Hello Palooza Denizens! And Welcome to the Palooza Contest for the Server PFP!

Currently, we don’t have an official face for the DCA Palooza. At first I made it a random Sun emote. Then I randomly changed it to fuck with people. And now that it’s @sootybunny face I’m terrified they’re going mad with power. With that in mind, we’ve finally decided to host the contest for the server PFP! As for voting, when we’ve finished receiving submissions, mods will choose which entries will enter the next round—a server wide voting contest. We’ll have another announcement on July 27th explaining this in detail, as well as an RSVP through Sesh bot in ⁠event-schedule. So keep an eye for that! I’m so excited! HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

You must be a member of the DCA Palooza discord as the contest will be hosted there.

Submit your artwork to the jotform below. It’s limited to one piece per person. Make sure to fill out all the relevant fields, including adding an image description to the proper field.

RULES:

No eyestrain/extremely saturated colors may be used. Be mindful of our photosensitive friends!

Content must follow the server guidelines. No suggestive content/nsfw, gore, blood, etcetera. Take a look at ⁠trigger-warnings for more detail.

Please ensure your image is 512 x 512 pixels, and square! We don’t want to crop your masterpiece.

Sooty may not be part of the submission in any form whatsoever. (slash jay)

And most importantly, make sure it’s related to the Daycare Attendants or curator YN! We are a DCA fan club after all. :3

Any entries that violate these guidelines will automatically be eliminated!

Disney California Adventure's reimagined Pacific Wharf area - now named San Fransokyo Square - reflects the hybrid design sensibilities of Disney's Big Hero 6 film, combining San Francisco and Tokyo. The Imagineering story is that "as the tech industry began to emerge and the local fishing trade fell on hard times, entrepreneurs came together to reinvent the seaside canneries into a vibrant, multicultural district of neighborhood restaurants and small businesses where you’ll be able to eat and shop." Or Disney just wanted to shove more IP into DCA.
