made puff pastry today and it turned out so good

#I was so nervous I fucked it up and didn't get the layers right but I made a couple of cinammon twists as testers #and they were literally perfect. so many layers so flaky and crunchy and delicious #might make some burekasim out of them? saw a recipe for an eggplant and cheese filling which seems so delicious #I also made some absolutely kickass chocolate cookies and some simple but delicious pasta

Cereal of choice: I have a problem with cereals I love them!!! My favourits are honey puff like cereals and those that are squares filled with chocolate or milk. Those are ddelicious GIVE ME CEREALS!!

Are you a visual, audio, or kinesthetic learner: I remember that we have to do this test at the Uni and I was like a mix. Most of the time I doodle while taking notes and when revising stuff I need to move around my room. Also, when I am thinking in general I need music or a podcast while pacing around and a small notebook where I can write down any idea that crosses my mind or doubt while revising something. I tent to do more than one thing at once so, pacing while listening helps me so... Audio-kinasthetic-reading learner

First pet: There is a festivity here Los tres Reyes Magos, Three Wise Men, that we celebrate durign the Xmas time. That night my neighbours dog gave birth to who would be my first truthful friend. I woke up and the neighbour told us that the mother couldn't pass the night. In a small basket they got both pups, one seemed so full of energy the other one was curled up and shaking. I got the curld one without a second though and hugged them. He would be my friend for more than 10 years. I miss him a lot. He got the name of my favourite journalist ever but I keep it for myself ;) Friends know his name.

Favorite scent: Baked cookies, cinammon, but mostly flowery scents like lavender and also, please do not laugh, there is this deodorant chocolate scented ...wow.

Do you believe in astrology: I prefer to keep my thoughts to myself on this one, yet I find astrology interesting but I would not let it choose my life or stuff like that. It is very interestign to have a look at it.

A song that makes you happy: ‘Lady Domina' Haloo Helsinki! or 'Master of the House' Les Miserables the musical... I have a problem with musicals in general.

And finally do you draw/write/create? I write and draw, a different thing is that I have the guts to call what I do something creative or even worthy. But I just do it, hoping to get better eventually... hope is the key word there. So I do both and technically create since both are creations *badum tsch* I also do tons of memes so...that's creations too, isn't it? One day I may post here those abominations that I call memes.

Hey wanna read a short AlmondTruffle fanfic I wrote last year? I ended it abruptly cause I couldn't think of anything else

Charmed

It was the beginning of a warm starry evening. The light of the moon was sprinkled across the streets contrasted by the warm glow within a bar. The filled with the low hum of chitter chatter. If you could pinch your ear you could almost hear delightful laughter coming from the corner booth.

"Okay I have another one." Cinnamon cookie said as he flipped his deck of cards around, sandwiching them together. Truffle was delighted by the little magic show put on display for her. The night was still young and she wasn't there to get drunk. But she did enjoy pun humor which Cinammon was overflowing with.

"So two atoms are talking and one of the says-"

"Ahem."

They both looked up to see Almond adorned with a friendly smile.

"Sorry to disturb your conversation I was just wondering if I could steal Truffles from you for a moment."

Cinnamon looked to Truffles and replied. "Oh, we weren't actually talking, she was just letting me practice my act on her because she was bored.You two can go ahead"

She waved goodnight as she followed Almond to his seat at the farther corner of the bar. She wondered "why would Amond need to talk to her ? It's probably serious." She thought. Her thoughts where interrupted by the sound of his voice as they sat down.

"I didn't know you liked card tricks?"

"Oh well, I can't deny myself a little whimsy every now and again. Why do you ask? "

"Just couldn't help but hear you laughing for a while I got a little jealous.You must think he's charming."

"I find everyone charming." She replied she swirling her drink in her glass.

"Are you in need of my help for a case detective?"

"Hmm? Oh no. I'm off duty.I just wanted your company is all." He chuckled.

"Huh, I don't think I've ever seen you off duty, I just assume you're constantly on the clock dear."

Almond paused from taking a sip of his drink to chuckle. " I get breaks Truffles! I know it doesn't look like it but I do go home."

"Yes! But I've never seen you mingle you know? You're always mean looking, I mostly assumed you just weren't a people person." She giggled.

"Aww you think I'm mean?" He playfully pouted. He gently picked up her hand and kissed it. "I can be nice too even nicer to you if you want." He winked. Herheart pounded and flustered . Smiling as she faced away hiding her blushing cheeks. she could barely comprehend her thoughts.

"Aw, don't don't turn that pretty face away. Talk to me." He smiled.

"Oh this is all so sudden."

It did feel sudden Truffles could only count the times they've interacted on her hand. And she rarely ever dated. But he was kind of rugged, and he did have a nice chizzled face. He certainly wasn't the kind of man she was used to.She really didn't mind the attention of a respectable, older man. She didn't know what it was about him, but he somehow sucked the calm confidence she'd usually carry at every moment. She felt a little vunerable, but maybe that was ok.

"Yes well, I've been having my eye on you for a while."

Such a casual response made her hold her cheek and blush.

"When did I catch your attention?"

"I always thought you were a lovely woman. I'd look at you sometimes and just couldn't help but think to myself, wow her partner must be so luckiest person in the world."

" I find that I'm the luckiest tonight " she giggled under her breath she was having such a ball she almost didn't notice her phone vibrating.

"Oh my , I'm terribly sorry but I have to go."

"Oh early day tomorrow?"

"No I have to catch the bus. I'd walk if it wasn't so dark out."

"Don't you have a car?"

"Yes but a girl must get her exercise somehow."

"Well the least I could do is escort you ."

Do you guys wanna see my baking projects so far??

Please keep in mind i am a brand new beginner baker so my presentation is awful

But everything ive made so far has tasted amazing and thats what really counts!

The first thing i tried was plain old chocolate chip cookies from scratch. Perfect beginner dish

Then i recently made a cheesecake (for Thanksgiving) it fell apart though ): in the oven too long

And today i made an apple pie! Looks shitty but actually tastes great. I even used apple cider vinegar instead of lemon juice and doubled up on cinammon instead of using nutmeg. I also threw a tiny bit of vanilla extract in there. Im amazed that going off-recipe didnt totally ruin it! I did not make my own crust- it was a store bought crust so this one isnt all from scratch but oh well!

I went looking for the toddlers and found them in Rhett's room, taking it in turns to strangle poor Remus. Cinammon has the right idea, sleeping on the bed where they can't reach her!

Goz grew up wanting to make a friend, so he honed in on his cousin Jett, who's only a year and a bit older than him. They succeeded in making friends by the end of the party.

I know Shawn is really saying he can't get past the kickybag game due to the cat food, but it looks like he's bemoaning Cleo (I think this is Cleo) helping herself to cat food.

Sibling jamming (Teeny's not actually related to them but she's here anyway. She's Roman's aunt, I guess - family relationships between Mary's kids and Valentine's older grandkids are weird because they're all much the same age but they're not cousins).

It was a big party! Guy invited his parents and all his siblings, with most of their children too. Roman invited his brothers and their children (well, Dale didn't come because he's at uni) and they both had plenty of friends in attendence too.

"I cycle through different drinks, but my most recent one was a Venti mocha cookie Frappuccino with 2% milk, 6 pumps of mocha, extra caramel and mocha drizzle, extra whip, extra cookie crumble, extra praline topping and dark chocolate curls, 2 pumps of toasted white mocha, extra sugar cookie topping, 4 pumps of dark caramel with extra caramel crunch, light apple drizzle, 3 pumps of frap roast, 9 java chip scoops, double-blended, and cinammon power. And yes, I can taste if the order is wrong."
