#but Horobi and Fuwa are alive
tokuteasings · 1 year
Note
Sooo how do you interpret the 01 vcines??? How do you think Aruto reacted upon learning about the deaths of MBJR and Fuwa?
Then a year later he learns of Eiji's death.
How will Aruto process that?
i have indeed watched the vcines of 01 and while they do exist, mbjr and fuwa are all in fact, alive and happy
I also answered how Aruto reacts to Eiji's death here!
Buuut since you aaaasked and I adore angst
There's this...light that fades from Aruto's eyes when he learns about it. This empty hole in his chest and regret. Regret that he was in space and was unable to help any of them but thankfulness that MBJR can rest now as they wanted.
But the regrets also stem from not being able to truly find closure with Horobi. He wanted to make amends with them, reach out to them and integrate them further into his circle of friendship...
Aruto's lost for a while but what's done is done. He cannot turn back time, he knows this. But he mourns, visiting their graves every time he can and uses this as a lesson to make the world better. He tells Fuwa and MBJR that he and Yua will protect the world and they do not have to worry.
But yeah if he learns about Eiji's death on top of it, I think Aruto needs to have a nice good cry session.

I don’t care how much they boggie woggie and drop hints…
… Fuwa is not dead. Open casket funeral or it didn’t happen, and even then call me in five minutes and I’ll have an explanation about how it still didn’t happen. I’ll call Takahashi and explain to him if I need to.

just realized how weird it must have been for horobi to hear fuwa say that rage was the only thing that kept him alive during the daybreak town incident

I'm apparently in a super 'Houkeniin taking care of Bikaiin' mood… What about Houkeniin finding an injured Bikaiin? Or Souma - Miki or Fuwa - Horobi if you don't feel like writing the first two just yet.
Thank you so much! <3
I'm posting 'Houkeniin taking care of Bikaiin' now but may very well come back and also do Souma/Miki and Fuwa/Horobi afterwards ^^
Also excuse the probable ooc-ness, haven't quite found it yet.
~*~
It wasn’t so much the sound of the gunshot that disturbed Houkeniin. Honestly, he was perfectly used to hearing them, and dealing with whatever outcome such a ringing sound would bring. It was unfortunate, but it was the situation they were in, and there was no use in pretending it wasn’t.
It wasn’t that. It was knowing there was only one other person around that could have possibly been the recipient, that led him to taking off towards the sound before he even realised he was moving.
Bikaiin!” His voice echoed throughout the near-empty facility, as he found the crumpled form lying motionless on the floor. “Bikaiin.” He knelt on the floor, and gently picked him up. He was met with only the barest of whimpers, but if anything, that spread warm relief through his body, the light indication he was still alive, there was still something to be saved.
“Bikaiin, can you hear me?”
“Don’t… touch me…”
“You know I wouldn’t if I didn’t have to. But you were really badly hurt. I need to fix this.”
Houkeniin reached out his hand, slowly, as though approaching a skittish deer in danger of running into a wire fence, easily frightened and the slightest flinch posing insurmountable risk. As though a movement too rough on his part would completely shatter Bikaiin, considering him just as fragile as the most delicate porcelain with one hell of a dangerous crack. He reached out his hand, and was promptly pushed away.
“DON’T TOUCH ME!” He screamed with a sudden splurge of energy, only for it to become almost completely drained once again.
“Wait, okay, look at me, look at me.” He waited until Bikaiin’s eyes were firmly on him, albeit dazed and confused and clearly not fully aware of his surroundings, but that didn’t matter, as long as he could focus on Houkeniin, it didn’t matter, and he made sure those eyes didn’t wander as he watched Bikaiin watch him dig around in his pockets, and pull out a half empty bottle of sanitiser, and drenched his hands in it. “That better? I know this isn’t going to be comfortable for you, but I have to fix this.”
Though no longer violently trying to pull away, Bikaiin was still extremely tense, softly shaking his head and begging not to be touched.
“You were shot, do you remember that? Right in the side of the head, by the looks of it. You’re lucky to still be alive. You won’t be for much longer if you don’t let me help you.” He reached out once more, this time for Bikaiin’s hair, untangling the mess - though he had to be imagining the slight added pressure in his hand of Bikaiin leaning into it. “And more to the point, you’ve got scorch marks all down that pretty face of yours. Don’t you want me to repair that? It’s just me, I’m not gonna hurt you, and I’m not gonna touch you any more than I need to. But I do need to.”
Bikaiin closed his eyes, learning further into the hand in his hair, and nodded softly. “Okay…”
“Yeah? Good, it’ll be over before you know it, I promise.”
--
Thanks so much, I really appreciate it!

From beginning to the end of the episode, my chest was hurting due to my heart kept beating fast and hard. Good thing I have no cardiac problem, otherwise, I would be in the hospital right now.
Tumblr media
Aruto was slowed to realise important clue, but once he got the clue, he connected the dots really fast.
Tumblr media
What was the meaning behind Horobi’s eyes glowing red? I thought he no longer connected to Ark. Perhaps, eyes going red was supposed to be a natural reaction caused by high emotional stimulus.
Tumblr media
It was nice to know that, despite his new acceptance, Fuwa still had a reservation of working together with a humagear. It would be a bad writing if he just became all fine and dandy with working with one. Previous collaboration with Wazu was more because of his faith in Aruto.
Tumblr media
Zea had been programmed to predict Ark’s moves, or perhaps, Amatsu. I wondered what kind of counter it was planning to help Aruto out of Ark’s control.
Tumblr media
I loved seeing Fuwa running around conducting an investigation. He kept being portrayed as loose cannon and a rule breaker who never used his brain. I was truly baffled how he ended up being promoted to the rank of Captain. Now I knew why.
Tumblr media
The cat and dog just had a fierce fight. They seemed to do it untransformed.
Tumblr media
Aruto confirmed that there were people who died during the Daybreak incident. Fuwa’s anger and hatred toward humagears was completely justified. Despite his words, I think Aruto’s anger was motivated more by his father’s dead than anything.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Zero-One now held the powers of Egyptian curse and Metal Bending.
Ark pretty much used Aruto’s body to release the twelve years of frustration and vendetta against Amatsu.
The fact that the Lion Raider was still alive and Fuwa managed to get through Metal Cluster Hopper meant that Aruto was still in control, if barely. Either that, or Ark was just too focused in trying to kill Amatsu to care about Fuwa.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
On the other hand, Amatsu was just proud of his creation. I never thought stealing keys’ abilities and goading Aruto were all just a part of his plan.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
It was nice that Aruto still tried to reach out and talked to Ark as though Ark was just any other humagears. Hopefully, with this new connection, Aruto could teach Ark compassion. He needed to keep his anger in check first, though.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
These were too cute not to include.

notes: for @iris-14cheonsa, who’s so happy today :D Also for @lucybeetle who gave me the perfect idea for ‘Wind’ just when I was stuck!
tagged yua x jin for those who want to have this tag blocked though it’s not really shippy, more like 2 characters interacting a bit more than canon.
-
Bullet "Naki has been liberated," Horobi says, before casually taking out his belt. "There's no need for you to live anymore, Yaiba Yua." Yua takes a step back. She's known this to be a possibility but somehow, her concern for Fuwa overrode all logic and now--
--except Jin unexpectedly steps between the two of them, both his arms raised, forming a silent wall seemingly protecting her from his father. "Horobi. Stop!" Lesson "I had wanted to rip Vulcan apart just to free Naki," Jin casually says, making Yua's mouth hang open. "But... Horobi says I shouldn't." "That's not--" she starts to say. "I know," he tells her, sitting next to her laptop. "I know. I mean, I didn't think you'd help us then. I just... wanted Naki back with us. Make us complete again." Trying to maintain her composure, she tells him, "That's why I'm here." Feeling as though that was the end of their conversation, Yua turns to her computer, starts working - but then feels the Humagear still looking at her. After a while she adds, "Good thing you didn't go through with it." "--yeah," he replies, smiling a little at her. "Good thing." Wind "--Why?" Jin asks, moving closer to Yua even as she has her Shotriser aimed at him. "Why are you helping Vulcan?" She glances behind her, sees that Fuwa was still unconscious, having been on the receiving end of the Humagear's sudden wrath. She takes a deep breath, focuses on the other again. "Jin--" "Aren't we friends, Valkyrie?" Somehow he sounds so sad, right there. "Not," she replies steadily, "if you insist on hurting people I care about." Jin pauses. Straightens himself. "All right," he says finally. "All right, I won’t hurt him anymore." Resurface "What?" Jin asks, hounding her still as he accompanies her while walking home. "You have no dream, Valkyrie?" "Don't sound so surprised," she tells him. "Sometimes adults... just don't have them, I suppose. It's not necessary to live." Live, she thinks. An odd concept to discuss with something that isn't alive in the first place. "Then I guess I'm better than you!" he points out. "Because I have a dream." Yua pauses in her tracks. "You do?" Then, despite herself, "What is it?" He laughs. "It's a secret." Winter She clutches her jacket tighter, not wanting to show the Humagears how uncomfortable she is inside their base, yet feeling cold all the same. "Perhaps you should start," Horobi says, turning towards her. "You have all our current equipment at your disposal. Should you require more--" "Wait." Yua turns, just in time to see Jin place a blanket over her shoulders.
She blinks. “This is--” "You look cold," he says, shocking her even further. "Jin," Horobi calls; a warning. "What?" he asks the other Humagear. "She's taking Naki out of Vulcan. She’s helping us. I think she can be my friend." Then he turns to face her again - and smiles. "And I want all my friends to be comfortable as best as I can make them."

The Father of MetsubouJinrai.net
Versus Road: This episode takes place almost entirely within the real world. Nagasuke has been trying to match the appearance of the Horrors to images from mythology. Takane has been revealed to the world as the culprit in a juvenile murder case, and doesn't seem to feel anything about it. Hoshiai suspects the truth, but is forced to go in when Kuon doesn't answer him. Kuon has doubts about Hoshiai now, which Azami has seeded in him. She could be a Horror, looking at it. Kanata is brutal, Hyuga kills anyone he feels like, Amou I don't have much of a sense for. There's something in Garo, or awakening in it from the Inga. With two sacrificial players, this round is ready to lose half the players. Wonder who number 8 will be. I presume after this we'll be in the final round.
Zero-One: It's obvious to some extent that Aruto is right about Horobi, that he did have some sense of wanting to be a Father, but he won't acknowledge it, he cares only about the Ark. Jin wants everyone alive and free, but seems to be settling for alive in bringing back Naki and stealing Raiden's data. And Naki being restored to a body has put them back under Ark's control I guess, meaning the will they had developed with Fuwa seems to be gone for now. And they can hack all the ZAIA specs into brainwashing the user's into servants of MetsubouJinrai.net, hope they don't get any RaidRisers somehow.
Kiramager: Interesting episode, but not a lot to say more on it beside Garza trying to increase his new power.

Kamen Rider Zero-One Episode 29
Tumblr media
Dreaming of becoming yourself.
From all of the shows I cover that are still airing Zero-One was probably the one I was needing a break the most because it was the one that took more energy out of me since it was a wide rollercoaster when it came to me liking or not the episodes. So this break was very much needed.
And while I can't attest that the mindset in which you watch something can affect your enjoyment of said something or not (since I'm not a scientist), I can say that my experience watching Zero-One now, two months after I last watched the show, was much more enjoyable than before. I still saw the flaws, and the things I didn't like before are still there and I still don't like them, but in comparison with months ago, I walked away from this episode with a lighter heart.
But enough of personal babble, let's talk about the episode itself.
Tumblr media
I gotta say, I was gladly surprised by this episode. I was expecting that some bullshit would happen and everything would be fine at the end and I would just completely hate the results of this, but what happened was completely the opposite! Hiden did lose the referendum, Gai is really in control of Hiden now, Aruto did come out of this with a meaningful loss under his belt. Not even in my wildest dreams I thought that this could happen, and you know what? This was pretty good.
Tumblr media
Even though the side we're supposed to sympathize with came in a bad position at the end, it somehow felt pretty rewarding as the end of an arc? I don't know how to put it, but I think this was really needed, and if the arc had ended in any other way it just wouldn't work. I think what I like the most is that in the end this didn't come up after a fight? Like, Zero-One and Thouser did fight in the last episode and that was what lead to Hiden losing, but in this episode, the main fight we had wasn't to determine the end or change the results of the competition, and maybe I'm being crazy here, but I do think that this makes it more emotional. Because this wasn't a thing Aruto's powers could solve for him so it hits harder I feel.
I'm also very glad that this dreadful arc is over and we can move on, hopefully to something nicer.
Tumblr media
But the main thing of this episode for me wasn't even the macro, the bigger plot. It was the micro, with Fuwa and Yua, this episode was all theirs and I hope we'll get either some DVD specials or a movie for them in the future because they're definitely way more interesting characters than Aruto and Gai. I still call bs in this thing of Fuwa having brain chip, I still think this was something that didn't have enough amount of foreshadowing for me to buy it when it was dropped. But in the way this was used in this episode, it was pretty good so I'm fine with it, for now.
Tumblr media
Talking first about Yua, throughout this entire arc she was put in the backseat, she pretty much did nothing other than being a keychain charm for Gai, and it was really frustrating seeing the show give us signs that there was something that they wanted to do with her but never actually going ahead and doing. I feel like what we saw in this episode was more or less the same, I mean the things she was confronted with and the struggles she had weren't much different from what had already been shown before in this arc, but I feel like they're finally ready to move on with it and things are actually about to happen.
Do I think it did take too long? Yes, I do. But I'm glad we're at least finally going there (apparently). From the preview, it doesn't seem like it will be happening right away since it's the beginning of a new arc and they'll probably take this first episode to lay down the new status quo and this will end up being delayed even further, but in an effort of trying to be more positive, I'll just take it and wait for it with an open heart.
Tumblr media
Fuwa is an interesting case, while I didn't like the reveal, I admit that I really enjoyed seeing the chip on his brain messing up with him, being either by Gai's control or Jin's hacking, and I'm curious to see what will come out of this in this last arc because it seems that Jin wants to kill Fuwa to free Naki, while Horobi is saying that The Ark wants Fuwa alive so there's an interesting conflict there that I'm eager to see.
Tumblr media
I'm also curious about they adopting the dream thing for Fuwa, because this was dropped back in the episode where Jin returns and it didn't appear again so I thought they would discard it because on my eyes the thing about finding yourself fits more with him, especially now with the reveal that he has been a puppet all the time. But I like that they merged both as being the thing that will become his motivation, the thing where he draws his power and will to fight from. I'm here for this, I wanna see this guy go through a journey to find himself and be happy, he deserves it. (who would've thought I'd be here rooting for Fuwa, the me from 8 months ago would be shocked by it).
Tumblr media
The last thing to talk about now is Rampage Vulcan. As power-up, I gotta say I'm pretty tired of the upgrade that allows the user to gather the power of all gimmicky toys of the season, but I like that this time around this is happening to the secondary rider and not the main one, and I also like the suit design despite looking a bit too busy in a few parts. I'm just disappointed that this is another power-up that Gai just handed to his enemies like if he was giving candy to kids in Halloween, like, for a guy that thinks so highly of himself he does some pretty dumb shit, not gonna lie, Gai has sunk down very deep in my concept.
Tumblr media
And I think that's it, I'm glad I could come back to this series without being salty for once. What did you think of the end of this arc? Let me know in the comments down below. Stay healthy, stay safe, never stop resisting, thank you so much for reading, and until the next time, see-ya~

Having ‘fun’ at work thinking how to -cough- hurt Aruto or Fuwa because they don’t respect AI (yet) :V (warning I hurt Horobi and Jin and Izu too)
Horobi’s losing his shit, because his gradient shifted too full purple, and they’ve hurt Jin. Something like “What had you done to Jin monsters, that’s why you deserve extinction you are killing everything”.(Jin is ‘alive’, but deeply broke, idk arms or something). Meanwhile Fuwa is loosing his shit cause he was the one that hurt Jin, but Jin was more human-like than he ever imagined and now he has breakdown remembering Jin’s crying, and begging and calling Horobi like little kid.
Alternatively.  Someone/Jin shouted at Aruto “Your stupid secretary developed sentience too, maybe you should reset her first!!”. And both Aruto and (:P) Izu are terrified.

KR Zero One ep 21-22... things that i don’t like... yes... but the debut of Metal cluster hopper was a good thing. This is not exactly a review is just me pointing things that i like and don’t from the ep... so if you don’t like to read any critic about this show... just ignore this post please.
So this time they will play with the court... ahhh it could have been more exciting a murder case... but... no.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
It’s a good thing that Aruto still think about humans a little.
Tumblr media
I don’t like Gai... but Yua, baby... why are you with him?! It’s obiously that you don’t like him!! Or yes?! We are in 22 eps... please give me background... give me character development! Just alittle could do! PLEASEEEEEEE!
Tumblr media
This is not ZIO... why Toei keep giving us cameos no one asked for? and keep forgetting the real cast?! It’s cheaper to bring an actor for two ep arc than pay Horobi and Jin actors? (i feel bad for them).
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
This scene could have been more funny if Izu in the end smile a little. Showing us that she is more open to other people besides Aruto... but... no. It’s just a plain “funny” scene. Please... make character interact. Please make Izu more human.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Aruto... this is the thrid round... you should been asking this from the first round... and yes... he didn’t know that Horobi was still alive... but why delay it?! This is work of BAD WRITING, lazy writing.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I know what they want to “teach” with blamming the internet and humans for malice... but really?! This is not a weak take?! I mean same as internet can use for good and bad... same humans can choose to be good or bad. Come one the dialogue can be better.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Finally some interaction Fuwa/Aruto, good, but i wonder Aruto really know what his company is about?! Why they don’t give us a flashback with his grandpa?! Give me flashbacks, show me that Aruto had a past.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
It’s not a problem that a humangear go berserk just by telling him he must be disposed?!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
No Aruto, the fault is of the one who created the satellite and programed the humangears.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
It was kind of Gai asking if the humangear have a backup. XD May be he is not so bad after all... may be he is just mad. X,D
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Why Aruto is so worried about humangears if they have backup data? You know why it feels empty? Because Aruto have no past. Aruto was bullied when he was a kid? His only friends were only humangears? I need reasons, i need background, i need story. He is the main character, we need to know NOW, not later... not by the end. Is now that Aruto must shine as a protagonist but... he isn’t, thanks to bad writting.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Empty resolution! U_U (but the scene was good)
Tumblr media
So... Yua knows how to make Progressive Keys? She is too intelligent.. why is she with Gai? WHY?!!!!!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
and the flashbacks?! We know so little about Aruto’s grandpa!!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Which sins? Can they just show us some flashbacks? I know i keep asking for flashbacks... but come one, they are necessary, especially for Aruto character, for him to not feel so empty.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Finally something that Aruto must be asking from... i don’t know ten ep before?!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Yeah Horobi, ZAIA has the control?! I guess...
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Love Aruto’s face with the reaction of Horobi. XD I could love to see him trying to understand Horobi... trying to investigate who created him... or something. But no, sadly. If you have characters USE THEM.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Finally the show make Fuwa to do something. X,D
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I could love Yua/Fuwa ship... but just look what plain dialogue is this. I wish that even with only dialogue they could interact more... but... no.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I could love they could use this information time... to show more than things that we already know.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I hate to say it... but Gai and Yua looks like a couple.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
You know... i can’t hate Gai even if he is the villain, he have a point... i mean human malice will never be erased is part of be human. I can be nice that Aruto could refute him but he really can’t... because he only think on humangears... he say that he dreams to humans and humangears living together and equally, but his acts dont feel like it. And it’s a big shame, because... HE IS THE BOSS OF A COMPANY... a company that literally have humans (i supose) and humangears working. HIDEN must be an example, a family of humans with humangears... but... no. Show me all the employees of HIDEN, i want to see Aruto talking with them... but no.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I think it was nice to force Aruto to transform. It’s like forcing him to learn something. I feel Aruto need to learn alot of things. X,D
Tumblr media Tumblr media
If inside ZAIA is white, inside Ark is dark. Another metaphore of Ying and Yang? Good and Evil? I hope Zero One goes with “good and evil have to coexist”. The humangears have to learn about evil for coexist with humans right? It could be good and nice. (But i don’t see happening, hope im wrong).
Tumblr media
I wish they could let IZU show more emotions.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
So Aruto goes berserk and almost kill a person.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Good boy Fuwa act fast.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And Gai was happy because: it’s all according to plan. XD
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Wonder what is the real objetive of Gai?! What he wants?! How was his relationship with Aruto grandpa? Why Yua is with him? A lot of questions without answers. I bet even the writer dont have idea. X,D Because it feels like it.
Tumblr media
In your way... you are an awful president too Aruto. X,D
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I know it was anti-climatic and wish they ended the ep in another way. But there is something that i loved from this scene, Izu smile. In all this 22 eps... this is the first time that i feel Izu smile... more human, i could love to see her more human and interacting with another humans... but most of the time she feels like a robot and only talk to Aruto.
So yeah, the writers in Zero One don’t have idea where the story is going... but Metal Cluster Hopper debut was a nice thing.

So, I found a warrior cat maker by Silwar on Picrew. Out of boredom, I decided to mess around and came up with what the Zero One characters as cats would probably look like.
Lightning/Lightningpaw/Lightningclaw - Raiden/Ikazuchi
Falcon - Jin
Scorpiontail - Horobi
Deadfoot/"Morningfire" - Naki
Cloudypaw - Subaru
Cricketfoot/Cricketstar - Aruto
Dewnose - Izu
Wolftooth - Fuwa
Spottedfang - Yua
Icefeather/Icestar - Gai
Riverclan: Wolftooth, Cricketstar, Dewnose, Flintfire (Wazu)
Shadowclan: Deadfoot
Windclan: Cloudypaw, Spottedfang
Thunderclan: Deadfoot (spy), Icestar
Skyclan: Lightningclaw (spy)
Rouges: Scorpiontail, Deadfoot, Falcon, Lightningclaw, Little Assassins (One, Two, Three, and Four)
Loners: Five (renamed Songthroat after joining Skyclan)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Lightning, also known as Lightningpaw, and later, Lightningclaw, is a rogue and member of Mbjr, the group dedicated to a spirit known as "The Ark" that wants to wipe out the clans. As an apprentice, he met Scorpiontail and Deadfoot while training to become a moonpool guardian (they protect medicine cats from attack while they go to speak to Starclan). During a dreadful gathering known as Daybreak, which cut off the clans from the gathering island, Lightningpaw was directed by the Ark to act as a spy.
After receiving his warrior name, he began training a Windclan cat, Cloudypaw, that he became like a brother to.
Scorpiontail's adopted son and Deadfoot, Falcon, Cloudypaw, and the Little Assassins' older brother.
Tumblr media
Scorpiontail is a former rogue known for adopting abandoned kits. It is unknown how he first encountered the Ark, but he is devoted to her so much, some cats think he might be possessed. (He is) The bio dad of Falcon. He does care for Falcon and the others, which the Ark doesn't always approve of.
Tumblr media
Falcon is Scorpiontail's son and the youngest member of the rogue group. Scorpiontail and the Ark's training have made him a good fighter, able to go toe-to-toe with more experienced cats like Lightningclaw, Deadfoot, Spottedfang, or Wolftooth. After Scorpiontail and Lightningclaw are almost killed by Wolftooth, Spottedfang, and Cricketstar, he begins to rethink his goal of helping the Ark.
Tumblr media
Deadfoot is a former Shadowclan cat who serves as a spy for the rogues in Thunderclan under the name, "Morningfire". They are badly injured by Icestar, the leader of Thunderclan, after they accidentally slip up and reveal themselves as a devotee of the Ark. Just barely escaping alive, they are found by the Riverclan warrior turned medicine cat, Wolftooth.
Tumblr media
Cloudypaw is a moonpool guardian, Windclan cat, and apprentice and younger brother of Lightningclaw. He is a very calm cat and generally follows his brother's lead. After Lightningclaw is nearly killed by Wolftooth and Spottedfang, he continues his role as moonpool guardian alone before receiving his warrior name, Cloudyleaf.
Tumblr media
Cricketfoot, later Cricketstar, reluctantly became leader of Riverclan after the death of his grandfather, Hopstar. He just wanted to serve as a warrior and make bad puns. His deputy, Dewnose, helps him with the daily work of running the clan.
Tumblr media
Wolftooth is the bad tempered, hot headed, warrior turned medicine cat of Riverclan, who is part of the group created to take down the rogues, along with the Windclan deputy, Spottedfang. He doesn't really like Cricketstar, blaming him and Hopstar for the Daybreak Accident, thinking that it was because of how friendly the previous leader was with outsiders. Of course, this is fake.
Becomes...not quite friends with "Morningfire" after healing them from an attack by Icestar.
Tumblr media
Spottedfang is the Windclan deputy and part of the group created by Icestar to drive out the rogues. She does her duty single mindedly, but still shows care for others like Wolftooth (despite the tom's stubbornness).
After Icestar reveals that he attacked Deadfoot and that Wolftooth was just a loner he kidnapped, she leaves the group and starts working on her own.
Tumblr media
Dewnose is the patient and logical deputy of Riverclan and the younger sister of Flintfire. She was tasked by Hopstar to help Cricketfoot with his leadership duties.

Fair warning, I really took a lot of liberty with this prompt because a) I’m basically canon-blind AF when it comes to Fuwa, and b) I’m even worse with Horobi, so. My really sad attempt at this is found under the ~cut

He didn't know if Yaiba liked flowers. Yet Fuwa thought not bringing some would have been a completely unacceptable act, even from someone like him. Especially from someone like him. He had half a mind to walk faster to get to her quicker, when he sensed someone following him - and turned. Not someone then, he later found out. Something. "What is it?" he called out, impatient. Horobi emerged from the shadows and stared at him, almost unmoving. Fuwa clenched his jaw and said, "Look. I'm kind of in a hurry here, so if you don't mind--" "It is the will of the Ark that--" He couldn't help himself; he laughed. "That shit again? Don't you have anything else to say other than that?" Humagears were just bits of scraps and metal put together, he'd always thought. Why would this one be any different? And yet-- "Tell me, Horobi - is it also the will of the Ark that Jin got destroyed by Amatsu, and that you just let it happen?" Now, Fuwa could see bits of reactions from Horobi when he said that. Reactions that made him seem... human, for a second. "Odd that your Ark wants me to live but doesn't give a fuck about your friend, doesn't it?" Horobi cocked his head to one side, though there's a stiffness to his actions that wasn't there before. "Do not presume to know what the Ark wants." "Whatever." Fuwa turned away, losing interest quickly. "I don't know about you, but I really hate it when I'm told what to do. I believe one of yours found out about it the hard way." He could feel Horobi staring right at him. "Your being alive, at this moment, is only because we will it." "Then I hope you will it a lot longer, because I'm gonna give that ZAIA son of a bitch a well-deserved beating that can only result in his death - or mine." For Yaiba, Fuwa thought, strangely calm. If he couldn't help her while she alive then by god, so help him now-- He turned towards the Humagear. "If you're gonna fight me, fight me after I've delivered these flowers to my friend," Fuwa said, shaking it for emphasis. “Otherwise, don’t waste my time.”   Horobi didn't move. Fuwa then resumed his walk, only-- "Gai Amatsu," the Humagear spoke again. "The Ark does not yet dictate his defeat." Pause. Despite himself, Fuwa tensed, unconsciously readying himself for an attack. But it didn't come. When he turned again, he found Horobi actually walking away. "Oi!" he called the Humagear, surprised. "What? You're not gonna stop me?" Horobi’s pace slowed, but he didn't turn. "It is not yet the Ark's will for Amatsu to die," he said. Over his shoulder he added, "But it is mine." Fuwa grinned, despite himself. Well. He could work with that.
