do you ever think about the fact that throughout the entirety of stranger things we’ve always seen mike practically shout his love for will from the rooftops by throwing his everything into believing, protecting, and helping will no matter the stakes, and how a majority of byler moments are initiated by him, and how will has always loved him back quietly despite being the one canonically confirmed to be in love, and how will is almost always on the viewer’s right in iconic byler moments but in season four we find him on the left in what used to be mike’s spot because their “roles” have switched AND when we’re taken out of the viewer’s pov and put in jonathan’s pov we see jonathan Come To A Realization here because while mike has always made it clear how special will is to him and how different their relationship is, will has always managed to keep the true depth of his feelings a little closer to his chest and it’s only when he publicly takes up that support role that mike has played for him previously that the audience is purposely made to realize, too, how romantic it truly is, because coming from mike everyone might have thought it was his usual overzealous theatrics but when the same tenderness and earnest love comes from will they realize oh. this is... this is actually something more. this is how they are this is mike and will like nothing has changed and no time has passed but it’s now that we realize just what it is, and now that will is starting to slowly but surely come out from this curtain he’s hid behind his whole life and voice that yes he loves mike of course he does he’s always loved him and loves him in precisely the way that mike expresses he needs to be loved there is simply NO conceivable way that they can come out of this hellish slow burn miscommunication trope not in full acknowledgement and eager acceptance of this love they have for each other and have always had and always will !!!!!!!!

POV : Your crush just accepted to decimate an entire camp of gobbos with you.
I've been so lucky to be able to commission @plastic-pipes for this marvelous piece for Delphene, my Baldur’s Gate 3 OC. It was such a pleasure working with her and her art is amazing and really commission her when it’s next open if you can or go check her work. Here’s her twitter and her patreon. Thank you so much again for this Pipes, I cannot stop looking at my girl.

Rotating Luca and his memory fuckery around hell yeah
- since he's had it while in prison his instinct for dealing with it is to go silent and wait for more information.
- even if he's allowed to speak he doesn't contribute much to conversation.
- if anyone asks he just says that he's feeling kind of off and he'll be fine in ~30 minutes. This becomes an unintended subtle tell to his friends that his memory is completely fucked for a bit so they usually take him aside and shield him from anything that might be a problem.
- Luca dislikes learning what he's forgotten before his brain can remember it naturally, because the two conflicting sets of information from what he knows and what he assumes from learning things makes it feel like his head is sorting itself into categories by dragging itself around with barbed wire. He hates it.
- but sometimes it's necessary. He almost always keeps a written copy of any match rules on him just in case he's caught out during one. Same thing for fancy or specific events.
- speaking of writing, one of the things that always throws him off when he sees it is his handwriting. It's probably the biggest proof of just how much he's deteriorated over the years. You can find him crying over it sometimes.
- Even if he doesn't remember much, he still has details of some people and tends to be pretty observant out of instinct to learn. He'll notice things like Andrew's twitchy behaviour, or his rosary, or how sickly he looks, or how his eyes seem to flicker to Luca et every opportunity, and then not remember his name at all.

the ex super villain-super hero pair make a return! jean used to be a villain until alex sort of. convinced him to switch sides (the embarrassing reality is that alex had a crush on jean even when jean was very earnestly trying to kill him, and when jean got pinned under a car during a fight, alex asked him out while rescuing him, and jean said yes for reasons no one has figured out) then they spent six years working together in a group (that scribble to the left with the sort of motor cycle looking gear is what jean would wear because fuck costumes, he showed up to break bones)
jean’s default expression is nothing. one time he broke his arm badly enough it broke skin, and absolutely nothing on his face gave away that he was in any kind of pain. alex is still doing hero shit because you gotta pay those bills, but he kind of missed how stressful it is for jean, just because it’s. like. all of this is televised and inescapable, and jean didn’t bring it up until he had to pick alex up from the hospital after a close call, but alex is absolutely gutted when realizes how miserable jean was for the past 8 months.

a tumblr post about the fall out boy lyric "he tastes like you only sweeter" just crossed my dash and now im curious to know what you would do with that
'What's the worst thing you've ever done?' asks the beautiful man at the bar. He's staring into a glass of wine like it has secrets to tell him.
'Are you my confessor now?' asks Nicky, bemused. There's no one else the man could be speaking to, but it's an odd question to pose to a stranger.
He looks up at Nicky through thick dark eyelashes. He scrubs a hand over his beard, and Nicky watches the path of his thumb as it draws over his lips.
'My fiancé is cheating on me,' says the man, like he's telling Nicky about the rain outside. 'Right now. Has been for at least the last six months.'
'I'm. I'm s--'
'Don't.'
Nicky takes a sip of his own drink, unsure where to go now. The man keeps looking at him.
'My name is Joe,' says Joe, turning more in his chair and leaning back. His body is all lean lines and coiled tension. Nicky tries not to stare, and fails almost immediately.
'Nicky.'
Joe smiles. It's a beautiful smile, even lacking in mirth as it is.
'What's the most terrible thing you've ever done?' Joe asks again, looking Nicky dead in the face.
Nicky blinks back at him. There's something hypnotic about the shine of Joe's eyes.
'Would you like to do something terrible with me?' Joe asks, when Nicky stays silent.
'Terrible how?'
'My bed is empty,' Joe says, swirling his wine in his hand. He still hasn't taken a single sip that Nicky's seen, and there's no red staining the perfect pink bow of his lips. 'My fiancé is keeping his best friend's bed warm instead. I'd like to give him a taste of his own medicine. Just once, before I go.'
'Go?'
There's that mirthless smile again.
'Would you stay?'
'I suppose not.'
Nicky takes another sip of his drink. It's purely to keep his hands busy, he barely even remembers what he ordered.
'Will you kiss me, Nicky?' Joe asks, quietly.
'Are you sure?' A silver ring shines on the fourth finger of Joe's left hand. Nicky can see it, stark against the red of his wine.
'No,' Joe says with a terrible little laugh. 'But maybe after you kiss me I will be.'
Joe's lips are just as soft as they look. His beard scratches gently against Nicky's cheeks, and his hand is warm when it cups Nicky's jaw.
'You taste sweet,' Joe murmurs in the bare breath between them.
Nicky kisses him again.

Do y'all ever think about how Eddie Kasalivich must have blamed himself so many times for what happened to Alister and thought that if he had just come back a little sooner or if he had been paying closer attention, he might have noticed that something was wrong, even though there was nothing he could have done and he wasn't at fault in any way? Because I do
