🌸🌿Spring tea 🫖✨ À l’approche du printemps, j’ai envie de saveurs plus légères dans mon thé, plus "vertes", florales et parfumées. Je ne suis pas forcément une grande adepte du thé vert (je le préfère comme mon âme et mon humour, noir, amer et trop trouble pour être honnête) mais là j’avoue que le Joli Cœur de @dammannfreres_officiel a gagné mon petit cœur. On nous promet un mélange de bergamote, d’abricot et de vanille, et les saveurs sont subtilement présentes : si c’est naturellement la bergamote que l’on sent immédiatement en note de tête, la douceur de l’abricot et de la vanille se relaient en notes de coeur et laissent une sensation particulièrement agréable. It's the tea I picked up for myself in France! Dammann Freres "Passion de Fleurs" blend. I normally don't go in for white tea, but I had a good feeling about this one based on its liberal use of floral flavour. & I was right! It's really robust for a white tea. I like it so much I can't bring myself to drink any of my other teas when I have access to it! I'll probably wind up ordering more online, but you can bet I'll keep the tin from this one forever since I got it in France. En cette fin d’après-midi, je me suis préparée un petit thé de chez Dammann Frères, le numéro 11: « Paul et Virginie ».

Mes choix se portent assez souvent sur des thés verts et blancs mais avec ce thé noir, je déroge à la règle et depuis bien longtemps. Ce délicieux mélange de fruits rouges (framboise, fraise des bois, cerise, groseille), de vanille et de toffee (qualité de caramel) saura réveiller les papilles des amateurs de thé fruités.
