First band: Rammstein. I would make my stuffed animals headband to Sonne and Mutter. That band taught me to count to ten in German around the same time that I learned to count to ten in English.
Last song: I think Lights by Ellie Goulding or Zero by Imagine Dragons. Angst-adjacent songs about growing up have been vibing with me lately.
Favorite band: Sleeping At Last. I love songs that have theatrical or poetic lyrics, and O'Neal's voice adds a beautifully emotional touch to everything he sings.
First book: Green Eggs and Ham or And to Think That I Saw It on Mulberry Street.
Last book: Flowers for Algernon. Haven't stopped thinking about it since.
First game: Mario Golf or The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask
Last game: Pokémon Café ReMix, though I did just purchase Superliminal
Favorite game: It changes constantly, but Supergiant's Hades is a recurring contestant
Working on: I'm currently reading The Picture of Dorian Gray, playing The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and watching The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. My dream is to publish a fantasy novel that I'm "working on."
Last movie: It’s been some time, but I believe the last movie I watched was Murder on the Orient Express (1974). In theaters, Guardians of the Galaxy: Volume 3.
with the attached caption: Here’s a tribute to Barry Ira Geller, who died last year. Barry commissioned the Lord of Light drawings from Jack Kirby for a proposed film. Unbeknownst to Barry or Jack, the production was part of a CIA operation as detailed in the film Argo.
Waving 'hi' to everyone with my wee doom eel fin. I have completed the print version of Amphiox, including the cover, and sent it to the printer for a proof copy. Now I am working on the website layout.
The website itself is up and functional. I just need to figure out how it's going to look on desktop and phone. Do I make the former a typical click-through and the latter a scrolly Tapas thing? How much work am I willing to create for myself?
All I know is, that 'news' section on my site is wholly devoted to page transcripts.
Decisions, decisions...But I don't have to format the pages just yet.

questions bc I want my tags to actually be helpful:
This is regardless of whether or not the tag includes "cw/tw".
Also note that for more abstract concepts (ie big things, the passing of time, feeling physically trapped) I will tag specifically as the phobia (megalophobia, chronophobia, claustrophobia) due to their more encompassing nature.
Current member of the Goverment; an undercover agent
Backstory:
Raiden was living in a rich family, was always a good student and is very intelligent. Everyone was proud of him, his parents, teachers... Some other kids at his school were a bit jealous because of his skills. But as the years went on, the subjects and topics became harder and harder with each grade, to the point when it was getting overwhelming for him. He tried to tell his parents and other people that he wants a break from all this, but everyone neglected it, even his parents, saying that 'he doesn't need any breaks' and if he fail or get bad grades, he'll have trouble. Eventually, Raiden's grades got worse and worse to the point where he was getting beated nad yelled at by his parents because of this.
When he turned 16, he ran away, leaving his abusing parents and everything behind. Right when he turned 18, he joined the goverment and quickly became an undercover agent.
Now, he don't want to talk about his past, instead he just lives his life like he couldn't before....
Personality:
Raiden's really fun and silly, but also a bit too irrational. He often get into trouble, and likes taking others into it with him. He can't be serious for more than 30 minutes. Doesn't get angry often and over small things. He may be a silly dumbass (affecionate) but he's secretely very intelligent and calculating.
Fun facts about Raiden:
Raiden has a young, white cat with light orange spots on her fur, her name's Via, she's a very good and cuddly kitty, but sometimes bites...
He is Charles's best friend. Rupert and Dove (OC) are jealous a bit because of this-
Likes taking care of plants, and has many of various plants and flowers.
Loves fantasy games, movies and books (as long at there aren't any snakes in it)
Really good at dancing.
Sometimes feels like he isn't enough... (I gotchu bro-)
Has glossophobia (fear of public speaking) and Ophidiophobia (fear of snakes)
^Via once brought him a dead snake that she catched and killed. Poor thing had to call Charles to throw it away, while he was sitting in the corner all shaking and sobbing. Raiden's Ophidiophobia is caused by... Something bad from his childhood.
A fierce Genshin Impact player-
His cooking skills are just ✨👌✨
Would most likely start laughing if a pair in some romance movie will break up-
He acts like a complete idiot and like a child mostly because he didn't had a chance to for his whole life.
The purplish hue at the end of his hair is natural (it's very faint but it is there)
That yellow thing is an earpiece if it's hard to tell :)
How the fuck are we calling people "chronically online" for having phobias chat?
Fym you're pissed off you have to spoiler an image of a bug or snake because someone has entomophobia or ophidiophobia?? Throwing a tantrum that you have to spoiler an image for something like that is the real chronically online behavior, go outside and learn to fucking sympathize and stop being so goddamn stuck up 💀
heres the video below the cut
cw for bugs/insects & snakes btw bc im not insensitive and don't call people "chronically online" for having a phobia they have no control over while I have a FUCKING JOB. 🥰
yes this person has a job. this is a grown ass adult getting pissy over phobias like a child
lmao
Taking a moment off from the Mega Mans to share a little garter snek beb that I caught around the bushes by my work. Took some pics, then released. Cute noodle, very nice markings. First wild snake I’ve ever caught myself.
Regrettably, I’m not very good at identifying exact species from a juvenile, so no scientific name, unless someone wants to chime in.
