I hate the IWC. “But guess gotta have a black..” like when it comes to black women in wrestling it’s always something racist said about them. Bianca is so unproblematic and literally ONE OF THE BEST in ring performer the WWE has on their roster right now.
I’m so tired of seeing Black women get torn down in this community it’s sickening…

Levi x (Black) Bad Girls Club Reader
(awhile back somebody requested I do a Levi x Bad Girl’s Club reader and it has been awhile since I made one of those 😂 idk ALOT about Levi’s personality and it was kind of hard to write this because like idk wtf y’all wanted to happen, but here we are anyway. Enjoy)
He supposed it made sense. Although you were usually quite sweet and even demure, this woman on screen spoke to the underlying spitfire that occasionally came out of your personality.
This version of his y/n, jumped on girls, danced on tables, and knocked back shots like a pirate.
He was enthralled to say the least.
“Y/n!” He called out for you, eyes still glued on the screen.
A few minutes of silence went by and then he heard your footsteps pounding the stairs.
“What’s wrong, ba—“ But you froze when you saw yourself clapping your hands together in the face of a woman you remembered well from your hooligan days.
“Bitch I wish you would!”
“Do somethin then!”
Those were the magic words before you swung on the girl in your face.
You practically dove over the couch to turn off the tv, remote now clutched in your hand.
Levi blinked. “Hey, I was watching that.”
“I can see that.” Your face burned with humiliation as you whirled around to face him.
“I…um…I was surprised to say the least.” Levi continued.
You couldn’t read his expression, but you felt embarrassed all the same. You were a different person back in your younger years and had vowed to yourself to be different. Meeting Levi had helped with that a lot.
“I’m sorry you had to find out this way.”
“Sorry? Why should you be sorry? I think it’s interesting. Actually, I was watching that.”
“I would rather you didn’t.”
“Why, love? It’s interesting.”
“It’s embarrassing. That’s not who I am anymore.”
Levi stood, and strolled over to you. His expression softened and he clutched your shoulders gently.
“But it’s apart of who you were, and I wanna know everything about you.”
“Aww ba—“
“Starting with if you won that fight.” Levi snatched the remote from you to your own shock.
“Levi!”
You grabbed for it, but your short king was pretty strong and held the remote out of your reach while turning on the tv.
“I’LL FIGHT EVERY BITCH IN THIS HOUSE!”
“Oh my god.” You muttered.
“Damn right you will, y/n.” Levi rooted for you.
You flopped down on the couch and gave up. Instead you watched yourself during your baddie era. Lashes fully intact, lips glossed, weave down your back and a pair of matching two piece crushed velvet pajamas. You had fought the girl without even breaking a sweat.
You looked over at your boyfriend’s enthralled expression as he watched. He looked proud, impressed and a little turned on. You couldn’t help, but smile a bit.
“You wanna know why I fought her?” You finally conceded.
Levi turned to you with wide eyes.
“Do you really want to talk about it?”
You laughed. “We’ll, if you’re going to watch me in my ratchet era, I’d rather you hear about it from me.”
“Well then, be my guest. I’d love to know.”
Well, if you were going to explain your old self, you may as well channel her.
“Ok, so first; all them bitches hated me cuz I was cute and I beat all they asses at least once.”
Levi laughed. “Oh? I have no doubt about that.”
For the remainder of the marathon the two of you spent the time laughing at your on screen antics and cheering you on in your multiple fights.

I’m White. I’ve never dealt with racism my whole life. So I cannot imagine what it must be like for people who DO experience racism but I do know that it is NOT good whatsoever. ESPECIALLY black women, who tend to deal with some of the worst treatment I’ve heard of/seen. I really wanted to help spread awareness and help, but I need to make one thing clear:
You’re free to buy this if you WANT, since I’ll be donating the money to organizations that support black women anyway so I won’t be keeping it, but I’m not the one you should be supporting for stuff like this. You should be supporting ACTUAL black women who need the money. Here is a link for a list of organizations you can support, and if anyone has any more tell me in the comments/reblogs!

Z rant:
I haaaaaaa-TUH— bro it absolutely irks my SOUL when my dad comments on women.
it is thee most misogynistic and sexist shit it pisses me off.
he's always talking about how big or how small a woman's assets are.
always so quick to say someone is "whoring around" or "servicing people" and LAUGHS about it.
he is so derogatory towards women— especially black women and it has me like ?????
am I not a black woman??? is your WIFE not a black woman???
I understand having mommy issues but don't treat ME and every other woman like crap.
whenever we talk about our periods and cramps, he says "we men still have it worse. especially black men."
yeah dad? well it's not exactly easy being a black woman in America either😭😭

This question might be a bit off the beaten path, but I thought I would ask. I saw America's Next Top Model a few times as a kid, and Cycle 4 happened to be airing. Not a fan of the show, but I noticed that while Tyra's lambasting of Tiffany (uncalled for) is often discussed, the portrayal of Keenyah in later episodes of the season is not often as talked about to (my knowledge). The judges begin to complain that Keenyah is too competitive, and her food consumption is emphasized, with multiple shots of her shown eating bagels with (I think) cream cheese, and her later being assigned roles like Gluttony in the Seven Deadly Sins photoshoot, and Elephant in the Safari photoshoot. The other contestants were not given this treatment.
Not sure if this was discussed in other circles, or I'm reading too much into this? It rubbed me the wrong way as the years elapsed, and I have looked back on it.
I admittedly haven't watched America's Next Top Model thank god, but I've heard that there's a lot of misogynoir, colorism, and fatphobia in it. So that's not great.
That does sound terrible tho.
