We all want to have a good figure, look good and healthy but not everyone wants to go the gym, not everyone wants to put themselves on a diet. Truth is you don’t have to do that; a lot don’t even want to pay for a gym membership. They start going for 2 or 3 days then they stop. Instead of that I really recommend playing a sport, especially as a high school student you’ll be fit all right through. I played soccer all through high school except my senior year. From time to time play just for fun to keep my body figure correct and in shape. There are many other sports like basketball, football and track & field. No need for excuses find a sport you like and get into it. WE GOTTA BE HEALTHY WE GOTTA BE STRONG!
