In light of bad batch s3 coming out tmrw! (I literally have to rewatch all of season 2 so I'll be avoiding tumblr like the plague until that's done) so here's some star wars thoughts.

After watching clone wars, the best way to watch the main movies IS in chronological order. I will not be taking feedback. It's so satisfying to see the fall of anakin, then the rise of luke and leia, and anakins "redemption"(too many thoughts on that)

But actually I lied and the best way to watch them if ur a menace is 4 5 2 3 6. It cuts out some of the movies that kinda drag if ur not in the right mood and builds up suspense then gives u context then goes out with a banger.

But the real reason for this post: the future of star wars terrifies me. I've spent my whole middle school and high school years deeply invested in this world. I've watched all the shows, read as many book as I could, and waited anxiously for every release. Heck I even cried in theaters multiple times for star wars.

And disney is capitalizing too close to the sun. The mouse has lost his touch and is killing any meaningful works being made in all of the studios it owns. After bad batch ends, we're entering a new era of star wars. One removed from George Lucas vision and one that's telling new stories.

I just hope they are handled with care and aren't just cash cows, I would hate to see star wars have the same decline marvel has had.

Anyways, though, I will be losing my shit for this new season and will once again become what I always am and will forever be, just a simple man making his way through the galaxy.

Do u have any hcs about the Emeritus brothers growing up together?

i think primo took care of the others the most. of course nihil was There for most of the physical care, but i think they trusted him more than they could trust their father with Emotions or Issues

primos hair gets really thin from stress so he just shaves it by the time hes 30. secondo really admires primo so eventually he starts shaving his head as well despite no sign of thin hair.

i like when copia is also Just There being an "orphan" under sisters wing. her little protege. an out of place fellow kid. and all the other boys hate him <3 even primo doesnt trust him. hell rat them out to sister at he drop of a hat for a cheek pinch and a good job.

i think secondo as a little kid was the charmer thatd get the older sisters of sin to keep him with them in the ac while he was supposed to be doing like chores outside or like. school. hes just soooo cute and a charming little man they cant resist when he asks to sit and chat. tells them how pretty they are, etc

terzo has the best grades out of the bunch even primos surpised by the little genius. of course this leads to gifted kid syndrome down the line </3 hes always been a smartass but his steadily worsening grades makes him lean further into being a class clown type

secondo and terzo beat each other up a lot. sometimes copia is an unwilling third party and gets teamed up on. primo has learned he cant get inbetween them or theyll pounce on him too. copia has not learned this.

terzo always insitgates the fights but secondo always throws the first punch. hes so easy to rile up and terzo thinks thats fun to mess with. nihil alway tells secondo off the most but before terzo thinks hes got off scotch free theyll both get punished together for fighting.

still on fighting when copia gets beat up the other brothers tell him not to squeal to sister about it. this never works and sister fucking GETS them everytime.

when they eat together they take and give food to each other that they dont like/like. like oh everyone will give their brocolli to primo bc he like it and hell give them his onion rings or something etc. theres trades going around like you can have my garlic bread if you pass over your brownie. those sorts of things. there is peace and democracy when food is involved

You know as much as I shit on the 1A vs izuku arc and it's entire aftermath, the only 2 good things I liked in that were Mineta's and Iida's words to Midoriya and then Iida reaching out to Midoriya instead of the blond POS. everything else (all events, every line that was written) that happens in the story before and after these 2 events and then all the way till Zuku takes his bath were trash. Honestly our Brocolli boy deserved way better than what he got in canon in this entire arc.

Agreed with all of this. Tenya and Minoru’s words were great as well as Shoto’s. Everything else was god awful though.

OUCH THATS HARSH! I can understand since Bakugou rejected Tomura he likely sees no reason to be invested in him. While the AFO side only cares about Izuku with OFA so there there legit no reason to waste energy on Bakugou.

There is nothing that connects them after Bakugou basically called the villains losers and doesn’t join losers.

But no seriously why are they all close range fightings only Jeanist makes sense. Since can manipulate fibers can quickly evacuate people away from Tomura. Like the whole deal is he can use DECAY by touch and super strength , did they seriously 100% relied on Aizawa quirk???!!!

They need range fighters, they need Izuku but the boy is way too far he is over the SEA right now.

-nods- He is the closest it doesn’t mean any particular kind of relationship. Neither platonic or romantic because how the heck would he know that? But is very much aware they are very close. So this is still accurate to the original intention.

Closest doesn’t always mean friendliest either just so people know.

....I don’t know how to say this but Izuku isn’t going to be able to help them guys. Bakugou is in a bad position right now and the brocolli is super far from them while Bakugou is in IMMEDIATE danger. They got to save him or he is screwed because AFOmura is an unstable man.

So give it up for the Big Three whose job is to make sure everyone stays alive until then! Especially Bakugou!

Airell loves most of music genres, he is a bard himself. He loves when the songs tell tales. He doesn't like too repetitive stuff, like Bash the Dragon song. He enjoys the festival, though.

His favourite colours are green and purple/violet. He's not a fan of orange, but he admits that it can look nice sometimes.

Airell likes warmer climates, but chilly weather is also nice. They like snow and think it's a lot of fun, but they don't like being exposed to it for too long. This changes to indifference post HoT.

Airell loves hylek cuisine. Ever since they got a taste of chak, they love adding it to their own dishes. They don't like apples, but might eat them if there is nothing else to eat and they're hungry. Similarly to majority of my characters, Airell has a sweet tooth.

🍊 What is your OC’s favourite meal? Snack? Dessert? Drink? Any reasons behind this besides liking how it tastes?

Airell's favourite is the grub and chak stew! They love the crunchiness of the chitin and the chewiness of the insects themselves! Also they claim that chak goo is perfect for making jelly for desserts and they love baking. Airell always reminds everyone to be careful with chak, because they're quite tricky to work with in the kitchen.

What is your OC’s most hated food? Stuff they can’t stand to eat or drink?

brocolli. Airell absolutely hates the texture he would rather down an expired karka dipped in toxic waste from inquest labs than eat it. He has a similar reaction to brussells but simply because he hates how the name of that vegetable sounds.

🍑 Where is your OC’s favourite place to relax or calm down? Recount a story of their time spent in this place! What makes it so special to them?

Airell's special place would be the Ameyalli temple beneath Jaka Itzel. He was taught that it was a significant place for the Itzel, so he grew to love it too. In there he feels like he belongs and he forgets that he's actually all alone. Faith in the Jungle goddess makes his life easier. He feels the connection to the Jungle itself and he would hate to lose it. He always goes there when he's troubled or needs to relax.

Is there anywhere your OC hates to go to? Anywhere that stresses them out or have negative memories of?

The fallen and rotting tree that we know as the Heart of Thorns, the place where they lost someone they held dear. Airell feels like they've lost a part of themselves and they hate to even think of that place. The world is cruel, though. They have to come back there at some point and face what they've done, even if their actions were unintentional. Airell's reawakened the Tree and made it sprout new plant people. They have to take the responsibility, no matter how painful it is.

🧡 Who is your OC’s favourite person? Why is this person the top of their list and have they actually met them (an idol or rolemodel or celeb can be someone’s favourite after all!).

It's Trahearne. Trahearne taught Airell everything he knew, from necromancy to many unspoken rules of living in central Tyria. Trahearne was also the second person Airell has met that believed them when they said they were from the West. Airell also used to be Trahearne's apprentice for a while before they actually started dating. Even after HoT, when their paths...separated, so to speak... Airell never forgets Trahearne nor their feelings for him.

Who does your OC absolutely hate, the one person who they’d sell to Satan for one corn chip? Why do they loathe this person so?

There is a lot of self-loathing in Airell, but there is also a grudge against Nia. While they are thankful that she took over the Pact, they think she should have tried harder to save Trahearne.

They also hold a grudge against Rytlock because he is blamed for Eyris's death. As Airell is really close with her, knowing that Rytlock is responsible makes them on edge and the only reason they let him breathe is because Eyris asked them to stand down.

📙 What kind of subjects (of conversation, of discussion, in school or whatever) does your OC find interesting or engaging or that they can talk for hours about? What kind of stuff do they just find fun?

Airell loves talking about music and travel, as well as cooking. He also really enjoys listening to others talk about their passions, even if he doesn't know much about them himself.

What things bore your OC to tears and they couldn’t care less about? Why?

He's not a fan of politics. As a commander he had to suffer through it, but ever since he retired he is much happier. Another topic that bores him is golemancy. He thinks minions are much better, but I'd say it's just a necromancer's bias.

Additionally, he really doesn't like listening about human gods. Trahearne used to tell him a lot about them when they were traversing Orr together and ever since their parting Airell can't stand hearing about them even by accident. It's dredging up painful memories.

This is my oc character nova. Nova is an alien from the planet Neptune. She crash landed on earth and had to get a custom to the people and how they work. After living on earth for a year she finally got use to everything. Along the way she learned how to shape shift Into a human to freak people out less and picked up there language. She soon saw a help wanted sign for the pizza plex and decied to try and work there. There she met sun and got the daycare job. Later on she met moon. Sun started to have a crush on her while moon took a little longer to develop feelings but now these boys love her but are afraid of telling her. She later was caught by sun and moon in her true for which they adored and thought she looked beautiful. Later DJ, monty, freddy, chica, and Roxanne found out. They didn't care and called her unique. Sometimes she will turn into her true for to make the kids happy and tell them it's just a costum. So that's Nova.

Goodbye and thank you Amphibia

No spoilers here, its safe! ok im still processing everything but Amphibia was incredible, im so satisfied with this ending, it has such a deep meaning that made me realize this wasnt just an ending but a whole new beginning especially for the girls (gosh they are so important to me).

Amphibia has always been there for me, it's been a wacky, fun ride and im so glad that it's made it's way into my heart. I've met so many wonderful people and im never gonna be the same bc of this show (in the best way possible). It will always have a special spot in my heart and on my skin too bc im definitely getting a tattoo hehe.

This show has taught me so many things, it was a journey that brought me so much comfort, inspiration and joy. Im proud to be part of this fandom and im so grateful that Amphibia has been in my life for as long as it has.

Thank you Matt, directors, editors, writers, animators, storyboard artists, voice actors, fans and thank you silly little frog show, i love you with my whole heart. And thank you for coming along:
