There are several things Stiles Stilinski knows to be facts: he's a werecoyote like his parents; his twin sister Malia could use a filter more than him; he's an Omega and terrified of his upcoming heat; and Derek Hale-McCall will never see him as anything more than his kid brother's best friend. She was succeeded by her husband and now her son. 

When his enforcer, Isaac, brings him Derek Hale as compensation for his family's debt, he’s not quite sure what to do. Though Stiles is still learning the ropes of this mob business, he's pretty sure that THAT'S not normal!

Stiles ends up using Derek as a bodyguard which is probably not what you’re meant to do with a rival family’s son, but Stiles is making this up as he goes. And despite him being a mobster, he still has some dignity left.

Yes! Love this AU and the chance that Derek and his pack get by just leaving BH. And of course, they find AU Stiles along the way and settle in, love it. While it's hard to imagine BH without Stiles, this fic makes it worth not having him there.
