Basically, open audacity and cut the audio down to what you need. Save the file. Import the saved file so there are 2 audio tracks. Reduce the volume if it is peaking. Select one track and apply the Paulstretch effect with a stretch factor of 1 and time resolution of .25.

Take the stretched audio and move it around a bit till it starts when the non stretched audio starts. Adjust volume if needed and ur done unless you want to do the extra stuff.
