Yeess I'm not dead!! I somehow survived the year and during it I kinda realized that social media is quite... exhausting.. so I stepped away from the pressure of constantly having to create stuff for a bit.

I think I can come back now but still need to think how I'm going to change some things around here to make the hobby of posting more fun for me again!

I haven't drawn that much but I have a few things :3 For example my little vampire wasp pilot boy <3 I designed him around 2 years ago for Halloween and drew him this year again

I should have my old written down ideas for him somewhere.

Damn, getting copies of legal certificates is fucking expensive.

#since my mom has gotten married then divorced then married again since she was enrolled #she needs to provide the tribe with BOTH of her marriage certificates to show a clear path of her name changes #and it cost $41 to order a copy of her previous marriage certificate. $41!!! #god damn #my enrollment form is more or less in limbo rn because i can't submit it until she gets her info changed #and after she gets it changed she'll still need to fill out a record release form for me #also the website we used for ordering her certificate was fucking creepy #because the security questions at the end were extremely specific things like 'what work licenses have you held' #and 'what car have you recently owned' with multiple choices and a correct answer from the list

yup, my mushroom animation has been of that one mushroom shitpost that literally everybody has seen :D

it's not quite finished yet - but tis getting there! I was hoping to get a little more done on it before I submitted to Nov's AnimChallenge on Insta but lost a couple of weeks to a bug - again!! 'cause guess how I got this audio to begin with!? I got some kind of virus which gave me the worst post-nasal drip and most 'smokes-packs-for-days' cryptkeeper-sounding voice for like 2 weeks.

Decided to get something out of it after a relative was like 'wow u sound like the worm from the Corpse Bride' on a phone call and suggested I have some fun with that- and since by that point I had paid an urgent care $230 just to find out that I didn't have COVID and that was where they stopped caring unless I paid them more $$, I decided that YEAH I should get something worthwhile out of this experience

So I WILL be finishing this, although I might take a small break from it before I get back on that - the last day of the month I spent flying coast to coast and lemme tell u trying to frantically finish up anim details in those circumstances is uncomfy
