a huge romantic at heart and likes everyone in the room to know exactly who is boyfriend is and how much they adore each other - he likes to make a show of how lucky he is, and all his S/O can do is put up with it because, well, he’s incredibly lucky too.

Demyx

- Demyx brings his S/O to Organisation poker nights with Xigbar, Xaldin, Luxord and Lexaeus, even though he’s only just recently been invited himself (in exchange for not telling Saïx that there’s gambling going on in the castle). Much to Demyx’s dismay, his S/O’s actually pretty good at card games… and gets his own invites now!

- (NSFW-ish) Demyx writes a lot of songs about his S/O, but it takes a lot of begging for him to write one without mentioning his dick. Yes, Demyx, it’s a very easy word to rhyme with, but the romance gets sapped out of the situation pretty quickly when they can hear Axel laughing from the other room.

- Demyx uses his S/O as an excuse for everything that goes wrong in terms of his responsibilities. If he didn’t fill out a report correctly or if sentry duty just happened to be forgotten about, he’d tell the superiors that his S/O was either sick, sad, or in danger. It’s a lie every time, of course.

Luxord

- Luxord loves taking his S/O on trips to Port Royal for bar crawls which often end in the two of them walking along the shoreline as Luxord points out all of the ships he can name by memory and which one he’d commander if he had the chance. The two of them attempted it once or twice, but were always chased away by the pirates.

- Luxord very rarely loses a game of cards, but he often (very obviously) throws a game for his S/O. Usually they play not-so-serious games with ridiculous forfeits, which Luxord absolutely doesn’t mind doing for the hilarity of it all. This is exclusive to his S/O - he’d never throw a game for anyone else.

- He really enjoys quiet time with his S/O, either reading next to him or just silently watching the world go by from the window. These quiet times remind his S/O just how deeply Luxord considers everything that’s going on, but when he’s so lost in thought he’s at his most beautiful.

Zexion

- Zexion is absolutely the type of boyfriend to make his S/O carry stacks upon stacks of books around for him in the library, slowly piling up as the two walk through the shelves to the point where his S/O can hardly see where he’s going anymore. Of course, Zexion is going to read every single one of those books - but it’s also very amusing to see his S/O try and be so chivalrous.

- He definitely hides behind his S/O in situations where he’d rather just melt into the floor - such as, for example, when there’s a lot of people in the room who need answers from him about some recent experiment or the other. Having a human shield is pretty perfect for Zexion’s need to shut the world out sometimes…

- Zexion lets his S/O push his hair behind his ear so that he can see his whole face, albeit not very often. It’s very special when Zexion looks at his S/O with his full face forward, as he’s so used to hiding behind what’s essentially a mask for the majority of his life. He’s considering buying a hair clip, since his S/O says it’s so nice to see all of him…

Xigbar

Look he’s loud and proud about everything and that doesn’t stop with you-

Xig has already made his smitteness known to everyone- whether they wanted to know or not- and nothing is going to stop him from completely winning you over

Xigbar picks up on the little things he’s learned about you from completing missions with you and use that to his advantage-

Namely going to “check on you” during one of your missions with translates to “i’ll complete it so i can hang out with you and bluey (saix) is none-the-wiser”

He knows where to bring you and what to give to you and he will most definitely continue these improv dates until you are won over.

Even

Even does his best to learn about what you enjoy, but between researching and his limited patience, he doesn’t get far.

Instead, he goes a more traditional route of being a little more gentle with you and bringing you flowers at the end of the day.

Even if he doesn’t take much interest in what you find interesting, he won’t hesitate to listen to you talk about what you like or how your day has been.

He’s a really good listener for you even if he doesn’t have much patience with much else- he takes time to spend with you and that’s a lil part of his love language

Even makes sure that you’re comfortable with him and takes refuge in him which wins you over.

Ienzo

Ienzo would probably try to get as close as possible with you before attempting to date you- which includes un-official dates in the gardens and library.

He loves finding out what books, music, or other interest you might have before attempting to get you anything, but once he has you figured out he normally gifts you a book-

It’s a book he’s read before, something on one of your interests, before handing you the same copy of the book as a gift.

Ienzo is absolutely cheesy and will 100% put a little post-it note on the last page that says “meet me at the gardens?”

Ienzo just wants to spend time with you and once he does that it’s pretty much smooth sailing- just transitioning your friendship into a relationship.

Axel

Axel is just going to pop into your life and he will get to know you no matter what-

Tbh it can get a lil obnoxious but he just wants to know about you. Everything. He wants to know everything about you.

And then he’s going to unintentionally kidnap you to eat ice cream with him on the clock tower and keep you with him until he’s gotten through to you how much he likes you-

If it was up to him he would just kiss you until you fell in love but apparently that’s not how it works and it’s a massive inconvenience.

Axel just wants you to feel more free around him before he’s able to make you completely fall for him through small touches and loud actions.

Demyx

Guess what i’m bout to say-

He’s gonna write music for you- you are his muse after all and it’s something personal that he made and he wants you to understand that he doesn’t find inspiration in just anything that’s thrown at him.

Meaning he’s gonna pour every emotion that is technically not there into the song and play it for you when the two of you are in private.

Too Little Too Late Chapter 3

Pairings: Ienzo/Reader

Rating: G but its got some swearing.

A/N: Thankfully I am now giving you a longer chapter.

You had been spending the rest of your day in bed reading the book Merlin let you borrow, which thankfully had a recipe in it for two potions. One would lessen the pain and symptoms enough to make it bearable. While the other was the terrifying cure that could make you forget about Ienzo all together. Unfortunately, a lot of the ingredients were hard to get your hands on. Some were imported from other worlds while others had to be caught in the forest outside of the town.

As you read, you started to understand the magic behind the disease. The folklore alone was interesting:

A witch working for the royal family fell in love with the prince, she felt a love so strong that her heart ached. When she finally managed the courage to tell him about her love, he rejected her. It stung so much to be pushed away by someone so dear to her. She decided to create a potion that was hard to make and dangerous to use. A potion to make herself alluring to others.

Thankfully, the potion was a success, and when she took it many men would try to woo her, but she only had one person in mind. She made sure to be close to the Prince as she could be while the potion was active. Many would notice her and stare at her in awe. But, the prince was still unfazed.

The witch decided to approach him herself once evening. She knocked on the door to his room, and when he answered, he had a princess in his room, they were planning their wedding.

The moment she realized that she could never have him, something inside of her cracked. Her heart broke and an outpouring of flowers burst from her heart the darkness taking a hold of her, destroying her on the spot.

Left behind was an illness that would continue to plague those who are deeply in love with someone that could never return their feelings.

“Fuck me,” You closed the book loudly scaring your cat, “Sorry, Cheddar.” The orange cat stretched out his back and left with his tail in the air. “I said I was sorry.”

You were about to reopen the book when you heard the door jiggle and open, You froze, who the fuck was in your apartment?!

“Hey, I saw your sign, are you okay?” it was just Ienzo. “Oh, hello Cheddar.” Looks like the cat found him first.

You keep forgetting that you gave him a key, “Oh, yeah,” you yelled out to him, you said this mainly out of habit. “Well, no.” you then admitted.

“Where are you?” you could hear him walking around lookin for you.

“I’m in my room.” You then looked at the book beside you and quickly stuffed it under your pillows.

He then appeared in your door way, “Do you need me to bring you any soup?”

You can’t just tell him that you could die, “Um, I’ve just been feeling under the weather, it could be just a cold.” You weren’t ready to talk to him about this yet.

“Is there anything I can do to help?” he frowned crossing his arms, you felt butterflies, he was so sweet and caring.

“Maybe help me find a list of ingredients,” you point to a list on your bedside table that you had written down for the potion that would help calm your symptoms, “I have some of these, but others may be hard to find.”

Ienzo came forward and gently took the list and looked over what you needed. He looked worried and hesitated before asking, “These are some rare plants and creatures.” He then looked you in the eye, “is something wrong?” He is quite the insightful one.

“A client has an ailment,” You didn’t want to alarm Ienzo, he would just ask too many questions.

“I see, I may be able to get Myde to go out and find these, he’s usually bored with the work that Even usually gives him,” Ienzo chuckled, there he was thinking about Myde, and you had to figure out how to be okay with it. And not die over it.

“That would help a lot, you can just tell him to drop it off when he gets it,” You felt the scratch in your throat starting to get stronger. You let yourself let out some quick coughs into your elbow, “I’ll pay him when he gets here.”

“I’ll take it to him and I’ll let you go rest,” He slipped the list into his pocket.

“Thanks, Ienzo,” you managed to get out two more normal coughs.

“I’ll be by later to check on you okay?” Ienzo placed a hand on your shoulder, “Just get some rest, I’ll bring some soup with me.”

“Are you sure?” you knew he was rather busy, also you didn’t fully understand how this disease worked yet and you weren’t sure if you should be around him very much right now.

“Uh, yeah, I can’t have you literally die on me,” He laughed while you tried your best to smile, because he had no idea how close he was to the truth of the situation.

“Thank you, I’ll see you later then,” As soon as he left and the door was locked, you booked it to the bathroom just in time to violently cough into the sink and full blooms of lilac and blood littered your sink. “Oh, this isn’t good.”

Once you were back in bed, you opened the book once more and began to study the ailment you were currently facing. It said that the coughing fits could start for a variety of reasons, and it was always a little different for each person who suffered from the illness. You took notes and wrote down the two different potions that this book provided, one was for the actual cure that could make things worse. The second was a potion to help prolong the life of the person who suffered as well as take away some of the pain.

For now you could make the potion that eased the pain until you could figure something out. There had to be a reason why the side effects were so varied when someone took the ‘cure potion.’ It was an old recipe so there had to be a way to create a potion that could take the properties of the original without the harsh side effects. You were damn good at what you did and you were confident that somewhere your grandmother had some books and notes that could help you re-work this potion.

You had many notes and made sure to put them in the book to hold the pages that were important, maybe you would need to find a copy of this book in case anyone else came down with some of the illnesses listed in this old book. Then at least you could cure them. A lot of older cures weren’t as effective as the ones created today, you’ve heard of other potion masters attempting to update the potion recipes, why couldn’t you?

You pushed the book back under your blankets and started to get out of bed as your door opened once more. “I’m back!” Ienzo called out, you threw on some socks and made your way out to greet him.

“Welcom- oh you brought Myde with you,” you almost jumped at the sight of a stranger in your home, but if Ienzo trusted him so could you, right?

“Hello!” Myde waved at you holding a tote of what looked like potion ingredients.

“Oh my gosh already?” you took the bag and looked inside. “is this all of it?”

“Not yet, but since I wanted to get away from Even for a bit I managed to find some of them for the time being,” Myde grinned proud of his accomplishment, “I will spend the day tomorrow gathering the rest.”

You ran over to you bag hanging by the door and grabbed out some munny for him, “here this is for you then, for what was brought today.”

“Oh, wow are you sure? Thats a lot!” Myde shyly took it into his hands.

“I don’t think you understand how hard it can be to get some of these ingredients especially in such a timely manner,” You pushed the currency into his hands and then hung up the new ingredients next to the door to take down to your shop later.

Ienzo had set a pot onto your and started a fire underneath with a snap of his fingers. “Oh! Ienzo that was so good! you’re really improving!” You clapped coming over to his side.

Thankfully after that conversation you were able to lift the mood talking about how Sora, Kairi, and Riku would be coming for a visit in the next week or so.
