More body movement from today :) eye love ecstatic pole sessions because eye can honor and bask in my own sex appeal.
Eye don’t feel ashamed of being sexy, irresistible and attractive. Eye love being a woman, being beautiful inside and out and discovering who eye am over and over again. Eye am grateful to inhabit this body, eye thank (God)dess everyday for this gift. Asé.
Here are some macrame pieces I found online that I really liked. I also went down to the library and looked at the books in the fashion section and this piece of lady gaga stuck out to me as it gives me the vibe of blood and veins.

When you dance don't you feel so good😙 I know it is because first of all… it removes all your stress from your body.
Second I would say dance is a remedy how? when you dance it releases all your stress, and can help you have an similar interest with your friend...😉
Third you can finally feel and express the feelings inside of you like happiness and joy.
It also helps you activate your body, suppose you are on the computer for like 4-5 hours without moving or taking a break so if you dance you express, release pain and stress and finally active your body to have fun, so don't think just dance.
Note- Why do some people say that I don't know how to dance why? listen people you are just making that excuse you know how to dance since dance has no shape its just an talent hidden inside of you.
Unraveling Trauma's Grip: Releasing Stuck Pain Through Somatic Therapies
Trauma can imprint deeply within our bodies and energy fields, causing cellular memory long after events pass. Like the Chinese finger trap, the more we tense against this pain, the tighter it binds. However, emerging somatic practices can unravel trauma at its roots. By tapping into the quantum field of consciousness, we can rewrite the script and find freedom.

Temporary Project - Lino Cutting and Printing (13/12/22)
Today I experimented with lino cutting. I have tried various types of printing this semester (such as dry-point etching, blueprinting and risograph) and I didn't want to finish the semester without experimenting with lino and fully exploring the media of printing.
For my lino print Designs I focused on body movements and gestures (temporary aspect of the Human body) .Although the print only captures a frame of the movement I added in gesture lines to indicate the direction that Mr.Mush was spinning whilst ice - skating or dancing under the spotlight.

I printed the image on grey, brown and white coloured card and then developed them further into Christmas cards for my peers after I had made my initial prints.

I thought it was interesting how the image reversed and how what you carved away was left white. The process is very different to risograph and probably closer to etching. I really love the old rustic handmade style of the lino and the fact that once you have the engraved stamp made you can make an infinite number of prints (or Christmas cards :) )
