I was rewatching pieces of ouat, and that show is wild. Like, not in the most messed up family tree kind of wild, or curse on Hook's lips kind of wild.

What was wild to me is the first time Robin Hood and Regina ever met in Storybrooke. This was their first meeting, Robin was completely aware of who Regina was, and the atrocities she had committed, and his first instinct was to flirt.

Robin (basically): Yes, I know she's a war criminal responsible for the death of thousands including my own wife, but she's just so darn pretty.

Robin Hood: *talking to Regina* You made mistakes. Me: Well that's one way to put it.

Tom going to one of the auctions, not expecting anything other than watching purebloods fight over muggleborns and blood-traitors. That’s how it is for a while too, and Tom is about to make his leave bc this shit is boring but before he leaves they bring out the last of those being auctioned off and one of the girls on the end catches his eye.

He doesn’t plan on doing anything until one of his more ruthless death eaters places a bid on her and Tom decides to bid on her as well. After a short bid-off, Tom ultimately wins (of course), and so she is brought to his home the next day.

This girl is TERRIFIED, like Tom fucking Riddle “owns” her now. She’s expecting the worst, she knows who he is and that he’s the epitome of cruel. So imagine her surprise when Tom actually leaves her alone.

He confines her to her room, but she’s living comfortably. The only thing she lacks is companionship so she starts trying to get Tom to speak to her and acknowledge her.

It takes a while, but he slowly he spends more and more time with her. It’s after months of spending time together that it finally hits him one night while he’s watching her read a book in the corner of his office that he’s like, “shit…I actually like her.”
