Phil lore? Phil lore.

His minecraft skin is literally just Urahara from Bleach

He's the hardcore man! Had a 5 year hardcore world where he died to a baby zombie (technically he actually died to a spider but the baby zombie is funnier and we all blame it on him). Still does super long-running hardcore worlds and that's most of what he streams. References to his hardcore world death are actually in the game itself (occasional home screen splash text reading "Ph1lzA had a good run!")

In lore SMPs when in-character he often refers to the Hardcore world as "Dad's train sets in the basement" or similar.

Usual Nicknames include: Dadza, Birdza, Killza, Weebza, Oldza, etc etc. Just slap -za at the end. Also Kristin's Husband, Tech Guy (on Kristin's streams), Crowfather, The Only Man Ever, Bravest Man, Philza Minecraft, Angel Of Death, etc etc. People also often refer to him as "old" because he is 33 and is generally the oldest member of different SMPs (was the oldest member of the Dream SMP and is oldest member of the SBI).

SBI stands for Sleepy Boys Inc. (or Sleepy Bois Inc.) and is a group comprised of Philza, Technoblade, Wilbur Soot, and later addition Tommyinnit. Phil is considered the dad-friend of the group, thus his dad-themed nicknames/lore.

He is Philza Minecraft because he made Minecraft alongside Hatsune Miku* (*He is very good at Minecraft)

You may occasionally hear the song "Philza Minecraft is so brave / He's the bravest man I ever met" (other verses include lines such as "Philza Minecraft is a dentist") This originated from Tommyinnit's "Colossal TNT Mod" video.

Crowfather is from Origins SMP, where he is a very literal birb man who causes mischief. Crowfather also cameo'd on Rats SMP where he was an even more literal crow and thought the mom of the house (voiced by his IRL wife, Kristin) was hot.

Father status varies depending on server/fanon but generally ranges anywhere from biological or adoptive father of one-to-three (Wilbur Soot, Tommyinnit, Technoblade) (and adoptive great-grandkids through Fundy again)

Took over the world with Technoblade once (SMP Earth, Antarctic Empire)

"Angel of Death" originates from SMP Earth and that alongside his renowned skill with elytra are why he is generally depicted as having wings (particularly because he almost always has his elytra equipped on any world where he has one). Because he has a custom cape/elytra based on Urahara that makes his wings dark grey/black, people started depicting him as a crow, which merged with the Angel of Death thing due to crow associations with death. The wings were already a solid part of his fanon design before he joined the Dream SMP (though they weren't solidly crow wings yet) though quickly became fanon due to Sad-ist's animations - which is also why you'll often see him with one or both wings tattered, due to that design (dsmp fanon being that his wings were damaged in the explosion of L'Manberg while he was protecting Wilbur from it and thus why he can't fly on that server).

His chat is canonically crows after it being fanon for awhile (due to the above) until somebody mentioned it to him through TTS on a random hardcore stream and he said he liked the idea due to the mental image of literally throwing lore crumbs to the birds.

His TTS bot is named Brian, and is often depicted as a robot crow. Whenever Phil goes AFK on stream his mod/VIPs will make Brian make noises/sing ("ourna" and "7777777" are common). Usually this is IanBealio (best mod) or Wolfythewitch (renowned Philza fanartist). Ian is also often depicted as Phil's main crow, usually with an orange version of Phil's Urahara bucket hat.

Sometimes Phil's wife, Kristin (mc/twitch name Misstrixtin, also known as Mumza, since Phil is Dadza), will randomly sneak up on Phil to shoot him with a nerf gun during stream. She also runs his clips channel. She's also American. We love her lots and lots. Favorite parent. She thinks being drawn as a death goddess is super cool. Also something you may see in designs of her occasionally is that she has a white streak in the back of her hair. She thinks it's cool when that detail is included (and the DSMP fandom likes to combo that with her in the DSMP being Fundy's grandmother, since Fundy IRL also has white streaks in his hair, so his character is often depicted with them as well).

Phil's hardcore worlds have lore! Lots of lore. Current world's main lore is that there are a bunch of gods that had a war against the End King who tried to steal everything and each build in the world is based off of the events of that war. Gods include the End King, the Blaze Empress, the Ocean Overlord, and Rose (Flower deity). This lore is very loose though and not critical to understanding or enjoying his hardcore series. It's just worldbuilding for projects, not an RP world.

Also one time in this world after he fought the End dragon a bunch to open up all the end portals, apparently during those fights the dragon glitched through portals twice and ended up in the outer end islands, so later when exploring he had to fight two Ender Dragons at once, mid-air over the void before they returned to the main island destroyed his custom End Island. On Hardcore. There's a video about it, It's called the Fight For Endlantis. (Endlantis being his custom End island, which is completely submerged in water)

In his Hardcore world lore, Phil is friends with the Blaze Empress, who lives in Nether Void (big black concrete box Phil built for his nether project). She's a big blaze lady goddess, which is most likely what influenced people to depict Death Goddess Mumza as a giant goddess as well.

Phil also says he likes the idea of Mumza being giant compared to him because again, his minecraft skin is Urahara, so Giant Wife reminds him of Urahara's Bankai.

You may hear about "Emerald Duo" or the "Friendship emeralds" sometimes - this is from DSMP lore. Techno gave Phil an emerald once renamed to "Friendship Emerald" and that became their duo name. Phil and Techno are often depicted in fanart as wearing matching emeralds as accessories.

There's also a running joke based on DSMP lore that he fucked a fridge, because one time Wilbur insisted his character's mother was a Samsung Smart Refrigerator.

You may hear about something called "Colorzas," particularly around MCC time. This is a mostly-fanon driven AU where there are different Phils with different colors, and each color has a different personality and design. For most MCCs he'll put on a skin based on a Colorza. There's a whole carrd for this and it's on Phil's fandom wiki but most of the names are just like Redza, Blueza, Pinkza, etc etc. Except for Voidza (Greyza), Pissza (Yellowza), and. Cumza (Whiteza). Orangeza is also sometimes jokingly just Phil's mod Ian. The only "true canon" Colorza (the colorza that appears in any smp lore) is Redza, who semi-canonly cameo'd once on the Dream SMP. His main personality traits are that's he's chaotic and evil.

You may hear about "Boosty Cars" - this is referring to Rocket League, which Phil plays often and streams sometimes on his secret alt twitch. He also sometimes plays other games there. He's also a big Halo player and iirc I think he was actually a nationally ranked Halo player for a bit?

You may also sometimes hear about Terra Swoop Force - this is a Minecraft map made by Noxcrew (the MCC people) (aka that one TGTTOSAWAF map) that Phil is Really Good At. Again, this feeds into why he's depicted as a bird.

The Borrower and the Monsters-

Borrower Tommy moves into the house of three hybrids and does his best to not get eat, later getting adopted by Philza, Wilbur, and Techno

Chaotic Raccoon-

Tommy has the ability to size shift and turn into a raccoon and causes problems on purpose and also makes friends with Tubbo

Old Friend Soulmate AU-

Borrower Tubbo finds out that he has a platonic soulmate name Tommy who turns out to be a human! Later they both find out they also have a second platonic soulmate named Ranbo o who is a size-shifter!

Stolen Magic-

Wilbur is a well-renowned a sorcerer who goes out to find some borrowers and steal their magic to use for some special potions but mysteriously gets shrunk down and befriends a young borrower named Tommy, I wonder if we'll get the good end or the bad end in the story?

A New World To Save-

Borrower Tommy gains the ability to size shift and starts going out on vigilante mission with his two friends Ranboo and Tubbo, let's just hope nothing bad happens...

An Unfair Hunt-

The borrower colony L'Manberg becomes an extreme danger once three humans appear in the forest they live in and start chasing them around and try to catch them almost like it's a game

Birdza And The Baby Birds-

Philza finds borrower Tommy, Ranboo, and Tubbo and just goes into bird mode and adopts all three of them into his family! Techno and Wilbur just try to vibe with their new tiny siblings

The Giant Gladiator-

Giant Techno is forced to fight in a arena for the humans that kidnapped him from his home entertainment but one day he is told to fight and kill a young human named Tommy, he chooses to spare the child and keeps him as a close friend and slowly starts playing a way to escape with the kid

Home Alone But With Borrowers-

Borrower Dream, George, Sapnap, Karl, and Quackity find out that one of the kids that belongs to the human family they borrow from was left behind during there Christmas vacation and all decide to work together to take care of the kid and stop some home Intruders!

Wilbur Soot the good scientist-

Wilbur is put in charge of starting a new species call The Borrowers but instead does his best to protect the borrower so they don't get injured, this becomes difficult once Dream joins the experiments

The Royal Garden

Borrower Wilbur, Jack, Ponk, Karl, Quackity, Tubbo, and Tommy all live in the old oak tree in the garden of the castle- usually it's against the rules to make friends with humans but that's not stopping this group of Borrowers!

The Golem's Guardian

Skeppy goes on a dangerous adventure to save some gam golems and Bad and Techno decide to join him cuz they have literally nothing else to do!

The Reverse Exterminator

Tommy has always found how borrowers are treated extremely unfair and uses the fact that his brothers are exterminator to go to houses early and get borrowers out before their hurt or worse, now he has the problem that there's a mini Colony living up in his attic that for some strange reason won't leave

OSMP Head Canons 4/4 SBI + Ranboo

Tommy

Instead of being a kid, or a baby bird or smt. I'd like to think that the growth of his wings are more like bird puberty lmao, and Tommy's a late bloomer. He can't really fly yet, since his wings aren't fully grown, but his adoptive dad, Phil taught him how to glide. And for the meantime, that should do! He and Wilbur decided to leave their home and go live by themselves as they grow older, but still visit their dear old dad. (Also, He got influenced by his dad's adoptive tendencies and decides to adopt two baby chicks he helped hatch.)

Phil

Instead of him having black feathered wings like in the dsmp, Phil's wings would be sorta, iridescent? Like more smoothed over and no feathers? And it could either be black with diamond shaped patterns on it? Or greyish blue. (Your choice :D) He brought in a younger Wilbur after he found him kinda standing on a hill, watching the other phantoms at night. For Tommy, Phil found him all alone when he was also younger, and trying to fly, so he just went: "Baby birb". So since Phil can fly, he'd help Wilbur and Tommy with their flying skills too. After they left(they still visit), Phil found a random enderian covered in jewelry just wondering about, and shrieking at water. Decided to take him in for a bit, cause Gosh forbid birdza from becoming an automatic adoption machine.

Wilbur

Wilbur was about more of a lonely outcast, since he kinda grew up in the dark caves. That's until Phil found him, and the rest is history. Since practice takes longer, and Wilbur will get exhausted more easily at day, they opted to instead, practice flying at night, so it'd be easier for Wilbur to practice.

Techno

Tommy and Wilbur just found this random human planting potatoes, and after offering Tommy potatoes (cause he was hungry) they decided they'd adopt him as a brother and "enslave him as their farmer" (Tommy)

He just wants to farm man.

Ranboo

Hahaha temporarily exiled (it's equivalent to getting grounded) prince decides to cause chaos in over world as revenge.

Local chicken boi is his bestie. (I saw a post hc where Tommy stays with him under the tree until the rain was over, and loved it! Hope you don't mind me using this hc?)

More world building but this time with philza or more specifically birdza

His wings are fucking massive, they have to be to hold him up in the sky

He tends to get himself really high up and then glide similar to a sea bird

He will also swoop down on people like a perigrin falcon as a method of attack, nobody ever survives these attacks (he has blades that he can attach to his shoes for efficiency, however at the height and speed he attacks from he doesn't need them)

The diamond shapes on his wings are eye spots so anyone trying to attack him from the back has this awful feeling of dread and sometimes sheer terror depending on the person

Techno is one of the few people who can stand to walk behind him

His wings are very important to him and he makes sure that they are well taken care of

For him wing grooming is a social activity but for only very intimate relationships, friendships or otherwise

The first time he had techno preen his wings it was a massive show of trust

Whenever techno helps him with his wings he'll always turn around and start brushing technos fur/hair

He still refers to wilbur as his chick

As a baby wilbur followed him around everywhere

He sleeps in a nest it's made of pretty much and soft material he can get his hands on

He sleeps with his head tucked under his wings

He always has the urge to travel depending on the seasons, usually he ignores it but sometimes he has to travel for a few months to get it out of his system. This is were wilbur gets his thing for wandering from

He likes to perch on places, be it the rafters, the roof, or even technoblade. The first time ranboo saw him do this it was the middle of the night and the poor kid nearly jumped out of his skin

Phil sees ranboo as a chick and has referred to him as such in conversation with technoblade (techno couldn't laugh as he has, multiple times, after waking up from hibernation asked where the piglet was)

He has an eye for shiny things, often if someone gives his something he'll just hand them a random shiny object

This ment he was more than happy to accept the jewelry techno gave him to wear to the nether

His hair is a really weird texture, it's in between feathers and hair

His eyes are nearly same as a birds so people assume that they're black, but if you look closer theres a small ring of blue

He can't see glass

He's quite claustrophobic

He does chirps and sing

He has specific chirps for greeting certain people, Wilbur chirps back, techno oinks, and ranboo vwoops.

His nails naturally grow into talons and they grow very quickly

His nails are also naturally black

His kind tend to live quite solitary live or with small family groups, that's why there no one else like him around

Hold the Smolls

Techno didn't know how to feel right now with what he was looking at- there were three tiny hybrids sleeping on his bed, they we're so so small. Techno very slowly moved closer to his bad kneeling down in front of the three as his pupils grow bigger, he very gently poked the tiny Enderman hybrid purring as they stirred in their sleep

The Enderman slowly open their eyes yawning and looked up at Techno with very sleepy eyes, Techno felt his heartbreak as the small creature started whimpering and backing away from him. The over two also woke up and instantly joined their brother in cowering and backing away from the Pigman

Techno wined and backed away from the bed a little still sitting on the floor trying to appear smaller, he open his mouth to say something but was quickly interrupted as the three started screaming for Philza

Philza ran into the room as soon as he heard the three scream and looked at them extremely confused, he looked over at Techno hoping to get some answers but was only met with a fearful look

Philza welked over to the boys and scoop them up holding them close to his chest and softly chirping "Hey hey it's ok, Techno's not ganna hurt you"

"Yes he is! He was getting ready to grab us and eat us!" Tommy yelled hugging Ranboo and Tubbo

"Boys-" Philza was cut off as Techno growled loudly and stood up to his full height almost towering over Phil "Techno stay calm-"

Techno continue growling as he stared down at the three tiny hybrids and notice there whimpering "Oh stop complaining I wouldn't waste my time on such worthless morsels as you" he stormed out of the room and sat down on the porch outside the house taking in deep breaths and trying to calm down

Okay, so that wasn't the best response, but Techno didn't have the courage to go back, so he just sat there, sulking.

I.. I just want tiny bench trio hiding from Phil. This is kinda an AU idea, sorta? Phil as usual being a bird hybrid. The idea is his instincts kick in and well. Tiny kids, alone, possible injury? You get the idea hopefully - The Ghost Anon

Tommy, Ranboo, and Tubbo we're eventually going to just stay in the bird hybrids house for the winter and then try moving to a new one but the snow outside just kept getting worse and worse, Ranboo was also pretty sure the human was slowly figuring out that they were in the house because he started leaving certain things out in the open to be found

Tommy decided he was going to try and trade through the snow and find a new house to stay in but had to quickly turn back after being out for an hour and almost freezing to death- he was put on immediate bed rest with how frostbitten his body was

Tubbo made Ranboo stay in the little makeshift house they had in the Attic with Tommy to make sure he healed properly from all his frostbite will he went out borrowing one night, Tubbo didn't come back.

Ranboo carried Tommy on his back trying to find Tubbo but Ranboo ended up walking into a sticky trap and getting stuck, Philza found them and help get them free

Now all three borrowers are stuck in a blanket nest and being taking care of by a giant bird hybrid

Welp guess they got adopted!

Birdza doesn't really explain that the trio has been adopted. They just have to assume that the giant, who has probably forgotten to tell them his name, doesn't have any ill intent. The little blanket nest is the first sign that maybe it won't be so bad. Then he starts bringing food to them. (Soup is the first food Birdza gives them.) Its the first time any of them have had properly hot food. Birdza is also known to leave his shed feathers in the nest in an instinctual attempt to keep the tiny children warm; it's not uncommon for the trio to wake up covered in feathers.

Yup! Philza doesn't even tell the boys they've been adopted they just have to figure it out on their own, the boys are pretty happy when they're just giving some warm food and more blankets for the nest

Tommy, Ranboo, and Tubbo we're very confused the first time they woke up surrounded by feathers but Tommy very quickly got the idea to use them to make a glider so he could try and fly around the house

Philza very quickly shut that idea down.

(But Wilbur decides to help Tommy actually follow through with it cuz he thinks it would be funny)

What if techno is at Tommy’s first flying lesson and feels bird instincts say throw Tommy off the roof so Phil does The other boys are on Phil shoulder as Phil throws Tommy off the roof about halfway down Phil realizes he’s not gonna fly time Tommy’s stumbling through the air and techno’s running to catch Tommy in time and has to dive to do it how does it go

Techno of course catches Tommy in time before the kid gets hurt and just hold Tommy to his chest protectively, the two stayed like that for a few minutes until Tommy calm down

Surprisingly this made it so Tommy actually trusted Techno first before Ranboo and Tubbo

(Philza also had to figure out a different way to teach Tommy how to fly)

Techno comes home from college to see three tiny kids sitting in a small nest and thinks oh my gods my new baby brothers are so tiny and his pupils go huge but the boys think he’s about to eat them so they scream for Phil which breaks Techno’s heart that they think he’s gonna hurt them Phil comes in to see a devastated Techno and three screaming gremlins he scoops up his boys and tries to tell them that Techno is their big brother while Techno tries to make his piglin hybrid self seem smaller

Techno is just sitting on the floor during all of this trying to make himself as small as possible because he genuinely doesn't want to scare his new little brothers, he just wants to protect :(

Philza is able to get the boys to come down a little but they still don't want to be around techno so the piglin just leave the room and start avoiding them so he doesn't scare them again

Tiny tubbo is a goat hybrid so I imagine he headbutts in affection so Phil and Wilbur will just put their hands down for the boys sometimes and tubbo will headbutt them

Boy why they're headbutt there hands or fly up and headbutt them in the forehead

Tubbo is going to make sure his entire family knows that he loves and appreciates them!

Techno is laying in bed reading when he hears a quiet excuse me from his bedside table and sees Ranboo nervously ringing his hands techno turns to him marking his book and closing it Ranboo quietly say “thank you for saving Tommy”

Ranboo is still extremely nervous around the piglin hybrid but really wants to make sure Techno understands how thankful he is and he saved Tommy

Techno was not expecting Ranboo to come personally thank him and originally just nodded his head but after a few minutes of awkward silence offered the kids some cookies he was eating well reading

Ranboo got to learn a lot about Greek mythology that day :D

What if Phil agressivly bird instinct parented Wilbur to so when he sees the trio getting the same treatment he just laughs seeing someone else get put in a blanket nest and food brought to them and feathers everywhere

Also imagine if since none of his kids have feathers Phil deals with his instinct to preen his kids by just finger combing their hair, but thats a lot easier to acomplish with Wilbur then the tiny kids.

Omg I love this!

Wilbur is just on the floor laughing his ass off as Philza is trying to comb his fingers through the tinys hair and is absolutely failing and just making it worse, the boys got so many knots and tangles in their hair because of it

With wil birdza would just hide him under his wings like birds do to their chicks but the 3 are too small so he just puts them under his hat

Would Tommy fly like a hummingbird since he’s so small?

No I would say he fly's more like an owl and is very quiet!

Tommy has been able to sneak out of the house because of this on several occasions and follow people around outside without anyone noticing
