I've been cornered twice, asked to apologize for "stealing" the work, and today the guy who was supposed to train me on one system refused to even acknowledge my existence beside him for 4 hours. Then he loudly started vague-bitching about me having that work.

They've been talked to twice by the department director.

But also the 3 department heads won't even let them breathe. They're hovering around me like lurking around corners and when they start in one of the three comes in and throws it right back in their faces.

Like, I know #Feminism and all that but goddamn does it feel nice to be the Damsel in Distress and have others do the fighting for me for a change...

#i thought it was handled last friday #but then i was cornered #and then today the producer of my show's mini-me little offshoot wouldnt acknowledge me in any way #so he gets no say in format changes management and I arr making to my show #which will directly change his show #which honestly he may not even be in charge of again because of how hes conducted himself not in all this but in other matters #and the guy who claims I stole his work 'offered' to forgive me as long as I apologize and go tell management i want him to have it 'back' #A) as a rule I never apologize if I am not actually sorry and I have nothing to feel sorry about #B) I answered my phone and it was the department director saying 'we want to train you in these things and have you handle these things' #and I said 'absolutely!' #how is that stealing and why should i apologize for it? #and btw #what I 'stole' was a webseries he edited 2 episodes of #out of 30 episodes we've posted #the department heads between the two of them edited all the rest #it isnt his to be 'stolen' #and i did in 45 minutes what he billed them 15 hours for and with much sloppier work on his part #he pulls this shit then has the audacity to corner me for getting work #he has been dressed down twice over his comments to me on different days #and he and the other producer were apparently yelled at #but the producer of our business show was fawning over me today talking about how happy she is for me and how great i will do #and my favorite part was she purposefully left her headset mic open 'accidentally' so those two had to hear it all day #theyre mad because it is humanities projects i am taking over #those are the ones we win emmys for

One thing I appreciate about Barbie was the emphasis on age.

I was emotional when Barbie told the old woman how beautiful she was, and when Ruth came in and helped her become human.

It was also the fact that America Ferrera was the one having the crisis that caused Barbie to do the same.

The whole concept of the toy doesn't end in childhood. Cause she is an idea; Barbie is forever. She's everything. She's meant to inspire women to keep going for what they dream. You don't age out of these ideas, they grow with you, just like how Margot Robbie grew with America Ferrera.

I love the hc that Tim never really stopped taking pictures of heroes and vigilantes even after he became Robin. Not even out of hero worship or anything-- he just found it fun. In fact, being Robin just made this hobby easier to do. He has them separated in folders and definitely has blackmail photos included.

The first time Tim met the Justice League one of his first reactions was to sneakily take at least one picture of each of them. Clark vaguely heard a camera shutter but he could never find any cameras or camera owners.

Sometimes Bruce comes to him and asks for specific pictures of members of the JL doing things they shouldn't be doing i.e Barry ditching a meeting cause he was eating Chipotle in the Watchtower kitchen. No one knows how Bruce gets the pictures except for the other Batfam members.

Tim is the god of blackmail right behind Babs. You need older blackmail or videos? Go to Babs. But Good quality blackmail photos? Tim is your guy.

He has at least 4 folders full of pictures of Dick specifically. One for his time as Robin, one for Nightwing, one for Discowing and one for just Dick.

He also manages to have pictures he definitely should not have because how did you get into the cave before you were Robin, Tim, but he refuses to elaborate on those. i.e Robin Jason out of costume, cozily reading at the batcomputer ("seriously, Tim, that's creepy"), Dick when he first adopted Haley ("were you there when I rescued her?!"), Damian training with the League of Assassins ("how the hell did you get that"), Duke back during the We Are Robin movement ("I do not remember you pulling out any cameras what the hell")

Most people keep a picture of their beloved ones in their wallet, but Bakugo Katsuki has the wrapper of the first chocolate you gave him. Yes, a wrapper. 

He still remembers it clear as day. You guys were still in your first year of UA, and he was glaring at you, or so you thought, but he was just trying not to blush as he watched you. You assumed he was staring at you because you had a packet of chocolates on the table in front of you. 

"If you wanted chocolate, you could've asked," you grinned, giving him a chocolate, blissfully unaware of the effect it had on his poor heart.  

Katsuki, who hated chocolates, found himself grumbling and accepting it. He unconsciously played with the wrapper for a few hours until he kept it in his wallet. 

He's changed a lot of wallets in the span of ten years after that, but the wrapper still remains. The once bright cardinal colour has faded into a muted shade. Its crispy wrapper is now soft with rough edges after being kept in leather for so long. It will remain hidden in his wallet, making him smile whenever his eyes land on it. 

Because it was the first-ever chocolate he'd received from his precious wife.
