The new TUM volume 4 has some great Mic content. I think the best will be in volume 5 though when we get the origin trio mission with him as the lead and the time capsule chapter(if that 1 is in there).

I wanna talk about the first Team-Up Mission with Miruko because of course I do.

Anyways, I think this part is interesting.

We all know that Miruko doesn't do teams, but this is another example of her not wanting to be on a team, but not minding it.

"Not that I mind if you tag along!"

Meaning, she actually was fine with the kids coming along. She didn't think they would be in the way or continued to argue. Unlike a certain other higher ranked Hero who threw a hissy fit about having two extra students... In fact, she keeps her eyes on them!

This part remembers me of an older sibling being told to take their younger siblings out with them, that's how it came off to me. Which I can relate to as a big sister.

Remember, Miruko is observant. She watches those around her. Even better?

She does give credit where credit is due. She doesn't praise Midoriya here because he actually didn't do anything in the first phase of the patrol. However, she doesn't skip over Uraraka or even criticizes her. She acknowledges her work.

She says "I ain't giving pointers". I thought about that and I can only assume that she doesn't care to because again, she didn't want to do this, but! She also is someone who recognizes how hard someone works and instead of not saying anything, she does because if someone is doing great, let them know.

There's also this.

Despite not wanting to work with a "villain", Miruko notes that the three have some trust between them. She steps back and lets them handle the situation, she doesn't argue.

Bakugou had a plan and when Midoriya says that, she pretty much took his word for it. She doesn't undermine what he says.

I feel like she should get more credit as a character because she doesn't like working on teams, but when it comes down to, she isn't bitchy about it.

She doesn't continuously voice her distaste for teams like every second. She doesn't try to branch off from others. She doesn't argue or underestimate those she is working with. She gives acknowledgement to someone's efforts and she does watch and listen to others.

I don't know how canon are the TUMs to the main storyline, but still. Just wanted to share that.
