Damien comes across as a very laidback and open guy, very easy to approach and talk to. He is a pretty big jokester, likes to crack a few jokes here and there to make people laugh or lighten the mood.

Though in the heat of battle, he has known to be brutal towards his enemies, sparing no mercy and absolutely no time - getting a job done quickly and efficiently. He isn’t afraid to speak his mind when needed, even if it may be more emotionally driven.

Nevertheless, towards those he likes, he is a very caring and loyal person. Ride or die buddy. It’s pretty damn obvious too, he’ll never stop bugging someone he cares for no matter where they are in the world. He can read their emotions like a book too; he can tell when someone’s feeling down and will try his best to cheer them up.

Damien’s also the sort of guy to take care of others but not himself. Truthfully, after he lost Daniel, he found it very hard to cope. Thus, he took on Daniel’s role of looking after others.

Damien is also really good with any sort of trade work which he learned whilst growing up on his family farm. You need an electrician, mechanic, or welder? He’s your guy.

Biography

Coming from a family of farmers, Damien spent most of his childhood living and working out on his family farm in rural New South Wales. Throughout his younger years, he was constantly harassed/bullied by his drug addicted older brother, Thomas. Young Damien was no match for him but luckily enough, his older sister had his back at all times. Thomas would eventually runaway and was never seen again – presumed dead.

As he grew up, Damien attended an all-boys boarding school in Sydney where he met Daniel Greenhill – his best friend for many years to come. He never really excelled at any subjects other than wood/metalwork and P.E., so when it came down to his final ATAR exams he absolutely flunked them. Not wanting to continue studying or returning to farm life, Damien worked the odd job here and there to make ends meet.

Whilst working one of his jobs alongside his buddy, Daniel had dropped that he had met a special forces operator by the name of Jackson Wyatt and suggested that he should meet with him.

After hearing all about Wyatt’s career as a Commando, Damien was sold on the idea; so much so that at the age of 19, he enlisted into the Australian Army after being trained by Wyatt himself much to his parent's disapproval. He served two years as an infantryman within 3RAR before completing the Commando selection course and earning his green beret, where he was placed in Lachlan’s B Company. Turns out he had a real knack for this sort of thing as he continued to undergo a range of further Commando specialist courses after initial Commando training.

Since then, he’s done multiple tours to Urzikstan, Afghanistan and Iraq where he was introduced to Captain Price (via Lachlan) and Benjamin “Otter” Lee (via Wyatt).

Damien has since then worked alongside Captain Price closely thanks to Lachlan’s close connection to him, particularly in Urzikstan, but isn’t opposed to flying out to lend a hand wherever.

Modern Warfare I

During 2019, Damien is first seen in the UK on a training exercise with the SAS before he is swiftly sent to London’s Piccadilly Circus to assist against AQ’s terrorist attack, alongside Gaz. Afterwards, he joins the SAS Anti-terror wing along with Price and Gaz to clear a house in Camden, full of AQ affiliates in search of any information related to the Piccadilly attack and The Wolf.

Damien returns to Urzikstan alongside 2CDO REGT, where not long after he is called to assist Captain Price, Gaz and the others at the US Embassy, also aiding to save the Ambassador’s Assistant, Stacy. Following this, he follows the rest of the team back to the ambassador’s residence only to find the Wolf had been extracted by AQ forces already. Furthermore, he is seen briefly helping SAS and CIA on the night raid to locate The Wolf at his compound.

2020/2021

After the events of MW19, Damien spent this time on rotation in TAG-E, though was later sent back to Urzikstan on an emergency deployment to help aid in the assassination of an AQ leader. This proved to be a struggle. They were given little to no information and thus were subsequently ambushed, leading to the death of best friend, Daniel Greenhill, who tried to pull an injured Damien out of enemy fire.

After the funeral, Damien spent his time spiralling down. He became depressed, not leaving his Sydney apartment for days at a time and ultimately almost being discharged from his duties. Though thanks to his Captain and two close friends - Lachlan, Sparrow and Aly - they helped him find the means to work towards getting better and soon enough, he was ready enough to go back to his duties.

Modern Warfare II

In 2022, Damien is first seen undercover at Café Gracht alongside Captain Price where they wait for representatives from both AQ and Las Almas Cartel to show up. After seeing Gaz tranquillise the cartel member, they all move to enter Laswell’s vehicle and leave the area swiftly.

Later on he returns to Urzikstan, where he is again enlisted for help by Price to rescue Laswell from AQ along with ULF fighters.

Modern Warfare III

Damien spends this time going home to Australia for a little while before being sent on another tour around the Middle East. It is in Urzikstan that he (and 2CDO REGT) work alongside Phillip Graves and his Shadow Company, unaware of the events in Las Almas concerning Los Vaqueros and TF141. He is only made aware when seeing his friend Sparrow again, where she rips the SC patch off of him and promptly has a go at Damien for wearing that thing around them, explaining the full story.

Trivia

EDM and rock/metal music is what he listens to most.

He is a Mclaren F1 fan, as well as being a big fan of the AFL team: Collingwood Football Club (Magpies).

Absolute gym junkie. Has an extensive collection of pre-workout, protein powder and creatine stored in his apartment (and snuck onto base). If he wasn’t a Commando, he’d probably be a bodybuilder or athlete of some sort.

Damien keeps a scrapbook that he fills with stickers, trinkets, thoughts or drawings from various places he has visited.

During his downtime in Sydney, he likes to go café-hopping! He’s a big foodie. Also likes to take long walks during the night, overlooking the Harbour Bridge and generally just taking in the city lights. It's one of his favourite things to do to ease his mind.

Thanks to Daniel, Damien is pretty good at speaking Indonesian and really enjoys Indonesian food! His favourites are nasi campur and soda gembira. He’d mix Indonesian and English together to gossip about something to Daniel. After they both graduated high school, Daniel took Damien to visit Jakarta for the first time and he loved it! Also owns a couple batik shirts.

Drives a 79 series Landcruiser. His number plate is “WHITLOCK”.

Does jiu-jitsu and is currently at a purple belt.

Frequently visits Daniel’s grave when he has the time. He sits there for hours just catching him up on every little event or thought that has happened, as if he were there to listen like the old times. Frequently catches up with Daniel's family too, they've taken him in like he's their son.

In the past, Damien has never had a good relationship - they’ve all either cheated on him or ghosted him. He gave up looking for a partner even though he longed to have a family of his own.

Not an official Space Rider. Was, and technically still is, in training before being banished from the planet she was raised on.

Is a pretty good escaping tough situations, or just most situations in general.

Actually isn't the best at keeping themselves calm most of the time, especially depending on what the situation is and who is part of it.

Eden tends to burn easily in the sun; in fact, one of the things she does in her routine is to put on sunscreen, even in the winter because her skin is so delicate that it quickly turns red.

Background Story/Biography

Eden was born in Birmingham in the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Soon after her birth her father Andrew and mother Anna moved to Bexley to be closer to Eden's grandmother, the legendary Helen Park. There Eden spends the early part of her childhood, although her mother began to bear a grudge against her and treat her badly.

Since she was little, Eden has always wanted to discover the world, also thanks to the passionate stories of her father Andrew, a well-known English poet and professor. However, one evening, while they were all in bed apart from her grandmother Helen, on a business trip a fire broke out in their residence due to her mother, who had now fallen into the abyss of alcohol after being fired from MI6 which cost the life of her father. From that moment on, Eden's resentment towards her mother grew even more and without a chance for forgiveness, their destructive relationship led Eden's grandmother to ask for custody of her granddaughter.

When she turned 14, her grandmother Helen had her enrolled in a well-known linguistic high school in Rome, where she met her best friend Chloe Valentine. Those years were full of rebellion for her but also of so much freedom that then made her mature as a person.

At 18 she returned to England where, with great commitment, she managed to obtain a bachelor degree in international relations resulting in a master's degree in languages at the University of Oxford at the age of 26 and at the same time began training in MI6, despite her grandmother being against it.

In a short time, Eden managed to make a name for herself within the famous English spy agency, being nicknamed Spectra because she left no trace of herself in her missions.

One day, in January 2019 her grandmother Helen ordered her to investigate a group of Russian ultranationalists with the collaboration of Kate Laswell, Station Chief of the CIA and Herschel Shepherd, general of the US Navy. After that mission, Helen would retire, after many years of work within MI6.

With the orders received Eden reached Russia, where she managed to intercept through some informants that there is a known chemical gas compound that could be launched in Urzikistan. The mission was also in collaboration with the SAS, which had sent its best man: Lieutenant Simon "Ghost" Riley. The information should have been extorted from a well-known former Specnaz who ran a club in the city of St. Petersburg. The two together managed to infiltrate the club, posing as a couple there to have fun and capture the target after a very violent scuffle with his henchmen , after hours and hours Eden and Ghost managed to get information about the cargo. With the available information Eden is reached by Alex Keller, who manages to intercept the compound but he is attacked by a group of unknown enemies.She will come to discover that the cargo had been transported to a different area and that Kulikov had been used as a red herring to allow the enemy to hide the material and take time.

Between Modern Warfare I and Modern Warfare II

Eden was sent to Verbansk in late March 2019 to investigate a threat from a Russian ultra-nationalist group whose leader was Vladimir Makarov together with Ghost. The two, recovering information, managed to intercept a coded message in which they spoke of a terrorist attack within the next few days.

Modern Warfare II

The relationship between Eden and Ghost during this period is full of ups and downs, especially when Eden learns that Ghost has been sent by Sheperd and Laswell on a mission to Al Mazrah working with the Shadow Company. Eden does not trust Commander Graves and warns Ghost of the danger of the mission, but her grandmother persuades her by saying that they have a common goal: to stop Hassan Zyani, heir to General Ghorbrani who may pose a threat to the entire world.

(Another) Self Indulgent Infodump- The Freedom Army

The Freedom Army is a group of radicals who are seeking independence from the Empire of Kristalya. It’s generally debated whether they technically qualify as an army, given that it lacks a ranking system (and organization in general) as well as funding, although they have received aid from the Selvarish government in the form of weapons, rations, and three deployed regiments.

Instead of using a ranking system like most professional armies, the Freedom Army primarily operates on reputation— that is, people will listen to you if they feel like you’re trustworthy and knowledgeable enough to listen to, with the exception of camp leaders, who everybody has to listen to.

Teams/fireteams These are small, tight-knit groups of 3-5 soldiers. These teams share a living space and are sent out to fight together. Fireteams are not assigned unless someone specifically asks to be assigned to one. They usually form naturally in the first few weeks or months that someone is at a FA camp, and they just have to be approved by a camp leader. Once a (mission or cleanup) fireteam is approved, they decide their roles. The only real requirement is that at least one member of the team does extra training as a medic, but usually they also try to have someone train more specifically in CQC and another person in stealth.

Mission teams These are fireteams that have been approved by their camp leaders for field work. These are the ones that get sent out to actually fight. They act carefully and precisely, as numbers are not even close to being on the FA’s side, so full out battles are avoided at all costs. After staying alive, mission teams’ goal is to kill as many nationalist soldiers if they can, by whatever means necessary. Generally, attacks are focused on small, less guarded villages, with the goal of clearing them of nationalist military presence and gaining control over the area.

Cleanup teams Cleanup teams can be either cleared or uncleared for field work. They trail behind mission teams and don’t intervene in fighting unless it’s absolutely unavoidable. The job of these teams is to go in after mission teams deem it safe and ‘clean up,’ which involves these things (in order of vague priority) - Tending to any FA soldiers that need and haven’t already received assistance - Finishing off any nationalist soldiers that aren’t quite dead - Taking buttons from clothes - Grabbing bladed weapons, small guns, and ammunition - Taking other usable materials like clothes and food - Taking anything else they think is useful and can fit in their packs

Scouting teams Scouting teams are trained differently from mission and cleanup teams. Most of these are composed primarily of nationalist defectors and people who are too disabled for actual combat. These teams are rotating 24/7– if they’re not sleeping or eating, they’re probably out patrolling camp borders, scoping out nearby towns, etc.. Their job is to search for vulnerabilities in enemy forces and notify the camp leaders so people can be sent out to fight.

There are also a few dedicated medical teams that nobody likes because they do jack shh all day. These teams are almost always kept free of chores so they can respond as fast as possible in an emergency.

Mirage IIC armour core

Sorry for not posting halo stuff, was too busy being Santa for my wife and three kids, also merry Christmas!

The mirage IIC armour has some weird proportions I think, idk what it is but there’s something kinda off about it maybe the arms or the shoulders. Nevertheless it looks awesome with the right person customising it, once I finish the season three pass I’ll change up this armour but for now I don’t really have all that much customisation items. Hope you all enjoy.🙏

Lore

In-keeping with the theme of cost-effectiveness, the Mirage IIC builds on the foundation of the GEN1 Mirage and Semi-Powered Infiltration armor program. Some helmets compromise the full range of GEN3 capabilities, this significantly reduces their cost, complexity, and the augmentation requirements of the operator. All this results in a multi-role powered assault armor that meets baseline GEN3 Mjolnir standards. Mirage IIC's reactor is built into the techsuit, being covered by the chestpiece.

MIRAGE IIC helmets compromise the full range of GEN3 capabilites to significantly reduce cost, complexity, and operator augmentation requirements compared to the Mark VII baseline

Week 3 of dragons done and done!! We're still trucking along!

Day 14 - Bullets Breaker

An aggressive, mean hitman who loves doing what he does. In addition to his weapons, he's also very skilled at CQC. When enraged, the red marks on his body glow and he gets a massive power boost!

Day 15 - Barfodon

These dragons have incredibly sensitive stomachs and get sick when they eat just about anything. The worst part? They'll purposely eat food that upsets their stomach, because projectile vomiting is their main form of attack! Disgusting! What they eat determines what effects their puke has. Jalapenos? Fire puke. Lemons? Electric puke. So on and so forth. Also the spikes on their stomach pulsate when sick

Day 16 - Green

Happy Dragon Appreciation Day! In the year of the Dragon? I suppose I should draw a dragon a lot of people like but doesn't get much new art... So... Here she is! Green is here to help you celebrate and appreciate your favorite Dragons! For those who are new to her, Green is a dragon girl with varying dragon powers and abilities. Her gimmick is that how she's drawn is very different and can be changed on a whim however you like! This is her base design and she's sort of a pseudo sona of sorts?

And here it is with no colors. Usually don't do traditional coloring cause I tend to mess it up but I thought it looked good today!

Day 17 - Gobblar

These dragons LOVE food. They'll eat any food they can get their hands on! If it's edible, they'll eat it! As such, you see them a lot around humans being used as garbage disposals for unfinished meals. They're kind to humans so they'll get free food.

Day 18 - Altaria

Also surprise it's daily dragon #18! I knew I wanted Altaria to be one of them and since I'm out of it, figured I'll go ahead and do the first fully fanart dragon of this thing right now! Wahoo!

Day 19 - Faerogon

Tiny, fairy like dragons who love in the woods keeping to themselves. They live in trees and sometimes even under large mushrooms! They're famous for how cute they are!

Day 20 - Vesuvius the Great Smog

A terrible dragon that lives high up in a volcano, where no one dares try to fight it. It terrorizes nearby cities for treasures, not with fire breath, but with a horrible smog breath that can linger in cities for months at a time

A bit of scaling for hinata despite little screen time.

Just a little recap:

a member of the Hyuuga clan Hinata is capable of performing the gentle fist. This taijutsu is blatantly broken because it basically allows the user to ignore your defense/durability and attack your internal organs directly. According to Lee and Guy a single scratch from the gentle fist is capable of ending a fight with no problems ch79

Kakashi says if the gentle fist were to land you’re done because there is no way that you can train your internal organs to sustain damage.

Hinata in Sasuke Retrieval Mission Team (Before pain arc); Hinata being an asset to the team in mission of finding Sasuke during encounter with Tobi/Obito.

Team 8 really just there to track and locate mostly this arc was mostly info gathering. Almost catching Sasuke in the process

maxium of her sight is 10 kilometers

As for genjutsu, Hinata should have good awareness if genjutsu is casted. We also see Hinata can see the genjutsu caster even while in genjutsu and seems pretty confident about it.(This is most likely a result of Kurenai's training.) Another, thing is she can expand the range of her sight as well.

Pain Arc

In the animated version Pain is toying with her(kinda OCC) whilst nonchalantly dodging all her attacks until Hinata gets a freebee hit when Nagato was dying. The animated fight showed that pain was faster than her and she never landed anything.

much shorter her feat’s (manga) are more impressive to the point that you can classify it as an outlier for her character. For starters, in the manga Hinata did push Pain back, (look at Pain's feet) Pain had to block/tank every hit until he got an opening to use shinrai tensei.

the Klak-klak-klak sfx is usually used for sword clashes, the clashes here being Hinata’s Gentle fists vs Tendo’s chakra

The feat is even more crazy when you take into account that Hinata was pushing him back without even activating her Twin lion fist which according to the Databook increases the range and destructive power of the gentle fist exponentially.

And yes Hinata did push pain back, we have seen this use in the story. same “klak”“klak” “klak” panel multiple times, most notably in the Sasuke vs Killer bee fight where Bee was absolutely destroying sasuke in CQC

he didn’t have access to an instant basically an undodgeable technique called shinra tensei. If Tendo was much faster than Hinata it would’ve been nonsensical for Nagato to waste chakra on someone he could’ve easily killed or paralyzed with a chakra rod, like he did to fukasaku who is a SAGE toad.

Ok so she pushed Pain back and outdid him in Taijutsu so what does that mean? Well a lot but before we go into that let’s remember on how Tendo/deva path works

Hinata faced Tendo when all of the other paths were DEAD then we can state that Hinata was fighting Pain at his absolute strongest, his feats reflect that too. When all the paths are alive Nagato divides his chakra evenly meaning that Tendo is at his weakest when this happens. So what did Tendo at his weakest accomplish taijutsu wise? He was easily capable of hitting Kakashi and dodge his attacks which means that at his absolute weakest Tendo was already relative to Kakashi in speed.

Hinata faced Tendo when all of the other paths were dead then we can objectively state that Hinata was fighting Pain at his absolute strongest, his feats reflect that too.

Not only was Nagato focusing all his chakra on all the paths when Kakashi fought Tendo but 4 of the 6 paths where also busy somewhere else wasting even more chakra. Ever noticed that the second the Asura path was pretty much out of commission Tendo proceeded to oneshot Kakashi, Choza and Choji? Summarizing, this fight wasn’t Kakashi vs Pain, it was Kakashi and whole hidden leaf(in the background) vs Pain. Despite all of that Tendo was still relative to Kakashi in speed and taijutsu.

On to Jiraiya, this fight we saw multiple paths block punches of Sage Jiraiya. The human path was capable of blocking Sage punches without even trying, he didn’t get pushed back or anything he just absorbed all that energy like nothing. Later on we see the deva path do the same thing.

Tendo during his fight with Naruto was capable of pushing Base Naruto back whilst he was at his absolute weakest and despite that he was still capable of reacting and defending himself against a Sage mode kick which should be at the bare minimum 10 times stronger if we use natural energy multipliers.

Already know that base Naruto is faster than other memebers of T7 giving Naruto showed against omoi and Karui where Naruto pretty much carried the fight despite being on the defensive. Hinata's feats are faster and better in Taijutsu than base Naruto, Kakashi and even Sage Mode Jiraiya without even using her Twin lion fist jutsu. She fought the strongest version of (Pain) Tendo and was actually capable of pushing him back unlike these characters.

At this point you might start understanding why it’s an outlier for her character but I'M NOT DONE YET.

Now, Hinata’s durability which might as well be a bigger feat than her speed and Taijutsu. I already explained how much stronger the Tendo that fought Hinata was, this can clearly be shown with his feats. When Tendo was in one of his weakest stages Kakashi was tanking point blank shinrai tenseis left and right. When Nagato had to focus on only 1 or 2 paths Tendo became this strong

30 seconds Tendo singlehandedly oneshotted 3 boss toads, one of them capable of going blow for blow with Shukaku (one tail) and wrestle a little bit with Kurama and he oneshotted 2 sage toads one of them with a single paralyzing rod. Fugasaku being capable of trading blows and keeping up with SM naruto.

Hinata was capable of not only tanking Pain's shinrai tensei that was capable of oneshotting boss toads but she was also capable of tanking Pain's direct hit with his paralyzing rod that oneshotted Fukasaku.

But she would’ve died! Nope, she was somehow fine! It would be way too OCC for Pain to spare her by holding back so don’t even bother using that argument.

There you have it, by feats Hinata has better speed and taijutsu feats than base Naruto, Kakashi and SM Jiraiya and she has superior durability to Gamabunta and fukasaku.

outlier for her, if you want my opinion I’d say that she was faster and stronger than base Naruto when she confronted Pain.

Being faster and stronger than base Naruto at this point in the story is still pretty good giving that he was able to react and defend himself against the same weakened Tendo that Kakashi fought and a weaker version of Naruto could also tag mid-tier akatsuki members such as Kakuzu.

Problem Hinata goes against OP or God-level characters. Like alot of Naruto characters they really don't get their shine and solo fights and arcs. Just focused on Naruto and Sasuke rivarly and the Uchiha clan.

Personality: Ethan struggles a lot with who he wants to be and what his body tells him to be. When he has given into the darker aspects of his nature he is cold, uncaring and seemingly distant not just from others but himself, like he is only half in his body whilst his mind is elsewhere. He also comes across as quite negative unless he is pretending to be someone else, he isn't perfect but he has always been able to spot anyone who could see through him and in most cases has taken care of them.

This is all very different if he feels the love and/or value of compassion as he once did. Ethan is much more careful and very focused on whatever task is at hand, his main goal being to stay away from his old path. It does not keep him from doubting others as he had always done. Wanting to be able to form connections with others also leaves him open to various influences, he absorbs the emotions and feelings of those around him.

Backstory:

Born into a family with a dangerous and unpredictable gene, he was raised in a cabin in the woods by his father Darian Brooks. This gene makes those with it more prone to violence as more adrenaline is released into the bloodstream than normal, giving it an almost addictive quality. It is unknown if any other families share the gene since his family didn't want to attract any more attention to themselves than they already have. A side effect of the gene is night terrors and haunting dreams. These often plagued him, and his father encouraged him to embrace them and to ‘become the monster’ as otherwise, the fear would destroy him. Growing up away from people he learned everything from his father and also when they would move into towns to learn about people in general and what made them tick before moving away again. Ethan often spent much time by himself as his father was often away, later on, he would learn it was for his work, which was being an assassin. Whilst also learning survival skills and learning from the books his father left behind, he learned his father had learned of this gene only a few years ago after he wanted to find a true answer to the family ‘curse’ that had been traced in records all the way too the 1400’s.

In his early 20’s he was ready to join the assassin group called ‘The Covenant’ that his father was part of, for the next ten years he was trained to be a killer and encouraged to embrace his ‘gifts’. Soon losing himself he became very effective at his job as he took on harder and harder jobs. Twenty years later after taking down other assassins, well-protected targets and much more He rose to the higher rankings, twenty years later he took on a seemingly difficult but not too difficult job that would be his last. Joining the army he blended in and fully played the role of a soldier, even making ‘friends’. His orders were to take out a fellow member of his battalion the Fifth Northumberland Fusiliers, who had recently survived an attack by his father and had killed him in the process. Fuming with anger it was difficult to keep his impulses under control, it took a whole year to be able to be trusted by his target who was understandably on edge. Whilst there what he hadn't expected was to fall in love with another officer, Xavier Clark. They hid their relationship since whilst Ethan told him he wanted to take things slow, in reality, he didn't want it to get back to The Covenant.

Ethan learned the value of love and started to learn compassion, his darker impulses seemed to lose some of their power. He still wanted to kill his target but he wanted to wait until the end of the tour as his lover would not be at risk of seeing him. The Covenant sent someone out to check on things and discovering why he had a change of heart they killed Xavier and framed the target for the murder. Furious he finally decided to go for it, gun raised he headed towards his target, not expecting John Watson to be standing in front of the gun, what happened next was even more shocking. He managed to reach into him with his words and he lowered his gun as he apologised and wished for a different life. Thanking Watson he gladly went with the security services who took him away.

Months followed, in that time the Covenant was destroyed by an unknown force, and only wreckage was found. He soon shut down and wouldn't talk, it was only when he was reminded of the first and only time he loved he acknowledged that he wanted things to be different. Given the chance to try again but only if he worked for MI6 under close supervision and worked as surveillance on tricky targets with only killing when absolutely necessary, he agreed to the terms, after all being locked up was not doing him any good. A few months into the job he senses his movements being tracked, being sent a message reading ‘see you soon Shadow Viper’, he doesn't know whether to trust anyone with this or to simply try and find a way out of this mess himself.

Verses:

Dracula/ Supernatural’s among us verse: Ethan has always had the darkness run through his veins, will he be able to stay away from those that his blood urges him to go to? Personality:

Ashi finds great fun in their work, and is generally very upbeat and excitable. As an assassin mech, Ashi lacks the ability to comprehend the value of a human life, unable to really grasp the weight of their actions. They love to show off and really push their abilities during combat, often resulting is unnecessarily brutal executions. Some testers have raised concerns that Ashi comes off as a sociopathic killing machine, and worry that they might turn on their superiors at any moment. But this is the United States military, so that's really a plus.

Ashi is preprogrammed with the prime directive to accomplish their objective at any cost. any deviation from their orders can be grounds to have them reset, or decommissioned. The only thing that rivals their commitment to the mission is their loyalty, initially to their superiors, but more specifically to their partner, Ika (more on Ika coming).

Many officers have reported strange behavior from Ashi regarding the on base slushie machines. Stating that the mech can often be spotted dumping the slushie mix on its primary optic, almost as if it is attempting to drink it. Aside from increased slushie requisitions from base Fharon, this odd quirk has yet to be problematic, so it is largely ignored.

A note on AI personality: It is currently a mystery how AI come to develop personalities of their own, as they are not programmed with them. The current working theory is that an AI may develop a personality influenced by their prime directives and by observing influential people in their early days of operation.

Technical specifications:

Ashi is the second of 3 true AIs created by humans, Commissioned by the United States military, they stand at about 7' tall, and specialize in stealth, speed, and lethality. Able to operate behind enemy lines, they make a perfect assassin, or hunter.

Ashi's entire system runs on a fusion reactor in their torso, generating enough power to operate as long as their systems are kept cool. Emergency power is stored in their backpack, in case of a reactor failure.

Ashi's main strength is their speed. Sustainably running at 90MPH, but can sprint even faster with the use of the phase core. The phase core is a highly experimental piece of technology allowing Ashi to manipulate their mass, enabling acceleration and top speeds that would otherwise be impossible. At full power, the phase core can be utilized for a short range teleport to get out of harms way. However, due to its immense heat generation, the phase core must be used sparingly to avoid permanently damaging Ashi's systems.

Ashi's retractable plasma blades are an incredibly lethal CQC option. Able to cut through nearly any material, they are effective against mechs and people alike.

A high powered railgun is Ashi's primary weapon. It can be used as a short-mid range assault rifle, or a long range sniper rifle. With varying levels of charge, the lowest of which being too powerful for people, and the highest requiring Ashi to lay prone when firing, it can pierce even the heaviest armor. The railgun comes with custom made ammunition, however in a pinch, any magnetic metal that can fit inside the chamber can be used as ammo.

For defense, Ashi has light plate armor. While robust and durable, it can be pierced with higher caliber rounds and anti-tank artillery (if you can hit them). Explosives are also effective. This armor is actually lighter than the armor standard fodder/infantry mechs are equipped with, on account of the fact that hitting Ashi is near impossible.

Ashi works seamlessly with their partner, Ika, who is designed to cover all of their weaknesses. Namely overwhelming numbers, and heavily armored targets.

"Transracial adoption" (also referred to as transcultural adoption) refers to when a person is adopted by a family of a different race than their own.

It is NOT being a different race than one was born, and that definition (the transid one) bastardizes the term referring to adoption.

My idea for a potential DEATH BATTLE! #2

2023, August 16-31

Yang Xiao Long vs. Akihiko Sanada (RWBY vs. Persona)

RWBY's heavy hitter and Persona's bruising boxer duke it out!

(I wanted to use "electric emperor", but Kanji Tatsumi can also be called that)

Fighter 1: Yang Xiao Long, the blazing dragon from RWBY.

Fighter 2: Akihiko Sanada, the specialist boxer of Persona's SEES.

Wiz: We may lose our loved ones to events out of our control, but that only leads us down a path to finding a new family to look after and care for.

Boomstick: And the best way to do it is by saving the world through punching! He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick.

Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skills to find out who would win... a Death Battle.

PREFACE:

We had Weiss vs. Mitsuru as an actual episode and Yates did a commission for Penny Polendina vs. Aegis, so why not our hard-hitting punching people? P.S., Don't think I hate RWBY. I just love the idea of certain RWBY characters fighting, nay, interacting with other fictional characters that are similar to them, especially if they have some sort of connection through crossovers.

WHY:

Connections:

1. Both fight via boxing and punching.

2. Both lost family members that served as motivation for their actions. Yang lost her stepmom and was abandoned by her birth mother, which led to a rough childhood for Yang, resulting in her thrill-seeking lifestyle (essentially living her childhood later on as she couldn't do it as a kid). Akihiko's sister died when they were both young and his best friend Shinjiro died, but he steeled his resolve which led to his Persona's growth. You can also add in Blake leaving Yang.

3. Both have a specific trait that they don't exhibit much but are now seen as the chore trait of their personalities due to side material. Those are their passions for puns and protein respectively.

4. Funnily enough, both have powerful connections to a younger sister (Ruby and Miki respectively).

Personal reasons: I'll be blunt, I want this to be another Balrog vs. TJ Combo. I think it could work, but the only other way I see this match starting would be an encounter similar to those of Tartarus, the Yellow Trailer, or Yang's interactions with Shay. What I want the most from the fight is for them to compliment each other's physical strength, treating the fight first like a friendly spar and then turning up the heat (like All Might vs. Might Guy). The encounter could happen in the open since both have a history of wandering in search of something (Yang would be on her bike, and she has searched for info on her mom and Akihiko traveled the world, searching to become stronger), which would come into play in the Notable Events. If Akihiko is shown in his P4A model, I'd want him to use his knife, but it'll likely not happen. I also want some lighting and hothead puns, and I think the golden colors of Yang's Blaze and golden colors will complement Caesar's blue and violet lighting as well as Aki's scarlet and black clothes.

THE FIGHT:

Art and animation: This one will either be 3D like Weiss vs. Mitsuru. It could also be a 2D fight like a potential BBCTB fight, but I think they'll go with the former because all RWBY fights (as of me writing this) have been in 3D so they could distinguish themselves from BBCTB. I think the animation from All Might vs. Might Guy or even Blake vs. Mikasa could work with the CQC involved, but the former is the better option.

Possible setup:

OPTION A: They're part of a tournament like the Yang vs. Bakugo DBX (Yang would look like she did in Vol. 1-3 and Aki would look like he did in P3 for some reason) or a boxing match a la Balrog and TJ Combo, or even Heihachi vs Geese. The prize is cash, which Yang wants for her bike and Aki wants for equipment, be it for boxing or the Tartarus quests. Or ramen.

"Good evening, ladies and gentlemen! Introducing our fighters! In one corner, you have the blazing sunny dragon from Beacon, the fiery and explosive Yang Xiao Long! On the other, Gekkougan High's boxing captain, the shocking protein junky, Akihiko Sanada!" The announcer mumbles, asking someone near him whether or not this is the chick that broke a kid's leg even after she won a tournament match, but quickly gets back into the job.

Yang: "You better not go easy on me."

Akihiko: "Same to you, blondie."

They walk back to their corners and prepare themselves.

OPTION B: They encounter out in the open, likely in an urban scene like the Kingdom of Vale or Tatsumi Port Island. Yang is riding her bike, searching for something, be it info or thrills. However, a screaming man falls in front of her and she swerves out of the way, only to find more people falling out of the sky. She hopes to find the source of the commotion and see Aki punching out thugs. She speeds in, excited and ready for a fight.

LET'S GET READY TO RUMBLE!/FIGHT! :

1. If the fight starts with Option B, then Yang enters like in Vol. 6's fight against Adam, so away goes her bike! Aki notices, and either punches away the vehicle or dodges out of the way. Yang skydives in, reeling in a punch. Aki prepares his own strike, and BOOM!

2. They both relish the combat. Their competitive natures lead them to be ever so slightly boastful, but they'll complement each other's power.

3. Akihiko summons Caesar and lightning is launched. Yang makes puns as a result: "Well, that was shocking."

4. Yang uses Ember Celica and Aki dodges.

5. Combos from BBCTB and P4A/U.

6. Yang takes advantage of both their up-close approaches and uses her bombs. The explosives catch Aki off guard.

7. Eventually, a strand of Yang's hair falls, and she notices. She thusly activates Blaze, and Aki is in awe of the increase in firepower (ba-dum-tss), even if momentarily, but he then embraces the challenge and rises to the occasion. "Bring it on!".

8. The ending is a clash of fists like in the cover of Brandon Yates's Blazing Fury, and it would pay homage to the Yellow Trailer and Akihiko's one-hit KO from the Arena games. If it's option A, then the arena, the spectators, and the announcer are blown away (ba-dum-tss) by the impact, and the winner is left standing, panting, and tired. However, they thank the loser for the fun and challenge. I want the winner to take one of the loser's weapons as a memorandum, but I don't think it'd be in character.

RESULT:

Strengths and weaknesses:

Yang:

+ Blaze allows for strength increase

+ Has ranged weaponry

≥ Has slight versatility due to her kicks and weapons

≥ Likely has longer experience due to her training under Taiyang

≥ Can likely dodge Caesar's lightning if scaled to Mercury

- Aura takes a long time to recharge

- Cannot activate Blaze without Aura

- Cannot exploit any weakness

Akihiko:

+ Caesar can quickly recharge if broken

+ Stronger and more durable

+ Has greater support due to Caesar's support spells like Power Charge

+ Has faced more dangerous opponents in Straega, the Full Moon Shadows, and the Red Fog clones.

= Can likely keep up with Yang as he has avoided lightning attacks

Ending puns:

"Don't Celica short; Akihiko went out in Blaze of glory."

"Yang was handed a defeat and Akihiko Caesar (see-zar) victory."

I wanted to use "got beaten to the punch" but Roshi vs. Jiraya had that as a punch line. Dio vs. Alucard used the "owned" punch line like Mario vs. Sonic 2018 but then added to it.

MUSIC:

Name: "Beat You To The Punch"

The title makes reference to Yang's love of puns and both their primary methods of fighting.

Art: The art would depict the two arm wrestling, Yang's arm blazing and Aki's having lightning coursing about it. There could be a Strawberry Sunrise with Caesar's sword in it in the background.

Sound: I Burn + Mass Destruction. The beginning is MD but with a rock vibe, and the climax has I Burn, like in Yang vs. Mercury.

Another fascinating idea, but sadly, one I can't really give my opinion on. First, I'm not familiar with Persona (Saw bits of 4 and 5 and that's it). Second, after the last Death Battle, I'm hesitant to pit RWBY against them, since Persona characters seem a bit... OP compared to RWBY.

Still, I will honor your submission with at least this...

HOT-SHOT PUNCH-OUT

On the one hand, I feel Yang may have an edge with her kickboxing, bombs, AND durability compared to Weiss.

However, Persona also has, well, personas, which kinda give an unfair edge over their opponents (like a stand VS a regular person). Then again, I don't know the exact details.

Still, I like the idea you brought up.

Chemical burn across the right side of his face, going down to his collar bone - his hair, ear, and neck being affected by the said burn - his right eye sustained little to no damage yet that is subject to change but currently the burn had only eaten away at a large amount of his face, exposing/ripping apart part of his lips - leaving half his mouth always shown.

That severity of a burn had led to him requiring a skin graph from his thigh, more surgeries would be needed in the future to better fix this injury.

The same chemical burn scarring also being on his right forearm, the scarring there hadn't caused major damage as it was partially burned from splashback from the chemicals being thrown onto him but still required the same attention and overlook incase it were to damage his ability to use said arm

- Adrian had began his career in the Polish Army when he had enlisted at aged 19, specializing in covert operations and unconventional warfare. He excelled in reconnaissance and stealth missions.

- Special Forces Training: Adrian's exceptional skills caught the attention of the top brass, leading to his selection for specialized training within Poland's elite GROM unit. He honed his skills in marksmanship, infiltration, and hand-to-hand combat.

- While Adrian was still serving in the GROM unit, a mission involving counter-terrorism took an unexpected and horrific turn as Adrian was part of an operation to neutralize a dangerous extremist group responsible for multiple attacks across the time-span of three years. During a high-risk raid on a remote compound that was found inside of a large town, a hostage situation had occurred. This tragically claimed the life of their young daughter, Anya - who had been staying with Katarzyna's parents at the time. Adrian had to witness first-hand the death of his only daughter in front of him. The only view he had was from the scope of his Sniper Rifle

- The loss of their child was an unbearable burden on Adrian and Katarzyna as grief and guilt overwhelmed them both - knowing that this turn of events could've been stopped much earlier than before, yet the two of them had tried to overcome this grief in two vastly different and unhealthy ways. Adrian's relentless commitment to his military career as a coping mechanism drove a wedge between them both - he threw himself into his work seeking solace in the missions to distract himself from the loss of Anya. While Katarzyna could not bear the pain and distanced herself emotionally from him, thus straining and ruining their relationship with one another.

- Overtime, It eventually led to their estrangement, with both of them unable to find a way to heal and reconnect amid the painful memories of their once beloved child. The two agreed to their own separate ways and eventually divorced.

- Shadow Company Recruitment: Adrian's skills and experience eventually caught the attention of the private military organization, Impressed by his service history, they offered him a position that aligned with his talents.

- Injury: During one of his mission within Shadow Company, a mission that Adrian was tasked on had gone south all of a sudden - leading to a gunfight with the enemy rather quickly. Said gunfight leading to Adrian getting hit with a nasty chemical burn across his face and upper left arm. This injury left him unable to serve fully for multiple months, leading him to need multiple different facial reconstruction / skin graphs surgeries to help aid in the healing and lessening the look of this injury he had sustained.

We are proud to be putting all the convention proceeds to good use helping those with the horrendous decisions that took Sir Terry away from us. RICE worked with Sir Terry and his family since his first diagnosis and the charity has expressed an interest in having a presence at A Nice and Accurate Convention to talk about their work.

RICE established one of the first memory clinics in the UK in 1987 – a service which has been widely replicated since then and is now considered best practice by the NHS. Our staff are experts in their field and our clinic is rated as ‘outstanding’ by CQC. We work to improve dementia diagnosis, treatment and support.

In addition to our memory services, the charity has been involved in leading research studies for nearly forty years. We have undertaken clinical trials for more than fifty potential drug treatments as well as studying the genetics of dementia and investigating therapies to improve the quality of life of older people. Our aim is to champion brain health, to identify and treat the conditions that cause dementia as early as possible, such as Alzheimer’s disease, and to find ways to support people to live life to the full even after diagnosis.

We offer several avenues of support to people with a diagnosis and those who care for them including Living with Dementia courses, Cognitive Stimulation Therapy, movement and creative activities. We also hold seasonal events to help promote a good quality of life and encourage connection. We are currently managing a three-year pilot to create an optimum post-diagnosis support offer for people affected by dementia. As a charity we rely on funding from individuals, organisations and trusts and foundations to deliver our memory services, research and support.

My idea for a potential DEATH BATTLE! #2

2023, August 16-31

Yang Xiao Long vs. Akihiko Sanada (RWBY vs. Persona)

RWBY's heavy hitter and Persona's bruising boxer duke it out!

(I wanted to use "electric emperor", but Kanji Tatsumi can also be called that)

Fighter 1: Yang Xiao Long, the blazing dragon from RWBY.

Fighter 2: Akihiko Sanada, the specialist boxer of Persona's SEES.

Wiz: We may lose our loved ones to events out of our control, but that only leads us down a path to finding a new family to look after and care for.

Boomstick: And the best way to do it is by saving the world through punching! He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick.

Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skills to find out who would win... a Death Battle.

WHY:

Connections:

1. Both fight via boxing and punching.

3. Both have a specific trait that they don't exhibit much but are now seen as the chore trait of their personalities due to side material. Those are their passions for puns and protein respectively.

4. Funnily enough, both have powerful connections to a younger sister (Ruby and Miki respectively).

THE FIGHT:

Possible setup:

Yang: "You better not go easy on me."

Akihiko: "Same to you, blondie."

They walk back to their corners and prepare themselves.

LET'S GET READY TO RUMBLE!/FIGHT! :

2. They both relish the combat. Their competitive natures lead them to be ever so slightly boastful, but they'll complement each other's power.

3. Akihiko summons Caesar and lightning is launched. Yang makes puns as a result: "Well, that was shocking."

4. Yang uses Ember Celica and Aki dodges.

5. Combos from BBCTB and P4A/U.

6. Yang takes advantage of both their up-close approaches and uses her bombs. The explosives catch Aki off guard.

+ Has greater support due to Caesar's support spells like Power Charge

+ Has faced more dangerous opponents in Straega, the Full Moon Shadows, and the Red Fog clones.

= Can likely keep up with Yang as he has avoided lightning attacks

Ending puns:

"Don't Celica short; Akihiko went out in Blaze of glory."

"Yang was handed a defeat and Akihiko Caesar (see-zar) victory."

I wanted to use "got beaten to the punch" but Roshi vs. Jiraya had that as a punch line. Dio vs. Alucard used the "owned" punch line like Mario vs. Sonic 2018 but then added to it.

MUSIC:

Name: "Beat You To The Punch"

The title makes reference to Yang's love of puns and both their primary methods of fighting.

Art: The art would depict the two arm wrestling, Yang's arm blazing and Aki's having lightning coursing about it. There could be a Strawberry Sunrise with Caesar's sword in it in the background.

Sound: I Burn + Mass Destruction. The beginning is MD but with a rock vibe, and the climax has I Burn, like in Yang vs. Mercury.

Thank you for the questions 😚 For other's reference, Nathan belongs to @rindemption and any info relating to him comes from them and our shared HC's

Activities - What do they like to do with their s/o? How do they spend their free time with them?

Valen is happy doing anything as long as it's with Nathan. It could be anything from staying in all day to going out someplace for something fun. Granted, Valen is an introvert and can't do really big get togethers back to back because it tires him out. But going out to eat someplace, going to a concert, visiting a club so they can dance together, going for drives, going shopping together, those are all things Valen likes to do with Nathan. There's plenty more, like chatting in the kitchen while one of them cooks, fitting them both onto one deck chair on his balcony so they can hang out in the fresh air, playing games and watching shows together. Finding a new coffee place, going swimming, cuddling on the couch, all things he likes to do with him.

Dreams - How do they picture their future with their s/o?

The future with him looks bright, a whole lot of sunny days together. It looks like peace and contentedness, like waking up every morning together with a kiss. They're going to grow old together, Valen will retire from active field work around 50 and be a handler (safely in a facility and not out running around doing contracts) until he's 65. Nathan is going retire from mercenary work around 45 and opens up a tech/mechanic shop where he'll run it until he's too old to do the work himself.

I nspiration - Did their s/o change them somehow, or the other way around? Like trying out new things or helped them overcome personal problems?

Valen was changed in plenty of ways for the better by Nathan. He got so much softer, gentler, he opened himself up willingly because he wanted Nathan to be right inside his heart. Thick, heavy walls were cracked open when his partner came along and he let them fall because he knew innately that Nathan wouldn't harm him. Valen's done a lot of healing in their time together, learning how to let himself be vulnerable again. He spent a lot of years protecting himself, being inherently threatening and dangerous. And unlike a lot of common foils, that doesn't mean he's unaware of how to be gentle; Valen knows how/wants to be sweet and loving and he has the opportunity to give all of that love to Nathan now. He's learning as he goes along how to make Nathan the happiest, and it's all growth. Leaving old habits behind, reigning in his aggression because Nathan doesn't require that of him, learning he's far more than just what he can do for other people. He understands that he isn't solely a sword and scales, he's more than that in Nathan's eyes. Gigantic pieces of development occurred now that he has Nathan in his life and it's been wonderful to watch.

Wild Card - A random fluff headcanon

They've shared and introduced plenty of things to each other and enriched each other's lives. Nathan introduced Valen to a Mexican food street vendor he really likes. He takes him on joyrides in hotwired sports cars. Some fix-it-up reality show programs and one self indulgent romantic drama. Heavy rock and brit pop bands Valen might not have known before. He's introduced Valen to the sweetest, most caring, and most fulfilling love that Valen's ever known. Valen has introduced Nathan to various house plants, teaching him their different names and how to care for them. He showed him his art and different art styles. Being excellent in combat himself, he's taught Nathan a few things about CQC. He introduced him to hearty and heavy home cooking. Valen offered Nathan a very safe and protected and comfortable place at his side where Nathan can be himself.
