Can we talk about Elsa for a minute?

In my view, she's an awesome mom. Even if Casey doesn't like her very much or Sam takes things for granted sometimes. She's a great mom

On season 4 she talks about how when she was 16 her own mom went to rehab and she had to go live with her auntie Maddie. She says Maddie was great, but she wasn't ready to live without her mom yet. And despite not having the best model of family she still made a beautiful family herself and does everything to make it work

She's so supportive of everything Sam wants to do, buys his favourite foods... I know at the beginning the family kinda pushes Casey aside given the amount of attention they give to Sam, but later on she's supportive with her coming out, tells her about the GSA meetings at Clayton.

What I mean is: she's always there for her kids even tho there wasn't anyone there for her. She's an awesome mom despite some mistakes.

I love Elsa and appreciate her.
