As expected after the forever situation people are bringing up stuff other ccs did in the past. Now we need to ask what can we forgive after someone gives an apology. how much do we think a person can change? Since really if we dont tolerate anything literally like every single cc on qsmp could be cancelled. So where do we draw the line.

Really its subjective and it often comes down to how much people personally like the cc which isnt ideal. Its sad to know its not fair and that the most popular and well liked ccs would be treated far less harshly than some less popular ccs. (like forever was popular but many disliked him still, it would have not been as harsh with cellbit for example)

Do we forgive aypierre if he apologises for what he said. Do we forgive tubbo for making some ignorant comments in the past despite him acknowledging he was wrong. Do we forgive when cellbit did blackface even if he apologised (i think) . Are we going to forgive some ccs like Vegetta who made questionable comments about trans and nonbinary people.

Also to what extent do we allow shit from the past to be forgiven. how far back. how old did the ccs have to be. Do we forgive if they were "stupid teenagers"? Do we forgive if they are from a more ignorant generation? Do we forgive if it was during a time with lots of bigotry?

Also do we need to have some thorough investigation of everything the ccs have said?? Do we leave it for when epople feel like looking into shit?? How far back can we look??

I personally believe to some extent forgiveness must be allowed. Ive seen people and myself change from shit opinions which are 90% of the time from ignorance. So what do we forgive...

I know there is no way #quackity or #quackityStudios are going to see this but as someone who lives 20 minutes from a pokemon center (alongside a patreon) i'm BEGGING for them to do plushies. Plushies of eggs in every event skin. Different signature hats.

People LOVE the egg designs. They LOVE how cute they are. Tiny egg plushies. HELL. BIG EGGS. That would be about the size the eggs would be for cosplayers that could be expensive.

The amount of people I see leave the pokemon center with multiple of the same pokemon in different plushie form is crazy and if it was FUNDING the admins and not a big corporation??? all the better.

Wilbur did not admit to abusing Shubble in his statement. He admitted to biting, but also said it was consensual. Unless there has been a new update in his statement or just a new statement overall that he admitted it, then no, in his previous statement, he DID NOT admit guilty to the accusations of abuse.

Read his initial statement as much as you want. Over and over again until you can understand what the letters and words are saying. I understand this site has a hard time reading things and comprehending what the sentences mean, so please :), take your sweet time.

y’all are so fucking bad at actually holding people accountable and I don’t mean that in ignoring your faves actions though that’s a part of it but y’all treat everyone in the exact same unfair way regardless of their circumstances. like with niki regardless of your opinion on her joke telling someone who just talked about being sexually abused since she was a toddler that a joke she didn’t intend any malice with is part of the reason abuse like hers happened is just heartless and cruel especially since y’know she has openly talked about her past experience with sh like you cannot be that callous when talking to victims directly around something triggering to them which is what i thought the peoples problem with it was but i guess that doesn’t count when it’s a streamer. or like the way people would immediately jump on tommy calling him abusive or making up weird conspiracies about him being a secret sex offender (yes i saw this i am not fucking kidding) because, y’know, a teenager who grew up being constantly oversexualised including by people he looked up to who had a massive power imbalance against him (and this isn’t an accusation- it’s just, factually, something that happened a lot when tommy was a minor and it makes old vods uncomfortable sometimes) and was sent such extreme harassment that he feared for his life and according to his own mother was sent at the very least graphic rape threats occasionally makes an off colour joke like genuinely i am surprised he’s not worse adjusted that shit messes with your sense of boundaries bad like i think it should be obvious that someone who went through such traumatic experiences at a young age Probably is going to struggle with boundaries and appropriate context considering it was repeatedly stomped on for years while he was growing up right? give people some fucking grace.

i decided to delete my previous negative post about the qsmp fandom bc i don't want my words to be misconstrued now that the situation's become a lot more serious, but i still hold a lot of those beliefs that a lot of you (especially those in quackblr/quacktwt) can't hold your cc accountable during serious situations and it really showed these past few hours

#i never stated an opinion on the ongoing cellbit situation one way or another before this but my heart goes out to him #even if cellbit isn't guilty in this case other ccs accused of similar stuff were in the past #so there's no reason to get defensive when people rightfully look to him and question what kind of people he lets on the server #once they're added the ccs are a reflection of the project and the message quackity is trying to send wheher he likes it or not #so he indirectly takes a fraction of responsibility for them because HE'S giving them that major boost in platform #that's why people involve him in these issues. they're not trying to 'cancel' him.
